In this embodiment, the disinfection cabinet body 1 and the disinfection room 3 are both provided with the sealing door 13, and the handle 14 is installed on the sealing door 13, so that the disinfection parts in the disinfection cabinet body 1 can be conveniently replaced and maintained, and the isolation between the disinfection room and the external environment is realized, thereby preventing the pollution of external bacteria to surgical instruments.
In the embodiment, the automatic control system 2 intelligently controls the whole disinfection process of the disinfection cabinet, thereby greatly simplifying the disinfection process of surgical instruments. The high-temperature disinfection device 4 carries out high-temperature steam disinfection on the surgical instruments which can resist high temperature, the low-temperature disinfection device 5 carries out ultraviolet disinfection on the surgical instruments which cannot resist high temperature, the two devices supplement each other, different disinfection modes are selected according to the characteristics of the surgical instruments, the disinfection processing mechanism 6 supplies disinfection water required by cleaning in the disinfection process and correspondingly processes the disinfection water after cleaning, the adjusting device 7 can adjust the size of a disinfection space, the surgical instruments with different quantities and different sizes can be disinfected, the application range is wide, meanwhile, the disinfection space with reasonable size not only accelerates the disinfection efficiency, but also improves the disinfection quality, the cleaning device 8 cleans and removes residual substances on the surgical instruments, the cleanness of the surfaces of the surgical instruments is ensured, and the movable sealing device 9 seals the high-temperature disinfection device 4 and the low-temperature disinfection device 5, the cross infection of bacteria between the surgical instruments in the high-temperature disinfection device 4 and the instruments in the low-temperature disinfection device 5 is avoided, meanwhile, a closed environment is provided for the high-temperature disinfection area and the low-temperature disinfection area, and the disinfection efficiency is accelerated.
The high-temperature disinfection device 4 comprises first movable grooves 401 arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the disinfection room 3, an arc-shaped first fixed groove 402 is arranged at the inner end of each first movable groove 401, a high-temperature disinfection drawer 403 is movably arranged in each first movable groove 401, two first pulleys 404 are fixedly mounted at the front end of the lower bottom surface of each high-temperature disinfection drawer 403, each first pulley 404 is in sliding contact with the corresponding movable groove 401, two first limiting wheels 406 are movably mounted at the rear end of the lower bottom surface of each high-temperature disinfection drawer 403 through a first compression spring 405, each first limiting wheel 406 is in sliding contact with the corresponding first fixed groove 402, a first filter net 407 is fixedly mounted inside each high-temperature disinfection drawer 403, an electric heating tube 408 is arranged at the upper part of each high-temperature disinfection drawer 403, the electric heating tube 408 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the disinfection room 3, and a protective cover 409.
In the embodiment, the high temperature disinfection device 4 disinfects the postoperative surgical instruments which can resist high temperature in a high temperature steam mode, in the embodiment, the electric heating tube 408 provides a high temperature environment for high temperature disinfection, the protective cover 409 plays a role in protecting the electric heating tube 408, and meanwhile scalding caused by mistakenly touching the electric heating tube 408 by hot hands is prevented, the first pulley 404 and the first limiting wheel 406 are arranged to facilitate the drawing out and loading of the high temperature disinfection drawer 403, wherein the first limiting wheel 406 is matched with the first compression spring 405 to play a limiting role to a certain extent, in the process of drawing out the high temperature disinfection drawer 403, the first compression spring 405 is compressed, so that the friction force between the first limiting wheel 406 and the first fixing groove 402 is increased, and simultaneously, the slope of the arc-shaped first fixing groove 402 is matched, the resistance of the movement of the high temperature disinfection drawer 403 is increased, so that the high temperature disinfection drawer 403 is not easy to be drawn out from the disinfection room 3, plays a certain limiting role.
The telescopic protection rod 10 is arranged inside the first compression spring 405, the telescopic protection rod 10 comprises an outer rod 1001 and an inner rod 1002, the outer rod 1001 is sleeved on the inner rod 1002, the upper end of the outer rod 1001 is fixedly connected with the lower bottom surface of the high-temperature disinfection drawer 403, a limiting groove 1003 is formed in the outer rod 1001, a limiting column 1004 is movably arranged in the limiting groove 1003, the limiting column 1004 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the inner rod 1002, and the lower end of the inner rod 1002 is fixedly connected with a first limiting wheel 406.

In this embodiment, the movable sealing device 9 seals the high-temperature disinfection device 4 and the low-temperature disinfection device 5, thereby avoiding the cross infection of bacteria between the surgical instruments in the high-temperature disinfection device 4 and the instruments in the low-temperature disinfection device 5, providing a closed environment for the high-temperature disinfection area and the low-temperature disinfection area, and accelerating the disinfection efficiency.
In this embodiment, the position-limiting piece 906 and the guiding piece 908 are both provided in an arc-shaped structure, and when the closing spring 909 is at the maximum stretching length, 908 and 903 are in a vertical state, and then 908 can provide the maximum supporting force. It is worth noting that due to the fact that the connecting plates 903 are thin, gaps between two adjacent nested connecting plates 903 are small, and good sealing performance and isolation performance are achieved.
In the present embodiment, in order to press the connection plates 903 downward, the pusher 15 is attached to the uppermost connection plate 903, and in order to ensure smooth extension between the connection plates 903, the connection plates 903 are connected by the extension grooves 16 and the extension posts 17, the extension grooves 16 are provided on the inner wall of the outer connection plate 903, and the extension posts 17 are attached to the outer surface of the adjacent inner connection plate 903, thereby effectively preventing the connection plates 903 from coming off.

In this embodiment, the cleaning device 8 performs cleaning of the surgical instrument after the operation by using an ultrasonic cleaning method, and directly and indirectly acts on the liquid and the dirt by using cavitation, acceleration and direct current action of the ultrasonic wave in the liquid, so that the dirt layer is dispersed, emulsified and peeled to achieve the purpose of cleaning, and the dirt on the surgical instrument can be effectively removed.
In this embodiment, the ultrasonic transducer 804 is under the elastic force of the supporting spring 802, and the output end of the ultrasonic transducer 804 is always in close contact with the high-temperature disinfection drawer 403 or the low-temperature disinfection drawer 503, so as to ensure stable transmission of ultrasonic signals.
In the present embodiment, the specific operation principle of the cleaning device 8 is as follows: the ultrasonic generator 801 converts commercial power into high-frequency alternating current corresponding to the ultrasonic transducer 804 to drive the ultrasonic transducer 804 to work, the ultrasonic transducer 804 of the ultrasonic generator 804 converts sound energy of a power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration, and the ultrasonic waves are radiated to cleaning liquid in the groove through the wall of the cleaning groove. The micro-bubbles in the liquid in the tank can keep vibrating under the action of the sound wave because of the radiation of the ultrasonic wave. The adsorption of the dirt and the surface of the cleaning piece is damaged, the dirt layer is damaged by fatigue and is separated, and the vibration of the gas bubbles cleans the solid surface.

The sewage treatment device 12 comprises a collector 1201 and a sewage collection box 1202, the collector 1201 is respectively connected with the bottoms of the high-temperature disinfection drawer 403 and the low-temperature disinfection drawer 503 and is provided with a first drain valve 1203 and a second drain valve 1204, a support frame 1205 is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the sewage collection box 1202, filter cotton 1206 is arranged on the support frame 1205, and the filter cotton 1206 is positioned under the collector 1201.

The automatic control system 2 comprises a single chip microcomputer 201, the single chip microcomputer 201 is electrically connected with a first water inlet valve 1106, a second water inlet valve 1107, a first liquid discharge valve 1203, a second liquid discharge valve 1204 and a disinfectant liquid inlet valve 1109, the single chip microcomputer 201 is electrically connected with a touch display screen 202, a temperature sensor 203 and three liquid level sensors 204, the touch display screen 202 is fixedly installed on the front side face of the disinfection cabinet body 1, the temperature sensor 203 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of a high-temperature disinfection drawer 403, and the three liquid level sensors 204 are respectively installed on the inner walls of the high-temperature disinfection drawer 403, the low-temperature disinfection drawer 503 and a water storage tank 1101.
In this embodiment, the automatic control system 2 intelligently controls the whole disinfection process of the disinfection cabinet, and the automatic disinfection of the surgical instruments can be automatically performed by inputting relevant disinfection time, disinfection temperature and other information on the touch display screen 202.
