背景技术

医生认为,高血压病是因情志内伤、饮食不节、劳倦损伤,或因年老体衰,肾精亏损等导致脏腑阴阳平衡失调,风火内生,痰淤交阻,气血逆乱所致。治疗时通常分为以下几种类型:肝阳上亢型、肝肾阴虚型、阴阳两虚型、痰浊中阻型、淤血阻滞型、冲任失调型等几种。

青钱柳:味甘,性平。具有清热解毒,激活胰岛细胞活性,促进糖代谢,降血糖功效。
罗汉果:味甘,性凉,有润肺止咳,生津止渴,适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽,百日咳及暑热伤津口渴,还有润肠通便的功效
川芎:川芎味辛,性温,归肝、胆、心经,气香升散;主治月经不调,痛经,经闭,难产,胞衣不下,产后恶露腹痛,肿块,心胸胁疼痛,跌打损伤肿痛,头痛眩晕目暗,风寒湿痹,肢体麻木,痈疽疮疡。
夏枯草:辛、苦,寒。归肝、胆经;目赤肿痛、头痛眩晕、目珠夜痛。本品苦寒主入肝经,善泻肝火以明目。用治肝火上炎,目赤肿痛,可配桑叶、菊花、决明子等药用。本品清肝明目之中,略兼养肝,配当归、枸杞子,可用于肝阴不足,目珠疼痛,至夜尤甚者;亦可配香附、甘草用,如夏枯草散(《张氏医通》)
罗布麻叶:罗布麻叶味甘、苦,凉。归肝经。具有平肝安神,清热利水的功效。常用于治疗肝阳眩晕,心悸失眠,浮肿尿少等。《中国药用植物图鉴》载:“嫩叶,蒸炒鞣制后代茶,有清凉去火,防止头晕和强心功用。”《陕西中草药》载:“(罗布麻叶)清凉泻火,强心利尿,降血压。治心脏病,高血压,神经衰弱,肾炎浮肿。”
鬼针草:清热,解毒,散瘀,消肿。治疟疾,腹泻,痢疾,肝炎,急性肾炎,胃痛,噎膈,肠痈,咽喉肿痛,跌打损伤,蛇虫咬伤。
珍珠母:平肝,潜阳,定惊,止血。治头眩,耳鸣,心悸,失眠,癫狂,惊痫,吐血,衄血,妇女血崩。
天麻:具有息风止痉,平抑肝阳,祛风通络的功效。主治肝风内动,惊痫抽搐,眩晕,头痛,肢体麻木,手足不遂,风湿痹痛等
葛根:干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
元参:甘、苦、咸,微寒;凉血滋阴,泻火解毒。用于热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,温毒发斑,津伤便秘,骨蒸劳嗽,目赤,咽痛,瘰疠,白喉,痈肿疮毒;
丹皮:所含牡丹酚及其以外的糖苷类成分均有抗炎作用;牡丹皮的甲醇提取物有抑制血小板作用;牡丹酚有镇静、降温、解热、镇痛、解痉等中枢抑制作用及抗动脉粥样硬化、利尿、抗溃疡等作用;
橘皮:味苦、辛,性温;用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多;
白术:苦、甘,温。健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,消化不良,泄泻,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。苗(术苗):祛水,止自汗;
地龙:具有清热定惊、通络、平喘、利尿的功效。常炒制后用于高热、神昏、惊痫抽搐、关节痹痛、肺热喘咳、尿少水肿、高血压等症。主含多种氨基酸。由于生品腥味太重,故入药一般需经炒制。陶弘景谓:“若服干蚓,须熬作屑”。传统用地龙,制法很多,主要有药制、醋制、熬制、酒制、油制、蛤粉炒制、盐制等法,使其质地松泡酥脆、去毒性、矫正臭味及便于煎制服用
龙胆草:味苦,性寒;用于清热燥湿,泻肝胆火。用于湿热黄疸,阴肿阴痒,带下,湿疹瘙痒,肝火目赤,耳鸣耳聋,胁痛口苦,强中,惊风抽搐。
干地黄:具有滋阴清热,凉血补血之功效,用于热病烦渴,内热消渴,骨蒸劳热,温病发斑,血热所致的吐血,衄血,崩漏,尿血,便血,血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,血少经闭;
槐花:苦,微寒。用于便血,痔血,血痢,崩漏,吐血,衄血,肝热目赤,头痛眩晕
黑豆:黑豆有补肾养血、清热解毒、活血化瘀、乌发明目、延年益寿功效。”《延年秘录》载:“服食黑豆,令人长肌肤,益颜色,填精髓,加气力。”《养老书》记载:“李守愚每晨水吞黑豆七枚,谓之五脏谷,到老不衰。”《本草汇言》言其:“润肾燥,止盗汗”《本草拾遗》言其:“主风痹,瘫痪、口噤、产后诸风。”
苦瓜:味苦,性寒,具有祛暑涤热,明目,解毒之功效。常用于暑热烦渴,消渴,赤眼疼痛,痢疾,疮痈肿毒。
灰树花:具有益气健脾;补虚扶正。主脾虚气弱;体倦乏力;神疲懒言;饮食减少;食后腹胀;肿瘤患者放疗或化疗后有上述症状者。
有益效果:本发明的有益效果是:本发明为纯中药配方,配伍科学,且该药起效快,疗效显著,药性平和、持久,无毒副作用;能够增加糖原合成酶活性,增加胰岛素敏感性,从而降低血糖,消除烦渴,停药后可以使血糖持久下降;扶正益气,健脾和胃的功效,能同时平衡调节人体阴阳,使人体达到阴平阳秘,免疫力提高,恢复机体生理代谢机能,延缓衰老。

进一步的说,按重量份计,青钱柳25份,罗汉果10份,川芎9份,夏枯草2份,罗布麻叶15份,鬼针草5份,珍珠母7份,天麻1份,葛根25份,元参15份,丹皮12份,橘皮6份,白术10份,地龙3份,龙胆草8份,干地黄2份,槐花4份,黑豆15份,苦瓜10份,灰树花15份。
一种降血糖中药配方的其制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
步骤A、备料、药材清理:对采购的药材进行初步清理,剔除杂质和霉变,并进行洁净、干燥、无霉变、无劣变、无虫蛀;接着按重量称取青钱柳,罗汉果,川芎,夏枯草,罗布麻叶,鬼针草,珍珠母,天麻,葛根,元参,丹皮,橘皮,白术,地龙,龙胆草,干地黄,槐花,黑豆,苦瓜,灰树花,备用。
步骤B、混合:将上述的原料按照重量份放入粉碎设备内进行粉碎0.5h;
步骤C、煎煮:将混合破碎粒料加水放入锅中大火熬2h,小火2h;
步骤D、过滤、将煎煮中药药渣与药液过滤分离;
步骤E、提纯:将过滤好的药液通过加入到中药反应釜内,之后按照一定的比例加入白酒和蜂蜜,进行分段加热保温;
第一段:按照200℃的温度搅拌1h;
第二段:按照150℃的温度搅拌3h;
步骤F、浓缩:将提纯好的药液通过输送泵经流量计向中药浓缩设备内添加,直至将药液浓缩至密度为1.40的膏状体,再在90℃以下干燥,粉碎成细粉,混匀,制成片剂。

将实施例1-3的片剂供糖尿病患者饮用,每日三次、每次1-3片,连续饮用三个月;共观察病例30例,年龄40~70岁,糖尿病史1~10年,空腹血糖≥8.0mmol/L。饮用后,6例患者的空腹血糖转为正常,另10例患者的空腹血糖下降60%以上;10例患者的糖化血红蛋白转为正常,另4例患者的糖化血红蛋白下降30%以上。证明本发明具有较好的预防糖尿病和降糖作用
综上所述,本发明为纯中药配方,配伍科学,且该药起效快,疗效显著,药性平和、持久,无毒副作用;能够增加糖原合成酶活性,增加胰岛素敏感性,从而降低血糖,消除烦渴,停药后可以使血糖持久下降;扶正益气,健脾和胃的功效,能同时平衡调节人体阴阳,使人体达到阴平阳秘,免疫力提高,恢复机体生理代谢机能,延缓衰老。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血糖中药配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:青钱柳20-30份,罗汉果5-15份,川芎6-12份,夏枯草1-3份,罗布麻叶15份,鬼针草3-7份,珍珠母5-9份,天麻0.5-1.5份,葛根20-30份,元参10-20份,丹皮8-16份,橘皮3-9份,白术5-15份,地龙1-5份,龙胆草6-10份,生地5-15份,干地黄1-3份,槐花3-5份,黑豆10-20份,苦瓜5-15份,灰树花10-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血糖中药配方,其特征在于,具体包括以下重量份的原料:青钱柳25份,罗汉果10份,川芎9份,夏枯草2份,罗布麻叶15份,鬼针草5份,珍珠母7份,天麻1份,葛根25份,元参15份,丹皮12份,橘皮6份,白术10份,地龙3份,龙胆草8份,干地黄2份,槐花4份,黑豆15份,苦瓜10份,灰树花15份。

步骤C、煎煮:将混合破碎粒料加水放入锅中大火熬2h,小火2h;
步骤D、过滤、将煎煮中药药渣与药液过滤分离;
步骤E、提纯:将过滤好的药液通过加入到中药反应釜内,之后按照一定的比例加入白酒和蜂蜜,进行分段加热保温;
第一段:按照200-220℃的温度搅拌0.5-1h;
第二段:按照100-150℃的温度搅拌2-3h;
步骤F、浓缩:将提纯好的药液通过输送泵经流量计向中药浓缩设备内添加,直至将药液浓缩至密度为1.32-1.40的膏状体,再在90℃以下干燥,粉碎成细粉,混匀,制成片剂。
