step four: and spraying wax oil on the surface of the raw material A, and airing to obtain a finished product.

Referring to fig. 5, a second fan 30 is fixedly connected to a bottom end inside a hot air box 8, a filter screen 31 is fixedly connected to a side of the hot air box 8 close to the second fan 30, a spiral pipe 32 is fixedly connected to an upper side of the hot air box 8 close to the second fan 30, a wind collecting pipe 34 is fixedly connected to an upper side of the hot air box 8 close to the spiral pipe 32, an air inlet of the spiral pipe 32 is communicated with an air outlet of the second fan 30, an air outlet of the spiral pipe 32 is communicated with an air inlet of the wind collecting pipe 34, an electric heater 33 is fixedly connected to an inside of the spiral pipe 32, a driving motor 35 is fixedly connected to an inside of the wind collecting pipe 34, an output end of the driving motor 35 is fixedly connected with a connecting shaft 36, a supporting frame 37 is sleeved on one end of the connecting shaft 36, two ends of the supporting frame 37 are both screwed with an inner wall of the wind collecting pipe 34, a plurality of fan blades 38 are sleeved on an outer surface of the connecting shaft 36, when the fan blades 38 rotate, hot air can be rapidly blown into the connection pipe 16.
Referring to fig. 6, a water tank 39 is fixedly connected to the inside of the steam generation box 6, a communicating vessel 40 is fixedly connected to one side of the water tank 39, a plurality of electric heating pipes 41 are fixedly connected to the lower side of the inside of the steam generation box 6, which is close to the water tank 39, the top ends of the electric heating pipes 41 all extend into the inside of the water tank 39, a first fan 20 is fixedly connected to one side of the inside of the steam generation box 6, which is close to the water tank 39, two ends of the first fan 20 are respectively communicated with the water tank 39 and the steam pipe 7, and a liquid level sensor is arranged on the lower side of the opening of the first fan 20 of the steam generation box 6, so that the problem that the water level inside the water tank 39 is too high and flows back into the inside of the first fan 20 can be prevented.
The use method of the drying device comprises the following steps: opening the sealing door 2, placing the raw material A into each layer of wood clamping plate 10, then sequentially rotating the rotating wheels 27 of each layer of wood clamping plate 10, driving the threaded rods 26 to rotate by the rotating wheels 27, driving the two groups of clamping plates 25 to move along the sliding rods 23 in opposite directions after the threaded rods 26 rotate, clamping the raw material A, then closing the sealing door 2, starting the vacuum pump 18 in the vacuum cabinet 4, discharging the air in the drying cabinet 1 from the air outlet pipe 19 by the vacuum pump 18, reducing the pressure inside the drying cabinet 1, after processing the raw material A for 5-7min at low pressure, starting the electric heater 33 and the second fan 30, pumping the external air into the spiral pipe 32 by the second fan 30 after filtering by the filter screen 31, heating the air when passing through the electric heater 33, simultaneously starting the driving motor 35, driving the connecting shaft 36 to rotate along the supporting frame 37 by the driving motor 35, and simultaneously driving the fan blades 38 to rotate, air is sucked into the connecting pipe 16 and is discharged from the second nozzle 17, and the raw material A is dried;
after drying for 8-10min, starting the electric heating pipe 41, heating water in the water tank 39 into steam by the electric heating pipe 41, starting the first fan 20, conveying the steam in the water tank 39 into the circulating pipe 5 from the steam pipe 7, simultaneously starting the vacuum pump 18, closing a valve in the air outlet pipe 19, circularly conveying air in the drying box 1, discharging mixed steam from the first nozzle 15 during air conveying, and performing steam-spraying treatment on the raw material A to prevent the raw material A from drying and cracking;
repeating the above steps 3 times, and starting the screw rod driver 11 at each time of drying treatment, the screw rod driver 11 driving the sleeve 29 to horizontally slide, starting the electric telescopic rod 12 when the sleeve 29 moves, pressing the pressing roller 14 on the surface of the raw material a, simultaneously starting the heating rod 142, heating the heating rod 142 after electrifying, and transmitting the heated heating rod to the metal sleeve 145 through the connecting sleeve 143 and the heat conducting sleeve 144, and the metal sleeve 145 pressing and drying the raw material a when moving on the surface of the raw material a;
