In addition, compared with application example 1, the content of the distiller's grains extract in application example 7 is lower than 5%, and the content of the rice chaff extract in application examples 8 and 9 which is not controlled is 0.001% -0.006%, and the moisturizing effect of the prepared skin care essence is poorer than that of the skin care essence prepared in application example 1, which shows that the moisturizing effect can be further improved by controlling the content of the distiller's grains extract and the rice chaff extract.
Test example 2
This test example examined the skin care essence's ability to improve skin brightness and pigmentation.
The test population: 110 adult female volunteers aged 25-40 years and randomly divided into 11 groups;
the test method comprises the following steps: after each group of subjects cleaned their face every morning and evening, the skin care essence prepared in application examples 1 to 9 and comparative application examples 1 to 2 were applied to their face in equal amounts, respectively, after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of continuous use, and the skin brightness (L value) and degree of improvement of pigmentation were measured using a facial skin image analyzer (VISIA-CR), the results of which are shown in tables 4 and 5, and the data were averaged over all the data in the same test group.

As can be seen from table 4, the skin brightness of the subjects is increased after the skin care essence is used, and compared with the basic value, the skin brightness is increased by at least 0.63% and can be increased by 1.78% at most after the skin care essence prepared in application examples 1-9 is used for four weeks, which indicates that the skin care essence prepared by using the skin care matrix of the present invention has an efficient whitening effect.
Compared with the application example 1, the skin care essence prepared by the application comparative examples 1 and 2 is respectively lack of the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract, but the total content of the extracts and the content of other main components are the same, while the skin brightness of a subject using the skin care essence prepared by the application comparative examples 1 and 2 is only increased by 0.52 percent and 0.45 percent and is far lower than the effect (the skin brightness is increased by 1.78 percent) of the skin care essence prepared by the application example 1, which shows that the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract can achieve better whitening effect compared with the single use of the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract, and the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract are simultaneously adopted, and the whitening effect can be further improved by utilizing the synergistic effect generated between the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract.
In addition, compared with application example 1, the content of the distiller's grains extract in application example 7 is lower than 5%, and the content of the rice chaff extract in application examples 8 and 9 which is not controlled is 0.001% -0.006%, and the skin brightness improving effect of the skin care essence prepared by the method is poorer than that of the skin care essence prepared by application example 1, which shows that the skin brightness improving capability of the skin care essence can be further improved by controlling the content of the distiller's grains extract and the content of the rice chaff extract.

As can be seen from table 5, the skin spot ratios of the subjects were all decreased after the skin care essence was applied, and the skin spot ratios were decreased by at least 0.81 and were decreased by 3.17 at the maximum after the skin care essence prepared in application examples 1 to 9 was applied for four weeks, indicating that the skin care essence prepared using the skin care base of the present invention can effectively decrease the skin spot ratios and improve the pigmentation.
Compared with application example 1, the skin care essence prepared by applying comparative examples 1 and 2 is lack of rice chaff extract and distiller's grains extract respectively, but the total content of the extracts and the content of other main components are the same, and the skin spot ratio of a subject using the skin care essence prepared by applying comparative examples 1 and 2 is only reduced by-0.56 and-0.32, which is far lower than the effect of the skin care essence prepared by applying example 1 (the skin spot ratio is reduced by 3.17), which shows that the better pigmentation improving effect can be achieved by the rice chaff extract and the distiller's grains extract in combination compared with the single use of the rice chaff extract and the distiller's grains extract.
In addition, compared with application example 1, the content of the distiller's grains extract in application example 7 is less than 5%, and the content of the rice chaff extract which is not controlled in application examples 8 and 9 is 0.001% -0.006%, and the skin care essence prepared by the method has a better pigmentation improving effect than the skin care essence prepared in application example 1, which indicates that the pigmentation improving effect can be further improved by controlling the content of the distiller's grains extract and the content of the rice chaff extract.
Test example 3
The test example tests the wrinkle-removing ability of the skin care essence.
The test population: 110 adult female volunteers aged 25-40 years and randomly divided into 11 groups;
the test method comprises the following steps: after each group of subjects cleaned their face every morning and evening, after using the same lotion in the same amount, the skin care essence prepared in application examples 1 to 9 and comparative application examples 1 to 2 in the same amount were applied to the face, respectively, and after continuing the use for 2 weeks and 4 weeks, the facial wrinkle condition was tested using a facial skin image analyzer (VISIA-CR), and the amount of wrinkle reduction was analyzed, and the test results are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from table 6, the wrinkles of the subjects were significantly reduced after using the skin care essence, and the average wrinkle reduction amount was higher than 4.98% and the maximum wrinkle reduction amount was 12.52% after using the skin care essence prepared in application examples 1 to 9 for four weeks, indicating that the skin care essence prepared by using the skin care base of the present invention can effectively reduce and remove wrinkles.
Compared with the application 1, the average wrinkle reduction amount of a subject using the skin care essence prepared in the application comparative examples 1 and 2 is only 4.87% and 4.82%, which is far lower than the effect of the skin care essence prepared in the application example 1, and the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract are combined to achieve a better wrinkle removing effect compared with the single use, so that the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract are adopted simultaneously, and the wrinkle removing effect can be further improved by utilizing the synergistic effect generated between the rice chaff extract and the wine dreg extract.
In addition, compared with application example 1, the content of the distiller's grains extract in application example 7 is lower than 5%, and the content of the rice chaff extract in application examples 8 and 9 which is not controlled is 0.001% -0.006%, and the wrinkle removing effect of the prepared skin care essence is poorer than that of the skin care essence prepared in application example 1, which shows that the wrinkle removing effect can be further improved by controlling the content of the distiller's grains extract and the content of the rice chaff extract.
Test example 4
In the test example, the skin care essence prepared in application examples 1-9 and application comparative examples 1-2 is used for spot-pasting tests, 110 healthy subjects without allergy history of skin diseases between 25 and 50 years old are selected and are randomly divided into 11 groups, the spot-pasting tests are carried out in a closed spot-pasting test mode, and the specific operation method of the spot-pasting tests is as follows: selecting qualified spot testers, respectively dripping 15 mu L of the skin care essence liquid of application examples 1-9 and application comparative examples 1-2 of the invention into the spot testers, sticking the spot testers on the backs of the testees by using an external special adhesive tape, sticking 12 spot testers on each testee, removing the testee after 24 hours, observing skin reactions after the removal for 0.5, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours, recording the results (table 7) according to the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic hygiene standard (2015 edition), and showing the test results in table 8.

As can be seen from Table 8, the results of the patch test on human skin show that all the subjects pass the patch test and observe the skin reaction at 0.5 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours respectively, wherein 0 case has adverse reactions such as erythema, pimple and blister, and the like, which indicates that the skin care essence prepared by the invention has high safety and no irritation.
In conclusion, the moisturizing, whitening and skin-protecting matrix disclosed by the invention contains the distiller's grains extract and the rice chaff extract, the distiller's grains extract and the rice chaff extract are mutually synergistic, and the ceramide in the rice chaff extract and the natural moisturizing factor (NFM) in the distiller's grains extract are compounded to generate a synergistic effect, so that the anti-wrinkle, anti-aging and moisturizing effects of the skin-protecting matrix can be remarkably improved, and the skin-protecting essence prepared by utilizing the moisturizing, whitening and skin-protecting matrix can effectively moisturize, improve the skin brightness and remove spots and wrinkles.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to show the detailed process equipment and process flow of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed process equipment and process flow, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention must rely on the above detailed process equipment and process flow to be implemented. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix is characterized by comprising a wine dreg extract and a rice chaff extract.
2. The moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care matrix as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a humectant, a preservative and water;
preferably, the humectant comprises butylene glycol;
preferably, the preservative comprises phenoxyethanol;
preferably, the mass percentage of the humectant in the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix is 1-10%;
preferably, the preservative accounts for 0.3-0.6% of the moisture-preserving, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix by mass;
preferably, the mass percentage of the water in the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix is 40-85%.
3. The moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass percentage of the distiller's grains extract in the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix is 5-50%;
preferably, the weight percentage of the rice chaff extract in the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix is 0.001-0.006%.
4. The moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care matrix as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care matrix comprises 5-50% of a distiller's grains extract, 0.001-0.006% of a rice chaff extract, 1-10% of a humectant, 0.3-0.6% of a preservative and 40-85% of water by mass percentage.

The moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care matrix as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care matrix comprises 5-50% of a distiller's grains extract, 0.001-0.006% of a rice chaff extract, 1-10% of butanediol, 0.3-0.6% of phenoxyethanol and 40-85% of water by mass percentage.
6. The preparation method of the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care matrix as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
and mixing the distiller's grains extract, the rice chaff extract, the humectant, the preservative and water in proportion to obtain the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the step of preparing a distillers meal extract;
preferably, the preparation method of the distiller's grains extract comprises the following steps:
crushing the wine dregs, adding water with the temperature of 80-90 ℃ according to the mass ratio of the wine dregs to the water of (7.5-10) 1, stirring, then sterilizing for 30-40 min, homogenizing, and filtering to obtain a wine dreg extract;
preferably, the temperature of the sterilization is 80-90 ℃.
8. The method for preparing according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the wine dregs, adding water with the temperature of 80-90 ℃ according to the mass ratio of the wine dregs to the water of (7.5-10) 1, stirring, then sterilizing at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 30-40 min, homogenizing, and filtering to obtain a wine dreg extract;
(2) and mixing the distiller's grains extract, the rice chaff extract, the humectant, the preservative and water in proportion to obtain the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin-care matrix.
9. Use of the moisturizing anti-aging whitening skin care base of any one of claims 1 to 5 in the preparation of cosmetics.
10. A cosmetic comprising the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care base of any one of claims 1 to 5;
preferably, the mass percentage of the moisturizing, anti-aging and whitening skin care matrix in the cosmetic is 4-55%;
preferably, the cosmetic further comprises any one or a combination of at least two of a thickener, a grease or a pH adjuster;
preferably, the formulation of the cosmetic comprises any one of a water agent, an emulsion, a cream, a mask, a essence, a gel or a spray.
