本发明公开了一种低操作扭矩蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有通道,所述阀体的侧面转动连接有一端伸入通道内的套杆和轴杆,所述套杆上安装有第一手柄;所述套杆和轴杆在伸入通道内的一端之间固定安装有阀板,所述阀板内沿套杆的轴向设有安装槽,所述安装槽的开口处固定安装有盖板,所述阀板和盖板内设有同轴的泄压孔,所述安装槽内沿套杆的轴向滑动连接有用于控制泄压孔通断的闸板,所述套杆内设有芯轴,所述芯轴的下端伸入安装槽内与所述闸板沿轴向固定连接且沿圆周方向转动连接,所述芯轴的上端伸出套杆且安装有第二手柄,所述套杆的侧壁上设有螺旋槽;芯轴的外侧面设有凸起;该蝶阀有预泄压功能,可以降低阀板开启时的力矩。

一种低操作扭矩蝶阀
技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种低操作扭矩蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的翻板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。当蝶阀用于大口径管道时,特别是在高压的工况下,管道内的介质对阀板产生的压力很大,在开启时,阀杆所承受的扭矩很大,需要阀门开启时的扭矩也很大,配套的驱动装置的输出力矩相应也很大,致使阀门的结构庞大;当阀体由关闭至打开状态时,由于阀体内的压强较大,工作人员在扳动把手时,依然会有较大的扭矩,难以打开,给工作人员带来较大的工作难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低操作扭矩蝶阀,其不仅结构简单,而且有预泄压功能,降低阀板开启时的力矩。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有通道,所述阀体的侧面转动连接有一端伸入通道内的套杆和轴杆,所述套杆和轴杆同轴设置,所述套杆的另一端伸出到阀体外且固定安装有第一手柄;所述套杆和轴杆在伸入通道内的一端之间固定安装有用于控制通道通断的阀板,所述阀板内沿套杆的轴向设有安装槽,所述安装槽的开口处固定安装有盖板,所述阀板和盖板内设有同轴的泄压孔,所述安装槽内沿套杆的轴向滑动连接有用于控制泄压孔通断的闸板,所述套杆内设有芯轴,所述芯轴的下端伸入安装槽内与所述闸板沿轴向固定连接且沿圆周方向转动连接,所述芯轴的上端伸出套杆且安装有第二手柄,所述套杆的侧壁上沿圆周方向设有螺旋槽;所述芯轴的外侧面设有伸入螺旋槽内的凸起;通过旋转第二手柄可以带动所述凸起沿所述螺旋槽运动,进而带动闸板上下运动,以控制泄压孔的通断。
进一步的技术方案中,所述闸板的上端设有倒T字形滑槽,所述芯轴的下端设有伸入倒T字形滑槽内的凸肩。
进一步的技术方案中,所述阀体的侧面设有凸柱,所述凸柱内在套杆的外侧设有密封槽,所述密封槽内设有套接在套杆上的密封圈,所述密封槽的上端开口处固定安装有套接在套杆上的螺堵,所述螺堵用于防止密封圈脱离密封槽。
进一步的技术方案中,所述螺堵上固定安装有第一定位盘,所述第一定位盘的外圆周侧面设有第一定位凹槽,所述第一手柄上铰接有第一定位把手,所述第一定位把手与第一手柄之间设有受压缩的第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使第一定位把手上的一端伸入第一定位凹槽之间。
进一步的技术方案中,所述套杆的上端面上固定安装有第二定位盘,所述第二定位盘的外圆周侧面设有第二定位凹槽,所述第二手柄上铰接有第二定位把手,所述第二定位把手与第二手柄的之间设有受压缩的第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧用于迫使第二定位把手上的一端伸入第二定位凹槽之间。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
设置有闸板,在阀板旋转之前先使闸板开启泄压,可以减小操作力矩,使调节更加方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-3所示,一种蝶阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设有通道111,所述阀体1的侧面转动连接有一端伸入通道111内的套杆3和轴杆10,所述套杆3和轴杆10同轴设置,所述套杆3的另一端伸出到阀体1外且固定安装有第一手柄5;所述套杆3和轴杆10在伸入通道111内的一端之间固定安装有用于控制通道111通断的阀板2,所述阀板2内沿套杆3的轴向设有安装槽22,所述安装槽22的开口处固定安装有盖板23,所述阀板2和盖板23内设有同轴的泄压孔21,所述安装槽22内沿套杆3的轴向滑动连接有用于控制泄压孔21通断的闸板8,所述套杆3内设有芯轴4,所述闸板8的上端设有倒T字形滑槽81,所述芯轴4的下端伸入安装槽22内且设有伸入倒T字形滑槽81内的凸肩43,所述芯轴4的上端伸出套杆3且安装有第二手柄7,所述套杆3的侧壁上沿圆周方向设有螺旋槽31;所述芯轴4的外侧面设有伸入螺旋槽31内的凸起41;通过旋转第二手柄7可以带动所述凸起41沿所述螺旋槽31运动,进而带动闸板8上下运动,以控制泄压孔21的通断。。
所述阀体1的侧面设有凸柱114,所述凸柱114内在套杆3的外侧设有密封槽115,所述密封槽115内设有套接在套杆3上的密封圈116,所述密封槽115的上端开口处固定安装有套接在套杆3上的螺堵117,所述螺堵117用于防止密封圈116脱离密封槽115。
所述螺堵117上固定安装有第一定位盘61,所述第一定位盘61的外圆周侧面设有第一定位凹槽(现有技术未在图上示出),所述第一手柄5上铰接有第一定位把手51,所述第一定位把手51与第一手柄之间设有受压缩的第一弹簧52,所述第一弹簧52用于迫使第一定位把手51上的一端伸入第一定位凹槽之间。所述套杆3的上端面上固定安装有第二定位盘62,所述第二定位盘62的外圆周侧面设有第二定位凹槽,所述第二手柄7上铰接有第二定位把手71,所述第二定位把手71与第二手柄7的之间设有受压缩的第二弹簧72,所述第二弹簧72用于迫使第二定位把手71上的一端伸入第二定位凹槽之间。
如图1所示,当蝶阀处于关闭位置时,凸起41处于螺旋槽31的最下端,第二定位把手71的一端卡到第二定位凹槽内,使芯轴4不会旋转且处于最下端位置,进而使闸板8关闭泄压孔21;同时,第一定位把手51的一端伸入第一定位凹槽之间,使阀板2处于关闭位置且不会翻转。
当需要打开蝶阀时,首先向上捏第二定位把手71,使第二定位把手71的一端脱离第二定位盘62的第二定位凹槽,然后旋转第二手柄7,第二手柄7带动芯轴4旋转,芯轴4上的凸起41沿螺旋槽31滑动上升,进而带动闸板8上升,打开泄压孔21进行泄压,当凸起41位于螺旋槽31的最上端位置时,闸板8完全开启,左右两侧的通道通过泄压孔21连通,从而将高压一侧的压力预先卸掉。然后松开第二定位把手71,使第二定位把手71上的一端伸入第二定位凹槽之间,旋转第一手柄5,会带动套杆3旋转,进而带动阀板2转动,将蝶阀开启。
当需要关闭蝶阀时,先回转第一手柄5到达关闭位置,然后再回转第二手柄7带动闸板8向下运动关闭泄压孔21,就可以完成蝶阀的关闭。

1.一种低操作扭矩蝶阀,其特征在于,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有通道,所述阀体的侧面转动连接有一端伸入通道内的套杆和轴杆,所述套杆和轴杆同轴设置,所述套杆的另一端伸出到阀体外且固定安装有第一手柄;所述套杆和轴杆在伸入通道内的一端之间固定安装有用于控制通道通断的阀板,所述阀板内沿套杆的轴向设有安装槽,所述安装槽的开口处固定安装有盖板,所述阀板和盖板内设有同轴的泄压孔,所述安装槽内沿套杆的轴向滑动连接有用于控制泄压孔通断的闸板,所述套杆内设有芯轴,所述芯轴的下端伸入安装槽内与所述闸板沿轴向固定连接且沿圆周方向转动连接,所述芯轴的上端伸出套杆且安装有第二手柄,所述套杆的侧壁上沿圆周方向设有螺旋槽;所述芯轴的外侧面设有伸入螺旋槽内的凸起;通过旋转第二手柄可以带动所述凸起沿所述螺旋槽运动,进而带动闸板上下运动,以控制泄压孔的通断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低操作扭矩蝶阀,其特征在于,所述闸板的上端设有倒T字形滑槽,所述芯轴的下端设有伸入倒T字形滑槽内的凸肩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低操作扭矩蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体的侧面设有凸柱,所述凸柱内在套杆的外侧设有密封槽,所述密封槽内设有套接在套杆上的密封圈,所述密封槽的上端开口处固定安装有套接在套杆上的螺堵,所述螺堵用于防止密封圈脱离密封槽。
4.根据权利要求4所述的低操作扭矩蝶阀,其特征在于,所述螺堵上固定安装有第一定位盘,所述第一定位盘的外圆周侧面设有第一定位凹槽,所述第一手柄上铰接有第一定位把手,所述第一定位把手与第一手柄之间设有受压缩的第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧用于迫使第一定位把手上的一端伸入第一定位凹槽之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的低操作扭矩蝶阀,其特征在于,所述套杆的上端面上固定安装有第二定位盘,所述第二定位盘的外圆周侧面设有第二定位凹槽,所述第二手柄上铰接有第二定位把手,所述第二定位把手与第二手柄的之间设有受压缩的第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧用于迫使第二定位把手上的一端伸入第二定位凹槽之间。
