Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of novel tobacco, and particularly relates to a heated cigarette with uniform fragrance release amount by mouth.
Background
The new type of tobacco is generally heated by a smoking set, and the smoke in the tobacco is released to be sucked by a smoker when the temperature is lower than the burning point of the tobacco, because the heating temperature is lower than the burning point of the tobacco, the thermal cracking of certain substances in the tobacco is reduced, and the total amount of harmful gases is reduced.
The novel tobacco sheet tobacco shred technology commonly used at present is to cut tobacco into shreds after the tobacco is produced into sheets by adopting a paper making technology, and meanwhile, in order to meet different tastes of consumers, the tobacco sheet tobacco shred technology is realized by adding spices into the tobacco sheet tobacco shreds.
The ester monomer spice is a common cigarette spice, generally has sweet aroma, fruit aroma or flower aroma, is coordinated with cigarette aroma, and is widely used in cigarette blending. For heating cigarettes, the fruity sweet style characteristics can be endowed by adding the ester monomer spice, and an effective fragrance compensation effect can be achieved.
However, in the actual consumption process, the added perfume is released rapidly, so that the fragrance concentration is too low in the later stage of smoking, which affects the sense of consumers, and how to ensure the uniform release of the perfume is one of the subjects studied in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a heated cigarette with a uniform fragrance release amount from mouth to mouth, so as to solve the problem that the fragrance concentration in smoke is rapidly reduced to influence the smoking sense at the later stage of a smoking process.
In order to realize the technical purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a heated cigarette with uniform release amount of fragrance per mouth at least comprises cut tobacco sheets, wherein the cut tobacco sheets are produced by adopting a papermaking technology, and the surface of each cut tobacco sheet is coated with a coating liquid containing composite particles of ester monomer spices.
Preferably, the ester monomer spice is more than one of the group consisting of leaf alcohol acetate, methyl benzoate, ethyl phenylacetate, linalyl acetate, phenethyl acetate, methyl cinnamate, ethyl cinnamate, benzyl benzoate and phenethyl phenylacetate.
Preferably, the amount of the composite particles containing the ester monomer spices is 1 to 5 percent of the weight of the tobacco sheets.
Preferably, in the composite particle containing the ester monomer perfume, the weight of the ester monomer perfume is 1-5% of the weight of the composite particle.
Preferably, the preparation method of the composite particle containing the ester monomer perfume comprises the following steps:
1) adding ester monomer perfume into mixed solution of ethanol and propylene glycol to prepare perfuming solution with concentration of 0.05-0.5 g/ml;
2) spraying the flavoring solution on the porous particle material, uniformly stirring, and balancing for 24 hours in a normal-temperature sealing state, wherein the weight of the ester monomer spice is 1-5% of that of the composite particle;
3) spraying Peru gum with the weight of 0.1% of that of the composite particles on the porous particle material subjected to the balance treatment in the step 2), and performing ball milling and crushing to obtain the composite particles containing the ester monomer perfume.
Preferably, the porous granular material is tobacco straw biomass charcoal, and the particle size is 80-100 meshes.
Preferably, the coating liquid comprises composite particles containing ester monomer perfume and low-acyl gellan gum, and the weight ratio of the composite particles containing ester monomer perfume to the low-acyl gellan gum in the coating liquid is 1-5: 30.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme, the outer surface of the conventional tobacco sheet is coated with the composite particles containing the ester monomer perfume, and the porous material in the composite particles containing the ester monomer perfume is internally attached with the ester monomer perfume, so that the tobacco sheet is cut into threads to prepare the heated cigarette, and the ester monomer perfume is adsorbed in the porous material to play a slow release role on the ester monomer perfume, so that the fragrance content in smoke is basically stable in the whole smoking process.
