Abstract

一种都会区花园隐形道路网,该新型道路网上分上、中、下层,干道设在中层,借助特殊路线网与支道连通,将经过路口的某些线道导入地下层以免妨碍交通,最上一层为路面顶盖,种植花草禁止任何车辆通行,成为安全自由徒步区。

都会区花园隐形道路网
本发明涉及都会区隐形道路网。
一般都会区道路交通繁杂,车水马龙,乌烟瘴气及噪音令人难忍,尤其交叉路口车祸频仍,塞车严重,常使市容观瞻失色,令人厌烦而胆怯。
本发明的目的在于提供一种都会区花园隐形道路网,将所有市区道路网隐存于街景之下,可免除上述各种弊害,而使都会区有清新幽雅的感觉,并使路面上再也看不到任何车辆与纵横交错的高架桥或陆桥,从而可免车祸与塞车之苦。
本发明都会区花园隐形道路网隐存的干道与支道,采用地下回转道,该回转道完全位于干道路面之下,不必占用街道两旁的空间,因此施工时不会影响两旁商店建筑物的权益。通常具有三十公尺宽度(六线道包括两侧摩托车道与间隔岛)以上的市区街道均可予以改造,以改善市区交通与观瞻。干道上方覆盖花草成为无交通顾虑的自由行人道与花园,供人游憩之用;或供停泊车辆之用。
本发明提供的一种都会区花园隐形道路网中,其将道路分上、中、下三层,干道与支道均设在中层,同一平面但不交叉。干道中央设置一排安全岛用以阻挡支道行车交叉通过,使干道成为畅通无阻之快速道路。在距离干道与支道主要路口前后两方适当距离处,各设立一个地下或高架回转道,回转道半径可大可小,可为环状亦可为弧形,在本案的实施例中回转道乃为弧形,其半径恰为干道宽度之大小,以不妨碍道路两旁建筑物之土地权益为准。支道行车除右转外,必须通过此弧形回转道方可达成左转、回转、或跨越干道直行之目的。
兹配合附图及本发明的实例来说明本发明的技术内容。
图1是本发明除去种植花草的顶盖路面后的俯视平面图。
图2是本发明的侧面剖视图。
图3本发明种植花草的顶盖路面图。
图1中包含有各种车道的道路网,该道路网包括干道1和2;支道3和4;安全岛5;快速车道6;慢速车道7;备转车道8;火车道9;摩托车道13,其中包括该摩托车道的右转道、直行道、左转道和回转道;汽车道14、15、16和17分别称之为左转汽车道、直行汽车道、左转汽车道和回转汽车道。该道路网分为上、中、下三层,该干道1和2与支道3和4均设置在中层,各干道和支道在同一平面但并不交叉。安全岛5设置于该各干道1和2的中央,其用以阻挡支道3和4行车交叉通过,使干道1和2通畅无阻而成为快速道路。距离干道1和2及支道3和4主要路口的前、后两方适当距离处,各自设置一个地下或高架回转道,该回转道的半径可大可小,可呈环状亦可只为弧形。在本发明的一个实施例中,该回转道呈弧形,其曲率半径可等于干道宽度的大小,且以不妨碍两旁建筑的土地权益为准。在支道3和4行车时,除右转外,车辆必须通过该弧形回转道,方可达成左转回转、左跨越干道直行的目的。车道的数目可视干道1和2的宽度而增减,各车道的行车方向如各线道箭头所示,通过交叉路口的汽车线道14与摩托车道13及回转道10、11、12为地下行驶(用虚线表示)车道,其它各快慢车道均为地上行驶者,由地上(下)转入地下(上)行车的坡道18、19、20等,用点线表示,设置于干道1和2中央的安全岛5,分隔该干道,使两边来往车道均是单行道,故无交叉中突,但在汽车线道14、15、16和17的行车在并入点28、29、30处,均应遵守一般惯例直行有优先的规定,依序并入(颠峰时段用灯号管制)。
图2中示出:种植花草的顶盖路面36;干道1-2;干道下方行驶的汽车、摩托车地下道37;从杆道下行或从回转道上行的坡道38、39;及由曲虚线表示的在摩托车回转道下经过的汽车道32和33。
图3代表种植花草的顶盖路面36的俯视平面图,图中示出宁静区的密封段40,该段中央可用透明厚玻璃41盖住,以便采光和遮雨。图中顶盖开口42用以通气,该开口42处周围设栏杆43用作防护。顶盖路面规划收费停车区44及行人徒步道45或休息处。图3中也示出种植花草以供观赏的其余部分49,还示出用以禁止车辆行车的路障46、47和48。

Claims (3)

1.一种都会区花园隐形道路网,其特征在于该道路网将道路分成上、中、下三层,干道与支道均设在中层,同一平面但不交叉,干道中央设置一排安全岛用以阻挡支道行车交叉通过,使干道成为畅通无阻之快速道路,在距离干道与支道主要路口前、后两方适当距离之处,各设立一个地下或高架回转道,回转道半径可大可小,可为环状亦可为弧形,以不妨碍道路两旁建筑物的土地权益为准使此弧形回转道之半径可恰为干道宽度之大小,支道行车除右转外,必须通过此弧形回转道方可左转、回转、或跨越干道直行。
2.根据请权利要求1所述的道路网,其特征在于该干道行车可直行畅通无阻外,亦可右转行驶支道,但不可任意左转或回转于干道之上,必须经过弧形回转道,方可左转或回转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的道路网,其特征在于该最上层道路顶盖上可种植花草成为徒步区或停车区。
