超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,仿真皮人造革由尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯、耐磨剂、无卤阻燃剂、有机颜料、润滑剂和水性PU树脂组成,其重量份数的组分为:尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯100份;耐磨剂1.5份;无卤阻燃剂4份;有机颜料0.5-2份;润滑剂3份;水性PU树脂10-15份,同时,无卤阻燃剂为红磷微胶囊、季戊四醇双磷酸酯、三苯基磷酸酯、三(甲苯基)磷酸酯、间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)、聚磷酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二胍或氰尿酸三聚氰胺中的一种。
实施例三:
超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,仿真皮人造革由尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯、耐磨剂、无卤阻燃剂、有机颜料、润滑剂和水性PU树脂组成,其重量份数的组分为:尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯100份;耐磨剂1.5份;无卤阻燃剂4份;有机颜料0.5-2份;润滑剂3份;水性PU树脂10-15份,同时,润滑剂由聚苯乙烯共聚物、山梨酸酰胺、氢氧化钠、酚醛树脂、明胶、六偏磷酸钠、醋酸丁脂、硼酸、碳粉、硅凝胶、甘油、氯化石蜡和硅油组成,其重量份数的组分为:聚苯乙烯共聚物35-55份;山梨酸酰胺7-12份;氢氧化钠5-10份;酚醛树脂18-25份;明胶6-12份;六偏磷酸钠3-8份;醋酸丁脂10-15份;硼酸4-8份;碳粉3-7份;硅凝胶5-12份;甘油10-18份;氯化石蜡6-15份;硅油4-10份。
实施例四:
超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,仿真皮人造革由尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯、耐磨剂、无卤阻燃剂、有机颜料、润滑剂和水性PU树脂组成,其重量份数的组分为:尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯100份;耐磨剂1.5份;无卤阻燃剂4份;有机颜料0.5-2份;润滑剂3份;水性PU树脂10-15份。
其还包括制备方法,且其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将重量份数的尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯、耐磨剂、无卤阻燃剂、有机颜料、润滑剂和水性PU树脂投入螺杆挤出机,混合后挤出,然后投入压延制备内压延出1-4mm厚的薄膜;
B、将制备好的薄膜放入高压釜内加入纯度为99-99.99%的高压氮气,并将釜体温度升高为80-120℃范围;
C、釜内静置50-70min后取出得到人造革的发泡层;
D、将发泡层与仿真皮绒纺织面料进行复合后得到仿真皮人造革半成品;
E、对半成品进行压花、打蜡、抛光或做雾面处理,最后得到仿真皮人造革。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,其特征在于:仿真皮人造革由尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯、耐磨剂、无卤阻燃剂、有机颜料、润滑剂和水性PU树脂组成,其重量份数的组分为:尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯100份;耐磨剂1.5份;无卤阻燃剂4份;有机颜料0.5-2份;润滑剂3份;水性PU树脂10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,其特征在于:所述耐磨剂由脂环族双官能环氧化合物、脲醛酸钠聚合物、六次甲基四胺、十八醇、白炭黑、增塑剂、顺丁橡胶、促进剂、硬脂酸、增粘剂、硅油、硬脂酸锌、聚乙二醇和聚氯乙烯组成,其重量份数的组分为:脂环族双官能环氧化合物15-25份;脲醛酸钠聚合物5-10份;六次甲基四胺3-7份;十八醇2-6份;白炭黑8-15份;增塑剂7-12份;顺丁橡胶40-55份;促进剂4-10份;硬脂酸2-7份;增粘剂8-15份;硅油4-9份;硬脂酸锌2-5份;聚乙二醇8-16份;聚氯乙烯20-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,其特征在于:所述无卤阻燃剂为红磷微胶囊、季戊四醇双磷酸酯、三苯基磷酸酯、三(甲苯基)磷酸酯、间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)、聚磷酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二胍或氰尿酸三聚氰胺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,其特征在于:所述润滑剂由聚苯乙烯共聚物、山梨酸酰胺、氢氧化钠、酚醛树脂、明胶、六偏磷酸钠、醋酸丁脂、硼酸、碳粉、硅凝胶、甘油、氯化石蜡和硅油组成,其重量份数的组分为:聚苯乙烯共聚物35-55份;山梨酸酰胺7-12份;氢氧化钠5-10份;酚醛树脂18-25份;明胶6-12份;六偏磷酸钠3-8份;醋酸丁脂10-15份;硼酸4-8份;碳粉3-7份;硅凝胶5-12份;甘油10-18份;氯化石蜡6-15份;硅油4-10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超临界氮气发泡技术生产制备仿真皮人造革,其特征在于:其还包括制备方法,且其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将重量份数的尼龙弹性体/热塑性聚氨酯、耐磨剂、无卤阻燃剂、有机颜料、润滑剂和水性PU树脂投入螺杆挤出机,混合后挤出,然后投入压延制备内压延出1-4mm厚的薄膜;
B、将制备好的薄膜放入高压釜内加入纯度为99-99.99%的高压氮气,并将釜体温度升高为80-120℃范围;
C、釜内静置50-70min后取出得到人造革的发泡层;
D、将发泡层与仿真皮绒纺织面料进行复合后得到仿真皮人造革半成品;
E、对半成品进行压花、打蜡、抛光或做雾面处理,最后得到仿真皮人造革。
