本发明公开了一种交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,包含A、B、C三层结构,A层和C层分别复合在B层的两侧;A层包含茂金属PE树脂75‑90份、自粘料5‑20份、开口剂1‑5份、抗氧化剂0.1‑1份;B层包含茂金属PE树脂90‑95份、防雾料5‑10份;C层包含茂金属PE树脂70‑80份、自粘料5‑20份、防雾料5‑10份、开口剂1‑5份、抗氧化剂0.1‑1份;本发明的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,通过配方原料的改进,使防雾保鲜膜的防雾性能优异、自粘性好、透明度高,并通过交联的方式使收缩率达到80%左右;所包装的产品可以提供适度的透氧性和透湿度,调节被保鲜品周围的氧气含量和水分含量,阻隔空气中的灰尘,从而延长食品的保鲜期;其生产工艺易于产品量产,并能保证产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
传统的防雾膜、保鲜膜系采用普通吹膜和流延方法生产,一般收缩率很低,很难达到10%以上,随着人们生活水平的日益提高,很多食材在超市冷藏、热保鲜食品保存、可视性化等有更新更高的要求,普通防雾膜、保鲜膜不能同时具备保鲜、防雾、高收缩三方面的性能要求,这就需要通过交联法生产POF收缩膜来满足。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种防雾性能优异、自粘性好、透明度高、收缩率高的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜及其生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,包含A、B、C三层结构,A层和C层分别复合在B层的两侧;
所述A层包含如下组分:茂金属PE树脂75-90份、自粘料5-20份、开口剂1-5份、抗氧化剂0.1-1份;
所述B层包含如下组分:茂金属PE树脂90-95份、防雾料5-10份;
所述C层包含如下组分:茂金属PE树脂70-80份、自粘料5-20份、防雾料5-10份、开口剂1-5份、抗氧化剂0.1-1份。
优选的,所述茂金属PE树脂为C4、C6或C8结构的MLLD聚乙烯。
优选的,所述自粘料为PIB、EVA或C8茂金属中的至少一种。
优选的,所述开口剂为以PE为载体的含有开口助剂的母料,其中开口剂助剂为合成二氧化硅、球形二氧化硅、有机硅、硅酸盐类、云母片、硅藻土中的至少一种。
优选的,所述防雾料为以PE为载体的含有防雾助剂的母料,其中防雾助剂为表面活性剂甘油单油酸酯、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚环氧乙烷(20)甘油单硬脂酸酯中的一种。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168的混合物,抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的质量配比为1:2。
一种交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜的生产工艺,包含以下步骤:
①将A层、B层和C层的原材料按配比分别在混合机内混合8-15min,分别得到A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料;
②用螺杆挤出机分别将A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料通过螺纹块剪切混炼后挤出,得到三层混合熔体,螺杆挤出机的温度设定为150-250℃;
③将三层混合熔体通过环形模具共挤形成熔体坯胎,并进行一次吹泡;
④将熔体坯胎水冷形成筒筒状片材,水冷温度为10-30℃;
⑤筒状片材经过牵引辊导向进入交联机,交联度达到60-80%后完成交联;
⑥对交联后的筒材进行二次吹泡拉伸成薄膜,预热温度在280-325℃,拉伸温度在140-170℃,定型温度在170-185℃;
⑦拉伸后的薄膜在30-70℃的环境下冷却后收卷;
⑧收卷后的薄膜存放在半成品时效架,环境温度为18-35℃,时效12-24小时;
⑨经时效后的薄膜按照客户要求规格分切、复卷,收卷硬度控制在88-93%;
⑩经分切、复卷后的薄膜按照成品检验标准检验并入库。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:

②用螺杆挤出机分别将A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料通过螺纹块剪切混炼后挤出,得到三层混合熔体,螺杆挤出机的温度设定为150-250℃;
③将三层混合熔体通过环形模具共挤形成熔体坯胎,并进行一次吹泡;
④将熔体坯胎水冷形成筒筒状片材,水冷温度为10-30℃;
⑤筒状片材经过牵引辊导向进入交联机,交联度达到60-80%后完成交联;
⑥对交联后的筒材进行二次吹泡拉伸成薄膜,预热温度在280-325℃,拉伸温度在140-170℃,定型温度在170-185℃;
⑦拉伸后的薄膜在30-70℃的环境下冷却后收卷;
⑧收卷后的薄膜存放在半成品时效架,环境温度为18-35℃,时效12-24小时,以保证定型收缩率及稳定其它性能;
⑨经时效后的薄膜按照客户要求规格分切、复卷,收卷硬度控制在88-93%;
⑩经分切、复卷后的薄膜按照成品检验标准检验并入库。

Claims (7)
1.一种交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,其特征在于:包含A、B、C三层结构,A层和C层分别复合在B层的两侧;
所述A层包含如下组分:茂金属PE树脂75-90份、自粘料5-20份、开口剂1-5份、抗氧化剂0.1-1份;
所述B层包含如下组分:茂金属PE树脂90-95份、防雾料5-10份;
所述C层包含如下组分:茂金属PE树脂70-80份、自粘料5-20份、防雾料5-10份、开口剂1-5份、抗氧化剂0.1-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,其特征在于:所述茂金属PE树脂为C4、C6或C8结构的MLLD聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,其特征在于:所述自粘料为PIB、EVA或C8茂金属中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,其特征在于:所述开口剂为以PE为载体的含有开口助剂的母料,其中开口剂助剂为合成二氧化硅、球形二氧化硅、有机硅、硅酸盐类、云母片、硅藻土中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,其特征在于:所述防雾料为以PE为载体的含有防雾助剂的母料,其中防雾助剂为表面活性剂甘油单油酸酯、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚环氧乙烷(20)甘油单硬脂酸酯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168的混合物,抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的质量配比为1:2。
7.一种根据权利要求1所述的交联POF防雾保鲜自收缩膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
①将A层、B层和C层的原材料按配比分别在混合机内混合8-15min,分别得到A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料;
②用螺杆挤出机分别将A层混合料、B层混合料和C层混合料通过螺纹块剪切混炼后挤出,得到三层混合熔体,螺杆挤出机的温度设定为150-250℃;
③将三层混合熔体通过环形模具共挤形成熔体坯胎,并进行一次吹泡;
④将熔体坯胎水冷形成筒筒状片材,水冷温度为10-30℃;
⑤筒状片材经过牵引辊导向进入交联机,交联度达到60-80%后完成交联;
⑥对交联后的筒材进行二次吹泡拉伸成薄膜,预热温度在280-325℃,拉伸温度在140-170℃,定型温度在170-185℃;
⑦拉伸后的薄膜在30-70℃的环境下冷却后收卷;
⑧收卷后的薄膜存放在半成品时效架,环境温度为18-35℃,时效12-24小时;
⑨经时效后的薄膜按照客户要求规格分切、复卷,收卷硬度控制在88-93%;
⑩经分切、复卷后的薄膜按照成品检验标准检验并入库。
