Then, the intermediate transfer X-direction driving mechanism 3001 drives the two intermediate transfer platforms 3004 to move in the direction close to the loading/unloading module 1000 along the X direction; the intermediate transfer rotary driving mechanism 3002 drives the two intermediate transfer platforms 3004 to rotate 180 degrees in the horizontal plane, so as to facilitate the finished product taking mechanism 23 to grab the finished product on the intermediate transfer platforms 3004, and avoid interference of the intermediate transfer platforms 3004 with each rack during transfer between the intermediate transfer module 2000 and the loading and unloading module 1000.
It can be understood that the appearance inspection platform 5122 and the intermediate transport platform 3004 are provided with an adsorbing member to adsorb the finished products and prevent the finished products from falling during the transfer process.
Further, the intermediate transfer device 300 further includes an intermediate stage cleaning mechanism 3005, and the intermediate stage cleaning mechanism 3005 is configured to clean the surface of the intermediate transfer platform 3004, so as to prevent dust particles on the intermediate transfer platform 3004 from scratching the finished product. the feeding and discharging module (1000) comprises a feeding device (1) and a finished product recovery device (8), wherein the feeding device (1) is used for bearing the display screen;
the middle conveying module (2000) comprises a material taking device (2), a bearing device (3), a preprocessing device (4) and a detection device (5), wherein the material taking device (2) comprises a display screen material taking mechanism (21), a membrane material taking mechanism (22) and a finished product material taking mechanism (23); the carrying device (3) comprises a display screen carrying mechanism (31) and a supporting film carrying mechanism (32), the display screen taking mechanism (21) is configured to transfer a display screen on the feeding device (1) onto the display screen carrying mechanism (31), and the film taking mechanism (22) is configured to transfer the supporting film onto the supporting film carrying mechanism (32); the pre-treatment device (4) is configured to clean the surface of the display screen on the display screen carrying mechanism (31) and the surface of the support film on the support film carrying mechanism (32);
a pasting module (3000) comprising a transferring device (7) and a pasting device (6), wherein the transferring device (7) is configured to transfer the cleaned display screen and the cleaned support film onto the pasting device (6), and the pasting device (6) is configured to paste the support film onto the display screen to form a finished product; the detection device (5) is configured to detect the appearance and the size of the finished product; the finished product take-out mechanism (23) is configured to transfer the finished product that has completed inspection to the finished product recovery device (8).
2. The laminating system according to claim 1, characterized in that said laminating device (6) comprises:
the screen body bearing mechanism (61) is used for bearing the display screen transferred by the transfer device (7);
the membrane bearing mechanism (63) is used for bearing the support membrane transferred by the transfer device (7);
the output end of the screen body carrying platform turnover mechanism (62) is connected with the screen body bearing mechanism (61) so as to drive the screen body bearing mechanism (61) to turn over;
the laminating lifting driving mechanism (66) comprises a laminating lifting driving part and a laminating lifting platform, the output end of the laminating lifting driving part is connected with the laminating lifting platform so as to drive the laminating lifting platform to lift, and the screen body carrying platform turnover mechanism (62) is arranged on the laminating lifting platform;
the first Y-direction driving mechanism (64) comprises a first laminating Y-direction driving part and a first laminating Y-direction moving platform, the output end of the first laminating Y-direction driving part is connected with the first laminating Y-direction moving platform so as to drive the first laminating Y-direction moving platform to move along the Y direction, and the laminating lifting driving part is arranged on the first laminating Y-direction moving platform;

5. The bonding system of claim 2, wherein the bonding module (3000) further comprises a carrier cleaning device (80), and the carrier cleaning device (80) corresponds to each of the screen body carrier (61) and the membrane carrier (63);
the bearing table cleaning device (80) corresponding to the screen body bearing mechanism (61) can clean the table surface of the screen body bearing mechanism (61);
the bearing table cleaning device (80) corresponding to the membrane bearing mechanism (63) can clean the table top of the membrane bearing mechanism (63).
