Abstract
本发明涉及涂布技术领域,尤其是调节微凹涂布桥段的方法。该方法的步骤包括:(a)首先将待涂基料穿过涂布辊,将两个挡条分别连接在两组水平移动机构上,两个挡条位于待涂基料的涂胶面下方,从而遮住了待涂基料的涂胶面两侧;(b)然后两个水平移动机构分别驱使两个挡条直线移动,这样就可以调整遮住待涂基料的涂胶面两侧的面积;(c)涂布辊旋转伴随基料传送,使得基料的涂胶面经过胶槽的时候涂胶,而被挡条遮住的两侧则可以避免沾胶。本发明通过两个高精密且可以移动的挡条,来遮挡基料待涂面两侧,从而避免基料的胶涂满基料而造成的溢胶,从而提高了涂胶质量,节约了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂布技术领域,尤其是调节微凹涂布桥段的方法。
背景技术
“微凹版”涂布,广泛运用于复合行业,在复合单元中,生产技术对于复合瞬间,涂胶面与待复合之间存在压合后的溢胶,一直无法彻底解决,使胶水转移至无需涂胶的面,关键在于涂布单元中,涂胶面-涂胶宽幅略大,且胶水在涂胶面两侧边缘存在,由于表面张力导致的聚集微凸液滴,进而在后续的复合单元,压合生产中,由于有压合溢胶的存在,造成复合材料脏污、撕裂,造成材料和财产的损失,同时造成设备的脏污,耗费人力物力进行清洁。
发明内容
为了克服现有的涂布容易溢胶的不足,本发明提供了调节微凹涂布桥段的方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种调节微凹涂布桥段的方法,该方法的步骤为:
(a)首先将待涂基料穿过涂布辊,将两个挡条分别连接在两组水平移动机构上,两个挡条位于待涂基料的涂胶面下方,从而遮住了待涂基料的涂胶面两侧;
(b)然后两个水平移动机构分别驱使两个挡条直线移动,这样就可以调整遮住待涂基料的涂胶面两侧的面积;
(c)涂布辊旋转伴随基料传送,使得基料的涂胶面经过胶槽的时候涂胶,而被挡条遮住的两侧则可以避免沾胶;
(d)基料观测机构在基料传动的过程中,将基料的宽度及位置信息实时传送给控制机,由控制机通过两个水平移动机构来控制两个挡条的移动位置,使得两个挡条可以根据基料位置的移动或宽度的改变而调整位置;
(e)将已涂胶的基料经过烘箱预烘干后,与PVDF膜进行压合作业并收卷;
(f)将收卷后的基料放入熟化房,进行熟化处理;
(g)将熟化后的基料裁切成小卷后,包装出货。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述水平移动机构为直线模组,挡条固定在水平移动机构的滑座上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述基料观测机构为光电瞄准具。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括步骤(f)中,熟化温度为50℃。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括步骤(a)中,涂胶在25℃,10万级净化条件下进行。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明通过两个高精密且可以移动的挡条,来遮挡基料待涂面两侧,从而避免基料的胶涂满基料而造成的溢胶,从而提高了涂胶质量,节约了成本。
