Abstract
本发明属于护肤品技术领域,公开了一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液及其制备方法和应用。所述功能液包括如下原料成分:十三肽‑1、寡肽‑1、狗牙蔷薇果油、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、广藿香叶提取物、乳香胶提取物、水解胶原、乙酰基六肽‑8、维生素B5、维生素B3、卡波姆、乙醇、甘油、甜菜碱、山梨(糖)醇、海藻糖、1,2‑己二醇、1,2‑戊二醇、丁二醇、水。本发明的皮肤抗菌修复功能液可以和远红外纤维面料载体进行结合,通过生物透皮技术和物理远红外协同作用,可以突破皮肤屏障,并有效发挥配方中的活性成分的功效。具有活性强、吸收率高、见效快的优点。

本发明属于护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
近年来,随着生活水平的提高,人们对皮肤的健康和护理越来越重视,对护肤品的要求也越来越高。皮肤修护液是一种可温和且有效地重整肌肤纹理,使肌肤柔顺光滑,更有效帮助后续美白产品的吸收和一定的防晒美白功效的产品。将皮肤修护液制备成面膜产品以更好的发挥其功效已是常规方法。
专利CN 108379197 A公开了一种皮肤屏障修复保湿面膜,按重量百分比计包括以下组分,26-环氧已烯甘油醚0.3%~0.6%,甘油3%~5%,丁二醇1%~3%,EDTA-2Na0.02%~1%,去离子水80%~92%,透明质酸0.02%~0.08%,低分子透明质酸0.01%~0.05%,汉生胶0.05%~0.4%,芦荟浓缩液1%~6%,RPE(植物防腐剂牡丹根提取物)0.2%~0.5%,生育酚磷酸酯钠0.01%~0.06%,氨基酸保湿剂0.5%~2%,丁二醇1%~3%,苯氧乙醇0.1%~0.5%,己二醇0.2%~0.7%,辛普高效增溶剂0.05%~0.25%,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.05%~0.3%,薰衣草精油0.0005%~0.003%。通过不同温度加入不同组分的过程制备,不仅保护了各组分的活性,可充分发挥功效,并且组分混合充分,所得的面膜质感细腻,易渗透吸收,迅速改善皮肤屏障破坏的状态,而且易于敷贴及清洗。
专利CN 113648273 A公开了一种利于面部皮肤修复术后恢复的舒缓面膜,主要成分包括脂肪干细胞外泌体、载药纳米脂质体、桦树汁、尿囊素、羟乙基纤维素、甘油和去离子水。本发明的舒缓面膜以脂肪干细胞外泌体与具有消炎镇痛功效的载药纳米脂质体复配作为主要功效成分,能够促进皮肤快速吸收、利用面部皮肤修复注入的营养物质,起到消肿、消炎镇痛、抗敏抑菌的作用,快速缓解患者术后皮肤红肿疼痛、发炎过敏的症状,使面部皮肤能够尽早实现皮肤修复效果。
然而皮肤屏障导致现有配方中的活性成分难发挥“功效”。活性成分都有作用的靶点,例如针对黑素细胞的美白成分,针对成纤维细胞的抗衰老成分等。但因为皮肤屏障的作用,这些功效成分较难渗透皮肤发挥功效。近来国内外面膜企业纷纷报道,面膜的速效性,其实多数用无纺布加化学渗透剂制作,修护多为化学反应,对皮肤有危害,甚至产生过敏等负作用。
远红外纤维是近年来受到广泛关注并已投入生产使用的新型纤维,它是在纤维加工过程中添加了远红外吸收剂(陶瓷粉)而制得的,是一种积极高效的保温材料,同时辐射的远红外线还具有活化细胞组织、促进血液循环及抑菌防臭的功效。研究表明,远红外作用于皮肤被吸收转化成热能,引起温度升高,刺激皮肤内热感受器。使血管平滑松弛、血管扩张、血液循环特别是微循环加速,增加组织营养,改善供氧状态,加强了细胞再生能力,加速了有害物质的排泄,减轻了神经末梢的化学刺激和机械刺激。
专利CN 109568805 A公开了一种面膜宝,包括以下组分:25-35重量份远红外线石;7-12重量份北投石;8-12重量份磁石;15-25重量份负离子粉;13-17重量份沸石。该发明的主要目的在于提供一种采用远红外线和磁力场进行面膜及其他护肤品精华液的活化细化,提高护肤品精华液的透皮吸收、促进人体面部血液循环和细胞修复。然而该专利技术并未对护肤品精华液的功能成分进行系统的研究开发。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺点和不足之处,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述皮肤抗菌修复功能液的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述皮肤抗菌修复功能液与远红外纤维功能面料复合的应用。
本发明的皮肤抗菌修复功能液通过多种功效成分的有效协同,对皮肤表皮角质层恢复具有明显作用;且能显著促进伤口愈合,对创伤、痤疮、脂溢性等皮肤炎症具有有效的缓解作用,抑制炎症引起的色素沉积;促进细胞新陈代谢,抗衰作用显著;能抑制各类色斑的形成。并进一步复合含纳米远红外光波(2~16um)的功能面料载体,产生远红外光波迅速激活核酸蛋白质等大分子活性,使皮下组织温度上升,扩张微血管,促进血液循环,使修护药液迅速渗透吸收,达到显著提高的补水、美白、去斑等效果。

一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液,包括如下原料成分:十三肽-1、寡肽-1、狗牙蔷薇果油、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、广藿香叶提取物、乳香胶提取物、水解胶原、乙酰基六肽-8、维生素B5(泛酸)、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、卡波姆、乙醇、甘油、甜菜碱、山梨(糖)醇、海藻糖、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇、水。

十三肽-1:细胞穿透肽或称穿膜肽、跨膜肽、透皮肽,也有研究称为蛋白质转导结构域,是最早用于透皮介导的肽类物质。这些多肽能快速穿透细胞,并且能够保留原有结构和功能,且不依赖于胞吞作用进入细胞。促渗肽不仅可以自身穿透细胞,也可以装载其他物质并促进这类物质的细胞渗透。细胞穿透肽可利用其所具有的大分子物质转导功能,将一些自身无法透皮的生物分子携带透过皮肤,而且无细胞毒性。
寡肽-1:寡肽是一种高活性小分子肽,是甘氨酸与组氨酸和赖氨酸组成的聚合物,可以清洁肌肤,提升肌肤自我修护力,从而淡化痘印,修护痘坑,让肌肤恢复细腻平滑。寡肽-1在涂抹之后还能够将细胞带有的活性增强,减少黑色素在皮肤当中的沉淀,对于已经形成的黑色素也能够起到淡化作用,对皮肤烧伤好的色素、色斑等都有不错的效果。寡肽-1可以长期使用,其成分比较天然,对肌肤没有刺激性。
狗牙蔷薇果油:狗牙蔷薇果油具有高含量的维生素C,这是一种可减少皱纹并帮助修复阳光紫外线损伤的营养素。它还能深层渗入皮肤,而不会有油性残余物。狗牙蔷薇果油可以帮助改善疤痕,保护皮肤不被晒伤,淡化瘢痕,去除妊娠纹,去除黑眼圈。
尿囊素:尿囊素是一种无毒、无味、无刺激性、无过敏性的白色粉体,主要做皮肤调理剂、防护剂使用,能够帮助皮肤抗炎、舒缓并促进细胞修复。尿囊素可降低角质层细胞的粘着力,加速表皮细胞更新。一些含有果酸、维生素A具有刺激性的化妆品或消炎镇静的晒后修护产品都会添加尿囊素增强其修复能力。但是尿囊素添加剂量在0.1%~0.2%左右,添加过量亦会引发刺激反应。但尿囊素总体来看是抗敏成分,安全度高。
透明质酸钠:透明质酸钠是玻尿酸,主要的功效是保湿,属于目前保湿性最强的一种保湿因子,其次透明质酸钠,可以修复皮肤损伤,促进表皮细胞的增殖和分化,清除氧自由基,延缓皮肤衰老,还有除皱的作用,所以现在透明质酸钠广泛的应用在医疗医药用品、护肤品和医美整形中。临床上使用的透明质酸钠分为大分子、中分子和小分子,根据分子量的不同所起的作用也有所不同。大分子透明质酸钠,有交联的作用,小分子的透明质酸钠,经常用来进行补水抗皱、抗衰老改善皮肤的肤质,提高皮肤光泽度的功效。透明质酸能帮助肌肤汲取大量的水分,肌肤有了水分,自然就能保持弹性和柔软。将少量的透明质酸作为保湿剂,将百万分子量透明质酸压缩打包作用于肌肤,就能吸收约相当于自身重量1000倍的水,令表皮细胞再度充盈,抚平皱纹。每日不断补充,细胞自然充盈起修复及保水,透明质酸也是肌肤中的一种重要成份。
库拉索芦荟胶:库拉索芦荟胶俗称为“万能胶”,在治疗护理一些肌肤问题以及日常的小伤痛上都有很好的功效。作为从天然草本植物芦荟中,经过冷冻稳定法技术萃取而成的产品,库拉索芦荟胶的天然成分纯度很高,一般都不会有什么副作用。其对化脓性皮肤病:脓包、毛囊炎、糜烂、溃疡性皮肤病、口腔溃疡等,都有很强的杀菌作用。对浅表真菌性皮肤病(俗称癣病):体癣、手癣、足癣、头癣、指甲或趾甲癣等,粘膜真菌感染(如口腔、阴道的念珠菌感染)疗效迅速。其还具有预防皮肤松弛,营养保湿,亮肤祛斑的功效。
金黄洋甘菊花水:金黄洋甘菊花水非常温和,对于正处于敏感期的皮肤可以起到舒缓的作用,可以安抚敏感的皮肤,让发红发热以及瘙痒等问题得到缓解,长期使用还可以修复肌肤,可以治疗并促进肌肤组织再生。金黄洋甘菊花水可以平复皮肤的微血管,并增强肌肤的抵抗力,改善干燥缺水的肌肤状况,减轻红血丝肌肤负担的同时改善红血丝的症状。
广藿香叶提取物:广藿香提取物,在化妆品、护肤品里主要作用是抗菌剂,抗氧化剂,风险系数为,比较安全,可以放心使用,广藿香提取物没有致痘性。对癣菌有广谱而又强烈的抑制作用,可用于防治此类的皮肤疾患;还有一定的消除自由基的作用,有抗氧化的效果。同时还可用作去驱螨剂和减肥剂。
乳香胶提取物:乳香萃取自乳香树脂,散发着温馨清纯的木质香气,又透出淡淡的果香,可令人感受到从未有过的放松和舒缓。颜色为淡黄色,具有抗菌,促进伤口结疤,淡化疤痕、皱纹,增强细胞活性、镇静、补身、回春作用,调理干燥、老化、暗沉的肌肤,恢复肌肤弹性、收紧毛孔。具体功效包括:1、抗老化:可赐予老化皮肤新生命,淡化细纹,抚平皱纹的功效卓越,真正的护肤圣品。2、提升紧致:恢复肌肤弹性,收紧毛孔,改善松弛。他收敛的特性也能平衡油性肤质。3、改善肤质:特别有益于干燥、发炎、敏感皮肤,对伤口、创伤、溃疡及发炎均有效果。

乙酰基六肽-8:乙酰基六肽-8是一种神经递质抑制类胜肽,能局部阻断神经传递肌肉收缩讯息,影响皮囊神经传导,使脸部肌肉放松,达到平抚动态纹、静态纹及细纹。其抗皱活性高,副作用小,能浅化皱纹的深度,抑制表情肌纹尤其眼部及额头的产生。
维生素B5(泛酸):维生素B5是一种水溶性B族维生素,它与头发、皮肤的营养状态密切相关。可以促进更新身体组织,帮助伤口愈合,制造抗体,抵抗传染病,缓和多种抗生素副作用及毒素降解。它对皮肤还有促进角质层水和的作用,所以可达到对角质层进行保湿补水。
维生素B3(烟酰胺):烟酰胺又称尼克酰胺,是烟酸的酰胺化合物。烟酰胺的主要作用就是:1.亮肤、抗衰老、修复和补水保湿。2.能够抑制黑色素向角质细胞转移,并促进含黑色素的角质细胞脱落。3.可以加速细胞新陈代谢,同时有助于胶原蛋白、角蛋白的合成,减缓皱纹的出现。4.可以加速细胞代谢,让角质层循环变得更快,让肌肤更具活力和抗氧化性。
卡波姆:卡波姆对皮肤有一定的防护作用,尤其是经常裸露在外面,受紫外线侵害的肌肤,那么用加入卡波姆的护肤品之后对皮肤有很好的的维护作用,特别是能够降低外界紫外线的刺激,可以让肌肤不受侵害。
乙醇:化妆品里酒精含量不高。起到的是控油和消炎杀菌的作用。乙醇在化妆品中的好处:增溶作用:酒精作为一种溶剂,对于一些不溶于水的成分能起到一个中介的作用。一般酒精的添加会使护肤品更快地渗入皮肤,这也就给用户造成了“吸收快”的感觉。
甘油:甘油具有吸水性强保湿的作用,甘油是一种天然产品,水溶性的,对皮肤无害,无毒,对于人体而言是公认为安全的。甘油可增强皮肤抵抗力,保湿、柔软、卸妆溶剂及润滑剂。
甜菜碱:独特的保湿作用,菜碱的保湿机理性能优于其他保湿剂,即使低浓度下也能持久保湿。保护细胞性能作用当皮肤受到外界环境高渗透压力时就会使得细胞渗透质大量流失,从而造成细胞凋亡。而甜菜碱渗透质能够抑制这个过程,通过皮肤角质层渗透进来保护细胞的平衡。
山梨(糖)醇:山梨(糖)醇在护肤品里主要作用是皮肤调理剂,保湿剂。
海藻糖:海藻糖是由2个葡萄糖分子结构以1,1-糖苷键组成的非还原性糖,有3种同分异构体即海藻糖(α,α)、异海藻糖(β,β)和新海藻糖(α,β),并对多种多样生物活性物质具备非特异性维护功效。海藻糖具备出色的维持体细胞的能力。皮肤细胞,尤其是表皮细胞在高溫、严寒、干躁、强紫外线辐射等自然环境下,非常容易丧失水份产生角质硬化,乃至身亡掉下来使皮肤损伤。海藻糖在这类状况下可以在体细胞表面产生一层独特的防护膜,从膜上溶解的黏液滋养皮肤细胞,进而维护皮肤不至于损伤。
1,2-己二醇:1,2-己二醇在化妆品或护理产品中起到保湿作用,主要改善产品的肤感。它温和且无刺激性。风险系数为1,所以1,2-己二醇对皮肤/身体无害。1,2-己二醇不仅具有保湿效果,还具有自身的防腐功能。
1,2-戊二醇:1,2-戊二醇在化妆品、护肤品里主要作用是增溶剂,保湿剂,抗菌剂,风险系数为1,比较安全,可以放心使用,对于孕妇一般没有影响,1,2-戊二醇没有致痘性,有锁水和抗菌功能,且能提高防晒产品的抗水性,对皮肤无刺激。
丁二醇:丁二醇在很多化妆品中都存在,主要是一种保湿的成分。丁二醇用于皮肤之后有助于皮肤保存更多的水分,减少皮肤的干燥。与甘油相比,丁二醇的粘稠度更小,用上去有比较清爽的感觉。除此之外,丁二醇还具有一定的抑制微生物生长的作用,对于皮肤也是有利的。丁二醇属于天然成分,具有很高的安全性能,因此,丁二醇多用于护肤品中。对于由皮肤炎症导致的皮肤红肿和烧灼感的人,一般具有抗菌作用,并含有润肤功效。
上述皮肤抗菌修复功能液的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将去离子水、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、甘油、甜菜碱、海藻糖、卡波姆按原料比例加入到水相锅中加热搅拌溶解均匀,得到水相溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)的水相溶液降温冷却后加入十三肽-1、寡肽-1、广藿香叶提取物、乳香胶提取物、水解胶原、乙酰基六肽-8、维生素B5(泛酸)、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、山梨(糖)醇、乙醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇和狗牙蔷薇果油搅拌混合均匀,得到所述皮肤抗菌修复功能液。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述加热的温度为80~95℃;步骤(2)中所述降温冷却是指降温至45℃以下。
上述皮肤抗菌修复功能液与远红外纤维功能面料复合的应用。
进一步地,所述应用包括如下步骤:将皮肤抗菌修复功能液通过蒸汽处理法渗入远红外纤维功能面料,然后覆盖硬质面料保护层,得到光波高渗修护面膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的抗菌修复功能液通过多种功效成分的协同作用,可以达到显著增强的多维修复作用、舒缓抗炎作用、抗衰作用和抑制各类色斑形成的作用。并进一步结合远红外纤维功能面料载体光波的激发,使表皮分子能级处于高振动状态,从而达到各种修护皮肤的液体,迅速渗透吸收。比市场上现有产品修护的效果提高8倍以上。
(2)本发明皮肤抗菌修复功能液与远红外纤维功能面料的复合应用可引导皮肤开启修复功能,传输到肌底细胞,调节、刺激再生细胞的强大功能,真正解决皮肤问题,效果根本彻底。
(3)本发明皮肤抗菌修复功能液与远红外纤维功能面料的复合应用融合生物透皮技术,活性强、吸收率高、见效快。
(4)本发明皮肤抗菌修复功能液与远红外纤维功能面料的复合应用具有布料成本优势,其成本与高档无纺布相同;精华液比无纺布少添加20%(无纺布25克/片,光波布19克/片);纯棉材质,易生物降解,健康环保,对环境无伤害(无纺布不能降解);功能面料专利技术,产生远红外线,促进微循环,使皮肤细胞快速吸收精华液;光波布不产生黄金葡萄球菌及其它细菌(无纺布无法避免黄金葡萄球菌,防腐剂对葡萄球菌无效);产品防腐剂添加量更少,只需常规添加的40%),对皮肤刺激性更低,使产品更安全;纯棉制品肤感更好,拉伸度更强使用更广泛对脸型要求更低,(无纺布无拉伸度);光波布远红外线颗径0.1~20微米,常温下优异的远红外线生物效应,被人体吸收后,促进细胞、血液微循环,加快精华液的吸收;对常规细菌微生物有抑制作用(对多体细胞有害菌有抑制杀灭作用,对单体细胞有益菌不抑制);肤感柔软舒适无静电,对敏感皮肤激素脸有更好的亲和功效。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
本实施例的一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液,其成分及质量百分含量如下表1所示。

本实施例的皮肤抗菌修复功能液通过如下方法制备:
(1)将去离子水、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、甘油、甜菜碱、海藻糖、卡波姆按原料比例加入到水相锅中加热至85~90℃搅拌溶解均匀,得到水相溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)的水相溶液降温冷却至45℃后加入十三肽-1、寡肽-1、广藿香叶提取物、乳香胶提取物、水解胶原、乙酰基六肽-8、维生素B5(泛酸)、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、山梨(糖)醇、乙醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇和狗牙蔷薇果油搅拌混合均匀,得到所述皮肤抗菌修复功能液。
实施例2
本实施例的一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液,其成分及质量百分含量如下表2所示。

实施例3
本实施例的一种光波高渗修护面膜,包含皮肤抗菌修复功能液和远红外纤维面料载体。所述皮肤抗菌修复功能液的成分及质量百分含量如下表3所示。

本实施例的皮肤抗菌修复功能液通过如下方法制备:
(1)将去离子水、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、甘油、甜菜碱、海藻糖、卡波姆按原料比例加入到水相锅中加热至85~90℃搅拌溶解均匀,得到水相溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)的水相溶液降温冷却至45℃后加入十三肽-1、寡肽-1、广藿香叶提取物、乳香胶提取物、水解胶原、乙酰基六肽-8、维生素B5(泛酸)、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、山梨(糖)醇、乙醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇和狗牙蔷薇果油搅拌混合均匀,得到所述皮肤抗菌修复功能液。
实施例4
本实施例为皮肤抗菌修复功能液与远红外纤维功能面料复合的应用。所述应用包括如下步骤:将皮肤抗菌修复功能液通过蒸汽处理法渗入远红外纤维功能面料,然后覆盖硬质面料保护层,得到光波高渗修护面膜。
对本发明抗菌修复功能液和光波高渗修护面膜的皮肤修复功能进行测试。试验方法:
1、选取3只(8-10周)大小雄性裸鼠,分空白对照组、正常组和样品组(以实施例1为测试样)。先在裸鼠左右二侧皮肤3cm*3cm试验部位,用胶带连续粘贴快速撕下数次,直到皮肤出现小血点,停止粘撕即分别涂抹样品组抗菌修复功能液,每天涂抹一次,连续涂抹四天后,将动物处死解剖取试验部位的皮肤组织,做病理切片镜检拍照,结果如图1所示。由图1结果可见,本发明的抗菌修复功能液与空白对照组比较,能促进皮肤表皮角质层恢复正常。
2、对足部磨损性损伤的修复:由于足背与鞋子持续接触磨损,伤口有组织液渗出,愈合困难。使用样品组光波高渗修护面膜(以实施例4为测试样),其使用前的照片如图2中A所示,产品使用3小时后的照片如图2中B所示,产品使用12小时后的照片如图2中C所示。由图中结果可见,产品使用3小时后伤口快速愈合,组织液停止渗出;产品使用12小时后伤口基本愈合,伤口干燥,表面结痂。
3、抑菌效果测试:对本发明所得皮肤抗菌修复功能液的抑菌效果进行测试,测试标准为GB 15979-2002;作用浓度为皮肤抗菌修复功能液原液,作用时间为2min,试验菌种为大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,结果显示本发明所得皮肤抗菌修复功能液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均为90%,具有良好的抗菌功效。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1相比,未加入十三肽-1、寡肽-1和狗牙蔷薇果油,其余组分及含量相同。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1相比,未加入库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、广藿香叶提取物和乳香胶提取物,其余组分及含量相同。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例4相比,采用普通生物纤维面料载体替代远红外纤维功能面料载体,其余相同。
对以上对比例1~2的抗菌修复功能液和对比例3的光波高渗修护面膜的皮肤修复功能进行测试。结果显示对比例1和2的抗菌修复功能液对皮肤表皮角质层的恢复效果相比实施例1显著减弱。以上结果说明本发明的抗菌修复功能液中渗透成分十三肽-1、寡肽-1和狗牙蔷薇果油,与植物提取功能成分库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、广藿香叶提取物和乳香胶提取物,在皮肤修复功能上具有一定的协同作用。对比例3的光波高渗修护面膜对足部磨损性损伤的修复效果显示伤口基本愈合,伤口干燥,表面结痂的时间大于24h。以上结果说明本发明通过抗菌修复功能液和远红外纤维功能面料载体的协同作用,通过生物透皮技术和物理远红外协同作用,可以突破皮肤屏障,并有效发挥配方中的活性成分的功效。具有活性强、吸收率高、见效快的优点。
对以上对比例1~2的抗菌修复功能液的抑菌效果进行测试,结果显示对比例1对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为89%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为87%,相比实施例1稍有降低。对比例2对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为56%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为43%,相比实施例1明显降低。以上结果说明本发明配方组成能够良好发挥植物提取功能成分的抗菌功效。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液,包括如下原料成分:十三肽-1、寡肽-1、狗牙蔷薇果油、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、广藿香叶提取物、乳香胶提取物、水解胶原、乙酰基六肽-8、维生素B5(泛酸)、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、卡波姆、乙醇、甘油、甜菜碱、山梨(糖)醇、海藻糖、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇、水。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将去离子水、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、库拉索芦荟胶、金黄洋甘菊花水、甘油、甜菜碱、海藻糖、卡波姆按原料比例加入到水相锅中加热搅拌溶解均匀,得到水相溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)的水相溶液降温冷却后加入十三肽-1、寡肽-1、广藿香叶提取物、乳香胶提取物、水解胶原、乙酰基六肽-8、维生素B5(泛酸)、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、山梨(糖)醇、乙醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇和狗牙蔷薇果油搅拌混合均匀,得到所述皮肤抗菌修复功能液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种皮肤抗菌修复功能液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述加热的温度为80~95℃;步骤(2)中所述降温冷却是指降温至45℃以下。
6.权利要求1~3任一项所述的皮肤抗菌修复功能液与远红外纤维功能面料复合的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,包括如下应用步骤:将皮肤抗菌修复功能液通过蒸汽处理法渗入远红外纤维功能面料,然后覆盖硬质面料保护层,得到光波高渗修护面膜。
