本发明涉及抗菌面料制备工艺,具体涉及一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法。
背景技术
生态皮革是指各项生态指标符合生态标准要求的皮革产品,生态指标包括皮革中的六价铬含量、甲醛含量、致癌芳香胺含量和五氯苯酚含量。生态皮革将成为未来皮革业发展的主流。随着生活水平的提高,人们的健康意识越来越强,越来越注重绿色、天然、无污染的产品,这是消费者考虑的主要因素。不仅如此,国内外贸易中,绿色消费逐渐成为一种消费趋势,未来将成为一种主流。
生态皮革在生产中制得的面料,面层间粘结不牢固,容易发生分层现象,进而影响面料的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要克服的是生态皮革制成的面料中面层间粘结不牢固,容易发生分层的问题,目的是提供一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法,包括以下步骤:
a、面层加工:利用辊涂机在离型纸上涂布第一层水性PU浆料,在涂层表面开设井字槽,在井字槽所形成的栅格中铺撒聚氯乙烯纤维,完成后进行第二层水性PU浆料涂布,聚氯乙烯纤维纤维穿过第二层水性PU浆料,完成后烘干,得到面层;
b、基布层加工:采用浸轧法对布料进行处理,轧槽中存有抗菌剂,后取出烘干,在布料上涂布水性PU浆料,在浆料上铺设碳纤维网,碳纤维网上连接有外凸的碳纤维丝,完成后进行烘干,得到基布层;
c、发泡层加工:利用辊涂机分别在基布层与面层上涂布无溶剂PU发泡浆料,以3-5m/min的线速度通过发泡烘箱,发泡烘箱的前段温度为50-80℃、中段温度为80-120℃、后段温度为120-160℃,发泡倍率在1-2,得到发泡层,发泡过程中,利用齿辊分别对基布层与面层上的发泡层进行挤压,使得两者上的发泡层上形成锯齿槽;
d、复合成型:将基布层与面层上的发泡层在压力0.2-0.4MPa、温度130-140℃下热压复合,两者发泡层上的锯齿槽相互啮合,复合过程中,在贴合面处涂布PU胶,热压结束后自然冷却,分离离型纸,得到抗菌面料。
进一步的,所述水性PU浆料由100-120份水性聚氨酯分散体、10-30份填充剂、5-10份稳泡剂、0.5-3份分散剂混合而成,以重量份数计。
进一步的,所述无溶剂PU发泡浆料由80-100份低聚物多元醇、15-30份二异氰酸酯、10-20份填充剂、0.5-1份辛酸亚锡、1-10份发泡剂混合而成,以重量份数计。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂为有机硅季铵盐类抗菌剂。
进一步的,所述基布层与面层上的发泡层厚度相等。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,面层在加工时,通过分层涂布水性PU浆料,两层水性PU浆料中铺撒聚氯乙烯纤维,聚氯乙烯纤维穿过其中一层水性PU浆料,在进行发泡时,聚氯乙烯纤维能够伸入至无溶剂PU发泡浆料中,待发泡完成固化后,聚氯乙烯纤维能够将面层与发泡层进行连接,避免面层与发泡层分离,再者,基布层通过浸轧法处理,使得基布层上浸入抗菌剂,再通过在基布层上涂布水性PU浆料,利用水性PU浆料粘结碳纤维网,碳纤维网上设置的碳纤维丝在进行无溶剂PU发泡浆料涂布时,能够插入至浆料中,待浆料固化后能够连接基布层与发泡层,基布层上的发泡层与面层上的发泡层在进行复合时,通过PU胶进行热压贴合,提高各面层之间的粘结性,防止面层间分层。

实施例1
如图1-2所示;一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法,包括以下步骤:
a、面层加工:利用辊涂机在离型纸上涂布第一层水性PU浆料,在涂层表面开设井字槽2,在井字槽2所形成的栅格中铺撒聚氯乙烯纤维3,完成后进行第二层水性PU浆料涂布,聚氯乙烯纤维3纤维穿过第二层水性PU浆料,完成后烘干,得到面层;
b、基布层加工:采用浸轧法对布料5进行处理,轧槽中存有抗菌剂,后取出烘干,在布料5上涂布水性PU浆料,在浆料上铺设碳纤维网6,碳纤维网6上连接有外凸的碳纤维丝7,完成后进行烘干,得到基布层;碳纤维丝7交错穿连在碳纤维网6中。
c、发泡层加工:利用辊涂机分别在基布层与面层上涂布无溶剂PU发泡浆料,以3-5m/min的线速度通过发泡烘箱,发泡烘箱的前段温度为50-80℃、中段温度为80-120℃、后段温度为120-160℃,发泡倍率在1-2,得到发泡层,发泡过程中,利用齿辊分别对基布层与面层上的发泡层进行挤压,使得两者上的发泡层上形成锯齿槽;

第一层水性PU浆料表面设置井字槽2,利用井字槽2使得第二层水性PU浆料能够深入至第一层水性PU浆料中,增加两层浆料水平方向移动的阻力,提高两层浆料的连接性,面层在加工时,通过分层涂布水性PU浆料,两层水性PU浆料中铺撒聚氯乙烯纤维3,聚氯乙烯纤维3穿过其中一层水性PU浆料,在进行发泡时,聚氯乙烯纤维3能够伸入至无溶剂PU发泡浆料中,待发泡完成固化后,聚氯乙烯纤维3能够将面层与发泡层进行连接,避免面层与发泡层分离,再者,基布层通过浸轧法处理,使得基布层上浸入抗菌剂,再通过在基布层上涂布水性PU浆料,利用水性PU浆料粘结碳纤维网6,碳纤维网6上设置的碳纤维丝7在进行无溶剂PU发泡浆料涂布时,能够插入至浆料中,待浆料固化后能够连接基布层与发泡层,基布层上的发泡层与面层上的发泡层在进行复合时,通过PU胶进行热压贴合,提高各面层之间的粘结性,防止面层间分层。面层与基布层上的发泡层贴合面设置为锯齿形结构,两个面在贴合后,锯齿结构能够限制两个发泡层的相对移动,进而提高发泡层的粘结效果。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,水性PU浆料由100-120份水性聚氨酯分散体、10-30份填充剂、5-10份稳泡剂、0.5-3份分散剂混合而成,以重量份数计。
无溶剂PU发泡浆料由80-100份低聚物多元醇、15-30份二异氰酸酯、10-20份填充剂、0.5-1份辛酸亚锡、1-10份发泡剂混合而成,以重量份数计。
通过水性PU浆料和无溶剂PU发泡浆料的使用,避免了以往采用溶剂型PU浆料存在的有机溶剂挥发后污染环境以及有机溶剂残留影响皮革制品使用安全性的问题。
抗菌剂为有机硅季铵盐类抗菌剂。
基布层与面层上的发泡层厚度相等。

Claims (5)

1.一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、面层加工:利用辊涂机在离型纸上涂布第一层水性PU浆料,在涂层表面开设井字槽,在井字槽所形成的栅格中铺撒聚氯乙烯纤维,完成后进行第二层水性PU浆料涂布,聚氯乙烯纤维纤维穿过第二层水性PU浆料,完成后烘干,得到面层;
b、基布层加工:采用浸轧法对布料进行处理,轧槽中存有抗菌剂,后取出烘干,在布料上涂布水性PU浆料,在浆料上铺设碳纤维网,碳纤维网上连接有外凸的碳纤维丝,完成后进行烘干,得到基布层;
c、发泡层加工:利用辊涂机分别在基布层与面层上涂布无溶剂PU发泡浆料,以3-5m/min的线速度通过发泡烘箱,发泡烘箱的前段温度为50-80℃、中段温度为80-120℃、后段温度为120-160℃,发泡倍率在1-2,得到发泡层,发泡过程中,利用齿辊分别对基布层与面层上的发泡层进行挤压,使得两者上的发泡层上形成锯齿槽;
d、复合成型:将基布层与面层上的发泡层在压力0.2-0.4MPa、温度130-140℃下热压复合,两者发泡层上的锯齿槽相互啮合,复合过程中,在贴合面处涂布PU胶,热压结束后自然冷却,分离离型纸,得到抗菌面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法,其特征在于,所述水性PU浆料由100-120份水性聚氨酯分散体、10-30份填充剂、5-10份稳泡剂、0.5-3份分散剂混合而成,以重量份数计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法,其特征在于,所述无溶剂PU发泡浆料由80-100份低聚物多元醇、15-30份二异氰酸酯、10-20份填充剂、0.5-1份辛酸亚锡、1-10份发泡剂混合而成,以重量份数计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为有机硅季铵盐类抗菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用环境友好型皮革制备抗菌面料的方法,其特征在于,所述基布层与面层上的发泡层厚度相等。
