The working principle is as follows: the cloth body 47 is conveyed by a roller assembly in the device, the hydraulic rod 9 is regulated and controlled according to the thickness of the cloth body 47 to contract so that the cover cylinder 7 is attached to the semicircular seat 2, in a primary conveying stage, the brush boards 18 on two sides of the cloth body 47 move to the cloth body 47 under the reverse acting force of the reset spring 21, the soft brush 19 is in contact with the cloth body 47, the second reverse motor 22 drives the second lead screw 23 to rotate, the brush boards 18 perform transverse reciprocating motion, the soft brush 19 brushes the cloth body 47, an external dust collector works to drive the spiral blade 25 to rotate, brushed dust and impurities are sucked into a cavity of the dust removal box 15 and conveyed into the dust collector through the air outlet 26, then the cloth body 47 is conveyed into the semicircular seat 2, the infrared lamp tube 4 in the light box 3 is electrified to work, the cloth body 47 conveyed on the support rod 6 is heated, and the temperature of the cloth body 47 is improved, in the heating process of the cloth body 47, the first reverse rotation motor 13 drives the first lead screw 14 to rotate, so that the rod seat 10 performs reciprocating motion in the cover cylinder 7, the smoothing roller 12 performs rolling smoothing on the cloth body 47 on the supporting rod 6, the heated cloth body 47 is conveyed into the sterilization box 27, external sterilization steam is conveyed into the steam box 28 through the steam seat 37 and is sprayed out through the high-pressure spray head 31, the sprayed steam is blown onto the guide plate 33 to drive the wheel seat 32 to rotate, the steam after direction change performs sterilization operation on the surface wall of the cloth body 47, meanwhile, the exhaust box 40 works, and the auxiliary sterilization box 27 performs gas exchange.
