The present application provides a microbial detection apparatus. The microorganism detection apparatus described above comprises a housing structure and at least one microorganism detector. The housing structure includes a housing mechanism and at least one sample placement kit connected to the housing mechanism. The microbial detection ware sets up on housing mechanism, and the microbial detection ware is placed the external member with the sample and is corresponded the setting, and the microbial detection ware rotates with housing mechanism to be connected, and the microbial detection ware rotates along the direction of encircleing the perisporium that the external member was placed to the sample.
In the microorganism detection device, the microorganism detector is arranged corresponding to the sample placing kit, and because the microorganism detector is rotationally connected with the shell mechanism and rotates along the direction of the peripheral wall surrounding the sample placing kit, in the process of detecting when the culture tube is placed into the sample placing kit, the microorganism detector performs 360-degree surrounding detection on the culture tube along the direction of the peripheral wall surrounding the sample placing kit to obtain 360-degree surrounding images of the culture tube, thereby effectively improving the sensitivity of microorganism detection, avoiding the difference between the position of bacteria in the culture tube and the quantity of bacteria, the blind area exists when making through fixed transmitted light emission point and receiving point or fixed camera position to the culture tube and detecting, leads to the microorganism detection sensitivity of culture tube relatively poor, has the problem of lou examining and wrong detection and cause great incident.
It can be understood that, during the testing process, when the operator puts the collected sample into the culture tube, different operators may have differences, and the bacterial activity of different samples is strong and weak, so that the distribution of the positions and the quantity of the bacteria in the culture tubes is different, further, when the culture tube is detected at a fixed position, blind areas are inevitably formed, and especially under the conditions that the number of microorganisms collected in a sample is small and other mixed bacteria interfere the growth, the problems of missing detection or wrong detection are easily caused, that is, it can be understood that when one bacteria is detected in the front view with a certain position of the side wall of the culture tube in the front view as the front view angle, a plurality of bacteria may be arranged in the side view, the possibility of missed detection exists for a single bacterium, and the possibility of false detection exists under the condition that interference of other mixed bacteria exists; further if the detection visual angle of the microorganism detection instrument is just the front view angle, the detection result of the microorganism detection instrument is inaccurate, 360-degree surrounding detection is carried out on the culture tube, the problem that a blind zone exists in detection is avoided, the detection sensitivity of microorganisms in the culture tube is improved, and the microorganism detection accuracy is further improved.

In one embodiment, the culture tube is placed in a sample placement kit for a cycle interval detection operation, comprising the steps of:
the culture tube is placed in the sample placing kit for fixing treatment, so that the detection stability of the culture tube is ensured.
Further, the data acquisition interval a and the culture temperature b of the microorganism detection system are set. The method has the advantages that the growth and propagation speeds of the microorganisms to be detected are different due to different types of the microorganisms to be detected, if the microorganism detector in the microorganism detection system continuously performs surrounding detection on the culture tube, the energy consumption of microorganism detection is improved, the endurance time of the microorganism detection system is further reduced, and for the microorganisms to be detected with longer propagation and growth time, the band breakage detection of the microorganism detection system is caused, and the detection accuracy of the microorganism detection is influenced; if the interval detection time and temperature of the object organisms to be detected are uniformly set, the growth of the microorganisms is not facilitated, and the timely feedback of the detection result of the microorganisms to be detected is not facilitated, so that the feedback of the detection result of the microorganisms has delay, and the efficiency of microorganism detection is reduced. Therefore, in the microorganism detection method, the acquired data interval time a and the culture temperature b of the microorganism detection system are set according to different types of microorganisms to be detected, so that the detection efficiency and the detection accuracy of microorganism detection are improved.
Further, the culture tube after the fixing process is subjected to a first surround detection operation to obtain an initial surround detection image of the culture tube. It can be understood that the culture tube after the fixing treatment is subjected to the first surrounding detection operation to obtain an initial surrounding detection image of the culture tube, which is beneficial to the correction of the detection result and further improves the detection accuracy of the microorganism detection.
Furthermore, interval surrounding detection operation is carried out on the culture tubes according to the acquired data interval time a and the culture temperature b so as to obtain interval surrounding detection images of a plurality of groups of culture tubes, and the acquired data interval time a and the culture temperature b of the microorganism detection system are set according to different types of microorganisms to be detected, so that the detection efficiency and the detection accuracy of microorganism detection are better improved.
The culture tube is placed in the sample placing kit for circulation interval detection operation, the culture tube after fixed treatment is subjected to first surrounding detection operation to obtain an initial surrounding detection image of the culture tube, correction of a detection result is facilitated, detection accuracy of microorganism detection is further improved, acquisition data interval time a and culture temperature b of a microorganism detection system are set according to different types of microorganisms to be detected, and detection efficiency and detection accuracy of microorganism detection are better improved.
In one embodiment, the data acquisition interval time a is 10-15 min, so that the method is better adapted to the growth cycle and detection requirements of microorganisms, and the detection efficiency and detection accuracy of microorganism detection are improved.
In one embodiment, the culture temperature b is 25-80 ℃, which is beneficial to the growth of microorganisms, and further improves the detection efficiency and the detection accuracy of microorganism detection.
In one embodiment, the culture temperature b is adaptively adjusted according to the type of the microorganism to be detected, so that the growth speed of the microorganism is increased, and the detection efficiency and the detection accuracy of microorganism detection are improved.
In one embodiment, the microorganism to be detected in the culture tube is group B streptococcus, the microorganism detection device detects the sample in the sample placement kit to obtain a surrounding detection image, analyzes color information in the surrounding detection image to obtain a detection result and displays the detection result.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following advantages:
in the microorganism detection device 10a of the present invention, the microorganism detector 200 is disposed corresponding to the sample placement kit 120, and the microorganism detector 200 is rotatably connected to the housing mechanism 110, and the microorganism detector 200 rotates along the direction surrounding the peripheral wall of the sample placement kit 120, so that the microorganism detector 200 performs 360 ° surrounding detection on the culture tube when the culture tube is placed in the sample placement kit 120 for detection, thereby effectively improving the sensitivity of microorganism detection, and avoiding the problems of poor microorganism detection sensitivity of the culture tube due to the blind area existing when the culture tube is detected by the fixed transmission light emitting point and receiving point or the fixed camera position because the bacteria position and bacteria number in the culture tube are different.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
