Claims (6)

1. A liquid acidifier for promoting ingestion of pigs and poultry is characterized in that: comprises 1kg to 5kg of sodium diacetate, 1kg to 2kg of calcium citrate, 0.5kg to 1.0kg of calcium formate and 92kg to 97.5kg of deionized water, wherein the pH value of the liquid acidifier is 3.5 to 4.3.
2. A preparation method of a liquid acidifier for promoting the ingestion of pigs and poultry is characterized in that: dissolving 1kg-5kg of sodium diacetate, 1kg-2kg of calcium citrate and 0.5kg-1.0kg of calcium formate in deionized water, diluting to 100kg, stirring uniformly, and standing for 1 hour to obtain the liquid acidulant, wherein the pH value of the liquid acidulant is 3.5-4.3.
3. The use of a liquid acidulant for promoting feeding of swine and poultry according to claim 1 wherein the liquid acidulant is added to the formula feed by the following specific addition method:
(1) crushing and screening raw materials of the compound feed to obtain prefabricated powder with the particle size of less than 2.0 mm;
(2) feeding the prefabricated powder into a mixer, spraying the prefabricated powder by using a liquid acidifying agent under the stirring state, wherein the spraying speed is 30L/min, continuously stirring for 120-150 seconds after spraying to obtain a mixed prefabricated material, and performing a material granulation process on the mixed prefabricated material.

The application of claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the mixer comprises a tank body, a vertical rotating shaft is arranged in the tank body, a first bulk material cone, a second bulk material cone and a stirring blade are sequentially arranged on the rotating shaft at intervals from top to bottom, a first spraying piece is arranged in the tank body below the first bulk material cone, an inverted cone-shaped material gathering plate is arranged in the tank body between the first spraying piece and the second bulk material cone, a second spraying piece is arranged in the tank body below the second bulk material cone, a vertical screw conveyor is arranged on the outer side of the tank body, a guide plate which inclines downwards is arranged at the bottom in the tank body, a feed inlet of the screw conveyor is arranged on the tank body at the lower end of the guide plate, a chute which inclines downwards is arranged on the upper side in the tank body, the upper end of the chute is connected with a discharge outlet at the upper end of the screw conveyor, and the lower end of the chute is positioned above the first bulk material cone, the lower end of the screw conveyer is provided with a lower end discharge hole, and a control valve is arranged at the lower end discharge hole.

The application of claim 4, wherein the first spraying part and the second spraying part each comprise an annular pipeline fixed in the tank body, the annular pipeline is uniformly provided with atomizing nozzles which are inclined upwards along the circumferential direction, the liquid outlets of the atomizing nozzles face to the rotating shaft, the annular pipeline is connected with a delivery pump through a first liquid conveying pipe, the delivery pump is connected with a blending tank of the liquid acidifying agent, a stirring shaft and a plurality of pH sensors are arranged in the blending tank, and a flow meter is arranged on the first liquid conveying pipe.
6. The application of claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the lower end of the material gathering plate is provided with a material gathering port which is positioned above the second bulk material cone and is coaxial with the rotating shaft, and the inner diameter of the material gathering port is larger than the outer diameter of the upper end of the second bulk material cone and smaller than the outer diameter of the lower end of the second bulk material cone.
