Abstract
The invention discloses a fish meal-free and soybean meal-free compound feed for yellow river carps and a preparation method thereof, wherein the compound feed comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: the compound feed comprises brewer's grains, blood cell protein powder, beer yeast powder, silkworm chrysalis, rapeseed cakes, peanut cakes, dried porcine soluble protein powder, corn DDGS, corn protein powder, rice bran, wheat germ, feed-grade monocalcium phosphate, feed-grade fish soluble protein powder, soybean lecithin powder, salt, feed-grade compound betaine, feed-grade choline chloride, feed-grade vitamin compound premix, feed-grade mineral compound premix and feed-grade compound amino acid. Aiming at the growth characteristics of the yellow river carp, the feed provided by the invention fully utilizes the leftovers of high-quality agricultural and sideline products in China, develops a compound feed which is free of fish meal and bean pulp and suitable for the yellow river carp, and reduces the dependence of the preparation of the yellow river carp feed on the fish meal and the bean pulp. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the feed has good palatability, is easy to digest and absorb, and can reduce the feed cost.

The conventional carp feed adopts 10 wt% of imported fish meal and 21 wt% of soybean meal (the protein content is 43%), and the nutritional level of the conventional carp feed is as follows through test analysis: digestion energy 3228kcal/kg, crude protein 35.18%, crude fat 7.78%, crude fiber 5.07%, ash 8.55%, salt 0.63%, calcium 1.03%, available phosphorus 0.63%, lysine 2.00%, methionine 0.77%, threonine 1.18%.
The test is carried out in a fish culture system of an aquatic product laboratory of the economic institute of husbandry in Henan province, and the culture period is 60 days. In the test, 25 movable fish ponds with the diameter of 1.2m and the depth of 1.0mm are selected, the actual water volume is 800L, every 5 movable fish ponds are used as a group, and 30 yellow river carp seeds with the same size (the average weight is about 52 g) are bred in each movable fish pond.
During the test period, the aquaculture water is the aerated tap water, and is recycled after being treated by a sand filter. The water temperature of the aquaculture water body is 21-24 ℃, the dissolved oxygen is not lower than 5mg/L, and the ammonia nitrogen content is less than 0.3 mg/L. Feeding 3 times per day, namely, feeding 1 time respectively at 8:00, 12:00 and 17:00, wherein each feeding lasts for about 30 min. Before the experiment is started, temporarily breeding the yellow river carps by using conventional carp feed for 2 weeks, then grouping and weighing, feeding corresponding feed according to groups, adjusting the daily feeding rate to be 3.0-4.0% according to the ingestion condition of the yellow river carps, and recording the feeding amount every day.
At the beginning of the test, weighing all the cyprinus carpio in groups, weighing all the cyprinus carpio when the cyprinus carpio is cultured for 60 days, calculating the weight gain rate and the specific growth rate, calculating the feed coefficient according to the recorded feeding amount, and the result is shown in table 2. The feed cost of the yellow river carp species growing from 52g to 250g is calculated by taking the feed unit price as the formula cost and the feed coefficient as the data obtained by the test, and the result is shown in table 3.
The data obtained in the experiment are expressed as mean ± standard error (n ═ 5), the experimental data are analyzed by one-way variance (ANOVA) using excel software, and when the difference is significant (P <0.05), Duncan multiple comparisons (Duncan HSDtest) are performed.
