Abstract

本发明涉及助力转向油。主要是为解决目前以6#、8#液力传动液和ATF自动传动液代替助力转向油,它们没有根据使用环境和工况条件设计,故问题出现较为频繁的问题而发明的。它由下列组分按照如下重量百分比组成:基础油占94.36—95.005%、粘度指数改进剂占3.5—3.9%、降凝剂占0.5—0.7%、清净剂占0.06—0.11%、防锈剂占0.08—0.1%、极压抗磨剂占0.41—0.6%、抗氧剂占0.06—0.11%、金属减活剂占0.04—0.06%、抗氧抗腐剂占0.05—0.07%、分散剂占0.13—0.2%、抗泡剂占0.005 %。优点是具有极佳的低温流动性和粘温性,抗泡性好。

一种助力转向油组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及助力转向油,具体是涉及一种加注在助力转向泵里面的助力转向油。
背景技术
汽车的助力转向器是发动机驱动转向油泵从而产生压力,并依靠转向油的压力帮助转向,为驾驶员在转弯过程中提供助力,从而降低了驾驶员的转弯操纵力。助力转向油就是加注在助力转向泵里面的一种介质油,起到传递压力和缓冲的作用。
目前国内尚无专用的助力转向油,只能以6#、8#液力传动液和ATF自动传动液代替。由于它们不是专用油品,所以不能满足极寒条件下的助力转向系统正常工作,会造成助力转向泵转向困难或出现异响、震动的问题,而当助力转向系统高温工作时,其粘度低不能形成连续油膜,容易造成助力转向泵异常磨损、驱动系统压力不足,从而导致助力转向泵损坏、传动反应迟缓、转向变沉。
这些产品没有根据使用环境和工况条件设计,故问题出现较为频繁。基于此开发一种倾点极低、粘温性能优异的助力转向油,是十分迫切需要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优异的抗氧抗腐抗磨性能,同时倾点低,粘温性能好,闪点较高,抗泡性强的助力转向油组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种助力转向油组合物,由组分基础油、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、清净剂、防锈剂、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗氧抗腐剂、分散剂、抗泡剂组成;所述各组分占总重量的百分比为:基础油占94.36—95.005%、粘度指数改进剂占3.5—3.9%、降凝剂占0.5—0.7%、清净剂占0.06—0.11%、防锈剂占0.08—0.1%、极压抗磨剂占0.41—0.6%、抗氧剂占0.06—0.11%、金属减活剂占0.04—0.06%、抗氧抗腐剂占0.05—0.07%、分散剂占0.13—0.2%、抗泡剂占0.005 %。
基础油由含有醇醚键的酯类合成油和聚α-烯烃及加氢异构三类油组成,其中含有醇醚键的酯类合成油占基础油总重量60.85—68.42%,聚α-烯烃占基础油总重量的23.4—35.98%,加氢异构三类油占基础油总重量的3.17—12.68%;聚α-烯烃和加氢异构三类油的加入比例不限。
所述的聚α-烯烃优选为PAO2、PAO4、PAO6中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的含有醇醚键的酯类合成油为己二酸二醇醚酯。
所述的加氢异构三类油优选为低凝150N、壳牌100N、壳牌70N中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的粘度指数改进剂为氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物、苯乙烯聚酯、聚正丁基乙烯基聚醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚α-烯烃、醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的清净剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙、中碱值合成磺酸钙、低碱值合成磺酸钙、低碱值石油磺酸钙、超碱值合成磺酸镁、硫化烷基酚盐、烷基水杨酸盐中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的防锈剂为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钙钡、合成磺酸钠、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的极压抗磨剂为硫化异丁烯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、硫代磷酸三苯酯、氨基硫代酯、二苄基二硫化物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的抗氧剂为混合型屏蔽酚抗氧剂、二烷基二苯胺、含铜盐化合物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的金属减活剂为噻二唑衍生物、甲基苯三唑衍生物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的抗氧抗腐剂为中性磷酸三甲基酚酯、硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐、硫磷双锌基碱性锌盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、双辛基ZDDP中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、双丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺、单丁二酰亚胺、高分子丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的抗泡剂为复合抗泡剂、二甲基硅油、非硅型和硅型复合物、甲基硅油酯中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
制法:开启齿轮泵,打开进料阀,开始搅拌,先投入基础油,后依次投入各种添加剂,投料完毕后,升温至55℃,保持4 h直至各种添加剂全部混合均匀即可。
本发明的优点是:选用一种己二酸二醇醚酯合成油与加氢异构三类油、聚α-烯烃复合使用,达到很好的的配伍性,本发明具有极佳的低温流动性和粘温性,且闪点高,抗泡性好。同时己二酸二醇醚酯合成油凝点极低,与添加剂的感受性优异,本组合物的各项指标能满足并且超过国际先进水平。
具体实施方式:
一种助力转向油组合物,由组分基础油、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、清净剂、防锈剂、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗氧抗腐剂、分散剂、抗泡剂组成;所述各组分占总重量的百分比为:基础油占94.36—95.005%、粘度指数改进剂占3.5—3.9%、降凝剂占0.5—0.7%、清净剂占0.06—0.11%、防锈剂占0.08—0.1%、极压抗磨剂占0.41—0.6%、抗氧剂占0.06—0.11%、金属减活剂占0.04—0.06%、抗氧抗腐剂占0.05—0.07%、分散剂占0.13—0.2%、抗泡剂占0.005 %。

所述的金属减活剂为噻二唑衍生物、甲基苯三唑衍生物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的抗氧抗腐剂为中性磷酸三甲基酚酯、硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐、硫磷双锌基碱性锌盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、双辛基ZDDP中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、双丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺、单丁二酰亚胺、高分子丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
所述的抗泡剂为复合抗泡剂、二甲基硅油、非硅型和硅型复合物、甲基硅油酯中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
制法:开启齿轮泵,打开进料阀,开始搅拌,先投入基础油,后依次投入各种添加剂,投料完毕后,升温至55 ℃,保持4 h直至各种添加剂全部混合均匀即可。
实施例1,
选择占本发明总重量94.65%的基础油、3.8%的聚甲基丙烯酸酯、0.6%的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、0.08%的高碱值合成磺酸钙、0.1%的中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、0.41%的亚磷酸二正丁酯、0.1%的混合型屏蔽酚抗氧剂、0.05%的甲基苯三唑衍生物、0.06%的双辛基ZDDP、0.145%的聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、0.005%的复合抗泡剂,其中基础油选用占基础油总重量63.92%的己二酸二醇醚酯、占基础油总重量23.4%的PAO2、占基础油总重量12.68%的70N。开启齿轮泵,打开进料阀,开始搅拌,投入基础油,后依次投入各种添加剂,投料完毕后,升温至55℃,保持4 h直至各种添加剂全部混合均匀即可。
实施例2,
选择占本发明总重量95.005%的基础油、2%的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物、1.5%的苯乙烯聚酯、0.2%的聚丙烯酸酯、0.3%的聚α-烯烃、0.11%的中碱值合成磺酸钙、0.5%的硫化异丁烯、0.06%的混合型屏蔽酚抗氧剂、0.06%的噻二唑衍生物、0.08%的十二烯基丁二酸、0.05 %的中性磷酸三甲基酚酯、0.13%的双丁二酰亚胺、0.005%的二甲基硅油,其中基础油选用占基础油总重量68.42%的己二酸二醇醚酯、占基础油总重量21.06%的PAO2、占基础油总重量5.26%的PAO4、占基础油总重量5.26%的壳牌100N。开启齿轮泵,打开进料阀,开始搅拌,投入基础油,后依次投入各种添加剂,投料完毕后,升温至55℃,保持4 h直至各种添加剂全部混合均匀即可。
实施例3,
选择占本发明总重量94.505%的基础油、2%的聚异丁烯、1.9%的乙丙共聚物、0.5%的醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、0.06%的超碱值合成磺酸镁、0.1%的十二烯基丁二酸、0.2%的氨基硫代酯、0.3%的二苄基二硫化物、0.11%的含铜盐化合物、0.05%的噻二唑衍生物、0.03%的硫磷双锌基碱性锌盐、0.04%的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、0.2%的高分子丁二酰亚胺、0.005%的甲基硅油酯,其中基础油选用占基础油总重量60.85%的己二酸二醇醚酯、占基础油总重量5.29%的PAO6、占基础油总重量30.69%的PAO2、占基础油总重量3.17%的低凝150N。开启齿轮泵,打开进料阀,开始搅拌,投入基础油,后依次投入各种添加剂,投料完毕后,升温至55℃,保持4 h直至各种添加剂全部混合均匀即可。
实施例4,
选择占本发明总重量94.36%的基础油、3.8%的聚正丁基乙烯基聚醚、0.7%的聚丙烯酸酯、0.09%的烷基水杨酸盐、0.09%的合成磺酸钠、0.6%的二苄基二硫化物、0.085%的混合型屏蔽酚抗氧剂、0.04%的噻二唑衍生物、0.05%的双辛基ZDDP、0.18%的高分子丁二酰亚胺、0.005%的复合抗泡剂,其中基础油选用占基础油总重量64.65%的己二酸二醇醚酯、占基础油总重量21.2%的PAO2、占基础油总重量6.73%的PAO4、占基础油总重量7.42%的壳牌70N。开启齿轮泵,打开进料阀,开始搅拌,投入基础油,后依次投入各种添加剂,投料完毕后,升温至55℃,保持4 h直至各种添加剂全部混合均匀即可。

1.一种助力转向油组合物,其特征是:由组分基础油、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、清净剂、防锈剂、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗氧抗腐剂、分散剂、抗泡剂组成;所述各组分占总重量的百分比为:基础油占94.36—95.005%、粘度指数改进剂占3.5—3.9%、降凝剂占0.5—0.7%、清净剂占0.06—0.11%、防锈剂占0.08—0.1%、极压抗磨剂占0.41—0.6%、抗氧剂占0.06—0.11%、金属减活剂占0.04—0.06%、抗氧抗腐剂占0.05—0.07%、分散剂占0.13—0.2%、抗泡剂占0.005 %。
2.按照权利要求1所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:基础油由含有醇醚键的酯类合成油和聚α-烯烃及加氢异构三类油组成,其中含有醇醚键的酯类合成油占基础油总重量60.85—68.42%,聚α-烯烃占基础油总重量的23.4—35.98%,加氢异构三类油占基础油总重量的3.17—12.68%。
3.按照权利要求2所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:所述的聚α-烯烃为PAO2、PAO4、PAO6中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
4.按照权利要求2所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:所述的含有醇醚键的酯类合成油为己二酸二醇醚酯。
5.按照权利要求2所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:所述的加氢异构三类油为低凝150N、壳牌100N、壳牌70N中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:所述的粘度指数改进剂为氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物、苯乙烯聚酯、聚正丁基乙烯基聚醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限;所述的降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚α-烯烃、醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:所述的清净剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙、中碱值合成磺酸钙、低碱值合成磺酸钙、低碱值石油磺酸钙、超碱值合成磺酸镁、硫化烷基酚盐、烷基水杨酸盐中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限;所述的防锈剂为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钙钡、合成磺酸钠、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:所述的极压抗磨剂为硫化异丁烯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、硫代磷酸三苯酯、氨基硫代酯、二苄基二硫化物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限;所述的抗氧剂为混合型屏蔽酚抗氧剂、二烷基二苯胺、含铜盐化合物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的助力转向油组合物,其特征是:所述的金属减活剂为噻二唑衍生物、甲基苯三唑衍生物中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限;所述的抗氧抗腐剂为中性磷酸三甲基酚酯、硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐、硫磷双锌基碱性锌盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、双辛基ZDDP中的一种或几种的混合,混合比例不限。
