Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。本发明所述的环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将涤纶长丝或短纤编织成坯布,通过高精度数码印花机在上染过染料的坯布上喷涂疏水整理剂,再进入焙烘机中反应,最后经过无水乙醇和去离子水冲洗,得到所述的环保疏水涤纶织物。本发明设计科学合理,缩短了工艺流程,节能环保,使用无氟疏水整理剂,安全无害,制得的涤纶织物面料手感柔软,防水透气,舒适度高。

环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
市场上的涤纶疏水制品大部分由浸渍整理法以及传统涂层整理法制成。其制造过程中产生大量疏水整理剂的浪费,并存在能耗高的问题。
浸渍整理法制成的涤纶疏水制品,两面均浸轧疏水整理剂,成本高,不利于穿着排汗功能;传统涂层整理法则透气性差,同样不利于穿着舒适度的提升。另外现有的疏水整理剂主要通过氟碳类疏水整理剂对棉纤维表面进行接枝聚合,生产过程中氟碳类化合物容易引入全氟辛酸及其衍生物,此类物质已被证实对人体具有潜在的致癌性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,其设计科学合理,缩短了工艺流程,节能环保,使用无氟疏水整理剂,安全无害,制得的涤纶织物面料手感柔软,防水透气,舒适度高。
本发明所述的环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将涤纶长丝或短纤编织成坯布,通过美加尼高精度数码印花机(型号:815/43)在上染过染料的坯布上喷涂无氟疏水整理剂,再进入焙烘机中焙烘反应,使得在涤纶完成热熔上色的同时,疏水整理剂也一并在高温环境下完成交联,最后经过无水乙醇和去离子水冲洗,去除未反应单体以及其他杂质,得到所述的环保疏水涤纶织物。
优选的,疏水整理剂包括以下质量份数的原料:
疏水剂:120~200份,粘合剂:30~40份,海藻酸钠:40~60份,渗透剂:25~30份,纯净水:1000份。
优选的,疏水剂为烷基氨基甲酸乙酯、一缩二丙二醇与丙烯酸酯的混合物。优选传化化工的WR-7000。
优选的,粘合剂为二甘醇与聚胺衍生物的混合物。优选昂高化工的PS。
优选的,渗透剂以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为主要成分。优选鲁瑞精细化工的SN-10。
优选的,焙烘温度为210±5℃。
本发明通过使用美加尼高精度数码印花机(型号:815/43)对涤纶织物喷涂无氟疏水整理剂,使织物面料手感柔软,具有单面拒水作用,还具有透气性,拒水面防水性能可达95分以上,面料透气性达200MPa/㎡以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明将涤纶热熔染色过程嵌入疏水整理剂交联过程,缩短了工艺流程,降低了生产过程中的能耗,节能环保;
(2)本发明采用美加尼高精度数码印花机(型号:815/43)将面料单面喷涂疏水助剂,具有单面防水,单面透气的功能,舒适度高;
(3)本发明使用的无氟疏水整理剂相较于其他疏水助剂,不会引入全氟辛酸及其衍生物,环保、安全,对人体无潜在危害;
(4)本发明所述的制备方法与浸渍整理法及传统涂层整理法相比,不会造成疏水整理剂的浪费,将涤纶热熔上色与疏水剂交联一同完成,省去一道焙烘过程,降低能耗,在降低生产成本的同时,符合环保绿色的生产理念。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但是并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例中WR-7000(疏水剂)购于传化化工,PS(粘合剂)购于昂高化工(上海)有限公司,SN-10(渗透剂)购于鲁瑞精细化工。
实施例1
面料成品规格:CVC16*CVC12*108*56*58/59,组织:3/2S。
一种环保疏水涤纶面料,包括以下步骤:
织物整理工艺流程:烧毛→冷堆→水洗煮练→干定型→丝光→轧干染色→印花(喷涂疏水整理剂)→染色焙烘→水洗→预缩;
烧毛:车速100m/min,透烧,火焰强度20mbar。
冷堆:车速24m/mim;烧碱:45g/L,双氧水:13g/L,螯合剂:5g/L,精炼剂:10g/L。堆置时间24h,恒温室堆置温度34℃。
水洗煮炼:车速50m/mim;烧碱:45g/L,萃取剂:5g/L,螯合剂:2g/L,精炼剂:3g/L,余量为水;蒸箱温度为100℃,经过蒸箱的时间为25分钟。
干定型:车速60m/mim;烘房温度180℃,轧水,落布幅宽150cm。
丝光:烧碱:219g/L,碱温度:50℃,落布幅宽150cm。
轧干:分散染料,车速40m/min。
印花:印花机:美加尼高精度数码印花机(型号:815/43),车速30m/min,疏水整理剂配方:WR-7000:200g,PS:40g,海藻酸钠:60g,SN-10:30g,纯净水:1kg。
焙烘:210℃焙烘2分钟。
水洗:渗透剂:2g/L,无水乙醇:20g/L,车速50/min。
实施例2
面料成品规格:T/R40*P75D(SPANDEX40D)*140*90*53/54,组织:2/1Z。
一种环保疏水涤纶面料,包括以下步骤:
织物整理工艺流程:烧毛→冷堆→水洗煮练→干定型→丝光→轧干染色→印花(喷涂疏水整理剂)→染色焙烘→水洗→预缩;
烧毛:车速100m/min,透烧,火焰强度20mbar。
冷堆:车速24m/mim;烧碱:45g/L,双氧水:13g/L,螯合剂:5g/L,精炼剂:10g/L。堆置时间24h,恒温室堆置温度34℃。

一种环保疏水涤纶面料,包括以下步骤:
织物整理工艺流程:烧毛→冷堆→水洗煮练→干定型→丝光→轧干染色→印花(喷涂疏水整理剂)→染色焙烘→水洗→预缩;
烧毛:车速100m/min,透烧,火焰强度20mbar。
冷堆:车速24m/mim;烧碱:45g/L,双氧水:13g/L,螯合剂:5g/L,精炼剂:10g/L。堆置时间24h,恒温室堆置温度34℃。
水洗煮炼:车速50m/mim;烧碱:45g/L,萃取剂:5g/L,螯合剂:2g/L,精炼剂:3g/L,余量为水;蒸箱温度为100℃,经过蒸箱的时间为25分钟。
干定型:车速60m/mim;烘房温度180℃,轧水,落布幅宽150cm。

1.一种环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将涤纶长丝或短纤编织成坯布,通过高精度数码印花机在上染过染料的坯布上喷涂疏水整理剂,再进入焙烘机中反应,最后经过无水乙醇和去离子水冲洗,得到所述的环保疏水涤纶织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:疏水整理剂包括以下质量份数的原料:
疏水剂:120~200份,粘合剂:30~40份,海藻酸钠:40~60份,渗透剂:25~30份,纯净水:1000份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:疏水剂为烷基氨基甲酸乙酯、一缩二丙二醇与丙烯酸酯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:粘合剂为二甘醇与聚胺衍生物的混合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:渗透剂中包含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保疏水涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:焙烘温度为210±5℃。
