And S4, starting the speed reducing motor assembly to drive the transmission shaft and the chain wheel and the chain of the circulating unit frame to rotate when the bottom layer airing period is up. And the airing circulating unit hung on the chain is lifted to the previous layer (lifted by about 1.6m) for circulating airing.
And S5, at the moment, the bottom layer of the circulating unit rack is empty, and the procedures S1 and S2 are repeated to replenish fresh tobacco leaves and compile stalks.
And S6, starting the speed reducing motor assembly to drive the transmission shaft and the chain wheel and the chain of the circulating unit frame to rotate when the bottom layer and the second layer are aired. And (4) lifting the airing circulation units hung on the first layer and the second layer of the chain to the previous layer (about 1.6m) for circulation airing.
S7, the bottom layer of the circulation unit rack is empty. Repeating the steps S1 and S2, and supplementing fresh tobacco leaves to the bottom layer of the circulating unit frame; repeating the above operation can distribute each circulation unit rack one by one.
And S8, when the top layer airing period is reached, opening the tobacco taking frame through the electric controller, grabbing and airing the circulating units by the manipulator one by one, putting the units into the tobacco falling frame, and taking the units to fall on the ground for collection by the tobacco falling frame.
At this time, the circulation unit shelf is empty, and the above-described operations of steps S1-S8 are repeated to achieve the circulation drying target.

Claims (12)

1. A cigar tobacco layering circulation system machine that dries in air, its characterized in that includes:
the tobacco leaf machine comprises a rack, a speed reducing motor assembly, a tobacco leaf taking assembly, a top layer rail, a tobacco leaf falling assembly, a tobacco leaf feeding trolley, a ground rail, a circulating unit frame, an airing circulating unit and an electric controller, wherein the speed reducing motor assembly, the tobacco leaf taking assembly, the top layer rail, the tobacco leaf falling assembly, the tobacco leaf feeding trolley and the ground rail are arranged on the rack;
the speed reducing motor assembly, the airing circulating unit, the cigarette taking frame assembly, the cigarette feeding trolley and the cigarette dropping frame assembly are respectively and electrically connected with the electric controller;
the speed reducing motor assembly is arranged at one end of the rack and used for driving the circulating unit rack to lift and air the upper layer according to the air-curing period set by the electric controller;
the tobacco taking frame assembly, the top layer track, the tobacco falling frame assembly, the tobacco feeding trolley and the ground track are used for pushing the air-curing circulating unit with the braided rod hung on the tobacco feeding trolley, the tobacco feeding trolley drives the circulating unit frame to enter the bottom layer, the tobacco feeding trolley is started, the air-curing circulating unit is lifted, and the air-curing circulating unit is hung on the chain of the circulating unit frame;
and a plurality of airing circulating units are installed in the circulating unit rack in a layered mode, the airing circulating units respectively and independently perform roller-type operation under the control of the electric controller and control the airing circulating units to ascend and air in the circulating unit rack layer by layer until the airing circulating units reach the top layer and the specified circulating airing requirement is met.
2. The cigar tobacco layering recycling curing machine of claim 1, wherein:
the airing circulating unit comprises a support, a unit motor, a unit chain wheel, a chain, a unit transmission shaft, a hanging arm, a hook and a tobacco weaving rod; the two sides of the top of the support are respectively provided with a cross rod, the unit motor is installed on an upright post of the support, the unit transmission shaft is arranged at the top of the support, which is positioned at one side of the unit motor and is vertical to the cross rod, the unit motor drives the unit transmission shaft to rotate, the unit chain wheels are symmetrically installed at the two ends of the unit transmission shaft, and a chain is respectively arranged at the top of the support along one side of the unit chain wheel, which is vertical to the unit transmission shaft; the hanging arms are arranged on the unit chains; the chain drives the circular rotation; the end part of the hanging arm is provided with a hook, and the tobacco weaving rod is arranged on the hooks at the two ends of the hanging arm; the unit motor drives the chains on the left side and the right side to synchronously rotate under the control of the electric controller, and the hanging arms on the chains drive the tobacco weaving rods on the chains to freely rotate around the hanging arm shafts and air-cure tobacco leaves along with the circulation of the chains.

the circulating unit frame comprises a vertical frame, a transmission shaft, a chain wheel, a chain, a hook and a coupler; the vertical frame is a square frame, the transmission shafts are symmetrically arranged at the longitudinal upper end and the longitudinal lower end of the vertical frame, two chain wheels are respectively arranged at two ends of each transmission shaft, a pair of chain wheels at the same end of the transmission shafts at the upper end and the lower end are wound with chains, hooks are symmetrically arranged on the chains at equal distances, the airing circulating unit is arranged on the hooks, and the chains of the circulating unit frame drive the airing circulating unit to periodically ascend layer by layer and air tobacco leaves; and one end of the transmission shaft is positioned outside the chain wheel and extends to be provided with a coupler.
4. The cigar tobacco layering recycling curing machine of claim 1, wherein:
the speed reducing motor assembly comprises a speed reducing motor, a speed reducing transmission shaft and a left steering gear and a right steering gear; the speed reducing motor synchronously drives the steering gears positioned on the left side and the right side of the speed reducing motor to synchronously rotate through the output shaft, and the steering gears drive the rotating shafts of the circulating unit frames to rotate and drive each layer of circulating unit frame to lift and air the upper layer according to the set air-drying period.
5. The cigar tobacco layering recycling curing machine of claim 1, wherein:
the cigarette taking frame assembly is arranged at the top of the rack and comprises a cigarette taking rack, a walking motor and a cigarette taking manipulator; the walking motor drives the cigarette taking rack to walk along the top layer track; the tobacco taking manipulator comprises a tobacco taking manipulator motor and a tobacco taking manipulator arm, the tobacco taking manipulator motor drives the tobacco taking manipulator arm to open and fold, the tobacco leaf grabbing circulating unit is used for grabbing the tobacco leaves, and the aired tobacco leaves are conveyed to the tobacco falling frame.

the cigarette falling frame assembly is arranged at one end of the rack opposite to the speed reducing motor assembly and comprises a cigarette falling rack, a cigarette falling lifting motor, a cigarette falling transmission shaft, a cigarette falling chain wheel and chain and a lifting platform; the cigarette falling lifting motor is arranged at the bottom of the cigarette falling rack, and drives the cigarette falling chain wheel chain to rotate through the cigarette falling transmission shaft, so as to drive the lifting platform arranged on the chain to ascend/descend, and the aired cigars are taken and fall on the ground for collection.

the cigarette inlet trolley is arranged on a ground track and comprises a trolley frame, a trolley lifting motor, a trolley walking motor and a trolley lifting platform; the trolley lifting motor drives the trolley frame to lift, the lifting platform arranged on the trolley frame ascends and descends along with the trolley lifting motor, the trolley walking motor drives the trolley frame to walk along the ground track, and the fresh tobacco leaf circulating airing unit is input to the position of the tobacco leaf circulating airing frame, which needs to be hung.

the airing machine comprises a plurality of circulating unit frames, and the circulating unit frames are connected through a coupler.

each airing circulating unit frame is provided with 3-4 airing circulating units;
the circulating airing machine is formed by connecting 2-8 airing circulating unit frames through a coupler.
10. A cigar leaf layer circulation curing method of the cigar leaf layer circulation curing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, hanging fresh tobacco leaves into the air-curing circulation unit, and pushing the fresh tobacco leaves onto the tobacco feeding trolley;
s2, starting the smoke inlet trolley, driving the circulating unit frame to enter the bottom layer by the smoke inlet trolley, lifting the airing circulating unit, hanging the airing circulating unit on the chain of the circulating unit frame, and distributing the bottom layer of each circulating unit frame one by one;
s3, starting each tobacco leaf airing circulating unit through the electric controller, and circularly airing the tobacco leaves;
s4, when the bottom layer airing period is up, starting a speed reducing motor assembly to drive a transmission shaft and a chain wheel chain of the circulating unit frame to rotate; the airing circulating unit hung on the chain is lifted to the previous layer for circulating airing;
s5, at the moment, the bottom layer of the circulating unit rack is empty, the steps S1 and S2 are repeated, and fresh tobacco leaves are added to be woven into rods;
s6, when the airing cycle of the bottom layer and the second layer is finished, starting a speed reducing motor assembly to drive a transmission shaft and a chain wheel chain of the circulating unit frame to rotate; lifting the airing circulation units hung on the first layer and the second layer of the chain to the previous layer for circulation airing;
s7, at the moment, the bottom layer of the circulating unit rack is empty; repeating the steps S1 and S2, and replenishing fresh tobacco leaves to the bottom layer of the circulating unit frame; repeating the above actions, and fully distributing each circulation unit rack one by one;
s8, when the top layer airing period is up, the tobacco taking frame is started through the electric controller, the mechanical arm grabs and aires the circulating unit frame by frame and puts the circulating unit into the tobacco falling frame, and the tobacco falling frame takes the tobacco falling frame to the ground for collection;
and S9, when the bottom layer of the circulating unit rack is empty, repeating the operations of the steps S1-S8 to achieve the circulating airing target.

the program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the cigar tobacco layering loop curing method of claim 10.
