技术领域
本发明涉及日化产品技术领域,具体涉及一种去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
婴儿奶痂是由头皮分泌物和灰尘混合形成的污物,质地比较厚,难以清除,现有技术主要是利用植物油如山茶籽油、橄榄油等按摩浸泡后再进行清洗。上述方法具有以下缺陷:
1、单体油稳定性差,需要加大量的抗氧化剂,难以达到去除宝宝奶痂的多方面需求;
2、纯油体系渗透性不佳,油的流动性导致难以停留在奶痂上,作用时间短,软化程度不够,奶痂清除效果不佳;
3、纯油体系太过油腻,难以彻底清洗干净,残留的油脂混合灰尘反而会加重宝宝奶痂。
基于上述问题,急需研发一种全新的去除婴儿奶痂的清洁用品。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾及其制备方法,利用该方法制备得到的产品具备全新的植物油复配体系和乳化体系,改善了产品的稳定性和渗透性。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾,包括湿巾基材,所述湿巾基材吸附有浸渍液,所述浸渍液由以下组分按照重量百分比组成:水4-20%、白池花籽油2-7%、油菜籽油14-22%、智利榛籽油2-5%、月桂酸异戊酯2-6.5%、蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯1-3%、PPG-5-月桂醇聚醚-5 22-27%、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十酸酯0.1-1%、甲基丙二醇30-40%、芦荟提取液0.2-0.8%、燕麦仁提取物0.1-0.6%、对羟基苯乙酮0.1-1%、乙基己基甘油0.05-0.6%、1,2-己二醇0.1-1%。
进一步地,所述浸渍液由以下组分按照重量百分比组成:水6.2%、白池花籽油6%、油菜籽油14%、智利榛籽油4%、月桂酸异戊酯6%、蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯2%、PPG-5-月桂醇聚醚-5 25%、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十酸酯0.5%、甲基丙二醇35%、芦荟提取液0.2%、燕麦仁提取物0.2%、对羟基苯乙酮0.4%、乙基己基甘油0.1%、1,2-己二醇0.4%。
进一步地,所述浸渍液采用如下方法制备而成:
S1:将称量好的白池花籽油、油菜籽油、智利榛籽油、蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯、PPG-5-月桂醇聚醚-5、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十酸酯、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇混合,加热至溶解,搅拌均匀,得到A相;
S2:将称量好的水、甲基丙二醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到B相;
S3:一边均质A相,一边将B相加入A相中,均质2分钟;
S4:温度降至40℃,加入芦荟提取液和燕麦仁提取物,搅拌均匀。
进一步地,所述湿巾基材为网孔水刺无纺布。
本发明还公开了上述去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:在40℃的条件下,将浸渍液和湿巾基材混合,待湿巾基材吸附一定量的浸渍液后,包装,即得。
进一步地,所述浸渍液采用如下方法制备而成:
S1:将称量好的白池花籽油、油菜籽油、智利榛籽油、蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯、PPG-5-月桂醇聚醚-5、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十酸酯、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇混合,加热至溶解,搅拌均匀,得到A相;
S2:将称量好的水、甲基丙二醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到B相;
S3:一边均质A相,一边将B相加入A相中,均质2分钟;
S4:温度降至40℃,加入芦荟提取液和燕麦仁提取物,搅拌均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、使用多种植物油复配,采用白池花籽油可以稳定其他油脂,植物来源的月桂酸异戊酯不仅增加体系的氧化稳定性,还能提高渗透性。综合每个油脂的优点,改善单体油的稳定性,减少抗氧化剂的添加。同时提高渗透性,更易于软化奶痂。
2、采用乳化体系,油而不腻,改善了流动性,浸透无纺布敷在宝宝奶痂上,增强使用效果,操作更加方便。
3、更利于清洗,清爽不粘。

实施例1
一种去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾,采用网孔水刺无纺布湿巾基材,在40℃的条件下,将所述湿巾基材吸附一定量浸渍液,所述浸渍液配方参见表1,然后包装成箱。
所述去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾的制备方法为:
S1:称量好的水、甲基丙二醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到B相;
S2:将除芦荟提取液和燕麦仁提取物以外的其他物质混合均匀,得到A相;
S3:一边均质A相,一边将B相加入A相中,均质2分钟;
S4:温度降至40℃,加入芦荟提取液和燕麦仁提取物,搅拌均匀。

试验例1
以油脂的过氧化值为指标来判断对油脂氧化稳定性的影响
1、乳状液中油脂的提取
将避光保存的乳状液振荡摇匀后,取出约20mL置于60mL的分液漏斗中,向分液漏斗中加入5mL无水乙醇用力振摇3min,再加入3mL的三氯甲烷并用力振摇3min,避光静止lOmin,取下层清液置50℃恒温水浴锅中蒸干溶剂(通风橱中操作),最后将试管放入真空干燥箱中充分干燥后取出冷却即得纯油脂。
2、过氧化值的测定
过氧化值的测定采用GB/T5538—2005。
从图1可以看出,对比例1乳状液中单一油脂的氧化速率远高于其他实施例和对比例中复合油脂的氧化速率。复配其他油脂提高了氧化稳定性,而且不同油脂的复配比例对氧化速率影响也不一样,从图1中可以看出添加白池花籽油和月桂酸异戊酯都有助于提高油脂的氧化稳定性,当复配比例达到一定值时,会达到最佳的氧化稳定性。
试验例2
去奶痂的效果测试
采用实施例1-3和对比例1-3的去奶痂专用湿巾对仿奶痂物质进行擦拭测试,把仿奶痂物质做成6×6cm2大小,涂覆在橡胶皮上,如图2所示。湿巾剪成8×8cm2大小,湿巾完全覆盖在仿奶痂物质上,敷2小时,顺时针方向擦拭20次,观察擦拭效果。图3-8分别对应实施例1-3,对比例1-3的效果示意图。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾,其特征在于,所述浸渍液由以下组分按照重量百分比组成:水6.2%、白池花籽油6%、油菜籽油14%、智利榛籽油4%、月桂酸异戊酯6%、蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯2%、PPG-5-月桂醇聚醚-5 25%、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十酸酯0.5%、甲基丙二醇35%、芦荟提取液0.2%、燕麦仁提取物0.2%、对羟基苯乙酮0.4%、乙基己基甘油0.1%、1,2-己二醇0.4%。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾,其特征在于,所述浸渍液采用如下方法制备而成:
S1:将称量好的白池花籽油、油菜籽油、智利榛籽油、蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯、PPG-5-月桂醇聚醚-5、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十酸酯、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇混合,加热至溶解,搅拌均匀,得到A相。

5.一种权利要求1所述的一种去除婴儿奶痂的湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:在40℃的条件下,将浸渍液和湿巾基材混合,待湿巾基材吸附一定量的浸渍液后,包装,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸渍液采用如下方法制备而成:
S1:将称量好的白池花籽油、油菜籽油、智利榛籽油、蔗糖乙酸异丁酸酯、PPG-5-月桂醇聚醚-5、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十酸酯、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇混合,加热至溶解,搅拌均匀,得到A相;
S2:将称量好的水、甲基丙二醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到B相;
S3:一边均质A相,一边将B相加入A相中,均质2分钟;
S4:温度降至40℃,加入芦荟提取液和燕麦仁提取物,搅拌均匀。
