Abstract
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有肠道调节排毒清毒的乳果糖、微生物组合物及其用途,所述组合物,包括如下组分:乳果糖、低聚果糖、水苏糖、魔芋多糖、大枣提取物和益生菌,具有排毒效果好、无副作用的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有肠道调节排毒清毒的乳果糖、微生物组合物及其用途。
背景技术
人体毒素,指的是体内多余的垃圾。其来源主要有两个:食物消化、吸收后产生的代谢废物滞留;环境中得来的各种污染在体内沉积。毒素是一种可以干预正常生理活动并破坏机体功能的物质。内在毒素如自由基、胆固醇、脂肪、尿酸、乳酸、水毒和淤血等。外来毒素如蔬菜中的农药残留、汽车尾气、工业废气、化学药品、辐射、食物中的防腐剂、化妆品中超标的重金属、病原微生物等。
从中医角度讲,“毒”分内生和外在。外在之毒是对人体具有危害的物质,如铅、汞等有毒无机物,包括外部环境对人体产生的巨大影响。内生的毒素则多因脾胃功能虚弱、不良情绪和不良生活习惯而产生。
正常人是不需要人为干预来“排毒”的,因为每个健康的机体都有清除各种毒素的本领。肝脏、肾脏、肠道、皮肤等,这些都是人体的代谢器官,也就是排毒器官,它们会积极地把进入人体的有毒物质排出去或酶解掉。如最大的解毒器官肝脏,可通过一系列生化反应,将体内的有毒物质分解掉。人体排泄、出汗、呼吸、咳嗽、呕吐等,也可将代谢废物排出体外。
中医认为,如果人体正气旺盛,抵抗力强,就会抵御各种“毒”的侵袭,自然而然将“毒”排出体外。的确,人体对于体内的毒素有自己的排解功能,为了维持机体的各项功能,脏器们在有条不紊地工作着。
但是,错误的饮食习惯、不良的生活方式、环境污染、情绪和压力等因素会导致身体生化失衡,影响毒素的排放。生化失衡是全身系统性病理现象,因此任何有效的疗法必须是整体的疗法,这种整体疗法主要包括了素食排毒疗法、营养疗法、草药疗法、保健膳食、和带氧运动等。
研究表明,有助于人体排出多种“毒素”的食物有:(1)绿叶蔬菜。绿叶菜中多为碱性,可以中和饮食中糖、肉、蛋及代谢中产生的过多的酸性物质,使体液保持弱碱性,从而清除血中有毒物。(2)粗粮。常吃红薯、土豆、玉米、荞麦等粗粮有助于保持大便的通畅,使体内毒物不会久滞肠道。(3)水果或果汁。可选食柠檬、橘子、柚、葡萄、甘蔗汁、青梅、苹果、番茄等。水果味道虽多呈酸味,但在体内代谢过程中能变成碱性,并能使血液保持碱性。特别是它们能将积累在细胞中的毒素“溶解”,最终经排泄系统排出体外。(4)绿茶。绿茶中有许多解毒因子,它们易与血液中有毒物质相结合,并加速从小便排出。(5)葡萄酒。饮葡萄酒有益心脏健康。它含有丰富的柠檬酸,也属碱性饮料,这是众多酒精饮料不具备的。(6)海带和紫菜。它们含大量胶质。能通便促使体内的放射性毒物随同大便排出体外。(7)黑木耳。黑木耳中的胶质,有助于将残留在人体消化系统内的灰尘杂质吸附和聚集并排出体外,清涤胃肠。(8)豆豉。研究发现,吃豆豉有助于消化、增强脑力、提高肝脏解毒能力等效果。
但是单一食疗清毒、排毒的效果有限,因此,现有技术中常采用多种物质组合的方式来调节肠道排毒。
中国专利申请CN112273621A公开了一种清毒排毒汤及其制作方法,其配方原料重量如下:赤芍30-60g、白芍30g-60g、麦冬10-30g、生地10-30g、枳壳10g、魔芋粉10-30g、绿豆10-60g和青橄榄10-30g,可对心脑血管疾病、高血压、高血脂、高尿酸和免疫力低下有辅助治疗作用,能达到排出毒素、美容养颜的效果。但是该清毒排毒汤的排毒效果缓慢,且采用了多种物质,排毒机理不明确,疗效不稳定。
因此,开发一种能解决上述技术问题的具有肠道调节排毒清毒功能的乳果糖、微生物组合物及其用途是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种排毒效果好、无副作用的乳果糖、微生物组合物及其用途。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种组合物,包括如下组分:乳果糖、低聚果糖、水苏糖、魔芋多糖、大枣提取物和益生菌。
优选地,所述的组合物,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:乳果糖20-30份、低聚果糖4-7份、水苏糖5-10份、魔芋多糖6-15份、大枣提取物4-9份和益生菌3-7份。
优选地,所述益生菌为嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌中的至少一种。
优选地,所述低聚果糖为庶果三糖和庶果四糖中的至少一种。
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述低聚果糖包括庶果三糖2-4份和庶果四糖2-3份。
优选地,所述大枣提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)取干燥、成熟的大枣,加50-70%乙醇提取,过滤,得到提取液;
(2)回收提取液中的乙醇,加乙酸乙酯萃取,萃取部分回收乙酸乙酯,再加水溶解,过大孔吸附树脂,用溶剂A洗脱,收集洗脱液;
(3)将洗脱液浓缩、干燥,即得。
更优选地,步骤(1)包括如下步骤:
取干燥、成熟的大枣,加5-10倍量的50-70%乙醇提取1-3次,每次提取1-2h,温度50-60℃,合并提取液。
更优选地,所述溶剂A为50-70%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为2-4:1。
更优选地,所述大孔吸附树脂为D101和H-60中的一种。
更优选地,步骤(2)包括如下步骤:
回收提取液中的乙醇,加乙酸乙酯萃取,萃取部分回收乙酸乙酯,再加1-3倍量的水(以回收乙酸乙酯后的质量计)溶解,过大孔吸附树脂(所述大孔吸附树脂为D101和H-60中的一种),用溶剂A(所述溶剂A为50-70%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为2-4:1)洗脱,收集洗脱液。
更优选地,所述大枣提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)取干燥、成熟的大枣,加5-10倍量的50-70%乙醇提取1-3次,每次提取1-2h,温度50-60℃,合并提取液;
(2)回收提取液中的乙醇,加乙酸乙酯萃取,萃取部分回收乙酸乙酯,再加1-3倍量的水溶解,过大孔吸附树脂(所述大孔吸附树脂为D101和H-60中的一种),用溶剂A(所述溶剂A为50-70%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为2-4:1)洗脱,收集洗脱液;
(3)将洗脱液浓缩、干燥,即得。
本发明还涉及一种制剂,包括上述的组合物。
本发明还涉及上述的组合物或上述的制剂在制备具有肠道调节、排毒清毒功能的保健品中的应用。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明优化了组合物的组成,将不同的糖类物质、大枣提取物和益生菌复合使用,协同作用显著,肠道调节功能和排毒清毒效果优异,且经测试,无毒副作用。尤其是,本发明中乳果糖、水苏糖和魔芋多糖协同作用显著,通过优化三者的配比,显著提高了产品的各方面效果。
本发明优化了益生菌的组成,有利于协助调节肠道功能,排毒清毒效果也进一步提高。
本发明优化了大枣提取物的制备工艺,制备得到的大枣提取物与其它组分协同作用更明显,肠道调节功能和排毒清毒效果显著提高。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,本发明的优点和特点将会随着描述而更为清楚。但这些实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
本发明各实施例和对比例中的魔芋多糖购自西安全奥生物科技有限公司,货号QADT-12。嗜酸乳杆菌粉购自西安欣禄生物科技有限公司,货号XL180614。
实施例1
一种组合物,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:乳果糖20份、庶果三糖2份、庶果四糖2份、水苏糖5份、魔芋多糖6份、大枣提取物4份和嗜酸乳杆菌粉3份。
所述大枣提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)取干燥、成熟的大枣,加5倍量的50%乙醇提取3次,每次提取1h,温度50℃,过滤,合并提取液;
(2)回收提取液中的乙醇,加乙酸乙酯萃取,萃取部分回收乙酸乙酯,再加1倍量的水溶解,过D101大孔吸附树脂,用溶剂A(所述溶剂A为50%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为2:1)洗脱,收集洗脱液;
(3)将洗脱液浓缩、干燥,即得。
实施例2
一种组合物,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:乳果糖30份、庶果三糖4份、庶果四糖3份、水苏糖10份、魔芋多糖15份、大枣提取物9份和嗜酸乳杆菌粉7份。
所述大枣提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)取干燥、成熟的大枣,加10倍量的70%乙醇提取1次,提取2h,温度60℃,过滤,得到提取液;
(2)回收提取液中的乙醇,加乙酸乙酯萃取,萃取部分回收乙酸乙酯,再加3倍量的水溶解,过D101大孔吸附树脂,用溶剂A(所述溶剂A为70%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为4:1)洗脱,收集洗脱液;
(3)将洗脱液浓缩、干燥,即得。
实施例3
一种组合物,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:乳果糖25份、庶果三糖3份、庶果四糖3份、水苏糖8份、魔芋多糖12份、大枣提取物6份和嗜酸乳杆菌粉5份。
所述大枣提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)取干燥、成熟的大枣,加8倍量的60%乙醇提取2次,每次提取1.5h,温度55℃,过滤,合并提取液;
(2)回收提取液中的乙醇,加乙酸乙酯萃取,萃取部分回收乙酸乙酯,再加2倍量的水溶解,过D101大孔吸附树脂,用溶剂A(所述溶剂A为60%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为3:1)洗脱,收集洗脱液;
(3)将洗脱液浓缩、干燥,即得。
对比例1
与实施例3的区别仅在于乳果糖25份替换为水苏糖10份和魔芋多糖15份,其余条件均相同,具体如下:
一种组合物,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:庶果三糖3份、庶果四糖3份、水苏糖18份、魔芋多糖27份、大枣提取物6份和嗜酸乳杆菌粉5份。
对比例2
与实施例3的区别仅在于水苏糖8份和魔芋多糖12份替换为乳果糖20份,其余条件均相同,具体如下:
一种组合物,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:乳果糖45份、庶果三糖3份、庶果四糖3份、大枣提取物6份和嗜酸乳杆菌粉5份。
对比例3
与实施例3的区别仅在于没有添加大枣提取物,其余条件均相同。
对比例4
与实施例3的区别仅在于溶剂A的组成不同,为60%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为1:2,其余条件均相同。
测试例1
调理肠道功能
参照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中“通便功能检验方法”,采用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,每组10只,受试样品给予时间7天。
指标测定的具体方法:给予复方地芬诺酯0.5h后,模型对照组小鼠用墨汁(含5%的活性炭粉、10%阿拉伯树胶)灌胃,给药组则给予含受试药物的墨汁,动物均单笼饲养,正常饮水进食。受试药物剂量为每天270mg/kg·BW。
从灌墨汁开始,测定每只动物首粒排黑便时间、5h内排黑便粒数及重量。
结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种组合物,其特征在于,包括如下组分:乳果糖、低聚果糖、水苏糖、魔芋多糖、大枣提取物和益生菌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:乳果糖20-30份、低聚果糖4-7份、水苏糖5-10份、魔芋多糖6-15份、大枣提取物4-9份和益生菌3-7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌为嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述低聚果糖为庶果三糖和庶果四糖中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述低聚果糖包括庶果三糖2-4份和庶果四糖2-3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述大枣提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)取干燥、成熟的大枣,加50-70%乙醇提取,过滤,得到提取液;
(2)回收提取液中的乙醇,加乙酸乙酯萃取,萃取部分回收乙酸乙酯,再加水溶解,过大孔吸附树脂,用溶剂A洗脱,收集洗脱液;
(3)将洗脱液浓缩、干燥,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂A为50-70%乙醇与丙二醇的混合溶剂,两者体积比为2-4:1。
8.根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述大孔吸附树脂为D101和H-60中的一种。
9.一种制剂,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一所述的组合物。
10.权利要求1-8任一所述的组合物或权利要求9所述的制剂在制备具有肠道调节、排毒清毒功能的保健品中的应用。
