本发明涉及一种低温POF哑光高收缩膜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
POF收缩膜在应用在包装饮料、方便食品、日化用品、音像制品、书刊、医药、电子元器件等产品领域;随着人们生活条件的提高,对高品质和高视觉性的要求,高雾度具有强烈哑光效果的薄膜在包装效果上更具有视觉冲击性,且目前在POF包装过程中,随着设备的更新换代,包装速度效率的提升,需要更快的包装机,要求POF薄膜能够适应这样的要求,这对POF在低温收缩上需要更高要求,同时在相对正常包装温度的低温的条件下包装更能保护内容物,不需要在经过更高温度就能满足收缩美观的要求。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种低温性能优异,热封温度在95℃以下,并且雾度高、高收缩率等特性的低温POF哑光高收缩膜及其生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种低温POF哑光高收缩膜,包含A、B、C三层结构,A层和C层分别复合在B层的两侧;
所述A层包含如下组分:低温热封共聚PP树脂40-60份、哑光料35-56份、爽滑料2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份;
所述B层包含如下组分:茂金属聚乙烯92-98份、爽滑料1-4份、抗静电料1-4份;
所述C层包含如下组分:低温热封共聚PP树脂40-60份、哑光料35-56份、爽滑料2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份。
优选的,所述低温热封共聚PP树脂为低温茂金属PP、低温两元共聚PP、超低温三元共聚PP、PP弹性体中的至少一种,低温热封共聚PP树脂的热封温度在95℃以下。
优选的,所述茂金属聚乙烯为C4、C6或C8结构的MLLD聚乙烯,茂金属聚乙烯的熔融指数MI在0.8-1.0。
优选的,所述哑光料是以共聚PP为载体的含哑光助剂的母料,哑光料熔融指数MI在1.2-1.8。
优选的,所述爽滑剂是以共聚PP为载体的含爽滑助剂的母料,其中爽滑助剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、乙撑双油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、极性酰胺蜡中的至少一种。

一种低温POF哑光高收缩膜的生产工艺,包含以下步骤:
①将A层、B层和C层的原材料按配比分别在混合机内混合8-15min,分别得到A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料;
②用螺杆挤出机分别将A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料通过螺纹块剪切混炼后挤出,得到三层混合熔体,螺杆挤出机的温度设定为150-250℃;
③将三层混合熔体通过环形模具共挤形成熔体坯胎,并进行一次吹泡;
④将熔体坯胎水冷形成筒筒状片材,水冷温度为10-30℃;
⑤筒状片材经过牵引辊导向进入双风口冷却;
⑥对冷却后的筒材进行二次吹泡拉伸成薄膜,预热温度在280-325℃,拉伸温度在140-170℃,定型温度在170-185℃;
⑦拉伸后的薄膜在30-70℃的环境下冷却后收卷;
⑧收卷后的薄膜存放在半成品时效架,环境温度为18-35℃,时效12-24小时;
⑨经时效后的薄膜按照客户要求规格分切、复卷,收卷硬度控制在88-93%;
⑩经分切、复卷后的薄膜按照成品检验标准检验并入库。

本发明的低温POF哑光高收缩膜,在低温95℃以下就能达到高收缩,可以保护冷鲜食品等其它内容物;并且适合高档包装的视觉要求,即高哑光漫反射的视觉效果,显得被包装产品更显高端,特别适用于日化、电子产品等相关领域;其生产工艺易于产品量产,并能保证产品质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来说明本发明。
本发明所述的一种低温POF哑光高收缩膜,包含A、B、C三层结构,A层和C层分别复合在B层的两侧。
所述A层包含如下组分:低温热封共聚PP树脂40-60份、哑光料35-56份、爽滑料2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份。
所述B层包含如下组分:茂金属聚乙烯92-98份、爽滑料1-4份、抗静电料1-4份。
所述C层包含如下组分:低温热封共聚PP树脂40-60份、哑光料35-56份、爽滑料2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份。
其中,所述低温热封共聚PP树脂为低温茂金属PP、低温两元共聚PP、超低温三元共聚PP(低于90℃热封温度)、PP弹性体中的至少一种,低温热封共聚PP树脂的热封温度在95℃以下。
所述茂金属聚乙烯为C4、C6或C8结构的MLLD聚乙烯,典型公司DOW2045,茂金属聚乙烯的熔融指数MI在0.8-1.0。
所述哑光料是以共聚PP为载体的含哑光助剂的母料,其中哑光助剂可以是两种或者多种嵌段共聚PP与中密度聚乙烯或者高密度聚乙烯的共混物、特殊粒径的哑光粉中的至少一种,哑光料熔融指数MI在1.2-1.8。
所述爽滑剂是以共聚PP为载体的含爽滑助剂的母料,其中爽滑助剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、乙撑双油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、极性酰胺蜡中的至少一种。
所述抗静电料是以聚乙烯为载体的含8-15%的抗静电助剂的母料,其中抗静电助剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂基乙氧酰胺、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺中的至少一种。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168的混合物,抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的质量配比为1:2。
实施例1-3的各层原料质量份数配比如下表所示:
上述实施例1-3的低温POF哑光高收缩膜均按照如工艺生产:
①将A层、B层和C层的原材料按配比分别在混合机内混合8-15min,分别得到A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料;
②用螺杆挤出机分别将A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料通过螺纹块剪切混炼后挤出,得到三层混合熔体,螺杆挤出机的温度设定为150-250℃;
③将三层混合熔体通过环形模具共挤形成熔体坯胎,并进行一次吹泡;
④将熔体坯胎水冷形成筒筒状片材,水冷温度为10-30℃;
⑤筒状片材经过牵引辊导向进入双风口冷却;
⑥对冷却后的筒材进行二次吹泡拉伸成薄膜,预热温度在280-325℃,拉伸温度在140-170℃,定型温度在170-185℃;
⑦拉伸后的薄膜在30-70℃的环境下冷却后收卷;
⑧收卷后的薄膜存放在半成品时效架,环境温度为18-35℃,时效12-24小时,以保证定型收缩率及稳定其它性能;
⑨经时效后的薄膜按照客户要求规格分切、复卷,收卷硬度控制在88-93%;
⑩经分切、复卷后的薄膜按照成品检验标准检验并入库。

Claims (8)
1.一种低温POF哑光高收缩膜,其特征在于:包含A、B、C三层结构,A层和C层分别复合在B层的两侧;
所述A层包含如下组分:低温热封共聚PP树脂40-60份、哑光料35-56份、爽滑料2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份;
所述B层包含如下组分:茂金属聚乙烯92-98份、爽滑料1-4份、抗静电料1-4份;
所述C层包含如下组分:低温热封共聚PP树脂40-60份、哑光料35-56份、爽滑料2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温POF哑光高收缩膜,其特征在于:所述低温热封共聚PP树脂为低温茂金属PP、低温两元共聚PP、超低温三元共聚PP、PP弹性体中的至少一种,低温热封共聚PP树脂的热封温度在95℃以下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低温POF哑光高收缩膜,其特征在于:所述茂金属聚乙烯为C4、C6或C8结构的MLLD聚乙烯,茂金属聚乙烯的熔融指数MI在0.8-1.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低温POF哑光高收缩膜,其特征在于:所述哑光料是以共聚PP为载体的含哑光助剂的母料,哑光料熔融指数MI在1.2-1.8。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低温POF哑光高收缩膜,其特征在于:所述爽滑剂是以共聚PP为载体的含爽滑助剂的母料,其中爽滑助剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、乙撑双油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、极性酰胺蜡中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低温POF哑光高收缩膜,其特征在于:所述抗静电料是以聚乙烯为载体的含8-15%的抗静电助剂的母料,其中抗静电助剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂基乙氧酰胺、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低温POF哑光高收缩膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168的混合物,抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的质量配比为1:2。
8.一种根据权利要求1所述的低温POF哑光高收缩膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
①将A层、B层和C层的原材料按配比分别在混合机内混合8-15min,分别得到A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料;
②用螺杆挤出机分别将A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料通过螺纹块剪切混炼后挤出,得到三层混合熔体,螺杆挤出机的温度设定为150-250℃;
③将三层混合熔体通过环形模具共挤形成熔体坯胎,并进行一次吹泡;
④将熔体坯胎水冷形成筒筒状片材,水冷温度为10-30℃;
⑤筒状片材经过牵引辊导向进入双风口冷却;
⑥对冷却后的筒材进行二次吹泡拉伸成薄膜,预热温度在280-325℃,拉伸温度在140-170℃,定型温度在170-185℃;
⑦拉伸后的薄膜在30-70℃的环境下冷却后收卷;
⑧收卷后的薄膜存放在半成品时效架,环境温度为18-35℃,时效12-24小时;
⑨经时效后的薄膜按照客户要求规格分切、复卷,收卷硬度控制在88-93%;
⑩经分切、复卷后的薄膜按照成品检验标准检验并入库。
