即,当乘客头部朝向一侧移动并且第二安全气囊由于车辆发生侧向碰撞而被推出时,第二安全气囊的端部支撑在第一安全气囊的上端上以有效地防止或限制乘客头部的移动。
虽然在本实施例中示出了第二安全气囊40的两端42设置得比一对第一安全气囊30的上端更靠内,但本公开并不限于此。
图4是根据本公开的另一实施方案的用于车辆的安全气囊装置的透视图;并且图5是图4所示的用于车辆的安全气囊装置的前视图。
如图4和图5,根据本公开的另一实施方案的用于车辆的安全气囊装置10与上文参考图1和图3所述的安全气囊装置10的构造相同,并且与其不同之处在于,第二安全气囊40的两端42设置得比一对第一安全气囊30的上端更靠外。
即,当在上文中观察时,第二安全气囊40可充气并基本上以倒置的方U形展开。
因此,当乘客的上部身体或下部身体由于车辆发生侧向碰撞而朝向一侧(例如向左侧)移动并且左侧的第一安全气囊30被推出时,对应的第一安全气囊30可支撑在第二安全气囊40的左端42上,以有效地防止或限制乘客的移动。
在本文中,一对拴系件43可安装在第二安全气囊40上以限制充气展开形状。
每个拴系件43的一端可连接到第二安全气囊40的前表面的中心,并且每个拴系件43的另一端可连接到第二安全气囊40的两端42。
当然,本公开不一定限于此,并且拴系件的数量、连接位置、长度等可根据第二安全气囊的尺寸、展开形状而不同地改变。
例如,可以提供多对拴系件43,或者一个拴系件43的两端可以分别连接到第二安全气囊40的两端42。
此外,拴系件43的两端可以分别连接到头枕13和第二安全气囊40的两端42。
此外,可以改变本公开以将拴系件施加到第一安全气囊,从而限制展开形状。
虽然在上述实施例中示出了第一安全气囊设置在靠背的两侧上,但本公开并不限于此。
例如,图6是根据本公开的又一实施方案的用于车辆的安全气囊装置的透视图。
如图6所示,根据本公开又一实施方案的用于车辆的安全气囊装置10与上文参考图1至图5所述的用于车辆的安全气囊装置10的构造相同,并且与之不同的是扶手14安装在靠背12的一侧上。
在本文中,扶手14可在乘客将他/她的手臂放置在其上时舒适地支撑乘客手臂,并且还可防止或限制乘客在车辆发生侧向碰撞时朝向碰撞的相对侧移动。
当扶手14安装在座椅11的一侧上,例如右侧上时,如上所述,可以移除安装在靠背12的右侧上的第一安全气囊30,并且可以将一个第一安全气囊30安装在靠背120的左侧上。
当然,本公开不限于此,并且当座椅11的一侧上设置有防止乘客侧向移动的支撑结构(如扶手14或控制台箱)时,可改变为仅将第一安全气囊30安装在靠背12的一侧上。
因此,第二安全气囊40的两端42中的仅一者可安装成与第一安全气囊30的上端接触。
通过上述方法,本公开可以通过在车辆发生碰撞时对乘客的两侧上的第一安全气囊和第二安全气囊充气和展开来限制和保护乘客的上部身体和下部身体。
即,本公开具有安装在车辆座椅靠背的第一安全气囊和安装在头枕中的第二安全气囊,从而在车辆发生碰撞时限制乘客身体和头部。
具体地讲,本公开具有第二安全气囊,该第二安全气囊设置成与第一安全气囊的上端重叠,从而有效地防止或限制车辆发生侧向碰撞所引起的乘客的移动。
因此,本公开可通过在自主车辆中在座椅和靠背以各种方向和角度旋转的状态下有效地限制乘客来安全地保护乘客。
虽然已经根据上述实施方案具体描述了由本申请的发明人制造的本发明,但是本公开不限于上述实施方案,并且可以在本公开的技术实质的范围内以各种方式进行修改。
工业适用性
本公开应用于用于车辆的安全气囊装置的技术,该安全气囊装置通过在车辆发生碰撞时充气并从乘客两侧展开安全气囊缓冲垫来限制乘客,从而安全地保护乘客。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置,所述安全气囊装置包括:
安全气囊垫,所述安全气囊垫在车辆发生碰撞时充气并从乘客两侧沿向前方向展开以保护所述乘客两侧;和
充气机,所述充气机被构造成通过冲击检测信号生成气体并将所述气体供应到所述安全气囊垫,
其中所述安全气囊垫包括第一安全气囊,所述第一安全气囊被构造成保护从乘客肩部到乘客下部身体部位的两侧或一侧;和
第二安全气囊,所述第二安全气囊被构造成保护乘客头部和乘客肩部的两侧,
其中当所述第二安全气囊展开时,所述第二安全气囊的中心设置在头枕的后侧上,
所述第二安全气囊的两端充气并从所述乘客头部的两侧沿向前方向以及向上和向下方向展开,
其中所述展开的第二安全气囊的所述两端与所述第一安全气囊的上端重叠,
其中所述第二安全气囊的所述两端设置得比所述第一安全气囊的所述上端更靠内,并且由所述第一安全气囊支撑,以防止或限制所述乘客头部在所述车辆发生侧向碰撞时的侧向移动,或者所述第二安全气囊的所述两端设置得比所述第一安全气囊的所述上端更靠外,并且支撑所述第一安全气囊,以防止或限制在所述车辆发生侧向碰撞时乘客身体的侧向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊装置,
其中所述第二安全气囊以折叠状态容纳在所述头枕中,并且其中所述第二安全气囊在车辆发生碰撞时供应有气体,并且通过形成在所述头枕上的切割线充气并展开到外部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊装置,
其中拴系件安装在所述第二安全气囊上以限制所述第二安全气囊的充气展开形状。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的安全气囊装置,
其中提供了一对第一安全气囊,并且所述一对第一安全气囊安装在座椅靠背的两侧。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的安全气囊装置,
其中仅一个第一安全气囊安装在座椅靠背的一侧上,并且
支撑结构安装在所述靠背的另一侧上以防止所述乘客的侧向移动。
