背景技术
最广为人知和广泛使用的用于转化塑料材料的技术包括挤压技术和模塑技术。模塑技术可以采用比方说例如注射模塑、压缩模塑、注射吹塑或挤压吹塑的各种形式中的一者来应用。
呈各种形式的模塑技术将聚合物材料以熔融或半熔融状态引入模具内,模具的内腔再现了所需物体的形状,使得聚合物材料一旦形成为固体状态,就形成了所需物体的形状。
同样,挤压技术使聚合物材料以熔融或半熔融状态通过一个或更多个通腔,这些通腔形成在适当的挤压头中,其内部轮廓再现了所需物体的截面,使得聚合物材料一旦形成为固体状态,就会呈现出所需物体的形状。
一般来说,这些技术将准备转化的聚合物材料装入一个或更多个料斗中,然后将该聚合物材料从料斗中转移、例如通过下落的方式到模塑设备或挤压设备中,在适当的温度和压力条件下,将聚合物材料相应地引入到模具中或通过头部推动。

为了更好地遵守添加恒定和预定量的染料的要求,借助于计量泵、例如蠕动泵将添加剂引入到聚合物材料中,该计量泵的工作原理确保了随时间来供应恒定的体积流速。
然而,申请人已经观察到,最终产品的颜色变化性往往仍然很高,因此,操作者往往需要手动干预计量泵的调节,以增加或减少供应至聚合物材料的添加剂的流速。
发明内容

转化设备100包括:
-转化机器10,例如挤压机,

-用于液体添加剂的计量装置1,该计量装置设置成将液体添加剂添加至被供应至转化机器10的塑料材料。
特别是,计量装置1借助于供应管道11将液体添加剂供应至塑料材料,该管道例如在旋转阀12的区域中是打开的,该旋转阀定位在进料斗13的出口与转化机器10的入口之间。
计量装置1包括可移动的滑架2和计量泵5,在滑架2的框架3上定位有容器4,该容器4包括待计量的添加在聚合物材料中的液体添加剂,计量泵5的进气口借助于抽气管6连接至容器4的内侧,并且泵5的输送部连接至供应管道11。
计量泵5优选地是蠕动泵,在本文所述的优选示例中,液体添加剂是待引入到聚合物材料中的染料,以便在对产品的处理结束时所获得的产品上赋予所需的着色。
计量装置1还包括容纳在容器4中的液体添加剂的热调节系统,该系统布置成使液体添加剂的温度保持在预定的温度范围内。
在本发明的第一实施方式中,如图1中所示,热调节系统包括加热元件8、温度传感器9、控制器20和围绕容器4设置的绝缘涂覆件7。
绝缘涂覆件7是由例如一层具有适当厚度的热绝缘材料形成的,例如,该厚度在1cm与5cm之间。合适的热绝缘材料的示例包括基于聚氨酯或聚苯乙烯的膨胀聚合物、玻璃棉或矿棉。
加热元件8优选地是电阻件,该电阻件被插入在容器4中,以便浸入待加热的染料中。
同样地,温度传感器9也被插入到容器4中,以便检测染料的温度。
控制器20与温度传感器9及加热元件8相关联,并且设置成用于根据温度传感器9检测到的温度值而启用或停用加热元件。
特别是,控制器20设置成将相对于容器的内部温度保持在预定值(设定温度),例如,该预定值可以固定在30℃,其中,存在例如大约2摄氏度的偏差幅度。
设定温度的值可以由操作者来编程,并且优选地将该温度值选定为比计量装置1所处环境的平均温度高几度(例如5℃)。
同样,与设定温度的偏差幅度也可以由操作人员来编程。
控制器20优选地结合在计量装置1的控制单元30中、优选地安装在可移动滑架2上,除了热调节系统,该控制单元布置成控制和/或指示计量装置、例如计量泵5的其他参数或部件。
提供的热调节系统允许容纳在容器4中的染料保持在受控的温度,该受控的温度在以设定温度为中心的预定范围内。
以这种方式,当计量装置1处于运行状态时,被引入到聚合物材料的染料的量始终与其体积成正比,而体积又仅取决于计量泵5,因此很容易以最佳精度进行调节。
在本发明同样优选的第二实施方式中,该热调节系统包括围绕容器4缠绕的热覆盖件。
在这种情况下,加热元件被封围在热覆盖件的绝缘材料内,并且温度传感器可以在相对于容器的外部被结合在热覆盖件内。
热覆盖件可以连接到控制器20,或者可以有独立的控制单元。
在本发明的其他结构变体中,规定热调节系统包括加热底座,容器4被支撑在该底座上,以及/或者热覆盖件不与容器直接接触,而是被布置在合适的框架上,该框架安装在容器周围,以便在容器周围形成加热室。
因此,本发明允许很大地减少操作人员为调节引入聚合物材料中的染料的量而进行人工干预的需求,并减少因着色不一致而被拒收的产品量。
Claims (9)
1.一种塑料材料转化设备(100),所述塑料材料转化设备(100)包括:
-转化机器(10),所述转化机器(10)设置成借助于模塑或挤压来转化所述塑料材料,
-进料斗(13),所述进料斗(13)定位在所述转化机器的上游,从而将所述塑料材料供应至所述转化机器,以及
-用于液体添加剂的计量装置(1),所述计量装置(1)设置成向所述转化机器添加液体添加剂,
其中,所述计量装置(1)包括:
-容器(4),所述容器(4)容纳有所述液体添加剂,
-计量泵(5),所述计量泵(5)连接至所述容器,以获取所述液体添加剂并将所述液体添加剂供应至所述转化机器(10),其特征在于,所述计量装置包括所述液体添加剂的热调节系统,所述热调节系统布置成将所述液体添加剂的温度保持成处于比预定温度值高2℃或低2℃的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述热调节系统与所述容器(4)相关联,从而将位于所述容器内的所述液体添加剂的温度保持成处于预定温度范围内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述热调节系统包括绝缘涂覆件(7),所述绝缘涂覆件(7)设置成围绕所述容器(4)。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的设备,其中,所述热调节系统包括加热元件(8)、温度传感器(9)和控制器(20),所述控制器(20)与所述温度传感器(8)相关联并与所述加热元件(9)相关联,从而根据由所述温度传感器(9)检测的温度值来启用或停用所述加热元件(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述加热元件(8)包括电阻件。
6.根据权利要求4或权利要求5所述的设备,其中,所述加热元件(8)浸入在所述液体添加剂中。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的设备,其中,所述热调节系统包括热覆盖件,所述热覆盖件设置成围绕所述容器(4)缠绕。
8.根据权利要求2至7中的任一项所述的设备,其中,所述热调节系统设置成将所述容器(4)内的所述液体添加剂的温度保持成处于比所述容器所在环境的温度大约高3℃至5℃的温度范围内。
9.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的设备,其中,所述液体添加剂是染料。
