背景技术
[0002] 心律失常是由于窦房结激动异常或激动产生于窦房结以外,激动的传导缓慢、阻 滞或经异常通道传导,即心脏活动的起源和(或)传导障碍导致心脏搏动的频率和(或)节律 异常。心律失常的血流动力学改变的临床表现主要取决于心律失常的性质,类型,心功能及 对血流动力学影响的程度,如轻度的窦性心动过缓,窦性心律不齐,偶发的房性期前收缩, 一度房室传导阻滞等对血流动力学影响甚小,故无明显的临床表现,较严重的心律失常,如 病窦综合征,快速心房颤动,阵发性室上性心动过速,持续性室性心动过速等,可引起心悸, 胸闷,头晕,低血压,出汗,严重者可出现晕厥,阿-斯综合征,甚至猝死,由于心律失常的类 型不同,临床表现各异。中医认为,心律失常属中医心悸、怔忡、晕厥范畴,其病因主要为 "瘀"、"热"、"虚"三个方面,"瘀"为淤血内阻,心脉不畅;"热"为血分蕴热,与淤胶结难解; "虚"为气虚、阴虚,涉及心、脾、肝、肾四脏。

X)的中国专利文献公开了一种治 疗心律失常的中药制剂,其原料药材分别是:当归10份、赤芍10份、红花9份、琥珀8份、广 郁金9份、川考9份、失笑散8份、柴胡10份、枳壳12份。公布号CN 102284004 A(申请号 201110251914. 1)的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗心律失常的药剂,它是由下列原料药制 成:甘松、党参、桂枝、甘草、七叶一枝花、川考、石菖蒲、麦冬、五味子、密蒙花和黄精。
[0004] 中医药治疗此病的药物有不少,但大多存在缺陷,为改善患者的生活质量,提高治 疗效果,需要加强对此方面的研究,争取得到一种更安全有效的中药配方。

[0021] 石首鱼:基原:为石首鱼科动物大黄鱼或小黄鱼的肉。性味:甘,平。归经:脾;胃; 肝;肾经。功能主治:益气健脾;补肾;明目;止痢。主病后、产后体虚;乳汁不足;肾虚腰痛; 水肿;视物昏花;头痛;胃痛;泻痢。

[0045] 试验例1本发明所得治疗心律失常的药剂(实施例5)的临床应用: 选取人群:2013年4月-2014年12月,依据就诊病历,在四所医院筛选心律失常患者 281例,年龄19-65岁,平均年龄49. 2±2. 5岁,病程3个月-10年,其中男性患者162例,女 性患者119例。所有患者均有不同程度的心悸、胸闷、气促、失眠、乏力等症状,结合其体征 及心电图结果,符合中华医学会制定的心律失常诊断标准。
[0046] 试验前,将患者随机分为两组,实验组163例和对照组118例,两组在性别、年龄、 病程、病情等方面无显著差异。实验组服用本发明所得产品,一天两次,每次2-3g,温开水冲 月艮,二十天为一个疗程;对照组服用其他常规药物(心律平、倍他乐克、稳心颗粒等)。服药期 间对两组患者进行连续观察,记录症状改善、心电图、动态心电图改善情况。
[0047] 疗效判定标准:参照文献疗效标准,(1)治愈:心律失常消失90%以上,临床症状消 失或明显改善,心电图正常或明显改善;(2)有效:心律失常改善50%以上,临床症状大部分 消失或缓解,心电图改善;(3)无效:心律失常无减轻,症状及心电图改善不明显。总有效率 =治愈率+有效率 临床结果:经三个疗程的服药后,两组的治疗结果如表1所示:
由表1可知,实验组的治愈患者为106例,治愈率为65. 0%,有效患者为53例,总有效 率为97. 5%,而对照组被治愈的患者为60例,治愈率为50. 8%,有效的患者为39例,总有效 率83. 9%,明显低于实验组的治疗效果,说明本发明所得产品疗效显著,治愈率高。且服药期 间,实验组患者未出现不良反应,复查尿便常规,肝功肾功均正常,对照组患者有8例患者 出现恶心呕吐,复查血尿便常规,肝功肾功,有2例肝功异常,停药后不良反应均消失。
[0048] 本发明中所使用的中药,桂枝可温通经脉,回心草、昙花可养心安神,石首鱼、黄脚 鸡可益气健脾,麦门冬可滋阴润肺,白毛夏枯草、万年青可清热解毒,雪里开、紫金莲可行气 活血,朴松实可平肝熄风,合掌消可活血消肿,羌活可除湿止痛,棕树心可收敛止血,番红花 可散郁开结,多种药材协同作用,共奏益气健脾、行气活血之功效。
[0049] 应当指出的是,具体实施方式只是本发明比较有代表性的例子,显然本发明的技 术方案不限于上述实施例,还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员,以本发明所明确公 开的或根据文件的书面描述毫无异议的得到的,均应认为是本专利所要保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1. 治疗心律失常的药剂,其特征在于,主要由下列原料药制备而成,均为质量份:桂枝 8- 16 ;回心草10-13 ;石首鱼7-13 ;麦门冬11-14 ;白毛夏枯草9-15 ;雪里开7-14 ;黄脚鸡 6-15 ;朴松实8-13 ;昙花10-14 ;合掌消9-13 ;羌活8-14 ;棕树心7-12 ;万年青10-15 ;紫金 莲9-12 ;番红花7-15。
2. 如权利要求1所述的治疗心律失常的药剂,其特征在于,桂枝10-14 ;回心草11-12 ; 石首鱼9-11 ;麦门冬12-13 ;白毛夏枯草10-14 ;雪里开9-12 ;黄脚鸡9-12 ;朴松实10-11 ; 昙花11-13 ;合掌消10-12 ;羌活10-12 ;棕树心9-10 ;万年青11-14 ;紫金莲10-11 ;番红花 9- 13 (优选的是:桂枝12 ;回心草11. 5 ;石首鱼10 ;麦门冬12. 5 ;白毛夏枯草12 ;雪里开 10. 5 ;黄脚鸡10. 5 ;朴松实10. 5 ;昙花12 ;合掌消11 ;羌活11 ;棕树心9. 5 ;万年青12. 5 ;紫 金莲10. 5 ;番红花11)。
3. 如权利要求1-2任一所述的治疗心律失常的药剂,其特征在于,将其制成药学上可 接受的散剂,其制备方法是: (1) 取石首鱼洗净,放入锅内,加入石首鱼质量4-6倍的浓度20%盐水(优选的:加入盐 水量为石首鱼质量的5倍),煮至熟透,取出,切成条状,置于油锅内,炸至表面呈黄色,取出, 沥去油,放凉; (2) 取桂枝、昙花和番红花洗净除杂,加入姜块,置于醋水中煮10-20分钟(优选的:煮 12-18分钟;更加优选的:煮15分钟),取出,烘干; (3) 将回心草、白毛夏枯草、雪里开和黄脚鸡除杂洗净,切丝,加入淘米水浸8分钟,取 出,置于炒锅内,文火翻炒,不断淋入冰糖水浸润,炒至表面变黄,取出,烘干; (4) 将麦门冬、朴松实、合掌消、羌活、棕树心、万年青和紫金莲洗净除杂,放入蒸锅内, 隔水蒸25-35分钟(优选的:隔水蒸28-32分钟;更加优选的:隔水蒸30分钟),取出捣碎, 置于烤箱内,恒温烘干,取出; (5) 将步骤(1) (2) (3) (4)所制原料药粉碎过筛,即得散剂。
4. 如权利要求3所述的治疗心律失常的药剂散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)粉 碎过100-200目筛(优选的:粉碎过130-170目筛;更加优选的:粉碎过150目筛)。
5. 如权利要求1-2任一所述的治疗心律失常的药剂,其特征在于,将其制成药学上可 接受的胶囊剂,其制备方法是: (1) 取石首鱼洗净,放入锅内,加入石首鱼质量4-6倍的浓度20%盐水(优选的:加入盐 水量为石首鱼质量的5倍),煮至熟透,取出,切成条状,置于油锅内,炸至表面呈黄色,取出, 沥去油,放凉; (2) 取桂枝、昙花和番红花洗净除杂,加入姜块,置于醋水中煮10-20分钟(优选的:煮 12-18分钟;更加优选的:煮15分钟),取出,烘干; (3) 将回心草、白毛夏枯草、雪里开和黄脚鸡除杂洗净,切丝,加入淘米水浸8分钟,取 出,置于炒锅内,文火翻炒,不断淋入冰糖水浸润,炒至表面变黄,取出,烘干; (4) 将麦门冬、朴松实、合掌消、羌活、棕树心、万年青和紫金莲洗净除杂,放入蒸锅内, 隔水蒸25-35分钟(优选的:隔水蒸28-32分钟;更加优选的:隔水蒸30分钟),取出捣碎, 置于烤箱内,恒温烘干,取出; (5) 将上述步骤所制原料药粉碎过60-140目筛(优选的:粉碎过80-120目筛;更加优 选的:粉碎过100目筛),加入药学辅料,制成颗粒,装填入胶囊内,即得胶囊剂。
6. 如权利要求5所述的治疗心律失常的药剂胶囊剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5) 每粒胶囊中所含药粉量为〇. 2-0. 4g(优选的:每粒胶囊内所含药粉量为0. 3g)。
7. 如权利要求1-2任一所述的治疗心律失常的药剂,其特征在于,将其制成药学上可 接受的丸剂,其制备方法是: (1) 取石首鱼洗净,放入锅内,加入石首鱼质量4-6倍的浓度20%盐水(优选的:加入盐 水量为石首鱼质量的5倍),煮至熟透,取出,切成条状,置于油锅内,炸至表面呈黄色,取出, 沥去油,放凉,粉碎; (2) 取桂枝、昙花和番红花洗净除杂,加入姜块,置于醋水中煮10-20分钟(优选的:煮 12-18分钟;更加优选的:煮15分钟),取出,烘干粉碎; (3) 将回心草、白毛夏枯草、雪里开和黄脚鸡除杂洗净,切丝,加入淘米水浸8分钟,取 出,置于炒锅内,文火翻炒,不断淋入冰糖水浸润,炒至表面变黄,取出,烘干; (4) 将麦门冬、朴松实、合掌消、羌活、棕树心、万年青和紫金莲洗净除杂,放入蒸锅内, 隔水蒸25-35分钟(优选的:隔水蒸28-32分钟;更加优选的:隔水蒸30分钟),取出捣碎, 与步骤(3)所制原料药一起加水煎煮20-30分钟(优选的:加水煎煮25分钟),过滤后收集 滤液; (5) 喷雾干燥步骤(4)所得滤液,再与步骤(1) (2)所制药粉混合,加入炼蜜水泛制成 丸,即得丸剂。
8. 如权利要求7所述的治疗心律失常的药剂丸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)加 水量为所煮原料药质量的5-7倍(优选的:加水量为所煮原料药质量的6倍)。
9. 如权利要求1-2任一所述的治疗心律失常的药剂,其特征在于,将其制成药学上可 接受的煎膏剂,其制备方法是: (1) 取石首鱼洗净,放入锅内,加入石首鱼质量4-6倍的浓度20%盐水(优选的:加入盐 水量为石首鱼质量的5倍),煮至熟透,取出,切成条状,置于油锅内,炸至表面呈黄色,取出, 沥去油,放凉; (2) 取桂枝、昙花和番红花洗净除杂,加入姜块,置于醋水中煮10-20分钟(优选的:煮 12-18分钟;更加优选的:煮15分钟),取出,烘干; (3) 将回心草、白毛夏枯草、雪里开和黄脚鸡除杂洗净,切丝,加入淘米水浸8分钟,取 出,置于炒锅内,文火翻炒,不断淋入冰糖水浸润,炒至表面变黄,取出,烘干; (4) 将麦门冬、朴松实、合掌消、羌活、棕树心、万年青和紫金莲洗净除杂,放入蒸锅内, 隔水蒸25-35分钟(优选的:隔水蒸28-32分钟;更加优选的:隔水蒸30分钟),取出捣碎, 与步骤(3)所制原料药一起加水煎煮15-25分钟(优选的:加水煎煮20分钟),过滤后收集 滤液; (5) 将步骤(1) (2)所制原料药粉碎过80目筛,加入步骤(4)所得滤液内,加热浓缩至 清膏,即得煎膏剂。
10. 如权利要求9所述的治疗心律失常的药剂煎膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤 (4)加水量为所煮原料药质量的5-8倍(优选的:加水量为所煮原料药质量的6-7倍;更加 优选的:加水量为所煮原料药质量的6. 5倍)。
