The control module comprises a control console and a processor integrated in the control console, the control console is electrically connected with the dust removal module 7 and the detection module 9 through the processor, and the control console 15 is installed on the side or the top of the disc conveying platform through a supporting arm 14.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in another embodiment of the present invention, the disc conveying platform includes a frame 16 and a conveying platform movably mounted on the frame 16, a rotary driving member is mounted at the bottom of the frame 16, and the rotary driving member drives the conveying platform to rotate; one side of the conveying table is provided with a feeding table 1, and the feeding table 1 is provided with a feeding station 2 for feeding.
The rotary driving part comprises a stepping motor 10, and the output end of the stepping motor 10 is in transmission connection with an external tooth slewing bearing 11. The outer tooth slewing bearing 11 and the conveying table are concentrically arranged, and the stepping motor 10 drives the conveying table to rotate through the outer tooth slewing bearing 11, so that the wine bottle caps are conveyed.

Referring to fig. 1-3, in another embodiment of the present invention, the dust removal module includes an air nozzle and an air feeding member connected to the air nozzle, the air nozzle is installed outside the disc conveying platform through an expansion member, and the expansion member drives the air nozzle to lift; the detection module comprises a sensor and an air pumping part, the air pumping part seals a workpiece to form a closed space and pumps air in the closed space, and the sensor detects the air pressure in the closed space and feeds back detection data to the control module.
The air supply piece adopts an electric air pump, the electric air pump is connected with the processor, and the processor controls the electric air pump to supply high-pressure air to the air faucet; the extensible member can select electric putter, electric putter drives the air cock and stretches into or stretch out the dust removal storehouse, removes dust to the beverage bottle lid. The air exhaust part comprises an exhaust fan, a detection port is arranged in the detection bin, the exhaust fan extracts gas of the detection port to form negative pressure, the negative pressure adsorbs a wine bottle cap in the detection bin to form a closed space, the sensor detects the air pressure borne by the wine bottle cap, the feedback detection data is provided for the control module, and the sensor selects a pressure sensor.
