Example 4
This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: the piglet teaching and protecting feed also comprises a liquid acidulant, the dosage of the liquid acidulant is 30L/ton, and the liquid acidulant is prepared by the following method: dissolving 2.5kg of sodium diacetate (with the purity of more than 99 percent), 1.5kg of calcium citrate (with the purity of more than 98 percent) and 1kg of calcium formate (with the purity of more than 99.5 percent) in deionized water, diluting to 100kg, stirring uniformly, standing for 1 hour for later use, and keeping the pH value at 3.5-4.3.
The preparation method of the piglet teaching and protection feed also comprises the following steps: in the step (4), feeding the large mixed material and the small mixed material into a mixer, and spraying by using a liquid acidifier at a spraying rate of 30L/min in a stirring state; after spraying, the net mixing time was 120 seconds to obtain a mixed preform.
Example 5
This example is substantially the same as example 4, except that: the piglet teaching and protecting feed also comprises a liquid acidifier, wherein the dosage of the liquid acidifier is 25L/ton, and the liquid acidifier is prepared by the following method: dissolving 1kg of sodium diacetate, 2kg of calcium citrate and 0.8kg of calcium formate in deionized water, diluting to 100kg, stirring uniformly, standing for 1 hour for later use, and keeping the pH value to be 3.5-4.3.
Example 6
This example is substantially the same as example 4, except that: the piglet teaching and protecting feed also comprises a liquid acidulant, the dosage of the liquid acidulant is 20L/ton, and the liquid acidulant is prepared by the following method: dissolving 5kg of sodium diacetate, 1kg of calcium citrate and 0.5kg of calcium formate in deionized water, diluting to 100kg, stirring uniformly, standing for 1 hour for later use, and keeping the pH value to be 3.5-4.3.
Comparative example 1
This example is substantially the same as example 4, except that: the liquid acidulant is prepared by the following method: 4kg of calcium citrate and 1kg of calcium formate are dissolved in deionized water and then diluted to 100 kg.
Comparative example 2
This example is substantially the same as example 4, except that: the liquid acidulant is prepared by the following method: after 4kg of sodium diacetate and 1kg of calcium formate were dissolved in deionized water, the solution was diluted to 100 kg.
The experiment is carried out in a certain pig farm, piglets of 4 pregnant sows in a delivery room are selected as experimental objects and are randomly divided into 4 groups, and the influence of the teaching and maintenance material on the diarrhea of the weaned piglets and the growth performance of the weaned piglets is researched by respectively adopting the piglet teaching and maintenance materials prepared in example 1, example 4, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2. The test is divided into two stages: the results are shown in table 1 from the first stage of weaning piglets from 7-10 days of age to weaning piglets, and in table 2 from the second stage of weaning piglets to the end of turning the piglets (about 28 days of age).

As can be seen from Table 1, when the piglets are fed with the religious diet to the weaning stage, the diarrhea rate is lowest and is only 4.56% by using the religious diet of example 4; the teaching and maintenance material of the embodiment 4 is adopted, and the average weight increase after weaning is the highest and is 3.27 Kg; the feed intake was highest in example 1 and third in example 4.

As can be seen from Table 2, the piglets with the feed of example 4 had the lowest diarrhea rate in the turning of the piglets of 2.42%, the third food intake, and the highest daily average weight gain. In conclusion, the acidulant is added in the teaching and protecting feed, so that the piglets have more feed, less diarrhea and quick weight increment.

Claims (6)
1. A piglet teaching and protection feed is characterized in that: the material comprises 95-96 wt% of main material auxiliary materials and 4-5 wt% of small materials, wherein the main material auxiliary materials are prepared from the following raw materials: 550.0kg-610.0kg of corn, 180.0kg-200.0kg of soybean meal, 80.0kg-100.0kg of puffed soybean, 50.0kg-60.0kg of whey powder, 10.0kg-20.0kg of fish meal, 20.0kg-25.0kg of white sugar, 20.0kg-25.0kg of glucose, 2.5kg-3.0kg of sodium chloride, 2.0kg-8.0kg of calcium hydrophosphate and 5.0kg-10.0kg of soybean oil;
the small material is prepared from the following raw materials: 0.2kg of compound vitamin, 1.0kg of compound trace element, 6.7kg of amino acid, 0.2kg of ethoxyquin and 41.1kg of zeolite powder;
also comprises a liquid acidulant, the dosage of the liquid acidulant is 20L/ton-30L/ton, and the liquid acidulant is prepared by the following method: dissolving 1kg-5kg of sodium diacetate, 1kg-2kg of calcium citrate and 0.5kg-1.0kg of calcium formate in deionized water, diluting to 100kg, stirring uniformly, standing for 1 hour for later use, and keeping the pH value to be 3.5-4.3;
the preparation method of the piglet teaching and caring feed is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) respectively crushing and screening the raw materials of the main material and the auxiliary material to obtain prefabricated powder with the particle size of less than 1.0 mm;
(2) preparing the prefabricated powder of each raw material in the step (1) according to the required dosage, feeding the prefabricated powder into a mixing machine, uniformly mixing to obtain a large material premix, and performing primary granulation tempering on the large material premix to obtain a primary granulated material;
(3) crushing and screening the first granulated material to obtain a large mixed material with the particle size of less than 2.0mm, and uniformly mixing the small materials after the small materials are prepared according to the required dosage to obtain a small mixed material;
(4) feeding the mixed big material and the mixed small material in the step (3) into a mixer, and obtaining a mixed prefabricated material after net mixing for 120-150 seconds;
(5) performing second granulation tempering on the mixed prefabricated material in the step (4) to obtain a piglet teaching and maintenance material;
in the step (4), feeding the mixed large material and the mixed small material into a mixer, and spraying by using a liquid acidifying agent under the stirring state, wherein the spraying speed is 30L/min; and after spraying, the net mixing time is 120-150 seconds, and the mixed prefabricated material is obtained.
2. The piglet conservation feed as claimed in claim 1, which comprises: the amino acids include lysine 4.0kg, methionine 0.7kg, threonine 1.2kg, and tryptophan 0.8 kg.
3. The piglet conservation feed as claimed in claim 1, which comprises: the compound vitamins include vitamin A0.07 kg and vitamin D30.08kg and vitamin E0.05 kg.
4. The piglet conservation feed as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components: the compound trace elements comprise ferrous sulfate 0.3kg, copper sulfate 0.3kg, zinc sulfate 0.2kg, manganese sulfate 0.1kg, selenium yeast 0.05kg and calcium iodate 0.05 kg.

The piglet conservation feed as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the specific method of first granulation and conditioning is as follows: firstly, steam tempering is carried out on a premix of a main material, wherein the steam temperature is more than or equal to 95 ℃; then the mixture is sent into a granulator for granulation, and the compression ratio of a granulation ring die is 1: 3.5-1: 4.5, the aperture of the die hole of the ring die is more than or equal to 2.5 mm; finally, the prepared material particles are sent into a cooler to be cooled, so as to obtain a first granulating material, wherein the temperature of the first granulating material is 10-20 ℃ higher than the room temperature, and the water content is 14.0-15.5 wt%.

The piglet conservation feed as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (5), the specific method of second granulation and conditioning is as follows: steam tempering is carried out on the mixed prefabricated material, and the steam temperature is 55-65 ℃; then the mixture is sent into a granulator for granulation, and the compression ratio of a granulation ring die is 1: 3.5-1: 4.5, the aperture of the die hole of the circular die is more than or equal to 2.5mm, finally the prepared material particles are sent into a cooler to be cooled, so that the piglet conservation feed is obtained, the temperature of the piglet conservation feed is controlled within +/-5 ℃ at room temperature, and the water content is kept between 11.5wt% and 13.0 wt%.
