Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氯乙烯地膜的配方及制备方法,配方由如下重量份的各组分组成:聚氯乙烯100份,增塑剂20~50份,稳定剂1~3份,开口剂0.1~1份,抗紫外线剂0.5~2份,抗氧剂0.1~2份。本发明公开的聚氯乙烯地膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:称取聚氯乙烯100份,增塑剂20~50份,稳定剂1~3份,开口剂0.1~1份,抗紫外线剂0.5~2份,抗氧剂0.1~2份;在混合机中混合,混合好的粉料进入塑化装置中,在其中进行熔融塑化,熔体进入挤出机中,升温后的熔体挤压进入层叠器,在层叠器中经过分割、扭转、展宽、汇合等过程,实现多层复合的层叠效果,在切粒装置的作用下,制得母粒;由母粒挤出制得薄膜产品。本发明制备的聚氯乙烯地膜具有厚度薄、强度高、阻隔及保温性能好、塑化剂迁移率低等特点。

Description

一种聚氯乙烯地膜及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料先进制造技术领域,涉及一种聚氯乙烯(PVC)地膜的配方及制备方法。
背景技术
地膜即地面覆盖薄膜,通常是透明或黑色PE薄膜,也有绿、银色薄膜,用于地面覆盖,以提高土壤温度,保持土壤水分,维持土壤结构,防止害虫侵袭作物和某些微生物引起的病害等,促进植物生长的功能。目前国内的聚氯乙烯(PVC)的地膜还是很少,更多的是采用聚乙烯(PE)为原料来生产农用地膜。PE地膜不抗寒,也不抗老化,易裂口,寿命只有一年,而且地膜韧性极低,力学强度不足,残膜遍地却不易腐烂,影响环境美观,对土壤也造成严重污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种聚氯乙烯(PVC)地膜的配方体系,另外还提供了一种可大规模推广的聚氯乙烯地膜的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:本发明提供了一种聚氯乙烯地膜,该原料配方由如下重量份的各组分组成:

所述的聚氯乙烯是指1500-1350聚合度牌号为SG-3的树脂。
所述的增塑剂是指邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)有机酯类化合物中的一种。
所述的稳定剂是指三盐基硫酸铅、钙\锌复合稳定剂、有机锡化合物和稀土复合稳定剂中的至少一种。稳定剂可以降低PVC的熔融温度,缩短熔融时间,从而提高加工速率,并得到结构均一,表面光泽的高质量PVC制品。具有良好的化学稳定性和热塑性。
所述的开口剂是指滑石粉、油酸酰胺有机物、二氧化硅中的一种。开口剂可以减少树脂等在加工过程中的薄膜和传送设备之间摩擦,简化对最终产品的操作,从而增加生产量。
所述的抗紫外线剂是指2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的一种。
所述的抗氧剂是指(r-3,5二叔丁基苯基)酯和二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]中的一种。
本发明还提供了一种上述聚氯乙烯地膜的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:在传动装置的作用下,混合好的粉料进入塑化装置中,在其中进行熔融塑化,熔体进入挤出机中,升温后的熔体挤压进入层叠器,在层叠器中,经过分割、扭转、展宽、汇合等过程,实现多层复合的层叠效果,在切粒装置的作用下,制得母粒。之后,在挤出装置中加入制得的母粒,进行熔融塑化,熔体经过挤出装置进入到吹膜机头中,通过吹膜机头的特定的流道,挤出吹泡,在牵引装置作用下,膜管通过展平装置变为双层的薄膜片材,经过分切装置对薄膜进行切割,在卷取设备作用下,进行收卷制得成品。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明具有如下优点:(1)利用纳米层叠技术使生产出来的地膜产品厚度薄、强度高、阻隔及保温性能好,综合改良了各项性能,能应对复杂的气候条件。(2)同时可以使助剂分散均匀,不使其迁移,避免土壤污染。(3)本发明可收回特性可以解决传统PE地膜大量残膜遗留的问题,并可以对PVC材料进行再次加工,利用率可达到百分之五十左右,符合环境的发展需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。下述实施方式中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所使用的原料、试剂和设备等,如无特殊说明,均为可从常规采购等商业途径得到的原料、试剂和设备。
实施例:称取干燥的PVC100份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)有机酯类化合物35份,三盐基硫酸铅2.2份,油酸酰胺有机物0.5份,2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮1份,(r-3,5二叔丁基苯基)酯0.5份。在混料机中混合,将混合均匀的物料加入到行星螺杆挤出机,在其中进行熔融塑化,在极短时间内实现的物料捏合、挤压、剪切交换,熔体进入单螺杆挤出机中,通过设定的温度,使熔体在其中完成升温操作,升温后的熔体挤压进入层叠器,在层叠器中,经过分割、扭转、展宽、汇合等过程,实现多层复合的层叠效果,片材通过自然冷却后,在切粒机的作用下,制得母粒。在吹膜生产过程中,在挤出机中加入制得的母粒,进行熔融塑化,熔体经过挤出装置进入到吹膜机头中,通过吹膜机头的特定的流道,挤出吹泡,在牵引装置作用下,膜管通过展平装置变为双层的薄膜片材,经过分切装置对薄膜两边进行切割,在卷取设备作用下,进行收卷制得具有本例中配方体系的地膜成品。

本发明涉及的一种聚氯乙烯地膜的制备方法,在熔体进入层叠器中,经过分割、扭转、展宽、汇合等过程,实现多层复合的层叠效果,具有厚度薄、强度高、阻隔及保温性能好等特点,提高了其力学性能。同时可以使助剂分散均匀,不使其迁移,避免土壤污染。

1.一种聚氯乙烯地膜,其特征在于:该原料配方由如下重量份的各组分组成:聚氯乙烯100份,增塑剂20~50份,稳定剂1~3份,开口剂0.1~1份,抗紫外线剂0.5~2份,抗氧剂0.1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯地膜,其特征在于:所述的聚氯乙烯是指聚合度为1500-1350。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯地膜,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂是指邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯有机酯类化合物中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯地膜,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂是指三盐基硫酸铅、钙\锌复合稳定剂、有机锡化合物和稀土复合稳定剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯地膜,其特征在于:所述的开口剂是指滑石粉、油酸酰胺有机物、二氧化硅中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯地膜,其特征在于:所述的抗紫外线剂是指2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯地膜,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂是指(r-3,5二叔丁基苯基)酯和二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一所述的聚氯乙烯地膜的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包括以下步骤:称取聚氯乙烯100份,增塑剂20~50份,稳定剂1~3份,开口剂0.1~1份,抗紫外线剂0.5~2份,抗氧剂0.1~2份,在混合机中混合,混合好的粉料进入塑化装置中,在其中进行熔融塑化,熔体进入挤出机中,升温后的熔体挤压进入层叠器,在层叠器中,经过分割、扭转、展宽、汇合等过程,实现多层复合的层叠效果,在切粒装置的作用下,制得母粒;之后,在挤出装置中加入制得的母粒,进行熔融塑化,熔体经过挤出装置进入到吹膜机头中,通过吹膜机头的特定的流道,挤出吹泡,在牵引装置作用下,膜管通过展平装置变为双层的薄膜片材,经过分切装置对薄膜进行切割,在卷取设备作用下,进行收卷制得成品。
