Abstract
本发明提供一种发动机清洁剂,该发动机清洁剂由以下重量份组成:基础油150N70‑90%、烷基苯5‑20%、降凝剂0.1‑0.4%、抗磨剂0.2‑0.8%、清净剂1‑3%、分散剂1‑3%、增粘剂5‑10%、消泡剂50‑200ppm.本发明具有超强的溶解能力,能够溶解发动机油润滑系统残留的油泥、积碳以及其余机械杂质;具有优异的低温分散能力,能够将溶解下来污染物,以胶体或胶束的形式,均匀的分散在清洁剂中排出;具有一定的碱性,能够中和发动机润滑系统残留的酸性物质,延长下次更换油品的使用寿命,避免酸性物质对下次保养加入油品污染;油品的抗磨性能强,且油膜强度适宜,能够为发动机清洁过程提供更好的保护。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于发动机清洁剂制备领域,尤其涉及一种发动机清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
车辆行驶中,因为燃油中的胶质和燃烧后形成的积碳引起故障是比较常见的,而且危害极大。长时间不对进气系统和喷油嘴及气缸内进行清洗,会使发动机进气受阻和喷油雾化不良及喷油不均,小颗粒积碳在气缸内会对活塞、气缸套及活塞环加快磨损,严重者会堵塞三元催化器,造成发动机爆震,发动机工作不良,并增加油耗及造成尾气排放超标。而汽缸盖部位产生积碳后,会降低发动机的冷却效果。使发动机的动力性和经济性都大大降低。活塞顶部积碳,会形成许多炽热面,引起早燃和爆震,造成点火提前角滞后,引起汽缸内燃烧不完全,发动机无力,机体发热等,从而缩短发动机的使用寿命。
但现有的发动机清洗剂存在着以下缺点与不足:着车清洗的清洗效果差,需要多次重复清洗及较长时间清洗才能达到较好的清洗效果,清洗时间长,费用高。
因此,提出一种发动机清洁剂及其制备方法,具有良好的清洗效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种发动机清洁剂,该发动机清洁剂由以下重量份组成:基础油150N 70-90%、烷基苯5-20%、降凝剂0.1-0.4%、抗磨剂0.2-0.8%、清净剂1-3%、分散剂1-3%、增粘剂5-10%、消泡剂50-200ppm。
优选的,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂。
优选的,所述抗磨剂为丁辛基ZDDP或双丁辛基ZDDP其中一种。
优选的,所述清净剂为低碱值石油磺酸钙或低碱值合成磺酸钙其中一种。
优选的,所述分散剂为双丁二酰亚胺或单丁二酰亚胺其中一种。
优选的,所述增粘剂为聚异丁烯或二元乙丙胶溶液其中一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为2号复合消泡剂。
优选的,该方法步骤为:
步骤1:首先打开调和釜外置循环泵,加入上述重量份的基础油150N、烷基苯,对基础油150N、烷基苯进行搅拌,并升温至55±5℃,搅拌完成后取样,进行底油粘度检验;
步骤2:待底油粘度检验合格后,先向调和釜外置循环泵投入消泡剂,再投入降凝剂,之后投入增粘剂;最后在依次投入清净剂、分散剂和抗磨剂,投料完毕,打开调和釜外置循环泵进行搅拌,循环搅拌30min,完成调和,取样送检。
优选的,所述调和釜外置循环泵的搅拌速率为40r/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明具有超强的溶解能力,能够溶解发动机油润滑系统残留的油泥、积碳以及其余机械杂质。
2.本发明具有优异的低温分散能力,能够将溶解下来污染物,以胶体或胶束的形式,均匀的分散在清洁剂中排出。
3.本发明具有一定的碱性,能够中和发动机润滑系统残留的酸性物质,延长下次更换油品的使用寿命,避免酸性物质对下次保养加入油品污染。
4.本发明的油品的抗磨性能强,且油膜强度适宜,能够为发动机清洁过程提供更好的保护。

以下结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例:
一种发动机清洁剂,该发动机清洁剂由以下重量份组成:基础油150N70-90%、烷基苯5-20%、降凝剂0.1-0.4%、抗磨剂0.2-0.8%、清净剂1-3%、分散剂1-3%、增粘剂5-10%、消泡剂50-200ppm;所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂;所述抗磨剂为丁辛基ZDDP或双丁辛基ZDDP其中一种;所述清净剂为低碱值石油磺酸钙或低碱值合成磺酸钙其中一种;所述分散剂为双丁二酰亚胺或单丁二酰亚胺其中一种;所述增粘剂为聚异丁烯或二元乙丙胶溶液其中一种;所述消泡剂为2号复合消泡剂。
具体的,该方法步骤为:
(1)首先打开调和釜外置循环泵,加入70-90%的基础油150N、5-20%的烷基苯,对70-90%的基础油150N、5-20%的烷基苯进行搅拌,搅拌的速率为40r/min,并升温至55±5℃,搅拌完成后取样,进行底油粘度检验;
(2)待底油粘度检验合格后,先向调和釜外置循环泵投入50-200ppm的消泡剂,再投入0.1-0.4%的降凝剂,之后投入5-10%的增粘剂;最后在依次投入1-3%的清净剂、1-3%的分散剂和0.2-0.8%的抗磨剂,投料完毕,打开调和釜外置循环泵进行搅拌,搅拌速率为40r/min,循环搅拌30min,完成调和,取样送检。
如附图1所示,对调和后的清洁剂进行检测:
检测苯胺点为65,在55-75之间,具有超强的溶解能力,能够溶解发动机油润滑系统残留的油泥、积碳以及其余机械杂质;
检测高温高剪切数值为2.95,在2.90-3.30之间,油膜厚度强劲,能够为发动机清洁过程提供更好的保护。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“同轴”、“底部”、“一端”、“顶部”、“中部”、“另一端”、“上”、“一侧”、“顶部”、“内”、“前部”、“中央”、“两端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量,由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。

Claims (9)
1.一种发动机清洁剂,其特征在于,该发动机清洁剂由以下重量份组成:基础油150N70-90%、烷基苯5-20%、降凝剂0.1-0.4%、抗磨剂0.2-0.8%、清净剂1-3%、分散剂1-3%、增粘剂5-10%、消泡剂50-200ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为丁辛基ZDDP或双丁辛基ZDDP其中一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述清净剂为低碱值石油磺酸钙或低碱值合成磺酸钙其中一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为双丁二酰亚胺或单丁二酰亚胺其中一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述增粘剂为聚异丁烯或二元乙丙胶溶液其中一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为2号复合消泡剂。
8.一种根据权利要求1所述的发动机清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法步骤为:
步骤1:首先打开调和釜外置循环泵,加入上述重量份的基础油150N、烷基苯,对基础油150N、烷基苯进行搅拌,并升温至55±5℃,搅拌完成后取样,进行底油粘度检验;
步骤2:待底油粘度检验合格后,先向调和釜外置循环泵投入消泡剂,再投入降凝剂,之后投入增粘剂;最后在依次投入清净剂、分散剂和抗磨剂,投料完毕,打开调和釜外置循环泵进行搅拌,循环搅拌30min,完成调和,取样送检。
9.根据权利要求8所述的发动机清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述调和釜外置循环泵的搅拌速率为40r/min。
