本发明一种医用面部修复敷料涉及一种医疗器械面部修复敷料的配方。其技术方案要点是配方由二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、苯氧乙醇、卡波姆、三乙醇胺、甘油、尼泊金甲酯、苯氧二醇、戊二醇、纯化水组成。经过溶解、搅拌、乳化等一系列加工而成(最后灌装)。本发明提供一种新的面部皮肤修复的医疗器械组方的面部皮肤修复剂，适用于面部痤疮、激光微创术后、粗糙、轻度晒伤。青春痘、疤痕、激素使用过量、痤疮愈后引起的色素沉着、皮肤淡黄色斑不适症状的辅助治疗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械面部修复敷料的配方。
背景技术
人类面部皮肤极易受到损伤，比如痤疮等皮肤自身问题，以及激光微创手术、疤痕、激素使用过量等外部问题都会对皮肤造成损伤，引起色斑、色素沉着等问题。目前面部皮肤护理，也有很多方法，中医、药物治疗、美容护肤品、医疗器械治疗等。
医用面部修复敷料是常见的面部皮肤损伤医疗器械，使用方便，操作简单、直接作用于患处，见效快。常规敷料用甘油或水凝胶对于皮肤进行修复。小分子保湿剂释放进入皮肤可以快速渗透至角质层以下，使皮肤组织细胞中水分得到保持，起到持久保湿作用。小分子透明质酸深入真皮，抑制炎症反应，抑制病菌产生，改善皮肤生长条件。皮肤损伤与皮肤组织破坏和角质层水分流失有关，当医用面部护理敷料覆盖在受损表面时，皮肤的水分蒸发率是正常皮肤的一半，皮肤角质层细胞水分得到保持，产生水分累积效应，同时皮肤角质层真皮层炎症等得到抑制，病菌产生率下降，从而起到修复保湿的作用。
本发明涉及一种医用面部修复敷料，适用于面部痤疮、激光微创术后、粗糙、轻度晒伤。青春痘、疤痕、激素使用过量、痤疮愈后引起的色素沉着、皮肤淡黄色斑不适症状的辅助治疗。提供一种新的面部皮肤护理的医疗器械组方的面部皮肤护理剂。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是医用面部修复敷料配方由二甲基硅油4份、海藻酸钠2份、苯氧乙醇2份、卡波姆1份、三乙醇胺1份、甘油1份、尼泊金甲酯1份、苯氧二醇1份、戊二醇1份、纯化水20份组成。
本发明的优点是：作为医用面部修复敷料，提供一种医用面部修复敷料组成配方，在传统的皮肤护理产品上同时添加了卡波姆起到杀菌消炎的作用。三乙醇胺和甘油起到二重保湿作用。能够更好的促进皮肤角质层细胞水分保持吸收和皮肤角质层真皮层抑菌抗炎的效果。一种医用面部修复敷料还同时添加了海藻酸钠和二甲基硅油两种成分。海藻酸钠因其具有胶凝性、水合性、增稠与乳化性及稳定性，帮助、增加肌肤的免疫及保护作用。还可以用于曝晒、睡眠不足引起的黑斑有修复作用。二甲基硅油具有润滑美肤的作用。两者相结合，增加了医用面部修复敷料的修复能力。
具体实施方式
1、将二甲基硅油和甘油加入到乳化锅溶解，进行均质：速度1000转/分钟，持续5分钟。再进行搅拌：速度54转/分钟持续40分钟。
2、将卡波姆加入，搅拌均匀。加入三乙醇胺，搅拌溶解，转速40转/分钟，持续时间3分钟。
3、将苯氧二醇和戊二醇加入到乳化锅中，均质5分钟，40转/分钟搅拌溶胀30分钟，均匀无颗粒状物。
4、将苯氧乙醇加入到乳化锅中，进行均质：速度2000转/分钟，持续5分钟。再进行搅拌：速度54rpm持续40分钟。
5、将海藻酸钠浸泡至纯化水中7小时后，加热到70℃溶解，均匀无颗粒状物。
6、将溶解后的海藻酸钠加入乳化锅中搅拌均匀，40转/分钟，搅拌20分钟。
7、加入尼泊金甲酯，转速40转/分钟时间3分钟。灌装，合格后将配制好后的凝胶排放至中转桶中密封以备灌装。

1.一种医用面部修复敷料，其特征在于，其配方由二甲基硅油4份、海藻酸钠2份、苯氧乙醇2份、卡波姆1份、三乙醇胺1份、甘油1份、尼泊金甲酯1份、苯氧二醇1份、戊二醇1份、纯化水20份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用面部修复敷料，其特征在于，同时添加了海藻酸钠和二甲基硅油起到修复作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用面部修复敷料，其特征在于，添加了卡波姆起到杀菌消炎的作用。
