技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的翻板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。当蝶阀用于大口径管道时,特别是在高压的工况下,管道内的介质对阀板产生的压力很大,在开启时,阀杆所承受的扭矩很大,需要阀门开启时的扭矩也很大,配套的驱动装置的输出力矩相应也很大,致使阀门的结构庞大;当阀体由关闭至打开状态时,由于阀体内的压强较大,工作人员在扳动把手时,依然会有较大的扭矩,难以打开,给工作人员带来较大的工作难度。另外,在阀板呈关闭状态时,阀板一侧的压力会大于另一侧的压力,如果压力大的一侧对阀板受力不均,容易造成阀板损坏翻转,造成蝶阀泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蝶阀,其不仅结构简单,而且有预泄压功能,降低阀板开启时的力矩。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有通道,所述阀体的侧面转动连接有一端伸入通道内的套杆和轴杆,所述套杆和轴杆同轴设置;所述套杆和轴杆在伸入通道内的一端之间固定安装有用于控制通道通断的阀板,所述阀板内沿套杆的轴向设有安装槽,所述安装槽的开口处固定安装有盖板,所述阀板和盖板内设有同轴的泄压孔,所述安装槽内沿套杆的轴向滑动连接有用于控制泄压孔通断的闸板,所述套杆内设有芯轴,所述芯轴的下端伸入安装槽内与所述闸板沿轴向固定连接且沿圆周方向转动连接,所述芯轴的上端伸出套杆且安装有手柄,所述套杆的侧壁上沿圆周方向设有水平槽、沿轴向设有与水平槽连通的轴向槽;所述芯轴的外侧面设有伸入水平槽或者轴向槽内的凸起;所述凸起位于水平槽内时,闸板将泄压孔关闭,所述凸起位于轴向槽的上端时,闸板将泄压孔打开;所述阀体上设有定位组件,所述定位组件用于给手柄定位。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
(1)在阀板关闭时,所述左锁杆伸入左定位孔内、右锁杆伸入右定位孔内将阀板锁死,防止阀板翻转损坏,也分担了套杆和轴杆受到的切应力,具有保护套杆和轴杆的功能;
(2)设置有闸板,在阀板旋转之前先使闸板开启泄压,可以减小操作力矩,使调节更加方便。

当需要打开蝶阀时,向上捏定位杆119,使定位杆119的下端脱离定位盘6的定位槽,然后旋转手柄5,手柄5带动芯轴4旋转,当芯轴4上的凸起41由水平槽311进入到轴向槽312中时,左滑块10a在左弹簧13a的作用下向右运动,使得左锁杆11a离开左定位孔101,右滑块10b在右弹簧13b的作用下向左运动,使得右锁杆11b离开右定位孔102,从而完成阀板2解锁,并且在左滑块10a向右运动时,通过左一斜面与左二斜面的配合,以及右滑块10b向左运动时,通过右一斜面与右二斜面的配合,将闸板8推起向上运动,打开泄压孔21进行泄压,此时凸起41位于轴向槽312的最上端,然后继续旋转手柄5,会带动芯轴4旋转,芯轴4的旋转再通过凸起41带动套杆3转动,进而带动阀板2转动,将蝶阀开启。
当需要关闭蝶阀时,向上捏定位杆119,使定位杆119的下端脱离定位盘6的定位槽,然后回转手柄5,手柄5带动芯轴4旋转,芯轴4带动套杆3旋转,当轴杆7上的限位凸柱71与扇形限位槽121的一端触碰后,阀板2到位与管路垂直,阀板2关闭,然后向下按压手柄5,使芯轴4向下运动推动闸板8向下,闸板8向下运动时,左凸块83在左二斜面和左一斜面的作用下向左运动压缩左弹簧13a,左锁杆11a伸入左定位孔101中,右凸块84在右二斜面和右一斜面的作用下向右运动压缩右弹簧13b,右锁杆11b伸入右定位孔102中;直到凸起41进入下水平槽311,闸板8下降到底将泄压孔21密封,左锁杆11a和右锁杆11b将阀板2锁住,然后旋转手柄5使凸起41进入水平槽311定位,松开定位杆119,使定位杆119的下端卡到定位盘6的定位槽内,完成蝶阀的关闭。
