Specifically, the blanking assembly 5 comprises a third manipulator arranged on the base 1, a finished product frame used for placing the electronic paper without adhesive residue and a defective product frame used for placing the electronic paper with partial adhesive residue, and the third manipulator is in control connection with the control module; after the first linear scanning element 92 and the second linear scanning element 93 feed back the detection signals to the control module, the control module controls the third manipulator to place the adhesive-removed electronic paper on the adsorption checking platform 91 in the finished product frame or the defective product frame according to the received detection signals of the first linear scanning element 92 and the second linear scanning element 93, so as to complete the whole blanking process. In this embodiment, the third manipulator is a three-axis manipulator to can adapt to the motion in the X/Y/Z three-axis direction, thereby can grasp the electronic paper of removing glue in a more suitable position.
When the electronic paper subjected to adhesive removal is detected to be qualified by the first linear scanning piece 92 and the second linear scanning piece 93 in sequence, the third mechanical arm places the electronic paper subjected to adhesive removal on the adsorption checking platform 91 in the finished product frame; when the electronic paper without glue is detected to be unqualified by any one of the first linear scanning piece 92 and the second linear scanning piece 93, the third mechanical hand places the electronic paper without glue on the adsorption checking platform 91 in a defective frame; then, manually checking the electronic paper without glue in the defective frame again by workers, and determining whether the electronic paper without glue in the defective frame is directly placed into the defective frame to be directly eliminated or needs to be manually wiped and then placed into the finished frame again according to the result of manual checking; therefore, the problem that the mistaken elimination rate of the electronic paper without glue is high due to the fact that the electronic paper without glue in the defective frame is completely and directly eliminated can be solved.
Wherein, involve in this embodiment to the electronic paper 10 and remove absorption of gluing electronic paper or snatch and be the vacuum adsorption mode to avoid damaging electronic paper 10, thereby can protect electronic paper 10 or remove gluey electronic paper better.
The control module is a master command device which controls the starting, speed regulation, braking and reversing of each part by changing the wiring of the main circuit or the control circuit and changing the resistance value in the circuit according to a preset sequence. The system consists of a program counter, an instruction register, an instruction decoder, a time sequence generator and an operation controller, and is a decision mechanism for issuing commands, namely, the decision mechanism is used for coordinating and commanding the operation of the whole computer system. The control module in this embodiment is a control module that is common in the prior art, and therefore, the control principle and the working process thereof are not described in detail here.
The specific working process of the wiping device for the electronic paper adhesive residue in the embodiment is as follows:
firstly, placing the electronic paper 10 at a feeding position on the adsorption platform 3, and feeding back a detection signal to the first detection piece 6 by the first sensor after the first sensor detects that the electronic paper 10 is at the feeding position;
then, after the first detection piece 6 receives the detection signal of the first sensor, the first detection piece 6 starts to detect the position of the electronic paper 10 at the loading position and feeds the detection signal back to the control module;
then, after the control module receives the detection signal of the first detection piece 6, the control module judges that the detection work of the first detection piece 6 is finished, and can carry out grabbing work; the control module controls the first mechanical arm to grab the electronic paper 10 at the material loading position onto the wiping platform 8;
meanwhile, in the process that the first mechanical hand grabs the electronic paper 10 at the loading position onto the wiping platform 8, the control module controls the first mechanical hand to selectively correct the position of the electronic paper 10 according to the detection signal of the first detection piece 6, so that the first mechanical hand can place the electronic paper 10 on the wiping platform 8 at a proper position;
when the first detection piece 6 detects that the position of the electronic paper 10 at the loading position is good, the control module controls the first mechanical hand to directly place the electronic paper 10 on the wiping platform 8 without correcting the position of the electronic paper 10 in the process that the first mechanical hand grabs the electronic paper 10 at the loading position onto the wiping platform 8; when the first detection piece 6 detects that the position of the electronic paper 10 at the loading position is not good, the control module controls the first manipulator to correct the position of the electronic paper 10 in the process that the first manipulator grabs the electronic paper 10 at the loading position onto the wiping platform 8, so that the first manipulator places the electronic paper 10 on the wiping platform 8 at a proper position;
then, the control module controls the wiping platform 8 to slide linearly on the base 1 to the position below the second detection piece 7, and the control module feeds back a moving signal of the wiping platform 8 to the second detection piece 7; so that the second detection part 7 detects the position of each surface to be rubbed, which needs to be rubbed, on the electronic paper 10, and feeds back a detection signal to the control module;
then, the control module receives the detection information of the second detection piece 7 and can calculate the rotation angle and the rotation sequence of the wiping platform 8;
then, the control module controls the wiping platform 8 to rotate so as to drive the electronic paper 10 on the wiping platform 8 to rotate, so that one of the faces to be wiped on the electronic paper 10 is rotated to a position close to the dust-free cloth 22; then the wiping platform 8 is made to slide linearly relative to the base 1, so that one of the faces to be wiped of the electronic paper 10 on the wiping platform 8 is moved between the two dust-free cloths 22;
then, the driving part drives the pushing and pressing piece to move towards the end part close to the electronic paper 10, so that the pushing and pressing piece drives the dust-free cloth 22 to move to the end part of the electronic paper 10 just, and the dust-free cloth 22 sprayed with alcohol wipes the end part of the electronic paper 10;
then, the control module controls the clamping cylinder 25 to work, so that the clamping cylinder 25 drives the two gripper mechanisms 23 to approach each other, and the two pieces of dust-free cloth 22 are made to approach each other; meanwhile, the wiping platform 8 slides linearly relative to the base 1, so that the dust-free cloth 22 sprayed on the upper side and the lower side of the electronic paper 10 which is clamped between the two dust-free cloths 22 and moves left and right are wiped;
when the wiping is finished, the control module controls the clamping cylinder 25 to work so as to enable the two pieces of the dust-free cloth 22 to be far away from each other; and the wiping platform 8 is made to slide linearly relative to the base 1, so that the electronic paper 10 is withdrawn from between the two dust-free cloths 22;
then, the control module controls the wiping platform 8 to rotate 90 degrees relative to the base 1 again according to the previously calculated rotation angle and rotation sequence of the wiping platform 8 so as to drive the electronic paper 10 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the other surface to be wiped on the electronic paper 10 rotates to a position close to the dust-free cloth 22; then the wiping platform 8 is made to slide linearly relative to the base 1, so that the other surface to be wiped of the electronic paper 10 on the wiping platform 8 is moved between the two dust-free cloths 22;
then, the driving part drives the pushing and pressing piece to move towards the end part close to the electronic paper 10, so that the pushing and pressing piece drives the dust-free cloth 22 to move to the end part of the electronic paper 10 just, and the dust-free cloth 22 sprayed with alcohol wipes the end part of the electronic paper 10;
then, the control module controls the clamping cylinder 25 to work, so that the clamping cylinder 25 drives the two gripper mechanisms 23 to approach each other, and the two pieces of dust-free cloth 22 are made to approach each other; meanwhile, the wiping platform 8 slides linearly relative to the base 1, so that the dust-free cloth 22 sprayed on the upper side and the lower side of the electronic paper 10 which is clamped between the two dust-free cloths 22 and moves left and right are wiped;
when the wiping is finished, the control module controls the clamping cylinder 25 to work so as to enable the two pieces of the dust-free cloth 22 to be far away from each other; and the wiping platform 8 is made to slide linearly relative to the base 1, so that the electronic paper 10 is withdrawn from between the two dust-free cloths 22;
then, the control module controls the wiping platform 8 to rotate 180 degrees relative to the base 1 again according to the previously calculated rotation angle and rotation sequence of the wiping platform 8 so as to drive the electronic paper 10 to rotate 180 degrees, so that another glue surface to be wiped on the electronic paper 10 rotates to a position close to the dust-free cloth 22; then the wiping platform 8 is made to slide linearly relative to the base 1, so that another surface to be wiped of the electronic paper 10 on the wiping platform 8 is moved between the two dust-free cloths 22;
repeating the steps to clean the residual glue on the other surface to be wiped of the electronic paper 10, so that each surface to be wiped of the electronic paper 10 can move between the two pieces of dust-free cloth 22 to clean the residual glue on the surface to be wiped, each surface to be wiped of the electronic paper 10, which needs to be wiped, is cleaned, so that the electronic paper 10 forms the electronic paper with the removed glue, and the wiping platform 8 drives the electronic paper with the removed glue to slide linearly to the blanking position on the base 1;
finally, after the control module receives the detection signal of the second sensor, the control module controls the second manipulator to grab the electronic paper for removing glue formed after the glue on the wiping platform 8 at the discharging position is wiped onto the adsorption checking platform 91 of the first checking piece, so that the first linear scanning piece 92 detects whether residual glue still remains on the electronic paper for removing glue from the upper part of the electronic paper for removing glue;
then, the control module controls the second manipulator to grab the adhesive removing electronic paper on the adsorption checking platform 91 of the first checking piece onto the adsorption checking platform 91 of the second checking piece, so that the second linear scanning piece 93 detects whether residual adhesive still remains on the adhesive removing electronic paper from the lower part of the adhesive removing electronic paper;
then, the control module receives the detection signals of the first linear scanning element 92 and the second linear scanning element 93; when the control module receives that the electronic paper without glue is detected to be qualified by the first linear scanning piece 92 and the second linear scanning piece 93 in sequence, the control module controls the third mechanical arm to place the electronic paper without glue on the adsorption checking platform 91 of the second checking piece in the finished product frame; when the control module receives that the electronic paper without glue is detected to be unqualified by the first linear scanning piece 92, the control module controls the third mechanical hand to place the electronic paper without glue on the adsorption checking platform 91 of the first checking piece in the defective product frame;
then, the worker manually checks the electronic paper without glue in the defective frame again, and determines whether the electronic paper without glue in the defective frame is directly placed in the defective frame to be directly eliminated or needs to be manually wiped and then placed in the finished frame again according to the result of manual checking; thereby completing the whole working process of the wiping device for the electronic paper adhesive residue.

Claims (10)

1. A wiping device for electronic paper adhesive residue is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a base (1) and a wiping platform (8) which is used for adsorbing electronic paper (10) and is arranged on the base;
the wiping assembly (2) comprises a pushing assembly (24) arranged on the base (1) and two gripper mechanisms (23) arranged oppositely up and down, dust-free cloth (22) sprayed with alcohol is arranged on each opposite surface of the two gripper mechanisms (23), and the wiping platform (8) can slide relative to the base (1) so as to move the surface to be wiped of the electronic paper (10) between the two dust-free cloths (22); the pushing assembly (24) is used for pushing one of the dust-free cloths (22) to abut against the end of the electronic paper (10) so as to wipe the end of the electronic paper (10), and the two dust-free cloths (22) can be mutually closed so as to wipe the upper side and the lower side of the electronic paper (10) moving left and right between the two dust-free cloths (22); and the wiping platform (8) can also rotate relative to the base (1) to drive the electronic paper (10) to rotate, so that each surface to be wiped on the electronic paper (10) can move between the two dust-free cloths (22) to be wiped for wiping, and the electronic paper (10) forms the electronic paper without glue.
2. The device for wiping electronic paper residue as defined in claim 1, wherein the wiping member (2) further comprises:
