本发明提供一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统,它包括有机台,机台上安装有限位导轨,限位导轨上活动安装有导向滑座,导向滑座顶部安装有纠偏组件,导向滑座输入端底部的机台上安装有涂油盒,涂油盒内注有润滑油,涂油盒顶部开口形成涂油口,涂油盒顶部一端安装有进入转向辊,涂油盒顶部另一端安装有输出转向辊,进入转向辊输出方向的涂油盒内活动安装有配重辊,配重辊下部浸在润滑油内,输出转向辊与配重辊之间的涂油盒内安装有滤油轴。采用本方案后的结构合理、使用效果好,与外部系统配合可以有效实现自动化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及铝圆片技术领域,尤其是指一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统。
背景技术
铝圆片广泛应用于电子、日化、医药、文教和汽车配件。电器、保温、机械制造、汽车、航天、军工、模具、建筑、印刷等行业。如厨具用品如不粘锅,压力锅等以及五金用品如灯罩,热水器外壳,拉伸罐体等,是用量最大的铝合金板带材深加工产品之一。铝圆片在冲压时,需要对铝带涂油和进行定长输送(冲压一个工位,输送一个工位),传统的是采用布料或海绵进行涂油,这种方式涂油不均匀,涂油后通过气缸推送,无法做到定距输送,使用效果不佳,影响加工效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、使用效果好的铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统,它包括有机台,机台上安装有限位导轨,限位导轨上活动安装有导向滑座,导向滑座顶部安装有纠偏组件,导向滑座输入端底部的机台上安装有涂油盒,涂油盒内注有润滑油,涂油盒顶部开口形成涂油口,涂油盒顶部一端安装有进入转向辊,涂油盒顶部另一端安装有输出转向辊,进入转向辊输出方向的涂油盒内活动安装有配重辊,配重辊下部浸在润滑油内,输出转向辊与配重辊之间的涂油盒内安装有滤油轴;滤油轴中部安装有滤油辊,滤油辊辊面内凹形成有滤油导向槽。
所述的纠偏组件包括有限位条、固定支杆,其中,限位条为至少两条,限位条呈水平安装在导向滑座顶部,相邻限位条之间形成铝带导向区,导向滑座输出端两侧竖直固定有固定支杆,两条固定支杆上部之间安装有送料导轴,送料导轴上套装有导向轴套,导向轴套顶部安装有卡板支杆,卡板支杆上安装有送料卡板,送料卡板底部向下延伸至铝带导向区内,导向滑座输出方向的机台上固定有弹簧拉板,导向滑座输入方向两侧侧壁下部固定有弹簧销,弹簧销与弹簧拉板之间连接有拉簧;导向滑座输出方向一侧的机台上安装有动力电机,动力电机的传动轴上安装有动力凸轮,动力凸轮轮缘与导向滑座接触。
所述的卡板支杆俯视呈U形,送料卡板沿竖直方向安装在卡板支杆的U形槽内,卡板支杆的两侧侧臂端部连接有抵触弹簧;抵触弹簧顶部与卡板支杆底部抵触,抵触弹簧底部与机台表面抵触。
所述的输出转向辊为两条,一上一下安装在涂油盒顶部,安装后的两条输出转向辊之间形成输出通道;涂油盒内腔两侧侧壁上竖直固定有配重导杆,两条配重导杆上设有槽体相对的配重辊槽,配重辊两端活动安装在相应的配重辊槽内。
本发明在采用上述方案后,将铝圆原料带(铝带)向下转穿过进入转向辊,然后再依次穿过配重辊下方(配重辊压在原料带表面)、滤油导向槽表面、输出通道后输出,原料带在经过涂油盒时,滑润油粘附在原料带上,在经过滤油导向槽时,原料带底部多余的润滑油被滤出,原料带输出时再次通过两条输出转向辊将多余润滑油刮除(上层的输出转向辊压在原料带上),从而防止原料带上的润滑油过多,涂油后的原料带穿过铝带导向区向后进入机台内,当动力凸轮的凸缘推动导向滑座向进料方向行走时,拉簧被拉伸,导向滑座同步带动卡板支杆前进,在抵触弹簧的拉力下,卡板支杆的侧臂端部下沉,从而带动导向轴套转动,送料卡板上部向机台方向下行(以送料导轴为中心转动),送料卡板下部向导向滑座进料方向上方行走(不再与铝带接触),当动力凸轮的凸缘离开导向滑座时,导向滑座在拉簧的拉力作用下向机台方向行走,导向滑座同步带动卡板支杆行走,抵触弹簧向上顶起卡板支杆的侧臂端部,送料卡板下部向下抵住铝带表面,铝带被送料卡板与导向滑座卡住,导向滑座继续行走,铝带被同步带动行走一个工位(进入机台内),采用铝带导向区防止铝带在输送过程中发生偏移,从而完成对铝带输送进行纠偏和导向,采用本方案后的结构合理、使用效果好,与外部系统配合可以有效实现自动化生产。

下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1至附图3,本实施例所述的一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统包括有机台,机台上安装有限位导轨1,限位导轨1上活动安装有导向滑座2,导向滑座2顶部安装有纠偏组件,导向滑座2输入端底部的机台上安装有涂油盒21,涂油盒21内注有润滑油,涂油盒21顶部开口形成涂油口,涂油盒21顶部一端安装有进入转向辊22,涂油盒21顶部另一端安装有输出转向辊23,进入转向辊22输出方向的涂油盒21内活动安装有配重辊24,配重辊24下部浸在润滑油内,输出转向辊23与配重辊24之间的涂油盒21内安装有滤油轴25;滤油轴25中部安装有滤油辊26,滤油辊26辊面内凹形成有滤油导向槽28。输出转向辊23为两条,一上一下安装在涂油盒21顶部,安装后的两条输出转向辊23之间形成输出通道;涂油盒21内腔两侧侧壁上竖直固定有配重导杆29,两条配重导杆29上设有槽体相对的配重辊槽27,配重辊24两端活动安装在相应的配重辊槽27内。
纠偏组件包括有限位条3、固定支杆4,其中,限位条3为至少两条,限位条3呈水平安装在导向滑座2顶部,相邻限位条3之间形成铝带导向区,导向滑座2输出端两侧竖直固定有固定支杆4,两条固定支杆4上部之间安装有送料导轴13,送料导轴13上套装有导向轴套5,导向轴套5顶部安装有卡板支杆7,卡板支杆7上安装有送料卡板6,送料卡板6底部向下延伸至铝带卡板支杆7俯视呈U形,送料卡板6沿竖直方向安装在卡板支杆7的U形槽内,卡板支杆7的两侧侧臂端部连接有抵触弹簧8;抵触弹簧8顶部与卡板支杆7底部抵触,抵触弹簧8底部与机台表面抵触。导向区内,导向滑座2输出方向的机台上固定有弹簧拉板9,导向滑座2输入方向两侧侧壁下部固定有弹簧销10,弹簧销10与弹簧拉板9之间连接有拉簧11;导向滑座2输出方向一侧的机台上安装有动力电机,动力电机的传动轴上安装有动力凸轮12,动力凸轮12轮缘与导向滑座2接触。
本实施例在采用上述方案后,将铝圆原料带(铝带)向下转穿过进入转向辊,然后再依次穿过配重辊下方(配重辊压在原料带表面)、滤油导向槽表面、输出通道后输出,原料带在经过涂油盒时,滑润油粘附在原料带上,在经过滤油导向槽时,原料带底部多余的润滑油被滤出,原料带输出时再次通过两条输出转向辊将多余润滑油刮除(上层的输出转向辊压在原料带上),从而防止原料带上的润滑油过多,涂油后的原料带穿过铝带导向区向后进入机台内,当动力凸轮的凸缘推动导向滑座向进料方向行走时,拉簧被拉伸,导向滑座同步带动卡板支杆前进,在抵触弹簧的拉力下,卡板支杆的侧臂端部下沉,从而带动导向轴套转动,送料卡板上部向机台方向下行(以送料导轴为中心转动),送料卡板下部向导向滑座进料方向上方行走(不再与铝带接触),当动力凸轮的凸缘离开导向滑座时,导向滑座在拉簧的拉力作用下向机台方向行走,导向滑座同步带动卡板支杆行走,抵触弹簧向上顶起卡板支杆的侧臂端部,送料卡板下部向下抵住铝带表面,铝带被送料卡板与导向滑座卡住,导向滑座继续行走,铝带被同步带动行走一个工位(进入机台内),采用铝带导向区防止铝带在输送过程中发生偏移,从而完成对铝带输送进行纠偏和导向,采用本实施例后的结构合理、使用效果好,与外部系统配合可以有效实现自动化生产。

1.一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统,它包括有机台,其特征在于:机台上安装有限位导轨(1),限位导轨(1)上活动安装有导向滑座(2),导向滑座(2)顶部安装有纠偏组件,导向滑座(2)输入端底部的机台上安装有涂油盒(21),涂油盒(21)内注有润滑油,涂油盒(21)顶部开口形成涂油口,涂油盒(21)顶部一端安装有进入转向辊(22),涂油盒(21)顶部另一端安装有输出转向辊(23),进入转向辊(22)输出方向的涂油盒(21)内活动安装有配重辊(24),配重辊(24)下部浸在润滑油内,输出转向辊(23)与配重辊(24)之间的涂油盒(21)内安装有滤油轴(25);滤油轴(25)中部安装有滤油辊(26),滤油辊(26)辊面内凹形成有滤油导向槽(28)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统,其特征在于:纠偏组件包括有限位条(3)、固定支杆(4),其中,限位条(3)为至少两条,限位条(3)呈水平安装在导向滑座(2)顶部,相邻限位条(3)之间形成铝带导向区,导向滑座(2)输出端两侧竖直固定有固定支杆(4),两条固定支杆(4)上部之间安装有送料导轴(13),送料导轴(13)上套装有导向轴套(5),导向轴套(5)顶部安装有卡板支杆(7),卡板支杆(7)上安装有送料卡板(6),送料卡板(6)底部向下延伸至铝带导向区内,导向滑座(2)输出方向的机台上固定有弹簧拉板(9),导向滑座(2)输入方向两侧侧壁下部固定有弹簧销(10),弹簧销(10)与弹簧拉板(9)之间连接有拉簧(11);导向滑座(2)输出方向一侧的机台上安装有动力电机,动力电机的传动轴上安装有动力凸轮(12),动力凸轮(12)轮缘与导向滑座(2)接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统,其特征在于:卡板支杆(7)俯视呈U形,送料卡板(6)沿竖直方向安装在卡板支杆(7)的U形槽内,卡板支杆(7)的两侧侧臂端部连接有抵触弹簧(8);抵触弹簧(8)顶部与卡板支杆(7)底部抵触,抵触弹簧(8)底部与机台表面抵触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝圆片原料带送料纠偏系统,其特征在于:输出转向辊(23)为两条,一上一下安装在涂油盒(21)顶部,安装后的两条输出转向辊(23)之间形成输出通道;涂油盒(21)内腔两侧侧壁上竖直固定有配重导杆(29),两条配重导杆(29)上设有槽体相对的配重辊槽(27),配重辊(24)两端活动安装在相应的配重辊槽(27)内。
