技术领域
本发明涉及涂布技术领域,具体涉及一种双层涂布装置。
背景技术
涂布作业是将糊状聚合物、熔融态聚合物或聚合物熔液涂布于基材上制得复合材料的方法。双层涂布要求在基材的一侧进行两层不同的涂布,在现有技术中常常通过两种方式实现双层涂布,一种是利用两台不同的涂布设备分两次对基材进行涂布,这样利用两个不同的设备进行涂布,需要对基材进行转移和调整,导致作业效率低;另一种是采用双层挤压涂布机头对基材进行双层涂布,这样无法实现超薄涂层与厚涂层的叠加。
公开号为CN112871579A的发明专利申请公开了一种双层涂布模头及涂布机,该模头包括由下而上依次设置的下模、中模及上模,所述下模上设置有第一流体分配腔,所述中模上设置有第二流体分配腔,所述第一流体分配腔呈倾斜设置,所述第二流体分配腔呈水平设置,所述中模上设有与所述第一流体分配腔相连通的第一排空口,所述上模上设有与所述第二流体分配腔相连通的第二排空口。该专利申请通过对模头内流体分配腔的特殊布置,实现在基材表面的双层间歇涂布。但是这样的结构仅适用于单一厚度涂布层的双层涂布,无法实现超薄涂层与厚涂层的叠加。
因此,本领域技术人员急需要研发一种能够实现超薄涂层与厚涂层叠加、且作业效率高的双层涂布装置。
发明内容
为了解决在基材表面进行双层涂布时无法实现超薄涂层与厚涂层叠加或作业效率低的技术问题,本发明提供了一种利用微凹版涂布与挤压涂布结合的双层涂布装置,其具体技术方案如下。
一种双层涂布装置,包括机架、用于引导基材移动的引导机构,所述引导机构安装于机架内;还包括安装于机架内的微凹版涂布装置和挤压涂布装置,所述基材经引导机构张紧后依次穿过微凹版涂布装置和挤压涂布装置。
进一步的,所述微凹版涂布装置包括微凹版辊、过辊机构和微凹版料槽;所述微凹版辊位于所述微凹版料槽的上方,且部分浸入微凹版料槽内;所述过辊机构位于微凹版辊的上方,所述基材从过辊机构与微凹版辊之间穿过,且过辊机构将基材压紧于微凹版辊表面。
进一步的,所述过辊机构包括安装架、竖直移动机构和第一压紧辊;所述安装架通过竖直移动机构安装于机架上;所述第一压紧辊可转动的安装于安装架上。
进一步的,所述过辊机构包括两个第一压紧辊,两个所述第一压紧辊沿微凹版辊的轴向方向所在的平面对称布置。
进一步的,所述挤压涂布装置包括涂布辊、挤压涂布模头和水平移动机构;所述挤压涂布模头通过水平移动机构安装于机架上;所述挤压涂布装置位于所述微凹版涂布装置的斜上方,且所述挤压涂布模头沿水平方向安装于所述涂布辊远离所述微凹版涂布装置的一侧。
进一步的,所述机架包括主机架、底部机架、侧面机架和顶部机架;所述主机架、底部机架、侧面机架和顶部机架依次连接,且围绕形成作业空间。
进一步的,所述引导机构包括基材牵引机构、引导基材进入微凹版涂布装置的第一过辊、引导基材从挤压涂布装置脱出的第二过辊;所述基材依次绕过基材牵引机构、第一过辊、微凹版涂布装置、挤压涂布装置和第二过辊。
进一步的,所述第一过辊位于微凹版涂布装置的上方。
进一步的,所述基材牵引机构包括主动辊、第二压紧辊、连接杆和伸缩装置;所述第二压紧辊将基材压紧至主动辊上;所述连接杆的一端与第二压紧辊连接,另一端与伸缩装置连接,且连接杆的中部与机架铰接;所述伸缩装置驱动连接杆绕铰接点转动。
有益效果:本发明所提供的一种双层涂布装置,将微凹版涂布装置和挤压涂布装置安装于同一机架内部,基材在引导机构的作用下先后依次穿过微凹版涂布装置和挤压涂布装置,分别进行超薄涂布、以及在超薄涂布层上进行厚涂布,实现了超薄涂布层与厚涂布层的叠加,提高双层涂布的效率。

实施例
参照图1和图2所示,一种双层涂布装置包括机架1、引导机构、微凹版涂布装置2和挤压涂布装置3。
具体来说,所述机架1包括主机架11、底部机架12、侧面机架13和顶部机架14;其中主机架11用于安装微凹版涂布装置2和挤压涂布装置3;并且主机架11、底部机架12、侧面机架13和顶部机架14依次连接,围绕形成一个作业空间5。作业空间5位于机架1的中部,施工人员能够支架在机架1内对微凹版涂布装置2以及挤压涂布装置3进行操作,使得双层涂布装置整体结构紧凑并且方便施工人员进行作业。
参照图2所示,所述微凹版涂布装置2和挤压涂布装置3分别安装于主机架11内部,由引导机构引导基材4依次穿过微凹版涂布装置2和挤压涂布装置3对基材4分别进行超薄涂布和厚涂布,实现超薄涂布层与厚涂布层的叠加,同时保证双层涂布的作业效率。
具体来说,参照图3所示,所述微凹版涂布装置2包括微凹版辊21、过辊机构和微凹版料槽23;其中微凹版料槽23由微凹版料座22的中部向下凹陷形成;微凹版料槽23位于微凹版辊21的下方,且微凹版辊21部分浸入微凹版料槽23内,微凹版料槽23内注有用于涂布作业的涂布料;过辊机构安装于微凹版辊21的上方,并且在过辊机构的压紧作用下使基材4与微凹版辊21的部分表面贴合。基材4穿过微凹版辊21的过程中,微凹版辊21转动的方向与基材4移动的方向相反,微凹版辊21在转动过程中浸入微凹版料槽23的部分粘附一定的涂布料,转动至与基材4贴合时对基材4进行超薄涂布。为了提高微凹版辊21对基材4的超薄涂布效果,可以将微凹版辊21的表面设置成网格状,使微凹版辊21能够粘附更多的涂布料。
具体来说,所述过辊机构包括安装架25、竖直移动机构和第一压紧辊24;安装架25通过竖直移动机构与机架1连接;所述第一压紧辊24的数量为两根,两根第一压紧辊24沿微凹版辊21的轴向所在的平面对称布置,由两根第一压紧辊24分别将基材4压紧至微凹版辊21上,两根第一压紧辊24之间的基材4与微凹版辊21的表面贴合。通过两根第一压紧辊24能够增大基材4与微凹版辊21的贴合面积,并且调整两根第一压紧辊24的相对间距后,能够调整基材4与微凹版辊21的贴合面积的大小。在竖直移动机构的作用下能够驱动安装上下移动,能够调节微凹版辊21与基材4之间的压紧力,并且方便作业开始时的基材4放料。作业时过辊机构与微凹版辊21的相对位置关系如图4所示。至于竖直移动机构可以采用机械领域常见的轨道机构、液压机构、气动机构等等,因此不在本实施例中做过多的赘述。
具体来说,参照图5所示,所述挤压涂布装置3包括涂布辊31、挤压涂布模头32和水平移动机构,所述挤压涂布模头32通过水平移动机构安装于机架1上;所述涂布辊31位于微凹版辊21的斜上方,基材4经过微凹版辊21后再经过涂布辊31,且涂布辊31与微凹版辊21之间的基材4与水平方向呈30~45°的夹角;所述挤压涂布模头32沿水平方向安装于所述涂布辊31远离所述微凹版辊21的一侧,通过水平移动机构能够调节挤压涂布模头32与微凹版辊21之间的相对间距,从而调节挤压涂布模头32与基材4之间的压紧力,并且方便作业开始时的基材4放料。至于水平移动机构可以采用机械领域常见的轨道机构、液压机构、气动机构等等,因此不在本实施例中做过多的赘述。
具体来说,参照图2所示,所述引导机构包括基材牵引机构61、第一过辊62和第二过辊63。参照图6所示,所述基材牵引机构61安装于侧面机架13内部,包括主动辊611、第二压紧辊612、连接杆613和伸缩装置614;主动辊611可转动地安装于机架1上,基材4从主动辊611的表面穿过,并且第二压紧辊612将基材4压紧于主动辊611的表面。所述连接杆613的一端与第二压紧辊612可转动地连接,另一端与伸缩装置614铰接,并且连接杆613的中部与机架1铰接,由伸缩杆驱动连接杆613绕中部的铰接点转动,从而调节第二压紧辊612对基材4的压紧力。所述第一过辊62安装于顶部机架14内,使第一过辊62位于微凹版辊21的上方,并且第一过辊62位于微凹版辊21远离挤压涂布装置3的一侧。基材4经过第一过辊62后再进入微凹版涂布装置2内,基材4能够从上方进入微凹版涂布装置2内,便于第一压紧辊24对基材4进行压紧。作为进一步改进,在安装架25上还安装有引导辊26,引导辊26位于基材4进入微凹版涂布装置2的一侧且位于第一压紧辊24的上方,由引导辊26引导基材4进入微凹版涂布装置2内,降低基材4的倾斜程度,使基材4能够顺畅的进入微凹版涂布装置2内。所述第二过辊63也安装于顶部机架14内,且位于挤压涂布装置3的上方,基材4经过挤压涂布装置3后由第二过辊63引导而穿出机架1。
作为进一步改进,所述侧面机架13内还安装有辅助辊64,所述辅助辊64位于第一过辊62和基材牵引机构61之间,由辅助辊64对基材4进行进一步的张紧。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述微凹版涂布装置(2)包括微凹版辊(21)、过辊机构和微凹版料槽(23);所述微凹版辊(21)位于所述微凹版料槽(23)的上方,且部分浸入微凹版料槽(23)内;所述过辊机构位于微凹版辊(21)的上方,所述基材(4)从过辊机构与微凹版辊(21)之间穿过,且过辊机构将基材(4)压紧于微凹版辊(21)表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述过辊机构包括安装架(25)、竖直移动机构和第一压紧辊(24);所述安装架(25)通过竖直移动机构安装于机架(1)上;所述第一压紧辊(24)可转动的安装于安装架(25)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述过辊机构包括两个第一压紧辊(24),两个所述第一压紧辊(24)沿微凹版辊(21)的轴向方向所在的平面对称布置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述挤压涂布装置(3)包括涂布辊(31)、挤压涂布模头(32)和水平移动机构;所述挤压涂布模头(32)通过水平移动机构安装于机架(1)上;所述挤压涂布装置(3)位于所述微凹版涂布装置(2)的斜上方,且所述挤压涂布模头(32)沿水平方向安装于所述涂布辊(31)远离所述微凹版涂布装置(2)的一侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述机架(1)包括主机架(11)、底部机架(12)、侧面机架(13)和顶部机架(14);所述主机架(11)、底部机架(12)、侧面机架(13)和顶部机架(14)依次连接,且围绕形成作业空间(5)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述引导机构包括基材牵引机构(61)、引导基材(4)进入微凹版涂布装置(2)的第一过辊(62)、引导基材(4)从挤压涂布装置(3)脱出的第二过辊(63);所述基材(4)依次绕过基材牵引机构(61)、第一过辊(62)、微凹版涂布装置(2)、挤压涂布装置(3)和第二过辊(63)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述第一过辊(62)位于微凹版涂布装置(2)的上方。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种双层涂布装置,其特征在于:所述基材牵引机构(61)包括主动辊(611)、第二压紧辊(612)、连接杆(613)和伸缩装置(614);所述第二压紧辊(612)将基材(4)压紧至主动辊(611)上;所述连接杆(613)的一端与第二压紧辊(612)连接,另一端与伸缩装置(614)连接,且连接杆(613)的中部与机架(1)铰接;所述伸缩装置(614)驱动连接杆(613)绕铰接点转动。
