Claims (1)

1. The natural incense production process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one: the incense production device is placed in a drying workshop for use, a semi-finished product of natural incense is cut before the drying operation and then placed on a material placing plate (4) of the incense production device, and a single natural incense is positioned in a material placing groove (5);
pressing the turnover pressing plate to enable the turnover pressing plate to turn over, placing the material placing plate (4) with natural fragrance on the bearing plate (3), after the pressure of the turnover pressing plate is removed, driving the turnover pressing plate to turn over and reset by the coil spring (14) for recovering elastic deformation, pressing and retaining the material placing plate (4) by the turnover pressing plate, then driving the material placing plate (4) to be conveyed upwards by the conveying belt (17), and starting heating and blowing equipment in a drying workshop after the material placing plate (4) is placed on the drying rack (2) at the side of the material table (15);
step two: during drying, fan blades (11) are driven to rotate after air is blown in a drying workshop, the supporting plate (3) is rocked due to stress in the rotation process of the fan blades (11), the functional springs (9) limit the rocking direction of the supporting plate (3) after elastic deformation, the material placing plate (4) is in a transverse rocking state along with the supporting plate (3), natural fragrance in the material placing groove (5) cannot be adhered to the material placing groove (5) due to the fact that the surface of the material placing groove (5) is a ceramic coating, and the material placing groove (5) is in a transverse rocking state, so that the natural fragrance is rocked in the material placing groove (5) in a small amplitude;
step three: after drying and forming, the material placing plate (4) with natural perfume is at the highest end under the conveying of the conveying belt (17), at the moment, the first hydraulic rod (36) stretches to drive the material removing sliding seat (29) to move towards the supporting seat (27) until the material removing sliding seat (29) moves to one end of the material placing plate (4), then the second reversing motor (31) drives the turning rod (32) to turn over, the material removing plate (30) is turned over and pressed down to the position above the material placing plate (4), the first hydraulic rod (36) contracts to drive the material removing sliding seat (29) to reset to the initial position, the turning rod (32) is driven by the second reversing motor (31) to reset, during the period, the material removing protrusion (33) on the material removing plate (30) can be contacted with one end of the natural perfume on the material placing plate (4), and in the moving process of the material removing sliding seat (29), the natural perfume is exerted to slide out of the material placing groove (5), and the perfume is pushed down to the material discharging plate (37);
step four: after natural perfume falls onto the blanking plate (37), the second hydraulic rod (41) stretches to push the blanking plate (37) upwards, the blanking plate (37) deflects, the reset spring (42) is compressed to elastically deform, the natural perfume on the blanking plate (37) can slide down onto the screening inclined plate (38), the vibrating motor is in an electrified state to drive the screening inclined plate (38) and the receiving plate (39) to vibrate, and the natural perfume slides up and down on the screening inclined plate (38) and is concentrated on the receiving plate (39), so that the natural perfume is collected in a concentrated mode subsequently; in the process of sliding down the natural incense, as a larger gap exists between the blanking rods (43), the broken natural incense can fall onto the collecting plate (45) from the gap due to unbalanced stress, and the collecting plate (45) is collected to be recycled;

grooves are formed in the support plates (3), an inner connecting rod (12) is fixedly connected between the inner walls of two sides of the grooves, an overturning pressing plate (13) is movably connected to the outer wall of the inner connecting rod (12), two symmetrical coil springs (14) are movably connected to the outer part of the inner connecting rod (12), the two coil springs (14) are respectively located at two sides of the overturning pressing plate (13), and two ends of the two coil springs (14) are respectively fixedly connected with the outer wall of one side of the overturning pressing plate (13) and the inner wall of the groove of the support plate (3);
