本发明公开了一种低摩擦长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有通道,所述通道的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板,所述阀板上设有阀孔;所述阀体的侧壁转动连接有套杆,所述通道在套杆的正下方转动连接轴杆;所述套杆内转动连接有阀杆,所述阀杆的下端伸入轴杆内;所述套杆的下端设有上滑槽,所述轴杆的上端下滑槽;所述上滑槽内滑动连接有上滑块,所述下滑槽内滑动连接有下滑块,所述阀杆的外侧设有上螺纹段和下螺纹段;所述上滑块的左侧铰接有左上连杆,所述下滑块的左侧铰接有与左上连杆相同的左下连杆,所述左上连杆和左下连杆之间铰接有左蝶板;该蝶阀不仅结构简单,而且蝶板在开启和关闭时没有摩擦。

一种低摩擦长寿命蝶阀
技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门的技术领域,尤其涉及一种低摩擦长寿命蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀主要由阀体、阀杆、蝶板和阀座组成。阀体呈圆筒形,轴向长度短,碟板位于阀体内。工作时,蝶板由阀杆带动,若转过90°,便能完成一次启闭,而改变蝶板的偏转角度,即可控制介质的流量。目前,蝶阀主要用于石油、化工、水电、给排水、冶炼、能源、发生炉、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保、建筑给排水等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。现有技术的蝶阀在使用中存在以下问题:
(1)蝶板在启闭操作中受到密封座的反复挤压摩擦,由于摩擦力大而造成操作扭矩较大;
(2)由于蝶板开启时与密封座的反复摩擦,造成蝶阀使用一段时间后密封座与蝶板之间的密封效果明显降低,开始产生泄漏,从而易于损坏,使用寿命低,现有技术的蝶阀在蝶板损坏时,需要更换新的密封件时,需要将管道两端管道拆开,然后将整个蝶阀取出拆开,更换比较繁琐,效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低摩擦长寿命蝶阀,其不仅结构简单,而且蝶板在开启和关闭时没有摩擦,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种低摩擦长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有左右贯穿的通道,所述通道的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板,所述阀板上设有阀孔;所述阀体的侧壁转动连接有下端伸入通道内的套杆,所述通道在套杆的正下方转动连接轴杆,所述套杆和轴杆同轴设置;所述套杆内转动连接有阀杆,所述阀杆的下端伸入轴杆内;所述套杆的下端在阀杆的外侧设有上滑槽,所述轴杆的上端在阀杆的外侧设有下滑槽;所述上滑槽内沿阀杆轴向滑动连接有上滑块,所述下滑槽内沿阀杆轴向滑动连接有下滑块,所述阀杆的外侧设有与上滑块螺纹连接的上螺纹段,以及与下滑块螺纹连接的下螺纹段,所述上螺纹段和下螺纹段方向相反;所述上滑块的左侧铰接有左上连杆,所述下滑块的左侧铰接有与左上连杆相同的左下连杆,所述左上连杆和左下连杆之间铰接有用于控制阀孔通断的左蝶板,所述左蝶板与阀板相互平行。
进一步的,所述上滑块的右侧铰接有右上连杆,所述下滑块的右侧铰接有与右上连杆相同的右下连杆,所述右上连杆和右下连杆之间铰接有用于控制阀孔通断的右蝶板,所述右蝶板与阀板相互平行。
进一步的,所述阀体的外侧设有凸柱,所述套杆转动连接在凸柱内,所述凸柱内在套杆的外侧设有转槽,所述转槽内设有套接在套杆外侧的密封圈,所述转槽的开口处固定安装有套接在阀杆上的堵头。
进一步的,所述堵头的上端固定安装有第一定位盘,所述套杆的上端固定安装有第一手柄,所述第一手柄上铰接有第一定位杆,所述第一手柄和第一定位杆之间设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使第一定位杆的一端抵触在第一定位盘的圆周外侧。
进一步的,所述第一手柄的上端固定安装有第二定位盘,所述阀杆的上端固定安装有第二手柄,所述第二手柄上铰接有第二定位杆,所述第二手柄和第二定位杆之间设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧用于迫使第二定位杆的一端抵触在第二定位盘的圆周外侧。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
(1)本发明的左蝶板在由关闭到开启时,先控制阀杆转动,阀杆转动时通过上螺纹段与上滑块的配合,以及下螺纹段与下滑块的配合,带动上滑块向上运动,下滑块同步向下滑动,进而通过左上连杆和左下连杆将左蝶板与阀板分离,然后再通过套杆旋转左蝶板,左蝶板与阀板之间无摩擦,相比于现有技术摩擦力小,操作扭矩小,且提高了蝶板的使用寿命;右蝶板右关闭到开启时与左蝶板相同。
(2)本发明设置有左蝶板和右蝶板,在左蝶板密封损坏时,可以通过操作套杆,切换到右蝶板正对阀板的位置,因此相比于现有技术的蝶阀,寿命至少延长了一倍,且在切换左蝶板和右蝶板工作位置时,不需要拆卸蝶阀,相比于现有技术的维修效率更高、且更简单。

请参阅图1-6所示,一种低摩擦长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设有左右贯穿的通道1a,所述通道1a的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板1b,所述阀板1b上设有阀孔1c;所述阀体1的侧壁转动连接有下端伸入通道1a内的套杆4,所述通道1a在套杆4的正下方转动连接有轴杆3,所述套杆4和轴杆3同轴设置;所述套杆4内转动连接有阀杆5,所述阀杆5的下端伸入轴杆3内;所述套杆4的下端在阀杆5的外侧设有上滑槽41,所述轴杆3的上端在阀杆5的外侧设有下滑槽31;所述上滑槽41内沿阀杆5轴向滑动连接有上滑块8,所述下滑槽31内沿阀杆5轴向滑动连接有下滑块9,所述阀杆5的外侧设有与上滑块8螺纹连接的上螺纹段51,以及与下滑块9螺纹连接的下螺纹段52,所述上螺纹段51和下螺纹段52方向相反;所述上滑块8的左侧铰接有左上连杆71,所述下滑块9的左侧铰接有与左上连杆71相同的左下连杆72,所述左上连杆71和左下连杆72之间铰接有用于控制阀孔1c通断的左蝶板61,所述左蝶板61与阀板1b相互平行。所述上滑块8的右侧铰接有右上连杆73,所述下滑块9的右侧铰接有与右上连杆73相同的右下连杆74,所述右上连杆73和右下连杆74之间铰接有用于控制阀孔1c通断的右蝶板62,所述右蝶板62与阀板1b相互平行。
所述阀体1的外侧设有凸柱2,所述套杆4转动连接在凸柱2内,所述凸柱2内在套杆4的外侧设有转槽21,所述转槽21内设有套接在套杆4外侧的密封圈22,所述转槽21的开口处固定安装有套接在阀杆5上的堵头23。所述堵头23的上端固定安装有第一定位盘24,所述套杆4的上端固定安装有第一手柄25,所述第一手柄25上铰接有第一定位杆26,所述第一手柄25和第一定位杆26之间设有第一弹簧27,所述第一弹簧27用于迫使第一定位杆26的一端抵触在第一定位盘24的圆周外侧。所述第一手柄25的上端固定安装有第二定位盘28,所述阀杆5的上端固定安装有第二手柄29,所述第二手柄29上铰接有第二定位杆2a,所述第二手柄29和第二定位杆2a之间设有第二弹簧2b,所述第二弹簧2b用于迫使第二定位杆2a的一端抵触在第二定位盘28的圆周外侧。
如图1-2所示,左蝶板61处于将阀孔1c封堵的位置,在需要将蝶阀打开时,首先捏住第二定位杆2a,使第二定位杆2a的一端脱离第二定位盘28的圆周外侧,接着通过第二手柄29转动阀杆5,阀杆5转动时通过上螺纹段51与上滑块8的配合,以及下螺纹段52与下滑块9的配合,带动上滑块8向上运动,下滑块9同步向下滑动,进而通过左上连杆71和左下连杆72将左蝶板61与阀板1b分离,然后再捏住第一定位杆26,使第一定位杆26的一端脱离第一定位盘24的圆周外侧,通过第一手柄25带动套杆4转动,套杆4带动左蝶板61旋转,左蝶板61与阀板1b之间无摩擦,在左蝶板61转至与阀板1b垂直位置时,蝶阀完全打开。再需要将蝶阀关闭时,反向转动套杆4使左蝶板61与阀板1b处于平行位置,接着反向转动阀杆5带动上滑块8向下滑动,下滑块9向上滑动,进而通过左上连杆71和左下连杆72推动左蝶板61压紧在阀板1b上将阀孔1c封堵。
在左蝶板61出现密封损坏时,捏住第一定位杆26,使第一定位杆26的一端脱离第一定位盘24的圆周外侧,通过第一手柄25带动套杆4转动,套杆4带动右蝶板62转至正对阀板1b的位置,此时旋转阀杆5通过上滑块8、右上连杆73、下滑块9、右下连杆74带动右蝶板62封堵或打开阀孔1c。

1.一种低摩擦长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有左右贯穿的通道,其特征在于,所述通道的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板,所述阀板上设有阀孔;所述阀体的侧壁转动连接有下端伸入通道内的套杆,所述通道在套杆的正下方转动连接轴杆,所述套杆和轴杆同轴设置;所述套杆内转动连接有阀杆,所述阀杆的下端伸入轴杆内;所述套杆的下端在阀杆的外侧设有上滑槽,所述轴杆的上端在阀杆的外侧设有下滑槽;所述上滑槽内沿阀杆轴向滑动连接有上滑块,所述下滑槽内沿阀杆轴向滑动连接有下滑块,所述阀杆的外侧设有与上滑块螺纹连接的上螺纹段,以及与下滑块螺纹连接的下螺纹段,所述上螺纹段和下螺纹段方向相反;所述上滑块的左侧铰接有左上连杆,所述下滑块的左侧铰接有与左上连杆相同的左下连杆,所述左上连杆和左下连杆之间铰接有用于控制阀孔通断的左蝶板,所述左蝶板与阀板相互平行;
所述上滑块的右侧铰接有右上连杆,所述下滑块的右侧铰接有与右上连杆相同的右下连杆,所述右上连杆和右下连杆之间铰接有用于控制阀孔通断的右蝶板,所述右蝶板与阀板相互平行;在左蝶板出现密封损坏时,控制套杆转动,套杆带动右蝶板转至正对阀板的位置,此时旋转阀杆通过上滑块、右上连杆、下滑块、右下连杆带动右蝶板封堵或打开阀孔;
所述阀体的外侧设有凸柱,所述套杆转动连接在凸柱内,所述凸柱内在套杆的外侧设有转槽,所述转槽内设有套接在套杆外侧的密封圈,所述转槽的开口处固定安装有套接在阀杆上的堵头;
所述堵头的上端固定安装有第一定位盘,所述套杆的上端固定安装有第一手柄,所述第一手柄上铰接有第一定位杆,所述第一手柄和第一定位杆之间设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使第一定位杆的一端抵触在第一定位盘的圆周外侧;
所述第一手柄的上端固定安装有第二定位盘,所述阀杆的上端固定安装有第二手柄,所述第二手柄上铰接有第二定位杆,所述第二手柄和第二定位杆之间设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧用于迫使第二定位杆的一端抵触在第二定位盘的圆周外侧。
