技术领域
本发明涉及管道阀门领域,尤其涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是目前应用最为广泛的阀门之一。一般蝶阀包括阀体、阀座、阀杆、阀瓣。即,该阀座固定于该阀体内腔中,该阀瓣位于该阀座的内腔中,该阀瓣旋转后其边缘和阀座密封或打开,而该阀杆用于带动该阀瓣进行旋转,该阀杆的上部穿过该阀体的上部之后连接至手柄或者执行器等旋转装置。然而蝶阀在使用时,阀瓣两端介质压差较大,使得阀瓣在开启和关闭的过程中与阀座密封件会产生较大摩擦,长时间工作后会对阀瓣和密封件造成磨损,影响蝶阀的使用寿命;而维修蝶阀还需要将其从管路上拆下,不仅过程繁琐,还影响整个系统的工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蝶阀,其不仅结构简单,而且使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有左右贯穿的通道,所述通道的内侧壁沿径向设有环形凸肩,所述环形凸肩合围形成向左收缩的锥孔,所述锥孔的内侧壁上设有左密封环和右密封环,所述阀体内在环形凸肩的右侧转动连接有阀杆,所述阀杆上固定设有两个导滑杆,两个导滑杆沿通道的轴向设置,两个导滑杆上滑动连接有第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣,在第一阀瓣处于工作位置且蝶阀关闭时,第一阀瓣压紧在右密封环上,第二阀瓣离开左密封环;在第二阀瓣处于工作位置且蝶阀关闭时,第一阀瓣离开右密封环上,第二阀瓣压紧在左密封环上;所述述第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣之间设有传动组件,所述传动组件用于控制第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣沿两个导滑杆反向运动;所述阀杆内设有用于控制第一阀瓣沿两个导滑杆运动的驱动组件。
进一步的,所述传动组件包括传动连杆,每个导滑杆上均设有切槽,所述第一阀瓣在靠近切槽的侧面设有第一避让槽,所述第二阀瓣在靠近切槽的侧面设有第二避让槽,所述传动连杆的中部铰接在切槽内,所述第一避让槽内沿竖直方向设有第一滑槽,所述第二避让槽内沿竖直方向设有第二滑槽,所述传动连杆的一端位于第一避让槽内且设有位于第一滑槽内的第一凸柱,所述传动连杆的另一端位于第二避让槽内且设有位于第二滑槽内的第二凸柱;在第一阀瓣向远离阀杆方向运动时,第一阀瓣通过传动连杆驱动第二阀瓣向靠近第一阀瓣方向运动;在第一阀瓣向靠近阀杆方向运动时,第一阀瓣通过传动连杆驱动第二阀瓣远离第一阀瓣方向运动。
进一步的,所述第一阀瓣在远离阀杆的端面设有槽口,在第一阀瓣处于工作位置时,第二阀瓣缩入槽口内;在第二阀瓣处于工作位置时,第二阀瓣伸出槽口。
进一步的,所述驱动组件包括驱动轴,所述阀杆的侧面设有安装槽,所述第一阀瓣上设有伸入安装槽内的丝杆,所述安装槽内转动连接有与丝杆螺纹连接的第一锥形齿,所述安装槽的开口处固定设有套接在丝杆上的螺堵,所述螺堵用于防止第一锥形齿沿丝杆的轴向运动,所述驱动轴沿阀杆的轴向转动连接在阀杆内,所述驱动轴的上端伸出阀杆且固定设有旋钮,所述驱动轴的下端伸入安装槽内且固定设有与第一锥形齿啮合的第二锥形齿,所述第二锥形齿用于驱动第一锥形齿转动。

进一步的,所述阀杆的上端固定安装有手柄杆,所述堵块上固定安装有的定位盘,所述定位盘的外圆周侧面设有定位凹槽,所述手柄杆上铰接有定位把手,所述定位把手与手柄杆的之间设有受压缩的第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使定位把手的一端伸入定位凹槽内。

与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
1.通过使用第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣相配合,在第一阀瓣产生磨损泄露后,再让第二阀瓣进行工作,延长蝶阀的使用寿命;
2.通过使用第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣相配合,在第一阀瓣产生磨损泄露后,通过旋转旋钮就可以控制第二阀瓣进行密封工作,方便快捷。

如图1所示为,此时第一阀瓣3处于工作位置且与右密封环1b贴合,形成密封,第二阀瓣4位于槽口32内;当需要蝶阀打开时,首先捏住定位把手62将其解锁,旋转手柄杆6,通过阀杆2带动导滑杆5转动,从而带动第一阀瓣3和第二阀瓣4跟随旋转,使得蝶阀打开。
当蝶阀长时间工作右密封环1b和第一阀瓣3之间出现磨损发生泄露时,旋转旋钮7带动驱动轴8旋转,由于驱动轴8和第二锥齿轮固定连接,第二锥齿轮和第一锥齿轮啮合,使得旋转旋钮7带动第一锥齿轮转动,由于第一锥齿轮和丝杆3b螺纹连接,使得第一锥齿轮转动,带动丝杆3b向靠近阀杆2方向运动,带动第一阀瓣3沿导滑杆5滑动,使得第一阀瓣3和右密封环1b脱离,由于传动连杆9和导滑杆5铰接,传动连杆9上的第一凸柱9a在第一滑槽3a内滑动,第二凸柱9b在第二滑槽4a内滑动,使得当第一阀瓣3向靠近阀杆2移动时带动传动连杆9旋转,推动第二阀瓣4伸出槽口32运动至工作位置与左密封环1a贴合(如图2所示),形成新的密封,由于第一锥齿轮和丝杆3b螺纹连接使得第二阀瓣4和左密封环1a可以一直处于贴紧状态,从而使得不需要将蝶阀拆下维修就可以使蝶阀重新密封,延长了蝶阀的使用寿命。

4.根据权利要求2所述的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括驱动轴,所述阀杆的侧面设有安装槽,所述第一阀瓣上设有伸入安装槽内的丝杆,所述安装槽内转动连接有与丝杆螺纹连接的第一锥形齿,所述安装槽的开口处固定设有套接在丝杆上的螺堵,所述螺堵用于防止第一锥形齿沿丝杆的轴向运动,所述驱动轴沿阀杆的轴向转动连接在阀杆内,所述驱动轴的上端伸出阀杆且固定设有旋钮,所述驱动轴的下端伸入安装槽内且固定设有与第一锥形齿啮合的第二锥形齿,所述第二锥形齿用于驱动第一锥形齿转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体的上端在阀杆的外侧设有转槽,所述转槽内固定设有套接在阀杆外侧的密封圈,所述阀杆外侧设有位于密封圈上方的凸边,所述转槽的上端固定设有套接在阀杆上且位于凸边上方的堵块。
6.根据权利要求5所述的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆的上端固定安装有手柄杆,所述堵块上固定安装有的定位盘,所述定位盘的外圆周侧面设有定位凹槽,所述手柄杆上铰接有定位把手,所述定位把手与手柄杆的之间设有受压缩的第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使定位把手的一端伸入定位凹槽内。
