It should be noted that the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank 21 can be reused, but the cleaning solution becomes dirty after being cleaned for many times, at this time, the cleaning solution needs to be replaced, a liquid inlet pipe is connected to the top side of the cleaning tank 21 to facilitate addition of new cleaning solution, a liquid outlet pipe is connected to the bottom side of the cleaning tank 21 to facilitate discharge of the cleaning solution, valves are installed on the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe, when the surgical instrument is cleaned in the cleaning tank 21, the valves are closed to ensure the sealing performance of the cleaning, and the valves are opened when new cleaning solution needs to be added and old cleaning solution needs to be discharged.
As shown in fig. 5, the flushing device 5 includes a rotating rod 51 installed in the housing 7 through a bearing, a cleaning basket 52 located inside the housing 7 is installed outside the rotating rod 51, one end of the rotating rod 51 penetrates through the housing 7 and is connected with a motor 53, the cleaning basket 52 is hinged with a basket cover 521, a plurality of separation compartments 522 are arranged in the cleaning basket 52, and foam protection layers are arranged in the separation compartments 522 to prevent the surgical instruments from being damaged due to impact of water on the wall surface of the cleaning basket 52. Through holes are formed in the cleaning basket 52 and the foam protective layer, so that the surgical instruments can be better washed by clean water.
Preferably, as the surgical instruments are washed, the washing basket 52 rotates continuously, so that a plurality of different surgical instruments and surfaces of the surgical instruments are washed, the washing efficiency is high, and the washing is cleaner.
The flushing water pipe 54 is connected with a flushing pump 541, and the flushing pump 541 is connected with a clear water tank 542. The water jet of the flushing pipe 54 is inclined downwards to the right, so that the flushing area is larger, and the flushing efficiency of the surgical instruments is higher.
Preferably, the washing device is beneficial to washing away dirt and washing liquid stuck on the surface of the surgical instrument by the impulsive force of water, the surgical instrument is cleaner, and the subsequent sterilization efficiency of the instrument is improved.

The working process of the flushing device 5 is as follows:
firstly, the surgical instruments are respectively placed into each separation chamber 52 in the cleaning basket 52, then the basket cover 521 is covered, the motor 53 is started, the motor 53 drives the rotating rod 51 and the cleaning basket 52 to slowly rotate in the shell 7, the flushing pump 541 is started, the flushing pump 541 conveys clean water from the clean water tank 542 to the flushing pipe 54, the clean water is shot to the cleaning basket 52 due to the pressure of the pump, the surgical instruments in the cleaning basket 52 are washed, and the washed dirty water flows out of the shell 7 from the inclined water outlet plate 55.
As shown in fig. 6, the high pressure steam sterilization apparatus 3 includes a sterilization pot 31 fixed in the casing 7, the sterilization pot 31 is connected to a steam pipe 32, the steam pipe 32 is connected to a steam generator, and high temperature steam can be introduced into the sterilization pot 31. The top end of the sterilizing pot 31 is hinged with a sealing cover 311, a plurality of instrument plates 33 are inserted into the sterilizing pot 31, a cross groove 312 is formed in the center of the bottom end of the sterilizing pot 31, and a cross stabilizing block 34 is inserted into the cross groove 312.
The top end of the cross-shaped stabilizing block 34 is fixed with a vertical draw bar 35, and the cross-shaped stabilizing block 34 is inserted into the cross-shaped groove 312, so that the vertical draw bar 35 and the instrument disc 33 are more stable in the sterilizing pot 31. The center of the instrument disk 33 is provided with a rod groove 331, the vertical traction rod 35 can penetrate through the rod grooves 331 on the instrument disks 33, and the cross-shaped stabilizing block 34 can lift the instrument disks 33, so that surgical instruments can be taken out more easily and quickly. A plurality of compartments 332 are arranged in the instrument tray 33, the vertical traction rods 35 are inserted into the rod grooves 331, and the arrangement bags 36 are placed in the compartments 332. The cloth bag 36 has a buffer performance, and can effectively prevent the surgical instrument from deforming due to overlarge contact force between high pressure and the instrument disk 33.
The sterilization principle and the steps of the high-pressure steam sterilization device 3 are as follows:
(1) before the surgical instruments are put into the sterilizing pot 31, the surgical instruments are put into the cloth bag 36 in the compartment 332, and then the cloth bag is closed;
(2) then putting the instrument disks 33 into the sterilizing pot 31 one by one, enabling the vertical draw bar 35 to pass through the rod groove 331, and then stacking layer by layer until all the instrument disks 33 are put into the sterilizing pot 31;
(3) covering the sealing cover 311, introducing steam into the sealed sterilization pot 31 through the steam pipe 32, connecting an air pressure gauge and a thermometer on the sterilization pot 31, observing the air pressure gauge and the thermometer, stopping heating and pressurizing when the air pressure in the sterilization pot 31 reaches 140kPa and the temperature reaches 130 ℃, keeping the temperature and the air pressure of the steam in the sterilization pot 31 to enable surgical instruments to stay in the sterilization pot 31 for about 40min, and well killing bacteria on the surgical instruments under the high-temperature environment and the high-pressure environment in the sterilization pot 31;
(4) after the sterilization of the sterilization pot 31 is completed, the sealing cap 311 is opened, and the top end of the vertical traction rod 35 is clamped by using a clamp such as a pair of pliers or tweezers, so that all the sterilized surgical instruments can be taken out.
As shown in fig. 7, the light sterilization device 4 comprises an ultraviolet lamp 41 and an infrared lamp 42 fixed at the bottom end inside the housing 7 through a force bearing plate 73, the ultraviolet lamp 41 and the infrared lamp 42 are separated by a heat insulation plate 43, the heat insulation plate 43 can prevent the heating of infrared rays from being transmitted to the ultraviolet lamp 41, and the two lights do not affect each other.
The reflecting lamp covers 45 are arranged on the outer sides of the top ends of the ultraviolet lamp 41 and the infrared lamp 42, so that light can be emitted to the surgical instruments below effectively, the lighting effect is enhanced, and the waste of light is avoided. The heat insulation plate 43 and the inner wall of the shell 7 are both adhered with the reflective sheets 44, so that scattered light can be utilized to the maximum extent, the illumination range is wider, and more surgical instruments can be sterilized at the same time.
The sterilization principle of the infrared lamp 41 is mainly to heat the surgical instrument to about 120 ℃ by using far infrared rays, and keep the temperature for 10-15min, so that the protein tissue of the microorganism organism including bacteria and viruses is denatured to achieve the purpose of killing the bacteria and the viruses. And the infrared lamp 41 can not only kill bacteria, but also can make the water drops on the surgical instruments disappear, thereby making the surgical instruments dry and clean, and being beneficial to vacuum packaging and storage of the surgical instruments.
The sterilization principle of the ultraviolet lamp 42 is as follows: the ultraviolet irradiation of microbes such as bacteria and viruses on the surgical instruments destroys the structure of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) in the body, so that the microbes die or lose the reproductive capacity immediately. The ultraviolet ray with good bactericidal effect is C-wave ultraviolet ray, especially the ultraviolet ray with wavelength of about 254nm, and can kill various microorganisms including bacterial propagules, spores, mycobacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsia, mycoplasma, etc., and has broad spectrum.
The inside bottom of shell 7 installs slip drawer 6 through slide rail 71, slip drawer 6 is located the below of ultraviolet lamp 41 and infrared lamp 42, and the bottom surface area size of slip drawer 6 is less than the illumination area of ultraviolet ray or infrared ray, therefore all surgical instruments in the slip drawer 6 can all be disinfected by ultraviolet ray or infrared ray. The inside of slip drawer 6 is equipped with a plurality of independent rooms 61, the one end of slip drawer 6 still is connected with the handspike 62, and the handspike 62 adopts the heat-insulating material preparation, can prevent to generate heat and scald one's hand.
Preferably, the sliding drawer 6 is designed to facilitate loading and unloading of surgical instruments, and to facilitate the switching of surgical instruments from ultraviolet to infrared sterilization, saving time.
The operation steps of the light sterilization device 4 are as follows:
firstly, surgical instruments are placed in the independent room 61, then the sliding drawer 6 is placed on the sliding rail 71, the sliding drawer 6 slides to the position under the ultraviolet lamp 42, at the moment, the surgical instruments receive ultraviolet light, a large amount of bacteria and viruses on the surgical instruments are killed, after a period of time, the hand lever 62 is pulled, the sliding drawer 6 slides to the position under the infrared ray 41, the surgical instruments are heated at high temperature, so that the bacteria are killed again, the surgical instruments are dried, after sterilization is finished, the surgical instruments are sealed and packaged in time, the surgical instruments are better stored, and the surgical instruments cannot be infected with the bacteria.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the light sterilization device 4, a sealing door is hinged to the housing 7 at the outlet of the outer side of the light sterilization device 4, and a rod hole for allowing the hand rod 62 to pass through is formed in the sealing door, so that when the surgical instrument is sterilized by light, the external air hardly enters the space and environment for light sterilization, thereby preventing the surgical instrument from being polluted by air. After the surgical instruments are sterilized, the surgical instruments are quickly taken out and packaged by a vacuum bag to prevent corrosion or pollution by air.
