Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置及方法,装置结构中包括挤出机、在挤出机下方设置的浇筑成型及冷却装置,所述的浇筑成型及冷却装置包括一个金属模具辊、一个与金属模具辊压紧的胶辊、以及至少一个冷却辊,金属模具辊与胶辊为对搓辊结构,在金属模具辊的辊面上设置有横纵交错的沟槽。本装置的生产效率极高,通过金属模具辊与胶辊的对辊成型方式,可以将生产线的速率提升到20米每分钟,更重要的是可以实现对较稀物料的成型,减少了传统方式中先对物料加工成板材以及对板材进行打孔的工序,进一步提高了生产效率。选用合适的原材料,可以使得生产出的塑料防护网的抗拉强度以及抗紫外线性能具有大幅度的提高,更适合用于户外使用。

基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置
技术领域
本发明属于塑料防护网的生产技术领域,具体涉及到一种基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,特别是在原料为较稀状态下加工为一体结构的塑料网的生产装置。
背景技术
目前的塑料防护网具有很多用途,例如土工格栅网,聚丙烯材料,主要用于铺设路基使用,或者作为护栏使用,以及在家禽养殖中对禽舍进行铺设家禽脚踩面使用。这种塑料网的要求是坚实耐用,抗腐蚀,柔韧性好。针对这种聚丙烯材料的特殊性,现有的塑料网大多采用两种方式制成:1、将加工好的塑料条进行编织或热熔拼接;2、对整块塑料板进行阵列打孔,再进行横向与纵向的拉伸。以上两种现有工艺中各有利弊,编织的方法加工工艺相对简单,但由于是拼接的方式,故强度方面无法进行满足。而整块塑料板通过打孔拉伸后解决了一体结构的问题,相对强度大,但从成本方面相对要较高。
随着塑料防护网在更多领域中的应用,也带来了更多的要求。例如作为风沙较大的西北部地区,需要在户外铺设防风抑沙网,由于在户外紫外线较强以及风沙较大的环境因素,因此普通的塑料网也需要更多的适应性调整。
为解决现有技术中的弊端,目前已经有PET材料以及BOPET材料,这些材料的成本相对更加低廉,这些材料大多是在室内或者环境不太恶劣的情况下做成薄膜。由于它的流动性较强,如果要做成网材,还需要对其工艺进行全新设计,使其达到强度、韧性以及适应室外环境的性能。特别适用于PET、BOPET、PETG和RPET等较稀原料的加工。
发明内容
本发明为解决PET或BOPET材料因流动性较强而带来的不好制作成强度及韧性较高的塑料网的技术难题,设计了一种基于PET或BOPET材料因流动性较强的情况下来制作出塑料防护网的生产装置,通过全新设计生产装置来实现塑料防护网的生产。
本发明的技术方案是,基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,所述的生产装置包括挤出机、在挤出机下方设置的浇筑成型及冷却装置,关键是:所述的浇筑成型及冷却装置包括一个金属模具辊、一个与金属模具辊压紧的胶辊、以及至少一个冷却辊,金属模具辊与胶辊为对搓辊结构,在金属模具辊的辊面上设置有横纵交错的沟槽。
所述的金属模具辊与胶辊借助压力机构挤紧,挤压力设置为10-100N。
所述的沟槽的槽宽为20-500mm,槽深为5-100mm。
所述的金属模具辊和不锈钢胶辊的温度控制在20-70℃。
所述的金属模具辊的材质为不锈钢材质。
所述的沟槽的截面形状为矩形、或三角形、或梯形、或半圆形。
在冷却辊的出料方向还设置有拉伸机构。
本发明的有益效果是,本装置的生产效率极高,通过金属模具辊与胶辊的对辊成型方式,可以将生产线的速率提升到20米每分钟,更重要的是可以实现对较稀物料的成型,减少了传统方式中先对物料加工成板材以及对板材进行打孔的工序,进一步提高了生产效率。对于较稀物料的使用,也打破了常规塑料防护网产品的性能,选用合适的原材料,可以使得生产出的塑料防护网的抗拉强度以及抗紫外线性能具有大幅度的提高,更适合用于户外使用。

具体实施方式
参看图1至图3,基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,所述的生产装置包括挤出机1、在挤出机1下方设置的浇筑成型及冷却装置,关键是:所述的浇筑成型及冷却装置包括一个金属模具辊2、一个与金属模具辊2压紧的胶辊3、以及至少一个冷却辊4,金属模具辊2与胶辊3为对搓辊结构,在金属模具辊2的辊面上设置有横纵交错的沟槽5。
为了保证金属模具辊2与胶辊3之间紧密接触,所述的金属模具辊2与胶辊3借助压力机构挤紧,挤压力设置为10-100N。所述的沟槽5的槽宽为20-500mm,槽深为5-100mm,可以根据不同的需求制作出系列防护网产品,同时一定的沟槽5的深度和宽度可以保证生产出的防护网的强度高以及抗紫外线效果好。由于挤出机1挤出的物料温度较高,为了实现对物料冷却的同时还要保证物料快速成型且不破坏材料的理化性能,所述的金属模具辊2和不锈钢胶辊3的温度控制在20-70℃。所述的金属模具辊2的材质为不锈钢材质,可以保证产品成型后的形状。另外即使如此,由于挤出机1挤出的物料较稀,金属模具辊2中非沟槽部位虽然与胶辊3之间紧密接触,但在成型后也有较小几率成型为非常薄的膜片,此膜片和防护网的筋条为一体结构,由于此膜片厚度非常薄,不影响产品的所有性能,可以用手轻轻捅破,或者无需对其进行处理。所述的沟槽5的截面形状为矩形、或三角形、或梯形、或半圆形。在冷却辊4的出料方向还设置有拉伸机构6,本生产装置通过金属模具辊2与胶辊3的对挤直接可成型防护网产品,而后续如果通过拉伸机构6再单向或双向或多向拉伸后,其产品的韧性能够更好,这取决于实际场景使用需求。

1.基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,所述的生产装置包括挤出机(1)、在挤出机(1)下方设置的浇筑成型及冷却装置,其特征在于:所述的浇筑成型及冷却装置包括一个金属模具辊(2)、一个与金属模具辊(2)压紧的胶辊(3)、以及至少一个冷却辊(4),金属模具辊(2)与胶辊(3)为对搓辊结构,在金属模具辊(2)的辊面上设置有横纵交错的沟槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,其特征在于:所述的金属模具辊(2)与胶辊(3)借助压力机构挤紧,挤压力设置为10-100N。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,其特征在于:所述的沟槽(5)的槽宽为20-500mm,槽深为5-100mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,其特征在于:所述的金属模具辊(2)和不锈钢胶辊(3)的温度控制在20-70℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于PET或BOPET塑料防护网的生产装置,其特征在于:所述的金属模具辊(2)的材质为不锈钢材质。
