In one embodiment, the emulsifier of the present invention is selected from one or more of dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer, PEG-10 dimethicone, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, lauryl PEG-9 dimethicone ethyl dimethicone, dimethicone/polyglycerin-3 crosspolymer.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises at least one of polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, and polydimethylsiloxane/polyglycerol-3 cross-linked polymer, wherein the weight ratio is (1-3): 1, there may be mentioned, 1: 1. 2: 1. 3: 1.
more preferably, the emulsifier comprises polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane/polyglycerol-3 cross-linked polymer, and the weight ratio is (1-2): (1-2): 1.
in order to ensure the stability of skin care products and the like in the circulation and use processes, the stability of illumination and high and low temperatures needs to be tested, particularly, the temperature of a part of areas in summer can reach more than 35 ℃ along with the global warming, so the stability at high temperature needs to be ensured, in order to accelerate the test, the invention controls the temperature to be 45-50 ℃ for testing, and whether the problems of color change, odor change, layering and the like exist or not are checked, in addition, the inventor finds that the anti-aging composition provided by the invention needs to be added with proper emulsifier to form an emulsified state because of the incompatibility of the composite grease and the water carrier, so as to obtain a uniform composition without visible particle particles, but at higher temperature, emulsion droplets are easy to aggregate, although color change and layering do not exist, small particles exist, and by using the emulsifier of the polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer, can avoid the generation of small particles and promote the stable appearance.
In one embodiment, the compositions of the present invention further comprise a preservative, examples of which include, but are not limited to, methylparaben, propylparaben, phenoxyethanol, glyceryl caprylate, ethylhexyl glycerol, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, caprylhydroxamic acid, glyceryl caprylate. In one embodiment, the preservative accounts for 0.1-2 weight percent of the anti-aging composition.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the anti-aging composition, comprising:
mixing hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, ectoin, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, humectant and water, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring to obtain phase A;
mixing the composite grease with an emulsifier, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring to obtain a phase B;
adding the phase A into the phase B, mixing, adding the polypeptide, and mixing to obtain the anti-aging composition.
In the preparation process of the invention, the phase A, the phase B and the composition are obtained and stirred at low speed to obtain a uniform state without visible particles. In one embodiment, the method for preparing the anti-aging composition of the present invention comprises:
mixing hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, ectoin, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, humectant and water, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring at 20-40 rpm to obtain phase A;
mixing the compound grease with an emulsifier, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring at 20-40 rpm to obtain a phase B;
adding the phase A into the phase B, mixing, homogenizing at 800-1500 rpm for 0.5-3 min, stirring at 10-30 rpm, cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding the polypeptide, homogenizing at 800-1500 rpm for 0.5-3 min, and stirring at 10-30 rpm to obtain the anti-aging composition.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides the use of the anti-aging composition as described above in a skin care product.
Examples
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.
Examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 provide anti-aging compositions prepared from raw materials, in mass percent, as shown in table 1, wherein the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is available from Huaxi Biotech, Inc., the acetyl tetrapeptide-2 is available from Lipotec, Spain, the beeswax is available from TER Chemicals, Germany, and the dimethicone, dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer, PEG-10 dimethicone, and dimethicone/polyglycerin-3 crosspolymer are available from Nippon.

Examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 also provide a method for preparing the anti-aging composition as described above, comprising:
mixing water, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, ectoin, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid and glycerol, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until particles are uniformly visible to naked eyes, so as to form phase A;
mixing polydimethylsiloxane, beeswax, polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane/polyglycerol-3 cross-linked polymer and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until particles are uniformly visible to naked eyes, so as to form a phase B;
adding phase A into phase B, mixing, and homogenizing at 1000rpm for 1 min; stirring uniformly at 20rpm without visible particles, cooling to 45 deg.C, adding phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and acetyl tetrapeptide-2, and homogenizing at 1000rpm for 1 min; stirring at 20rpm to obtain the composition.
Evaluation of Performance
1. Skin repair test: 30 testers were selected, the skin barrier of the inner forearm was destroyed by sodium laureth sulfate (AES), and the test subjects were randomly divided into 6 groups, and the compositions provided in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were applied to the relevant sites 2 times a day for 7 days, and the percent reduction of skin erythema with time was measured, as shown in FIG. 1, it was found that the reduction of erythema was significantly higher in examples 1 to 5 than in comparative example 1, and the skin repair effect was excellent.
2. Moisture retention test: 30 testers are selected, the testers are 25-45 years old, the average age is 35 years old, the skin is smeared on the left face of the testers, the testers are smeared on the right face of the testers for 2 times every day and are continuously used for 28 days, and the percentage of the water content of the skin, which is increased along with the using days, is measured, as shown in figure 2, the example 5 is known to be capable of obviously increasing the water content of the skin and has excellent moisturizing and hydrating effects compared with the comparative example 1.
3. Skin tightness test: skin firmness was measured by selecting 20 test subjects, 50-60 years old, average 56 years old, applying example 5 to the left face, and applying comparative example 1 to the right face 2 times a day for 28 consecutive days, respectively, in which skin firmness and skin wrinkle depth were measured by analyzing the interaction between impact force and skin surface, which was converted into electric signal intensity after sensing, and determining physical properties before and after skin treatment using a Ballistometry, as shown in fig. 3, indicating that example 5 significantly improved skin firmness compared to comparative example 1.
4. And (3) anti-wrinkle test: as a result of the wrinkle resistance test performed by the skin firmness test subjects, as shown in fig. 4, it can be seen that the wrinkle depth was reduced by 20.3% in example 5, the wrinkle depth was reduced by only 0.5% in comparative example 1, and the wrinkle resistance effect was excellent in example 5.
5. Stability: the anti-aging compositions provided in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 were placed under light, low temperature (5 ℃), high temperature (50 ℃), and high and low temperature cycles for 7 days, respectively, wherein the compositions of examples 1-5 did not discolor, smell, and demulsify and stratify, and no visible particles appeared, while the compositions of comparative examples 2 and 3 were unstable to different degrees.

According to test results, the anti-aging composition provided by the invention has excellent anti-aging and moisturizing effects, can play a role in repairing damaged skin after staying up, has the effects of delaying aging, brightening skin color and moisturizing, and is suitable for long-term use.

Accordingly, it is applicants' intention that the appended claims are not to be limited by the choice of examples illustrating features of the invention. Also, where numerical ranges are used in the claims, subranges therein are included, and variations in these ranges are also to be construed as possible being covered by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. The anti-aging composition is characterized by comprising 0.2-3 wt% of an anti-aging component, 8-15 wt% of a humectant, 5-15 wt% of compound grease, 3-8 wt% of an emulsifier and the balance of water.
2. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein the anti-aging ingredient comprises at least one of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, ectoin, hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid, and polypeptide.
3. The anti-aging composition according to claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, the ectoine, the hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid and the polypeptide is (0.05-0.5): (0.1-1): (0.1-1): (0.0005-0.001).
4. The anti-aging composition according to claim 2, wherein the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate has a weight average molecular weight of less than 10000.
5. The anti-ageing composition according to claim 2, wherein the polypeptide is selected from one or more of acetyl tetrapeptide-2, acetyl tetrapeptide-5, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and palm tetrapeptide-7.
6. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the humectant is selected from one or more of 1, 3-propylene glycol, glycerin, sorbitol, maltitol, betaine and trehalose.
7. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the compound oil is a silane oil and/or a natural oil.
8. The antiaging composition according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the emulsifier is selected from one or more of dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer, PEG-10 dimethicone, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, lauryl PEG-9 dimethicone ethyl dimethicone, dimethicone/polyglycerin-3 crosspolymer.
9. A method for preparing an anti-ageing composition according to any one of claims 2 to 8, comprising:
mixing hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, ectoin, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, humectant and water, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring to obtain phase A;
mixing the composite grease with an emulsifier, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring to obtain a phase B;
adding the phase A into the phase B, mixing, adding the polypeptide, and mixing to obtain the anti-aging composition.
10. Use of an anti-ageing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, in a skin care product.
