本发明公开了一种长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有左右贯穿的通道,其特征在于,所述通道的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板,所述阀板上设有锥孔;所述阀体的侧壁转动连接有下端伸入通道内的阀杆,所述通道在阀杆的正下方转动连接轴杆;所述阀杆在靠近下端的侧面设有上凸块,所述轴杆在靠近上端的侧面设有下凸块,所述上凸块和下凸块之间转动连接有阀块;所述阀块的两侧对称设有第一密封锥面和第二密封锥面,所述第一密封锥面上设有第一密封圈,所述第二密封锥面上设有第二密封圈;所述阀杆内转动连接有调节杆,所述调节杆的下端伸入通道内,所述阀块和调节杆的下端之间设有传动组件;该蝶阀不仅结构简单,而且阀块的密封圈更换简单。

Description

一种长寿命蝶阀
技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门的技术领域,尤其涉及一种长寿命蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀主要由阀体、阀杆、蝶板和阀座组成。阀体呈圆筒形,轴向长度短,碟板位于阀体内。工作时,蝶板由阀杆带动,若转过90°,便能完成一次启闭,而改变蝶板的偏转角度,即可控制介质的流量。目前,蝶阀主要用于石油、化工、水电、给排水、冶炼、能源、发生炉、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保、建筑给排水等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。由于蝶板在启闭操作中受到密封座的反复挤压摩擦而造成磨损,因此在使用一段时间后密封座与蝶板之间的密封效果明显降低,开始产生泄漏,从而易于损坏,且更换任何一个部件均较为繁琐;如何延长蝶阀的使用寿命是本技术领域内多年寻求解决的主要问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种长寿命蝶阀,其不仅结构简单,而且阀块的密封锥面和密封圈更换简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有左右贯穿的通道,所述通道的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板,所述阀板上设有锥孔;所述阀体的侧壁转动连接有下端伸入通道内的阀杆,所述通道在阀杆的正下方转动连接轴杆,所述阀杆和轴杆同轴设置;所述阀杆在靠近下端的侧面设有上凸块,所述轴杆在靠近上端的侧面设有下凸块,所述上凸块和下凸块之间转动连接有用于控制锥孔通断的阀块;所述阀块的两侧对称设有第一密封锥面和第二密封锥面,所述第一密封锥面上设有第一密封圈,所述第二密封锥面上设有第二密封圈;所述阀杆内转动连接有调节杆,所述调节杆的下端伸入通道内,所述阀块和调节杆的下端之间设有传动组件,在调节杆转动时,通过传动组件带动阀块转动。
进一步的,所述阀块的外侧设有转动连接在上凸块内的上转轴,以及转动连接在下凸块内的下转轴;所述传动组件包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮固定安装在调节杆的下端,所述第二齿轮固定安装在上转轴上且与第一齿轮啮合。
进一步的,所述锥孔的锥角与第一密封锥面和第二密封锥面的锥角相同。
进一步的,所述锥孔的内锥面上设有第三密封圈。
进一步的,在蝶阀关闭时,阀块与阀板的法线垂直,且第一密封锥面或第二密封锥面将锥孔封堵;在蝶阀打开时,阀块与阀板的法线平行。
进一步的,所述阀体的外侧设有凸柱,所述阀杆转动连接在凸柱内,所述凸柱内在阀杆的外侧设有转槽,所述转槽内设有套接在阀杆外侧的密封套,所述转槽的开口处固定安装有套接在阀杆上的堵头。
进一步的,所述堵头的上端固定安装有第一定位盘,所述阀杆的上端固定安装有第一手柄,所述第一手柄上铰接有第一定位杆,所述第一手柄和第一定位杆之间设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使第一定位杆的一端抵触在第一定位盘的圆周外侧。
进一步的,所述第一手柄的上端固定安装有第二定位盘,所述调节杆的上端固定安装有第二手柄,所述第二手柄上铰接有第二定位杆,所述第二手柄和第二定位杆之间设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧用于迫使第二定位杆的一端抵触在第二定位盘的圆周外侧。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
本发明在阀块上设置有第一密封锥面和第二密封锥面,且第一密封锥面上设有第一密封圈,第二密封锥面上设有第二密封圈,在第一密封圈损坏时,可以通过操作调节杆和阀杆,切换到第二密封锥面处于工作位置,因此相比于现有技术的蝶阀,寿命至少延长了一倍,且在切换第一密封锥面或第二密封锥面处于工作位置时,不需要拆卸蝶阀,相比于现有技术的维修效率更高、且更简单。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-6所示,一种长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设有左右贯穿的通道101,所述通道101的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板102,所述阀板102上设有锥孔103,所述锥孔103的内锥面上设有第三密封圈105;所述阀体1的侧壁转动连接有下端伸入通道101内的阀杆5,所述通道101在阀杆5的正下方转动连接轴杆7,所述阀杆5和轴杆7同轴设置;所述阀杆5在靠近下端的侧面设有上凸块51,所述轴杆7在靠近上端的侧面设有下凸块71,所述上凸块51和下凸块71之间转动连接有用于控制锥孔103通断的阀块2;在蝶阀关闭时,阀块2与阀板102的法线垂直;在蝶阀打开时,阀块2与阀板102的法线平行。所述阀块2的两侧对称设有第一密封锥面2a和第二密封锥面2b,所述第一密封锥面2a上设有第一密封圈21,所述第二密封锥面2b上设有第二密封圈22;所述锥孔103的锥角与第一密封锥面2a和第二密封锥面2b的锥角相同。所述阀杆5内转动连接有调节杆6,所述调节杆6的下端伸入通道101内,所述阀块2和调节杆6的下端之间设有传动组件,在调节杆6转动时,通过传动组件带动阀块2转动。
所述阀块2的外侧设有转动连接在上凸块51内的上转轴2c,以及转动连接在下凸块71内的下转轴2d;所述传动组件包括第一齿轮4和第二齿轮3,所述第一齿轮4固定安装在调节杆6的下端,所述第二齿轮3固定安装在上转轴2c上且与第一齿轮4啮合。
所述阀体1的外侧设有凸柱1a,所述阀杆5转动连接在凸柱1a内,所述凸柱1a内在阀杆5的外侧设有转槽1b,所述转槽1b内设有套接在阀杆5外侧的密封套1c,所述转槽1b的开口处固定安装有套接在阀杆5上的堵头1d。所述堵头1d的上端固定安装有第一定位盘1e,所述阀杆5的上端固定安装有第一手柄1f,所述第一手柄1f上铰接有第一定位杆1g,所述第一手柄1f和第一定位杆1g之间设有第一弹簧1h,所述第一弹簧1h用于迫使第一定位杆1g的一端抵触在第一定位盘1e的圆周外侧。所述第一手柄1f的上端固定安装有第二定位盘1i,所述调节杆6的上端固定安装有第二手柄1j,所述第二手柄1j上铰接有第二定位杆1k,所述第二手柄1j和第二定位杆1k之间设有第二弹簧1m,所述第二弹簧1m用于迫使第二定位杆1k的一端抵触在第二定位盘1i的圆周外侧。
如图1-2所示,第一密封锥面2a处于工作位置,且第一密封圈21与第三密封圈105配合将锥孔103封堵,在需要将蝶阀打开时,首先捏住第一定位杆1g,使第一定位杆1g的一端脱离第一定位盘1e的圆周外侧,接着通过第一手柄1f转动阀杆5,阀杆5转动时带动位于上凸块51和下凸块71之间的阀块2绕阀杆5转动,从而将锥孔103打开,在阀块2转至与阀板102的法线相互平行时,如图3-4所示,蝶阀完全打开。再需要将蝶阀关闭时,反向转动阀杆5,带动位于上凸块51和下凸块71之间的阀块2绕阀杆5反向转动,在阀块2转至与阀板102的法线垂直时,第一密封锥面2a伸入锥孔103内,且第一密封圈21与第三密封圈105配合将锥孔103封堵。
在第一密封锥面2a上的第一密封圈21出现损坏时,先控制阀块2转至图5-6所示的位置,然后捏住第二定位杆1k,使第二定位杆1k的一端脱离第二定位盘1i的圆周外侧,通过第二手柄1j带调节杆6转动,调节杆6转动时带动第一齿轮4转动,第一齿轮4通过与其啮合的第二齿轮3带动上转轴2c转动,上转轴2c带动阀块2绕上转轴2c转动180°,使得第二密封锥面2b处于工作的位置,从而通过第二密封锥面2b控制锥孔103的打开或关闭。

1.一种长寿命蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有左右贯穿的通道,其特征在于,所述通道的内侧壁沿径向设有阀板,所述阀板上设有锥孔;所述阀体的侧壁转动连接有下端伸入通道内的阀杆,所述通道在阀杆的正下方转动连接轴杆,所述阀杆和轴杆同轴设置;所述阀杆在靠近下端的侧面设有上凸块,所述轴杆在靠近上端的侧面设有下凸块,所述上凸块和下凸块之间转动连接有用于控制锥孔通断的阀块;所述阀块的两侧对称设有第一密封锥面和第二密封锥面,所述第一密封锥面上设有第一密封圈,所述第二密封锥面上设有第二密封圈;所述阀杆内转动连接有调节杆,所述调节杆的下端伸入通道内,所述阀块和调节杆的下端之间设有传动组件,在调节杆转动时,通过传动组件带动阀块转动;
所述阀块的外侧设有转动连接在上凸块内的上转轴,以及转动连接在下凸块内的下转轴;所述传动组件包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮固定安装在调节杆的下端,所述第二齿轮固定安装在上转轴上且与第一齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命蝶阀,其特征在于,所述锥孔的锥角与第一密封锥面和第二密封锥面的锥角相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命蝶阀,其特征在于,所述锥孔的内锥面上设有第三密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命蝶阀,其特征在于,在蝶阀关闭时,阀块与阀板的法线垂直,且第一密封锥面或第二密封锥面将锥孔封堵;在蝶阀打开时,阀块与阀板的法线平行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体的外侧设有凸柱,所述阀杆转动连接在凸柱内,所述凸柱内在阀杆的外侧设有转槽,所述转槽内设有套接在阀杆外侧的密封套,所述转槽的开口处固定安装有套接在阀杆上的堵头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的长寿命蝶阀,其特征在于,所述堵头的上端固定安装有第一定位盘,所述阀杆的上端固定安装有第一手柄,所述第一手柄上铰接有第一定位杆,所述第一手柄和第一定位杆之间设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使第一定位杆的一端抵触在第一定位盘的圆周外侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的长寿命蝶阀,其特征在于,所述第一手柄的上端固定安装有第二定位盘,所述调节杆的上端固定安装有第二手柄,所述第二手柄上铰接有第二定位杆,所述第二手柄和第二定位杆之间设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧用于迫使第二定位杆的一端抵触在第二定位盘的圆周外侧。
