as shown in fig. 4, when the second stacking plate 25 moves the goods onto the stacking support plate 9, as shown in fig. 2, the goods extrude the limiting plate 11 with the arc-shaped cross section at the front end, so that the limiting plates 11 symmetrically arranged at the left and the right are opened, the first clamping plate 13 slides in the second positioning plate 16 connected with the clamping groove of the first clamping plate, the positioning magnetic strip 14 and the positioning iron strip 15 are separated from the magnetic connection, when the goods move to the stacking supporting plate 9, the first springs 10 which are symmetrically arranged push the limit plates 11 to enable the inner sides of the limit plates 11 to be tightly attached to the outer sides of the goods, the positioning magnetic strips 14 and the positioning iron strips 15 which are fixed on the first clamping plates 13 are magnetically connected, so that the stability of the first positioning plates 12 and the second positioning plates 16 can be ensured, when the second stacking plate 25 drives the goods to the goods shelf, the goods are separated from the limiting plate 11, and the front side of the limiting plate 11 is of an arc-shaped structure, so that the goods can be conveniently moved;
as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, when the running gear 2 needs to be adjusted according to the size of the track, the adjusting rod 30 is rotated on the supporting base 1, the thread directions of the front end and the rear end of the outer side of the adjusting rod 30 are opposite, when the adjusting rod 30 rotates, the running gear 31 screwed on the outer side of the adjusting rod 30 moves, the running gears 31 symmetrically distributed in the front and the rear move in opposite directions, the position of the running gear 31 can be quickly adjusted, the third spring 32 fixed at equal intervals on the running gear 31 pushes the mounting plate 33 connected with the third spring to the outer side, the mounting plate 33 is clamped in the track, the auxiliary balls 34 are arranged at equal intervals in the mounting plate 33, the auxiliary balls 34 roll in the mounting plate 33, the movement of the mounting plate 33 is assisted, the running gear 31 is suitable for tracks of different types, and the movement of the running gear 31 is not influenced;
as shown in fig. 8, when the parts mounted in the supporting base 1 need to be overhauled, the storage box 35 is pulled outward, the positioning magnetic plate 36 fixed on the storage box 35 is separated from the magnetic connection with the positioning iron plate 37, the parts in the storage box 35 can be overhauled and replaced, and the storage box 35 with a porous structure at the bottom can ensure the heat dissipation of the parts.
A series of operations of the programmable three-dimensional storage rail type stacker crane are completed, and the contents which are not described in detail in the present specification belong to the prior art which is well known to those skilled in the art.
The standard parts used in the invention can be purchased from the market, the special-shaped parts can be customized according to the description of the specification and the accompanying drawings, the specific connection mode of each part adopts conventional means such as bolts, rivets, welding and the like mature in the prior art, the machines, the parts and equipment adopt conventional models in the prior art, and the circuit connection adopts the conventional connection mode in the prior art, so that the detailed description is omitted.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A programmable three-dimensional storage rail type stacker crane is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a supporting base (1), wherein a traveling mechanism (2) which is matched with a rail and can adjust the distance between traveling row wheels (31) through an adjusting rod (30) to adapt to the width specification of the rail is arranged on the outer side of the supporting base (1), a driving motor (3) for lifting driving is arranged on the rear side above the supporting base (1), and a stacking support (4) for supporting a main body is welded in the middle of the upper part of the supporting base (1);
wherein, a conveying mechanism for lifting adjustment is arranged in the stacking support (4);
the stacking device comprises a stacking support plate (9), wherein a driving cylinder (22) is installed on the upper side of the stacking support plate (9), a stacking mechanism for playing a stacking role is arranged at the output end of the driving cylinder (22), and a limiting mechanism for fixing a workpiece is arranged on the inner side of the stacking support plate (9), wherein the limiting mechanism has no requirement on the diameter size of the workpiece, and is positioned on the two sides above the stacking mechanism;
the stacking mechanism comprises a driving air cylinder (22) for linear driving, a first stacking plate (23) and a second stacking plate (25) for stacking cargos and a supporting air bag (24) for lifting and supporting the first stacking plate (23) and the second stacking plate (25);
the emergency braking device comprises a trigger alarm (17), wherein an emergency braking mechanism (18) which can be braked emergently when an accident occurs is installed on the outer side of the trigger alarm (17), and a triggering mechanism which can generate an electric signal to the trigger alarm (17) when being extruded is arranged on the lower side of the trigger alarm (17);
wherein the bottom of the supporting base (1) is provided with a storage box (35) capable of placing spare parts.

The programmable stereoscopic warehousing rail-type stacker crane of claim 1, wherein: conveying mechanism includes drive mechanism (5), transfer line (6), gag lever post (7) and connecting plate (8), drive mechanism (5) are installed to the output of driving motor (3), and the upside of drive mechanism (5) is connected with transfer line (6), the outside threaded connection of transfer line (6) has gliding connecting plate (8) in stack support (4), and equal draw-in groove is connected with gag lever post (7) around the inside of connecting plate (8) simultaneously, the inboard of connecting plate (8) is fixed with stack backup pad (9).

The programmable stereoscopic warehousing rail-type stacker crane of claim 1, wherein: the limiting mechanism comprises a first spring (10), a limiting plate (11), a first positioning plate (12) and a second positioning plate (16), the outer end of the first spring (10) is symmetrically welded on the inner side of the stacking supporting plate (9), and the limiting plate (11) with the front cross section in an arc-shaped structure is mounted at the inner end of the first spring (10);
wherein the rear side of the limiting plate (11) is integrally provided with a first locating plate (12), and the limiting plates (11) are arranged in the stacking support plate (9) in a bilateral symmetry manner.

A programmable stocker with rail type stocker crane according to claim 3, wherein: a first positioning plate (12) is fixed on the rear side of the limiting plate (11), a first clamping plate (13) is welded at the left end of the first positioning plate (12), and a positioning magnetic strip (14) is integrally arranged on the left side of the first clamping plate (13);
the left side magnetism of location magnetic stripe (14) is connected with location ironbar (15), and the outside of location ironbar (15) is fixed with second locating plate (16) of being connected with first cardboard (13) draw-in groove to second locating plate (16) are fixed on left side limiting plate (11).

The programmable stereoscopic warehousing rail-type stacker crane of claim 1, wherein: the output end of the driving cylinder (22) is provided with a first stacking plate (23), the upper side of the first stacking plate (23) is fixed with a supporting air bag (24), and the upper side of the supporting air bag (24) is connected with a second stacking plate (25) with the longitudinal section of an L-shaped structure.

The programmable stereoscopic warehousing rail-type stacker crane of claim 1, wherein: the outer side of the supporting air bag (24) is connected with an inflating mechanism for inflating and deflating the supporting air bag (24), wherein the inflating mechanism comprises an air supply pipe (26), a winding post (27) and an air pump (29), the front end of the supporting air bag (24) is provided with the air supply pipe (26), and the air supply pipe (26) is wound on the outer side of the winding post (27);
a coil spring (28) for resetting is installed at the bottom end of the winding post (27), and an air pump (29) fixed on the stacking support plate (9) is installed at the front end of the air feed pipe (26).

The programmable stereoscopic warehousing rail-type stacker crane of claim 1, wherein: the outside of running gear (2) is provided with carries out the adjustment mechanism who adjusts according to the track width, and wherein adjustment mechanism is including adjusting pole (30) and walking gang wheel (31), the inside of supporting base (1) is rotated and is connected with front and back both ends screw opposite direction's regulation pole (30), and the outside swing joint of adjusting pole (30) has gliding walking gang wheel (31) in supporting base (1).
