本申请涉及空气压缩机技术领域,具体涉及一种多级减压的空压机。
背景技术
空气压缩机是一种用以压缩气体的设备,空气压缩机与水泵构造类似,大多数空气压缩机是往复活塞式,旋转叶片或旋转螺杆,通常空气压缩机的缸体顶部设置有安装平台,安装平台上设置驱动组件来控制气缸内的部件运作,在日常生产过程中很多地方都需要用到压力气体,并且在一些高精尖的行业还对气体压力数值有要求。
但是,现有的空气压缩机存在以下缺陷:常见的空压机都只能提供单一压力数值的气体,想要获得不同压力数值的气体必须在设备使用前在排气口处安装减压阀,这样不但成本较高,拆装减压阀还会增加操作难度和复杂度,并占用空间。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的在于提供一种能够输出多种压力数值气体的多级减压的空压机。
为达到以上目的,本申请采用的技术方案为:一种多级减压的空压机,包括主储气罐和至少一个副储气罐,所述主储气罐上设置有进气通道,所述进气通道上开设有与所述副储气罐连通的第一进气口和第二进气口,所述副储气罐上设置有排气口,所述进气通道内设置有调节密封件、活动密封件和第一弹性复位件,所述调节密封件适于封闭所述进气通道的通道口,所述调节密封件和所述活动密封件之间形成气腔,所述第二进气口与所述气腔连通,所述第一弹性复位件适于使所述活动密封件在所述进气通道内移动,所述第一弹性复位件的弹力与所述进气通道内气体施加的压力平衡时,所述活动密封件封闭所述第一进气口。
具体的,所述主储气罐上设置有压缩组件和压力调节器,所述压力调节器包括调节管、调节活塞和弹性调节组件,所述调节管一端与所述主储气罐连通,所述调节活塞设置于所述调节管内,所述弹性调节组件设置于所述调节管的另一端并与所述调节活塞连接,所述调节活塞四周嵌设有磁力内环,所述调节管外部套设有磁力外环,所述磁力外环适于跟随所述磁力内环移动,所述磁力外环上设置有导电圈,所述调节管上设置有信号线,所述弹性调节组件对所述调节活塞施加的弹力与所述进气通道内气体施加的压力平衡时,所述导电圈适于接通所述信号线,从而向所述压缩组件发出停止加压的信号。
作为改进,所述弹性调节组件包括调节压盖和第二弹性复位件,所述调节压盖与所述调节管连接,所述第二弹性复位件设置于所述调节压盖与所述调节活塞之间,所述调节压盖适于通过调节连接至所述调节管的深度改变对所述第二弹性复位件的压力。
具体的,所述调节活塞包括公活塞和母活塞,所述公活塞和所述母活塞配合固定连接,所述磁力内环嵌置于所述公活塞和所述母活塞之间,所述公活塞和所述母活塞四周皆设置有密封圈。
作为改进,所述母活塞上开设有容纳槽,所述第二弹性件一端嵌至于所述容纳槽内。
具体的,所述调节密封件包括密封节,所述密封节四周设置有密封圈,所述密封节通过所述密封圈配合密封所述进气通道,所述密封节和所述活动密封件配合形成气腔,所述第一弹性复位件设置于所述密封节和所述活动密封件之间。
作为改进,所述调节密封件还包括引导部,所述活动密封件与所述引导部滑动连接,所述引导部的端部设置有限位部,所述限位部适于阻止所述活动密封件脱离所述引导部。
作为改进,所述第一弹性复位件套设于所述引导部外侧,所述活动密封件上设置有卡接槽,所述第一弹性复位件的一端卡接至所述卡接槽内。
作为改进,所述活动密封件和所述引导部之间以及所述活动密封件和所述进气通道之间皆设置有密封圈。
作为改进,所述调节密封件还包括塞盖部,所述塞盖部与所述进气通道连接,所述塞盖部适于通过调节连接至所述进气通道的深度改变所述密封节对所述第一弹性复位件的压力。
与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果在于:在传统的单个主储气罐上设置副储气罐,在主储气罐和副储气罐之间设置气压调节装置,使副储气罐内储存不同压力数值的气体,无需安装减压阀对主储气罐所输出的气体进行减压,成本低,操作更加简单方便,副储气罐内的压力可通过气压调节装置实现自动平衡,增加副储气罐输出的气压数值的稳定性,副储气罐内的气压值能够通过调节密封件进行设置,调节难度低,调节效率高。

下面结合附图对本申请做进一步说明:
如图1至3所示,本申请的一个优选实施例包括压缩组件1、主储气罐2和至少一个副储气罐3,压缩组件1固定设置于主储气罐2上,副储气罐3固定设置于主储气罐2四周,主储气罐2上设置有进气通道4,进气通道4上开设有与副储气罐3连通的第一进气口32和第二进气口33,副储气罐3上设置有排气口31,排气口31用于获取副储气罐3内的气体。
主储气罐2的底部还可设置滑动轮5,方便对设备进行移动搬运。
如图3至4所示,进气通道4内设置有调节密封件41、活动密封件42和第一弹性复位件43,第一弹性复位件43优选使用弹簧,调节密封件41适于封闭进气通道4的通道口,调节密封件41和活动密封件42配合密封进气通道4,活动密封件42适于在进气通道4内滑动,调节密封件41和活动密封件42之间形成气腔44,第二进气口33与气腔44连通,气腔44内的气压数值等于副储气罐3内的气压数值,进气通道4内的气压数值等于主储气罐2内的气压数值,第一弹性复位件43适于使活动密封件42在进气通道4内移动,可实现气压数值的启动调节,当第一弹性复位件43的弹力小于主储气罐2内的气压时,说明副储气罐3内的气压小于预设值,活动密封件42被气体顶开,气体通过第一进气口32进入副储气罐3;当第一弹性复位件43的弹力与主储气罐2内的气压平衡时,活动密封件42封闭第一进气口32。
调节密封件41包括密封节411,密封节411四周设置有密封圈7,密封节411通过密封圈7配合密封进气通道4,密封节411和活动密封件42配合形成气腔44,保证气腔44不与外界直接连通,第一弹性复位件43设置于密封节411和活动密封件42之间,活动密封件42能够受第一弹性复位件43的弹性、气腔44内的气压以及进气通道4内的气压的影响,在进气通道4内活动,实现对第一进气口32的开闭功能。
调节密封件41还包括引导部412,活动密封件42与引导部412滑动连接,增加活动密封件42活动时的稳定性,引导部412的端部设置有限位部4121,限位部4121适于阻止活动密封件42脱离引导部412,限位部4121能够避免主储气罐2内的气压小于副储气罐3内的气压时,活动密封件42被第一弹性复位件43顶出引导部412,致使结构故障,限位部4121优选使用螺栓垫片结构。
第一弹性复位件43套设于引导部412外侧,能够避免第一弹性复位件43受活动密封件42的压迫发生变形,导致无法发生复位功能,活动密封件42上设置有卡接槽421,第一弹性复位件43的一端卡接至卡接槽421内,避免第一弹性复位件43的一端移动脱离活动密封件42。
活动密封件42和引导部412之间以及活动密封件42和进气通道4之间皆设置有密封圈7,能够增加活动密封件42在活动时的密封性,避免气体发生泄漏导致气压平衡功能失效。
调节密封件41还包括塞盖部413,塞盖部413与进气通道4连接,塞盖部413适于通过调节连接至进气通道4的深度改变密封节411对第一弹性复位件43的压力,可通过调节塞盖部413的位置来改变第一弹性复位件43的形变行程,从而改变气体顶开活动密封件42进入第一进气口32的压力,还可更换第一弹性复位件43的规格,从而改变第一弹性复位件43的弹力。
通过上述结构,不同的副储气罐3可同时输出不同的气压数值,实现空压机的多种数值的减压输出。
运行原理为:当主储气罐2中的气压增大,活动密封件42受到向外的压力而向外移动,当活动密封件42走过并开启第一进气口32时,主储气罐2中的气体会通过第一进气口32进入副储气罐3,副储气罐3内的气体会由第二进气口33进入气腔44;若此时进气通道4内的气压小于气腔44内的气压加上第一弹性复位件43的弹力,则活动密封件42会往回移动,堵住第一进气口32,随着主储气罐2内的气压增大,活动密封件42重新向外移动;当气压平衡活动密封件42不再发生移动时,副储气罐3内的气体施加的压力值为进气通道4内的气体对活动密封件42施加的压力值减去第一弹性复位件43的弹力值,由公式P=F/S可得出平衡时副储气罐3输出的气压大小。
如图5所示,主储气罐2上设置有压力调节器6,压力调节器6可感应外界压力,并控制主储气罐2内的气压,确保主储气罐2内的气压与外界气压的压力差相同,在一些与标准大气压相差较大的地区,能够保证生产出来的气体压力是与实际大气压进行相比的,减少气压误差,更加符合生产需求。
压力调节器6包括调节管61、调节活塞62和弹性调节组件63,调节管61一端与主储气罐2连通,调节活塞62设置于调节管61内,弹性调节组件63设置于调节管61的另一端并与调节活塞62连接,调节活塞62四周嵌设有磁力内环64,调节管61外部套设有磁力外环65,磁力外环65适于跟随磁力内环64移动,磁力外环65上设置有导电圈66,调节管61上设置有信号线8。
弹性调节组件63包括调节压盖631和第二弹性复位件632,第二弹性复位件632优选使用弹簧,调节压盖631与调节管61连接,第二弹性复位件632设置于调节压盖631与调节活塞62之间,调节压盖631适于通过调节连接至调节管61的深度改变第二弹性复位件632的形变行程,从而改变第二弹性复位件632的压力,还可通过更换第二弹性复位件632的规格来改变第一弹性复位件43的压力。
当主储气罐2内的压力上升时,调节活塞62组件会向外移动,同时压缩第二弹性复位件632,直至压力与第二弹性复位件632的弹力平衡;当弹性调节组件63对调节活塞62施加的弹力与进气通道4内气体施加的压力平衡时,导电圈66适于接通信号线8,从而向压缩组件1发出停止加压的信号;随着主储气罐2的气体不断输出,主储气罐2内的压力减小时,调节活塞62组件会向内移动,信号线8断开,压缩组件1恢复加压工作。
调节活塞62包括公活塞621和母活塞622,公活塞621和母活塞622配合固定连接,磁力内环64嵌置于公活塞621和母活塞622之间,降低安装难度,对磁力内环64的固定能力更强,公活塞621和母活塞622四周皆设置有密封圈7,避免发生气体泄漏,影响气压调节的准确性。
母活塞622上开设有容纳槽6221,第二弹性件一端嵌至于容纳槽6221内,避免第二弹性复位件632变形时脱离母活塞622,导致调节结构故障。

Claims (10)
1.一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:包括主储气罐和至少一个副储气罐,所述主储气罐上设置有进气通道,所述进气通道上开设有与所述副储气罐连通的第一进气口和第二进气口,所述副储气罐上设置有排气口,所述进气通道内设置有调节密封件、活动密封件和第一弹性复位件,所述调节密封件适于封闭所述进气通道的通道口,所述调节密封件和所述活动密封件之间形成气腔,所述第二进气口与所述气腔连通,所述第一弹性复位件适于使所述活动密封件在所述进气通道内移动,所述第一弹性复位件的弹力与所述进气通道内气体施加的压力平衡时,所述活动密封件封闭所述第一进气口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述主储气罐上设置有压缩组件和压力调节器,所述压力调节器包括调节管、调节活塞和弹性调节组件,所述调节管一端与所述主储气罐连通,所述调节活塞设置于所述调节管内,所述弹性调节组件设置于所述调节管的另一端并与所述调节活塞连接,所述调节活塞四周嵌设有磁力内环,所述调节管外部套设有磁力外环,所述磁力外环适于跟随所述磁力内环移动,所述磁力外环上设置有导电圈,所述调节管上设置有信号线,所述弹性调节组件对所述调节活塞施加的弹力与所述进气通道内气体施加的压力平衡时,所述导电圈适于接通所述信号线,从而向所述压缩组件发出停止加压的信号。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述弹性调节组件包括调节压盖和第二弹性复位件,所述调节压盖与所述调节管连接,所述第二弹性复位件设置于所述调节压盖与所述调节活塞之间,所述调节压盖适于通过调节连接至所述调节管的深度改变对所述第二弹性复位件的压力。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述调节活塞包括公活塞和母活塞,所述公活塞和所述母活塞配合固定连接,所述磁力内环嵌置于所述公活塞和所述母活塞之间,所述公活塞和所述母活塞四周皆设置有密封圈。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述母活塞上开设有容纳槽,所述第二弹性件一端嵌至于所述容纳槽内。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述调节密封件包括密封节,所述密封节四周设置有密封圈,所述密封节通过所述密封圈配合密封所述进气通道,所述密封节和所述活动密封件配合形成气腔,所述第一弹性复位件设置于所述密封节和所述活动密封件之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述调节密封件还包括引导部,所述活动密封件与所述引导部滑动连接,所述引导部的端部设置有限位部,所述限位部适于阻止所述活动密封件脱离所述引导部。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述第一弹性复位件套设于所述引导部外侧,所述活动密封件上设置有卡接槽,所述第一弹性复位件的一端卡接至所述卡接槽内。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述活动密封件和所述引导部之间以及所述活动密封件和所述进气通道之间皆设置有密封圈。
10.如权利要求6所述的一种多级减压的空压机,其特征在于:所述调节密封件还包括塞盖部,所述塞盖部与所述进气通道连接,所述塞盖部适于通过调节连接至所述进气通道的深度改变所述密封节对所述第一弹性复位件的压力。
