Abstract
The invention discloses a piglet feed containing earthworm powder, which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of puffed corn, 20-30 parts of earthworm powder, 10-20 parts of bean pulp, 10-20 parts of water hyacinth, 5-10 parts of spirulina powder, 5-10 parts of malt powder, 5-10 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 3-5 parts of wormcast, 3-5 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1-3 parts of beeswax, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin and 1-3 parts of choline. The invention also provides a preparation method of the piglet feed containing the earthworm powder. The invention has the characteristics of promoting the digestion of piglets, enhancing the immunity of piglets, reducing the occurrence of diarrhea, improving the growth speed of piglets, and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed. More specifically, the invention relates to a piglet feed containing earthworm powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
After weaning, piglets are changed into feed by taking liquid breast milk as a main part, the weaning stress condition is faced, the gastrointestinal development of the piglets is incomplete, physiological disorder is caused after weaning, dyspepsia and diarrhea are easily caused, the death rate of serious consequence patients can reach 15-20%, and huge economic loss of farmers and breeding enterprises is caused. Thus, enhancing feed digestibility will reduce the incidence of diarrhea in piglets, increase survival of piglets and improve productivity. The earthworm is rich in highly unsaturated fatty acid, nucleotide, digestive enzyme, antibacterial peptide, amino acid, earthworm thermonatrite, trace elements and other substances, has strong digestibility, and the protein content of the earthworm powder reaches 70 percent, which is equivalent to that of imported fish meal. Therefore, the earthworm powder is used for replacing fish meal, so that the diarrhea rate of piglets can be reduced, and the feed cost can be reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a piglet feed containing earthworm powder, which can promote digestion of piglets, enhance immunity of piglets, reduce diarrhea occurrence, and increase growth rate of piglets.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a piglet feed containing earthworm powder, comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of puffed corn, 20-30 parts of earthworm powder, 10-20 parts of bean pulp, 10-20 parts of water hyacinth, 5-10 parts of spirulina powder, 5-10 parts of malt powder, 5-10 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 3-5 parts of wormcast, 3-5 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1-3 parts of beeswax, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin and 1-3 parts of choline.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of puffed corn, 25 parts of earthworm powder, 15 parts of bean pulp, 10-20 parts of water hyacinth, 8 parts of spirulina powder, 5-10 parts of malt powder, 8 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 3-5 parts of wormcast, 4 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 2 parts of beeswax, 2 parts of compound vitamin and 2 parts of choline.
The preparation method of the piglet feed containing the earthworm powder comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning earthworms with water, drying in a drying and sterilizing device at 50 ℃, and grinding into powder to obtain earthworm powder;
2) dissolving the beeswax in the ethanol solution, spraying the solution into dried wormcast, air-drying for 3-5 hours to volatilize ethanol to obtain a mixture A, spraying water into the mixture A until the water content is 50-70%, adding pseudomonas nitroreducens, and fermenting for 3-5 days to obtain a fermented product A;
3) crushing the water hyacinth in the weight part, uniformly mixing the crushed water hyacinth with the puffed corn and the microbial agent in the weight part, adjusting the water content to 50-60%, and fermenting for 2-3 days to obtain a fermented substance B;
4) and uniformly mixing the earthworm powder, the soybean meal, the spirulina powder, the malt powder, the fructooligosaccharide, the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the compound vitamin, the choline, the fermentation product A and the fermentation product B in parts by weight, and putting the mixture into a granulator for granulation to obtain the piglet feed.
Preferably, the dry sterilizing apparatus includes:
a feed hopper;
the air drying cylinder is obliquely arranged at an acute angle with the horizontal plane, a spiral guide plate is arranged on the inner wall of the air drying cylinder, through holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the air drying cylinder and the guide plate, and the upper end of the air drying cylinder is arranged opposite to the lower part of the discharge hole of the feed hopper;
the material collecting box is arranged below the air drying cylinder and is opposite to the lower end opening of the air drying cylinder;
the shell piece is sleeved on the outer side of the air drying cylinder to wrap the air drying cylinder, fixing pieces are arranged at two ends of the shell piece to fix the air drying cylinder in the shell piece in a rotatable mode, a gap is formed between the shell piece and the air drying cylinder, an air inlet is formed in the lower end of the shell piece, and the shell piece is arranged on the support;
the ultraviolet lamps are fixed inside the air drying cylinder through connecting rods, the ultraviolet lamps are arranged among the ultraviolet lamps and arranged along the length direction of the air drying cylinder, the upper ends of the connecting rods are connected with the feed hopper, and the lower ends of the connecting rods are connected with the shell members;

Preferably, the driving assembly comprises a motor, a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is arranged at the upper end of the air drying cylinder, the second gear is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, the motor is arranged below the housing member, and the first gear is meshed with the second gear.
Preferably, in the step 2), the addition amount of the pseudomonas nitroreducens is 3-5% of the mass of the wormcast.
Preferably, in the step 3), the addition amount of the microbial agent is 3-5% of the mass of the puffed corn, and the microbial agent comprises the following microbial agents in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of saccharomyces cerevisiae, 5-10 parts of lactobacillus, 5-10 parts of bifidobacterium, 10-20 parts of brevibacterium flavum, 5-10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 10-15 parts of mortierella isabellina, 5-10 parts of enterococcus faecium and 3-5 parts of lactobacillus plantarum.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted from the following medicinal materials including wild chrysanthemum flower, honeysuckle flower, rhizoma polygonati, monkshood, caulis sinomenii, fructus momordicae, olive, morinda officinalis and gentian.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the earthworm is rich in substances such as protein, digestive enzyme, antibacterial peptide, amino acid and the like, and the earthworm powder is used as a main protein source of the piglets, so that the earthworm powder has the functions of promoting the digestion and absorption of the piglets, improving the immunity of the piglets and the like, reducing the occurrence of diarrhea and improving the growth performance of the piglets.
Secondly, the earthworm powder and the spirulina are rich in unsaturated fatty acid, so that the diversity of intestinal microorganisms of the piglets can be improved, the activity of immune cells can be enhanced, and the immunocompetence of the piglets can be improved.
Thirdly, the microbial inoculum of the invention can ferment the puffed corn and the like, enhances the palatability of the piglets, promotes part of the puffed corn to generate unsaturated fatty acid and various amino acids required by the growth of the piglets under the action of the microbial inoculum, and enhances the nutritional efficacy. The microbial inoculum used by the invention is all beneficial microorganisms, and has the functions of improving and regulating intestinal microorganisms of piglets and improving the growth performance and the immune function of the piglets when being fed to the piglets.

The drying and sterilizing device can rapidly air-dry the earthworms, kill germs attached to the earthworms, and keep the active ingredients of the earthworms, such as digestive enzymes, antibacterial peptides and the like, from losing.

The annular baffle 8 is abutted against the air drying cylinder 2, so that the effect of supporting and fixing the air drying cylinder 2 is achieved, and on the other hand, water discharged from the through hole and entering the water shell member 4 can be prevented from flowing to the lower end, so that the heat of hot air is absorbed, and the utilization rate of the hot air is improved; in addition, this application cyclic annular baffle 8 has still played and has hindered hot-blast from flowing in shell part 4 and air-dry section of thick bamboo 2, makes hot-blast passing through only can follow air-dry section of thick bamboo 2 inside, has further improved hot-blast utilization ratio.

The piglet feed containing the earthworm powder comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: : 45 parts of puffed corn, 25 parts of earthworm powder, 15 parts of bean pulp, 10 parts of water hyacinth, 8 parts of spirulina powder, 10 parts of malt powder, 8 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 5 parts of wormcast, 4 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 2 parts of beeswax, 2 parts of compound vitamin and 2 parts of choline;
the preparation method of the piglet feed containing the earthworm powder comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning earthworms with water, drying in a drying and sterilizing device at 50 ℃, and grinding into powder to obtain earthworm powder;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drying and sterilizing apparatus includes:
a feed hopper 1;
the air drying cylinder 2 is obliquely arranged at an acute angle with the horizontal plane, a spiral guide plate 11 is arranged on the inner wall of the air drying cylinder 2, through holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the air drying cylinder 2 and the guide plate 11, and the upper end of the air drying cylinder 2 is arranged opposite to the lower part of the discharge hole of the feed hopper 1;
the material collecting box 3 is arranged below the air drying cylinder 2 and is opposite to the lower end opening of the air drying cylinder 2;
the shell member 4 is sleeved on the outer side of the air drying cylinder 2 to wrap the air drying cylinder 2, fixing members are arranged at two ends of the shell member 4 to rotatably fix the air drying cylinder 2 in the shell member 4, a gap is arranged between the shell member 4 and the air drying cylinder 2, an air inlet is arranged at the lower end of the shell member 4, and the shell member 4 is arranged on the bracket 10;
an air outlet of the hot air blower 7 is connected with the air inlet through a pipeline so as to input hot air to the air drying cylinder 2;
the ultraviolet lamps 6 are fixed inside the air drying cylinder 2 through connecting rods 5, the ultraviolet lamps 6 are arranged among the ultraviolet lamps and arranged along the length direction of the air drying cylinder 2, the upper end of each connecting rod 5 is connected with the feed hopper 1, and the lower end of each connecting rod 5 is connected with the shell member 4;
the driving component is connected with the air drying cylinder 2 to drive the air drying cylinder 2 to rotate;
the shell member 4 is provided with at least two annular baffles 8, the annular baffles 8 are abutted against the air drying cylinder 2, the air drying cylinder 2 can rotate relative to the annular baffles 8, the annular baffles 8 are arranged along the radial direction of the shell member 4, the annular baffles 8 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the shell member 4, a drain hole is arranged at the joint of the annular baffles 8 and the shell member 4, and the drain hole is connected with an external water collecting tank through the drain pipe;
the driving assembly comprises a motor 9, a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is arranged at the upper end of the air drying cylinder 2, the second gear is arranged on an output shaft of the motor 9, the motor 9 is arranged below the housing part 4, and the first gear is meshed with the second gear;
2) dissolving the beeswax in the weight part in an ethanol solution, spraying the solution into dried wormcast, air-drying for 5 hours to volatilize ethanol to obtain a mixture A, spraying water into the mixture A until the water content is 70%, adding pseudomonas nitroreducens, wherein the addition amount of the pseudomonas nitroreducens is 5% of the mass of the wormcast, and fermenting for 5 days to obtain a fermented product A;
3) crushing the water hyacinth in the weight part, uniformly mixing the crushed water hyacinth with the puffed corn and the microbial agent in the weight part, adjusting the water content to 60%, and fermenting for 3 days to obtain a fermented substance B; the addition amount of the microbial agent is 5% of the mass of the puffed corn, and the microbial agent comprises the following microbial agents in parts by weight: 15 parts of beer yeast, 10 parts of lactobacillus, 10 parts of bifidobacterium, 20 parts of brevibacterium flavum, 10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 15 parts of mortierella isabellina, 10 parts of enterococcus faecium and 5 parts of lactobacillus plantarum;
4) and uniformly mixing the earthworm powder, the soybean meal, the spirulina powder, the malt powder, the fructooligosaccharide, the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the compound vitamin, the choline, the fermentation product A and the fermentation product B in parts by weight, and putting the mixture into a granulator for granulation to obtain the piglet feed.
The microbial inoculum can be fermented to generate unsaturated fatty acid and various essential amino acids required by the growth of piglets, and has the function of enhancing the immunologic function of the piglets.

The piglet feed containing the earthworm powder comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: : 45 parts of puffed corn, 30 parts of earthworm powder, 15 parts of bean pulp, 10-20 parts of water hyacinth, 8 parts of spirulina powder, 10 parts of malt powder, 8 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 5 parts of wormcast, 4 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 2 parts of beewax, 2 parts of vitamin complex and 2 parts of choline;
the preparation method of the piglet feed containing the earthworm powder comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning earthworms with water, drying in a drying and sterilizing device at 50 ℃, and grinding into powder to obtain earthworm powder;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drying and sterilizing apparatus includes:
a feed hopper 1;

3) crushing the water hyacinth in the weight part, uniformly mixing the crushed water hyacinth with the puffed corn and the microbial agent in the weight part, adjusting the water content to 60%, and fermenting for 3 days to obtain a fermented substance B; the addition amount of the microbial agent is 5% of the mass of the puffed corn, and the microbial agent comprises the following microbial agents in parts by weight: 15 parts of beer yeast, 10 parts of lactobacillus, 10 parts of bifidobacterium, 20 parts of brevibacterium flavum, 10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 15 parts of mortierella isabellina, 10 parts of enterococcus faecium and 5 parts of lactobacillus plantarum;
4) uniformly mixing the soybean meal, the spirulina powder, the fructooligosaccharide, the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the compound vitamin, the choline, the fermentation product A, the fermentation product B, 20 parts of earthworm powder and 5 parts of malt flour in parts by weight, and putting the mixture into a granulator for granulation to obtain the piglet feed;
the traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted from the following medicinal materials including wild chrysanthemum flower, honeysuckle flower, sealwort, prepared common monkshood daughter root, sinomenium, momordica grosvenori, olive seed, morinda officinalis and gentian;
the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following steps:
a) respectively crushing wild chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, polygonatum, monkshood, caulis sinomenii, momordica grosvenori, olive, morinda officinalis and felwort, weighing 10 parts of wild chrysanthemum, 15 parts of honeysuckle, 5 parts of polygonatum, 5 parts of monkshood, 8 parts of caulis sinomenii, 4 parts of momordica grosvenori, 2 parts of olive, 2 parts of morinda officinalis and 3 parts of felwort in parts by weight, adding 10 times of water, decocting for 1 hour, mixing the decoction and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution;
b) putting 10 parts of earthworm powder into a buffer solution, adding papain and bromelain, and hydrolyzing at 50 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain earthworm hydrolysate;
c) and (3) uniformly mixing the concentrated solution with 3 parts of dried earthworm cast, 5 parts of malt flour and earthworm hydrolysate, adding glutamine transaminase, incubating for 2h at 45 ℃, drying, and grinding to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine extract.
According to the embodiment, the concentrated solution obtained by extracting the traditional Chinese medicine is treated by utilizing the wormcast and the malt flour, so that the traditional Chinese medicine components are adsorbed on the wormcast and the malt flour, and are adsorbed and buried by utilizing the wormcast and the malt flour, so that the palatability of piglets is prevented from being influenced by the addition of the traditional Chinese medicine, and the added traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of resisting viruses and germs, improving the immunity of the piglets and promoting digestion, and improves the production performance of the piglets.
Test example 1
30 healthy piglets with the weight of 7-8kg are selected, the piglets are equally divided into 3 groups, the test days are 14 days, the piglets are fed with the feed prepared in the embodiment 7 and the embodiment 8 of the invention for 4 times every day, the average daily feed intake and the average daily feed intake time of the piglets are counted by taking commercial piglet feed sold on the market as a reference, and the results are shown in table 1.

The results in table 1 show that the feed prepared by the invention has the effect of promoting the piglet feeding, and the piglet feeding rate of the feed prepared in example 8 is higher.
Test example 2
Selecting 30 healthy piglets, weighing 7-8kg, dividing into 3 groups equally, feeding for 4 times every day with the test days of 14 days, feeding the feeds of examples 7 and 8 to the test group, feeding the common commercial feeds to the control group, and counting and calculating the growth performance indexes such as average weight gain of the piglets as shown in table 2.

The results in table 2 show that the piglet feed prepared by the invention has obvious piglet weight gain, obviously reduced feed-weight ratio and diarrhea rate and good economic benefit.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (9)
1. The piglet feed containing the earthworm powder is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of puffed corn, 20-30 parts of earthworm powder, 10-20 parts of bean pulp, 10-20 parts of water hyacinth, 5-10 parts of spirulina powder, 5-10 parts of malt powder, 5-10 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 3-5 parts of wormcast, 3-5 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1-3 parts of beeswax, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin and 1-3 parts of choline.
2. The piglet feed containing the earthworm powder according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 45 parts of puffed corn, 25 parts of earthworm powder, 15 parts of bean pulp, 10-20 parts of water hyacinth, 8 parts of spirulina powder, 5-10 parts of malt powder, 8 parts of fructooligosaccharide, 3-5 parts of wormcast, 4 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 2 parts of beeswax, 2 parts of compound vitamin and 2 parts of choline.
3. The method for preparing piglet feed containing earthworm powder according to claim 1 or 2, which comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning earthworms with water, drying in a drying and sterilizing device at 50 ℃, and grinding into powder to obtain earthworm powder;
2) dissolving the beeswax in the ethanol solution, spraying the solution into dried wormcast, air-drying for 3-5 hours to volatilize ethanol to obtain a mixture A, spraying water into the mixture A until the water content is 50-70%, adding pseudomonas nitroreducens, and fermenting for 3-5 days to obtain a fermented product A;
3) crushing the water hyacinth in the weight part, uniformly mixing the crushed water hyacinth with the puffed corn and the microbial agent in the weight part, adjusting the water content to 50-60%, and fermenting for 2-3 days to obtain a fermented substance B;
4) and uniformly mixing the earthworm powder, the soybean meal, the spirulina powder, the malt powder, the fructooligosaccharide, the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the compound vitamin, the choline, the fermentation product A and the fermentation product B in parts by weight, and putting the mixture into a granulator for granulation to obtain the piglet feed.
4. The method for preparing piglet feed containing earthworm powder according to claim 3, wherein the drying and sterilizing device comprises:
a feed hopper;
the air drying cylinder is obliquely arranged at an acute angle with the horizontal plane, a spiral guide plate is arranged on the inner wall of the air drying cylinder, through holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the air drying cylinder and the guide plate, and the upper end of the air drying cylinder is arranged opposite to the lower part of the discharge hole of the feed hopper;
the material collecting box is arranged below the air drying cylinder and is opposite to the lower end opening of the air drying cylinder;
the shell piece is sleeved on the outer side of the air drying cylinder to wrap the air drying cylinder, fixing pieces are arranged at two ends of the shell piece to fix the air drying cylinder in the shell piece in a rotatable mode, a gap is formed between the shell piece and the air drying cylinder, an air inlet is formed in the lower end of the shell piece, and the shell piece is arranged on the support;
the ultraviolet lamps are fixed inside the air drying cylinder through connecting rods, the ultraviolet lamps are arranged among the ultraviolet lamps and arranged along the length direction of the air drying cylinder, the upper ends of the connecting rods are connected with the feed hopper, and the lower ends of the connecting rods are connected with the shell members;
the air outlet of the hot air blower is connected with the air inlet through a pipeline so as to input hot air to the air drying cylinder;
and the driving component is connected with the air drying cylinder to drive the air drying cylinder to rotate.

The method for preparing piglet feed containing earthworm powder according to claim 4, wherein the shell member is provided with at least two annular baffles, the annular baffles are abutted against the air drying cylinder, the air drying cylinder can rotate relative to the annular baffles, the annular baffles are arranged along the radial direction of the shell member, the annular baffles are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the shell member, the joints of the annular baffles and the shell member are provided with drain holes, and the drain holes are connected with an external water collecting tank through drain pipes.

The method for preparing piglet feed containing earthworm powder according to claim 4, wherein the driving component comprises a motor, a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is arranged at the upper end of the air drying cylinder, the second gear is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, the motor is arranged below the housing component, and the first gear and the second gear are meshed.
7. The method for preparing piglet feed containing earthworm powder according to claim 3, wherein in the step 2), the addition amount of the pseudomonas nitroreducens is 3-5% of the mass of the earthworm cast.

The preparation method of the piglet feed containing the earthworm powder according to claim 3, wherein in the step 3), the addition amount of the microbial agent is 3-5% of the mass of the puffed corn, and the microbial agent comprises the following microbial agents in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of saccharomyces cerevisiae, 5-10 parts of lactobacillus, 5-10 parts of bifidobacterium, 10-20 parts of brevibacterium flavum, 5-10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 10-15 parts of mortierella isabellina, 5-10 parts of enterococcus faecium and 3-5 parts of lactobacillus plantarum.

The method for preparing piglet feed containing earthworm powder according to claim 3, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine extract is extracted from the following medicinal materials including wild chrysanthemum flower, honeysuckle flower, sealwort, monkshood, caulis sinomenii, momordica grosvenori, olive, morinda officinalis and gentian.
