Abstract
本发明提供氯乙烯系树脂乳液及其制造方法,是由(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物和(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物形成的聚合物的树脂乳液,相对于100质量份上述(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物,含有40~500质量份的上述(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物。本发明的氯乙烯系树脂乳液在水性墨中使用的情况下,发挥优异的耐水性、耐湿性、高光泽、耐醇性、密合性、常温成膜性,在记录用纸中使用的情况下,发挥优异的发色性、耐水性、耐湿性、颜色的可视性、高光泽、密合性,能够在墨、涂料、无机物质分散等的粘结剂、记录用纸的接受层、纤维的处理剂、医疗机构的墙纸等中有效地利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及能够有效地用于墨、涂料、无机物质分散等的粘结剂、记录用纸的接受层、纤维的处理剂等的氯乙烯系树脂乳液。特别地,涉及氯乙烯系树脂乳液,其在水性墨中使用的情况下,发挥优异的耐水性、耐湿性、高光泽、耐醇性、密合力、常温成膜性,其在记录用纸中使用的情况下,发挥优异的发色性、耐湿性、颜色的可视性、高光泽、密合性。
背景技术
首先,对凹版印刷墨进行说明,在一般的印刷中,由印刷墨具有的印刷适合性和印刷效果来决定其良好与否。所谓印刷适合性,是与直至将印刷机上的墨转移至被印刷物以形成印刷面的墨的行为相关联的性质,作为主要的特性,有墨的流动性、界面适合性、干燥性等。另一方面,所谓印刷效果,是形成了印刷面的墨显示出的印刷的产生效果,其特性有色调、光泽、耐水性、耐粘连性等。对于墨的基本组成而言,由色料(染料、颜料)、载体、辅助剂(流动性调节剂、干燥性调节剂等)构成,其中载体对印刷适合性、印刷效果给予大的影响。载体的基本组成为粘结剂、蜡、溶剂等,因此通过粘结剂的选择,载体的性质大幅地变化,由此大幅地左右印刷适合性、印刷效果的良好与否。
作为粘结剂,大致分为溶剂型粘结剂和水性粘结剂。作为溶剂型粘结剂,可列举出日本特开平9-12956号公报(专利文献1)中提出的聚氨酯树脂。但是,最近,出于大气污染、火灾的危险性、作业卫生方面等的考虑,不使用有机溶剂的水性粘结剂逐渐受到关注。
作为水性粘结剂,大致分为以苯乙烯-丙烯酸系为代表的碱可溶性树脂、以聚乙烯醇为代表的水溶性树脂和以聚氨酯系乳液(专利文献2:日本特开平2-238015号公报)、丙烯酸系乳液为代表的水分散型树脂。
一般地,在使用以水分散型树脂作为粘结剂的水性墨进行印刷的情况下,在印刷机上在室温下将墨涂布于被印刷面,然后,在水分散型树脂的玻璃化转变温度以上干燥而完成。如果这样加热到玻璃化转变温度以上,则树脂粒子之间整体上发生熔合,均匀地形成被膜,耐水性显现且提高。在印刷适合性中如果关注在印刷机上的干燥性,则印刷墨必须在印刷机上尽可能长时间地不干燥而保持流动性,溶剂型树脂、碱可溶性树脂和水溶性树脂即使暂时干燥而被膜化,也溶解于溶剂、碱水溶液或水而保持原来的流动性,因此没有问题,但水分散型树脂干燥,发生树脂粒子之间的表面的熔合,在有水时,也回不到原来的状态,因此具有不能印刷的问题。另一方面,碱可溶性树脂具有耐碱性差的问题,水溶性树脂具有耐水性差的问题,因此以往的粘结剂有时将碱可溶性树脂或水溶性树脂与水分散型树脂并用来制备,现状是如果要改善印刷适合性,则耐碱性或耐水性差,如果要改善耐碱性或耐水性,则印刷适合性变得不充分。
为了解决该问题,在日本特开平10-176132号公报(专利文献3)中提出了水性墨用粘结剂,其由选自氯乙烯、烷基的碳数为1~18的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯类和单烯基苯类中的单体、选自具有官能团的烯属不饱和单体中的单体以及其他的烯属不饱和单体组成。但是,在耐湿性、光泽的方面有问题。
另外,也有提出了氟树脂的方案(专利文献4:日本特开平11-35866号公报)。氟树脂在耐候性、耐腐蚀性等各个方面优异,但依然残留有成本方面的问题。
其次,对于喷墨用墨进行说明。喷墨记录方式的安静性、记录速度、打印品质、运行成本优异,一般已广泛地普及。在该方式中使用的墨从墨物性、安全性、容易处理性等方面出发,使用水性墨。作为这样的墨,已知将酸性染料、直接染料、碱性染料等水溶性染料溶解于二醇系溶剂和水的产物(专利文献5~7:日本特开昭53-61412号公报、日本特开昭54-89811号公报、日本特开昭55-65269号公报),但具有耐水性差的缺点。
因此,也进行了在着色成分中使用颜料的研究,为了将颜料分散,使用了导入有羧基的丙烯酸系树脂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸系树脂等(专利文献8:日本特开昭61-235478号公报),或者使用了由丙烯酸、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯组成的三元共聚物水性树脂(专利文献9:日本特开平8-253716号公报)。但是,虽然发现耐水性、耐候性的提高,但在颜料的分散性(历时变化)的方面有改善的余地。
其次,对于记录用纸的接受层、特别是喷墨记录用纸进行说明。近年来,使用在个人电脑等OA设备用的打印机中使用了水性墨的记录方式的比率在提高,与其相伴,记录材料的需求也不断扩大,另一方面,为了进一步改善印刷物的品质、彩度、外观、图像,需要具有更高的特性的记录材料。其使用用途也多样化,耐水性、发色性等要求特性变得更为严格。作为这样的接受层,提出了在基纸中配混非晶质二氧化硅和聚乙烯醇等高分子粘结剂并涂布的记录片材(专利文献10:日本特开昭55-51583号公报)、在基纸的表面和背面设置了含有多孔性颜料粒子的墨接受层的记录片材(专利文献11:日本特开昭56-148584号公报)。与以往的使用了上等纸的记录片材相比,虽然彩度的鲜艳性大幅地提高,但如果涂布量少,则墨不规则地扩展,因此打印渗色严重,如果涂布量增多,则渗色变少,但具有涂布层剥离而使墨粉脱落的问题。
另外,提出了使用使聚乙烯醇和丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应而得到的水不溶性树脂来改善粘结强度的记录片材(专利文献12:日本特开昭62-2880786号公报),由于水不溶性树脂为阴离子性,因此作为相同的阴离子性的水性墨的定影性差,尚未解决墨的渗出或耐水性提高。
进而,也提出了含有聚阳离子高分子电解质的记录片材(专利文献13:日本特开昭56-84992号公报)、设置了以具有墨吸附性的阳离子性高分子粘结剂为主成分的墨接受层的记录片材(专利文献14:日本特开昭58-24493号公报)、以及包含阳离子性丙烯酸系树脂乳液的记录片材(专利文献15、16:日本特开平11-123867号公报、日本特开2001-199152号公报),但在发色性、耐水性的方面,未必能够满足需要。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供氯乙烯系树脂乳液,其在水性墨中使用的情况下,能够发挥优异的耐水性、耐湿性、高光泽、耐醇性、密合性、常温成膜性,其在记录用纸中使用的情况下,能够发挥优异的发色性、耐水性、耐湿性、颜色的可视性、高光泽、密合性。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人为了实现上述目的进行了深入研究,结果发现:通过使(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的氨基甲酸酯低聚物相对于100质量份的(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物,在40~500质量份的存在下进行乳液聚合而得到氯乙烯系树脂乳液,该氯乙烯系树脂乳液能够克服上述的课题,完成了本发明。
因此,本发明提供下述的氯乙烯系树脂乳液、水性墨、记录用纸和氯乙烯系树脂乳液的制造方法。
1.氯乙烯系树脂乳液,其特征在于,是由(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物与(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物形成的聚合物的树脂乳液,相对于100质量份的所述(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物,含有40~500质量份的所述(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物。
2.水性墨,其含有根据上述1所述的氯乙烯系树脂乳液。
3.记录用纸,其具有根据上述1所述的氯乙烯系树脂乳液的涂膜。
4.氯乙烯系树脂乳液的制造方法,其中,通过使(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物相对于100质量份的(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物,在40~500质量份的存在下进行乳液聚合,从而得到所述氯乙烯系树脂乳液。
发明的效果
本发明的氯乙烯系树脂乳液在水性墨中使用的情况下,能够发挥优异的耐水性、耐湿性、高光泽、耐醇性、密合性、常温成膜性,另外,在记录用纸中使用的情况下,能够发挥优异的发色性、耐水性、耐湿性、颜色的可视性、高光泽、密合性,能够有效地用于墨、涂料、无机物质分散等的粘结剂、记录用纸的接受层、纤维的处理剂、医疗机构的墙纸等。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的内容具体地说明。
本发明的氯乙烯系水性墨用粘结剂是通过使数均分子量为5000~50000的(A)聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物相对于100质量份的(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物、在40~500质量份的存在下进行乳液聚合而得到的氯乙烯系树脂乳液。
作为(A)成分即聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物,能够使用市售品,例如可列举出ETERNACALL UW-1005E(宇部兴产株式会社制造)、HYDRAN WLS-207、HYDRAN WLS-230(DIC株式会社制造)等,但并不限定于此,使用1种或2种以上。
上述(A)成分的配混量相对于100质量份(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物,为40~500质量份的范围内,优选为100~300质量份。如果该配混量不到40质量份,有时发生产生凝集物的不利情形,如果超过500质量份,有时发生反应钝化、不能稳定生产这样的不利情形。
(A)聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物的数均分子量优选5000~50000,更优选为8000~25000。如果该氨基甲酸酯低聚物的数均分子量不到5000,有时发生产生凝集物的不利情形,如果超过50000,有时发生大量产生凝集物、最差的情形下凝胶化这样的不利情形。上述的数均分子量为采用GPC测定的聚苯乙烯换算值,在本发明中,将50000以下的产物称为低聚物。
本发明的(B)成分为包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物。在该单体组合物中,可只使用氯乙烯单体作为单体(单体)成分,或者,可将氯乙烯单体和可与其共聚的(C)含有烯属不饱和基团的单体混合而使用。
作为上述(C)成分即可与氯乙烯单体共聚的含有烯属不饱和基团的单体,例如可列举出醋酸乙烯酯、乙烯、丙烯、偏氯乙烯,以及丙酸乙烯酯等羧酸乙烯酯单体类、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯等芳族乙烯基单体类、1,3-丁二烯、2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯等共轭二烯系单体类、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等烯属不饱和单羧酸酯类、衣康酸二甲酯、马来酸二乙酯、马来酸单丁酯、富马酸单乙酯、富马酸二丁酯等烯属不饱和多元羧酸酯类、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、巴豆酸等烯属不饱和单羧酸类、衣康酸、马来酸、富马酸等烯属不饱和二羧酸类、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯等含有环氧基的单体类、甲基丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯等含有醇性羟基的单体类、丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯等含有烷氧基的单体类、丙烯腈等含有腈基的单体类、丙烯酰胺等含有酰氨基的单体类、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯等含有氨基的单体类、二乙烯基苯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯等在1分子中具有2个以上烯属不饱和基团的单体等,可选择其中的1种或2种以上,优选醋酸乙烯酯、烯属不饱和单羧酸酯类、烯属不饱和单羧酸类。
这种情况下,(B)氯乙烯单体与可与其共聚的(C)含有烯属不饱和基团的单体的比例用质量比表示,优选为50:50~100:0,特别优选为70:30~100:0。如果氯乙烯量过少,有可能发生产生凝集物这样的不利。
在上述乳液聚合中,能够采用公知的所有乳液聚合法。可在初期将单体、聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物和其他的聚合助剂(例如烷基硫酸酯盐等乳化剂、过硫酸铵等聚合引发剂、硫醇类等链转移剂、碳酸钠等pH调节剂、各种消泡剂等)一齐添加,可连续地添加,也可将其一部分在聚合中连续地或分割地添加。
另外,在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,也能够将非离子系表面活性剂、阴离子系乳化剂并用。例如,为聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧化烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯衍生物、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、烷基链烷醇酰胺、或者炔属醇、炔属二醇和它们的环氧乙烷加成物等表面活性剂。
作为用于上述乳液聚合的聚合引发剂,可列举出过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾等过硫酸盐、2,2’-二脒基-2,2’-偶氮丙烷二盐酸盐、偶氮二异丁腈等偶氮化合物、氢过氧化枯烯、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化氢等过氧化物、酒石酸等。另外,也可列举出公知的氧化还原系引发剂,例如过硫酸钾与亚硫酸氢钠等。就聚合引发剂的使用量而言,相对于上述单体,通常为0.1~2.0质量%,优选为0.2~1.0质量%。
进行上述乳液聚合的聚合温度通常为40~80℃,优选为50~70℃。聚合时间可适当地设定,优选为10~15小时。该聚合优选在氮气等非活性气体的气氛中进行。
蒸发残留成分优选10~50质量%,更优选20~40质量%。如果不到10质量%,有时产生凝集物,如果超过50质量%,有时大量地产生凝集物。
再有,聚合结束后,也能够在不损害本发明的水性墨用粘结剂的性能的范围添加增塑剂、无机或有机填充剂、增稠剂等。
对于采用上述乳液聚合得到的本发明的氯乙烯系树脂乳液,能够得到其平均粒径优选为10~1000nm、更优选为20~800nm、其粘度(23℃)优选为1~1800mPa·s、更优选为5~1000mPa·s的氯乙烯系树脂乳液。
采用上述乳液聚合得到的本发明的氯乙烯系树脂乳液可在各种用途中使用,特别是在记录用纸中使用的情况下,发挥优异的发色性、耐水性、耐湿性、高光泽、密合性、常温成膜性,在水性墨中使用的情况下,给予耐水性、耐湿性、颜色的可视性、高光泽、优异的耐醇性、密合性。
这种情况下,将本发明的氯乙烯系树脂乳液用于水性墨时,能够在该氯乙烯系树脂乳液中配混着色剂、水可溶性有机溶剂、各种添加剂、水等,采用公知的分散机、混合机、混炼机等进行分散、混合而制造。氯乙烯系树脂乳液的水性墨中的含量以固体成分计,优选2~30质量%,特别优选5~20质量%。作为着色剂,可使用染料、颜料等,在水性墨中优选含有5~40质量%,特别优选含有3~30质量%。作为水可溶性有机溶剂,可使用乙二醇单醚、二甘醇单醚、丙二醇单醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二甘醇二甲醚、乙二醇、二甘醇、丙二醇、甘油、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、甲乙酮、甲基溶纤剂、乙基溶纤剂、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、二丙酮醇等,在水性墨中优选为0~60质量%的含量,特别优选为0~50质量%的含量。水在水性墨中优选5~95质量%的含量,特别优选10~90质量%的含量。再有,作为添加剂,可列举出颜料分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂等,这些添加剂能够以水性墨中的常用量使用。
另外,将本发明的氯乙烯系树脂乳液用于记录用纸的情况下,能够特别优选地用于记录用纸的接受层的形成。这种情况下,在用于接受层的形成的包含氯乙烯系树脂乳液的接受层形成用组合物中,作为颜料,能够配混非晶质合成二氧化硅、硅酸铝、硅酸镁、沉淀性碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、硅酸钙、氢氧化铝、沸石、烧成粘土、高岭土、滑石、白炭黑等。这些成分的配混量优选10~90质量%,特别优选20~80质量%。作为其他添加剂,能够配混颜料分散剂、消泡剂、着色剂、抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、粘度调节剂、脱模剂等。
通过将上述接受层形成用组合物采用刷涂、刮刀涂布机、气刀涂布机、帘式涂布机、绕线棒涂布机、凹版涂布机、辊涂机等涂布方式涂布于市售的纸、墙纸材料等支承体,以使涂布量成为3~25g/m2(干燥聚合固体成分)并干燥而制造。
实施例
以下示出制造例和实施例和比较例,对本发明具体地说明,但本发明并不受下述的实施例限制。应予说明,下述的例子中,份和%分别表示质量份、质量%。
[实施例1]
在具备搅拌机、冷凝器、温度计和氮气导入口的聚合容器中,在氮置换后,装入脱离子水44份、氯乙烯13份、ETERNACALL UW-1005E(宇部兴产株式会社制造的水系聚碳酸酯系聚氨酯树脂)42份(有效成分30%),边搅拌边加热到60℃。进而,使过硫酸铵(引发剂)0.1份溶解于脱离子水1份,添加并进行聚合反应。
在聚合内压成为了0MPa的时刻,采用真空将残存单体除去直至1000ppm,然后,冷却到40℃以下,得到了聚合物。固体成分为30%,pH为8.0,B型粘度计粘度(23℃)为10mPa·s。将其结果示于表1中。应予说明,采用GPC确认了得到的乳液为氯乙烯系树脂。
[实施例2~7、比较例1~8]
采用表1、2中所示的组成实施与实施例1同样的聚合,得到了氯乙烯系树脂乳液。比较例1、2、4、5、7、8产生凝集物,未能进行性能评价。再有,实施例3的(C)成分与氯乙烯单体一起同时装入。
[评价方法]
<固体成分测定方法>
将氯乙烯系树脂乳液约1g量取到铝箔制的皿中,放入保持在105~110℃的干燥器中,加热1小时后,从干燥器取出,在干燥器中放冷。称量试样的干燥后的重量,根据下述式算出了固体成分。

<pH测定方法>
将氯乙烯系树脂乳液直接地,根据JIS Z8802(pH测定方法)使用pH计测定。
<B型粘度计粘度测定方法>
将氯乙烯系树脂乳液液温保持在23±0.5℃,采用BM型粘度计(No.1转子、6rpm)测定。
<平均粒径>
使用光散射型粒径测定装置测定。
样品制备
1.取样品在量筒中,用25℃纯水稀释。
2.将稀释的样品用300目滤布过滤。
测定液温 25℃
累计次数 100次
测定次数 1次
测定
确认为合适浓度,在上述测定条件下测定。
确认了测定结果良好。
<MFT(最低造膜温度)>
在热梯度试验装置ASTM-2354-65T(理学工业株式会社)中铺上铝箔,采用0.1密尔的涂布机涂布氯乙烯系乳液,对于3小时后的成膜状态,用单筒镜(8×30 6°PENTAX制造)确认了看到裂纹的温度条件。MFT的优选的范围为0~20℃。
<聚合稳定性>
将氯乙烯系树脂乳液用6密尔的刮刀涂布于玻璃板,通过目视确认了凝集物产生的有无。
○:未能确认凝集物。
△:产生了少量的凝集物。
×:产生了大量的凝集物。
I.涂膜时的性能评价
采用棒涂器No.4涂布于PET膜(东丽Lumirror L-75),在105℃下干燥120秒。
a.外观
采用目视和显微镜((株)KEYANCE制造)观察采用上述条件得到的涂布膜的外观,实施成膜状态和排斥程度的确认,按照下述的标准判断。
○:对于基材,润湿性良好,形成了连续被膜。
△:对于基材,润湿性不良,或者没有形成连续被膜。
×:对于基材,润湿性不良,并且没有形成连续被膜。
b.耐水性
将得到的涂布膜设置于学振型摩擦染色坚牢度试验机(安田精机制作所制造),使用经水润湿的纱布,实施25次摩擦试验,按照下述的标准判定。
○:无向纱布的颜色转移。
△:发现颜色转移。
×:颜色完全转移,印刷面的颜色脱落。
c.耐湿性
将得到的涂布膜在50℃、湿度90%下静置1天,按照下述的标准判定。
○:没有看到被膜的白化。
△:在被膜的有些地方看到白化。
×:被膜整体完全地白化。
d.耐醇性
将得到的涂布膜设置于学振型摩擦染色坚牢度试验机((安田精机制作所制造),使用用调整至30%的乙醇润湿的纱布,实施25次摩擦试验,按照下述的标准判定。
○:无向纱布的颜色转移。
△:发现颜色转移。
×:颜色完全转移,印刷面的颜色脱落。
e.密合性
粘贴Cellotape(NICHIBAN株式会社制造、注册商标)后剥离,按照下述的标准判定。
○:无剥离
△:有一部分剥离
×:完全剥离
II.作为墨的性能评价
对于氯乙烯系树脂乳液100份,添加10份炭黑的MA100(三菱化学),添加了1份流平剂的OLFINE 1010(日信化学工业株式会社制造)后,填充到200mL的聚瓶中,添加10g用于促进分散的氧化锆珠粒(φ5mm),采用油漆振动器(浅田铁工(株)制造)分散了2小时后,采用棒涂器No.36涂布,进行了用105℃×360秒干燥后的涂膜的评价。
f.分散性(历时稳定性)
按照下述的标准判断了是否发现从得到的墨中的分散后5日后的粘度的急剧的上升、墨的凝胶化和沉淀物。
○:没有发现急剧的粘度上升,没有发现沉淀物和凝胶化。
△:发现急剧的粘度上升。
×:发现沉淀物和墨的凝胶化。
g.分散性(粒子均匀性)
采用照明等使得到的涂布品透亮,通过目视对分散不足引起的2次粒子产生的涂膜不均匀性,按照下述的标准进行判断。
○:无光的泄漏、颜色不均。
△:一部分或部分地发现光的泄漏、颜色不均。
×:整体上发现光的泄漏、颜色不均。
h.光泽
用光泽计PG-1M(日本电色工业株式会社制造)测定得到的涂布品,读取60℃的值,按照下述的标准判定。
○:光泽度为30°以上
△:光泽度为20°以上且不到30°
×:光泽度不到20°
i:明度
对于得到的涂布品,使用简易型分光色差计NF333(日本电色工业株式会社制造)测定明度(ΔL),按照下述的标准判定(由于为黑色,因此明度值越低,越成为良好的结果)。
○:明度(ΔL)不到15
△:明度(ΔL)为15以上且不到18
×:明度(ΔL)为18以下
III.作为墙纸的性能评价
采用棒涂器No.36将氯乙烯系树脂乳液涂布于氯乙烯系的原始墙纸,进行了以105℃×360秒干燥后的涂膜的评价。
j:密合性(墙纸)
粘贴Cellotape(NICHIBAN株式会社制造、注册商标)后剥离,按照下述的标准判定。
○:无剥离
△:有一部分剥离
×:完全剥离

Claims (4)
1.用于水性墨或用于记录用纸的氯乙烯系树脂乳液,其特征在于,其是由(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物与(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物形成的聚合物的树脂乳液,其中,相对于100质量份的所述(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物,含有100~500质量份的所述(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氯乙烯系树脂乳液,所述(A)成分的配混量相对于100质量份的所述(B)成分为100~300质量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的氯乙烯系树脂乳液,氯乙烯系树脂乳液的平均粒径为20~800nm,其在23℃下的粘度为5~1000mPa·s。
4.用于水性墨或用于记录用纸的氯乙烯系树脂乳液的制造方法,其中,通过使(A)数均分子量为5000~50000的聚碳酸酯系氨基甲酸酯低聚物相对于100质量份的(B)包含氯乙烯单体的单体组合物在100~500质量份的存在下乳液聚合,从而得到所述氯乙烯系树脂乳液。
