本发明涉及到复合菌剂领域,具体是指一种羔羊全价料发酵用复合菌剂。
背景技术
近年来,世界范围内的羊肉生产已由成年羊肉转向羔羊肉,羔羊肉以其营养价值高、肉质细嫩、风味独特、口感好等特点,深受广大消费者的喜爱,同时,因羔羊育肥具有增重快、饲料报酬高、产品成本低、生产周期短、经济效益高等特点,羔羊育肥生产在我国羊肉生产中的比例在逐年增加。
目前,我国农区羔羊舍饲育肥饲料主要是“秸秆+谷物”的简单组合为主,造成饲料原料单一、饲料配比不科学、能量蛋白不平衡等问题,影响了羔羊生长发育,更为严重者,在肉羊育肥过程中,大量饲喂高蛋白、髙能量、高磷饲料,而未注意钙的补充,导致饲料中钙磷比例失调,就会使泌尿道中产生过多的磷酸盐结晶形成尿结石,堵塞尿道,造成育肥羔羊的尿结石症,严重影响了肥羔生产的经济效益。
目前,发酵饲料已成为饲料产业中的一个新发展方向,解决现代羔羊养殖业中存在的肠道健康与肉品质不佳的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是以上技术问题,提供一种羔羊全价料发酵用复合菌剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种羔羊全价料发酵用复合菌剂,所述复合菌剂的活性成分包括乳杆菌菌剂、枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂、米曲霉、扩张青霉,上述菌剂按照1-2∶1-2∶1-2∶1-2∶1-2的重量比配制,所述复合菌剂的总数量0.5×109~2.86×109cfu/g。
使用符合菌剂发酵羔羊全价料的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将复合菌制剂以0.2~0.6%的添加量加入到羔羊全价料中,调节饲料湿度为40~50%,40℃密封发酵12-36h,得到发酵料;
步骤二:将发酵料与羔羊全价料粮以1:6的质量比混合,即得复合菌发酵饲料。

本发明的工作原理:
乳杆菌具有调节肠道菌群、增强免疫力、保护胃黏膜、改善肠道功能、通便、防治腹泻、促进消化、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等作用;
枯草芽孢杆菌:枯草芽孢杆菌菌体生长过程中产生的枯草菌素、多粘菌素、制霉菌素、短杆菌肽等活性物质,这些活性物质对致病菌或内源性感染的条件致病菌有明显的抑制作用;枯草芽孢杆菌迅速消耗肠道中的游离氧,造成肠道低氧,促进有益厌氧菌生长,间接抑制其它致病菌生长;刺激动物(人体)免疫器官的生长发育,激活T、B淋巴细胞,提高免疫球蛋白和抗体水平,增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,提高群体免疫力;
米曲霉是产复合酶的菌种,除蛋白酶外,还能产淀粉酶、糖化酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶、果胶酶等,它还是曲酸的生产菌,米曲霉基因组所包含的信息可以用来寻找最适合米曲霉发酵的条件,这将有助于提高食品酿造业的生产效率和产品质量;
所述复合菌剂的制备方法包括:
步骤一:取乳杆菌菌剂、枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂分别接种于MRS培养基、LB培养基中活化后,取活化菌液分别接种于发酵培养液中,37℃培养,当菌体浓度均达到对数生长期0.5×109~2.86×109cfu/g时,终止发酵,分别得到唾液乳杆菌菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌菌液;
步骤二:将唾液乳杆菌菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌菌液和米曲霉、扩张青霉以质量比1-2∶1-2∶1-2∶1-2∶1-2的重量比配制的比例混合,即得。
