Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided for the purpose of illustration and description, and is in no way intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
The invention provides an environment-friendly agricultural fertilizer which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of urea, 150 parts of weathered coal, 160 parts of fly ash, 80 parts of deionized water, 12.8 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 6.4 parts of zinc sulfate and 32 parts of corncobs.
Further, the ratio of urea to weathered coal is 1: 1.5, wherein the ratio of the deionized water to the fly ash is 1: 1.2.
the corn cob is obtained by peeling corn kernels and skin from agricultural product corn, and is soaked in water for 4h, and the water content is 60-70%.
The invention provides a method for preparing an environment-friendly agricultural fertilizer, which comprises the following steps:
a: pulverizing weathered coal and urea by a pulverizer until the weathered coal is not higher than 300 meshes of particles and the urea is not higher than 100 meshes of particles, and then mixing the weathered coal and the urea in a ratio of 1: 1.5, placing the mixture in a mixer for mixing, cooling the mixture by the reactor again, and then crushing the mixture by a crusher to be 80 meshes to obtain weathered coal urea powder;
b: respectively crushing the fly ash, corncobs, monopotassium phosphate and zinc sulfate into particles within 200 meshes in a crusher, and mixing the pulverized fly ash, the corncobs, the monopotassium phosphate and the zinc sulfate according to the proportion of 1: 0.2: 0.08: 0.04, according to a ratio of 1: 1.2, adding deionized water according to the proportion of the fly ash to the deionized water, and stirring, wherein a fertilizer additive is also added in the way to obtain a fly ash stirring solution;
c: mixing the weathered coal urea powder and the fly ash stirring liquid obtained in the steps A and B in a ratio of 1: 1, stirring uniformly in a stirrer again, preparing into spherical particles in an extrusion granulator, shaping, putting into a fertilizer magnetizing device for magnetization treatment, screening out by a screening machine, and packaging to obtain the finished fertilizer.
Specifically, weathered coal with high humic acid content and urea are uniformly mixed and then are prepared in a reactor at the temperature of 80-100 ℃, due to the fact that the weathered coal and the urea are prepared by a dry method, continuous discharging can be achieved, the drying problem is solved, the nitrogen content of a product in the process flow is high and is 20-30%, after the weathered coal and the urea are mixed again by combining a mixture prepared from fly ash, trace elements are further carried in the material, and the content of the trace elements in the fly ash is shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Therefore, a fertilizer product with a magnetization effect can be prepared by matching with the original weathered coal urea powder, and particularly when the organic raw material corncob is combined, the biological fiber structure further forms a coating on the particle surface in the manufacturing process, so that the effect of slowly releasing nutrients is achieved, and the fertilizer is more environment-friendly and has a lasting effect compared with the original fertilizer product;
meanwhile, the magnetized fertilizer product can further reduce the soil hardening phenomenon, adjust different kinds of magnetotactic bacteria in the soil, reduce the hydrolytic acidity and improve the effect of acid soil.
In the current experiment, a blank is adopted, urea and the fertilizer are used as control experiment treatment, crops are adopted as cucumbers and green Chinese onions, the use amount of phosphorus and potassium in each field to be treated is the same, the total nitrogen of cucumber seedlings after the cucumbers in the field mu are harvested is used for detection, and the total yield is counted; measuring the total nitrogen content of the plant after harvesting the green Chinese onions, and counting the yield; specific yields are shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2
In the economic yield part in the table, the upper numerical value is a urea control group, the lower numerical value is a chemical fertilizer control group, the acre area and the plants are the same area and the number, the yield increase rate is 19.20-30.09%, the areas and the number reach the significant level, and the determined formula of the nitrogen utilization rate is as follows:
the nitrogen utilization rate is (nitrogen absorption in nitrogen-applying region-nitrogen absorption in nitrogen-not-applying region)/the nitrogen fertilizer dosage in nitrogen-applying region is multiplied by 100;
the method can be obtained according to calculation after the numerical values of the corresponding areas are measured, wherein the nitrogen absorption utilization rate in the area per mu of the cucumber is increased by 16.23%, the utilization rate of the green Chinese onion is increased by 17.52%, and the method has obvious effects, and has certain effect of improving the fertility when facing agricultural products such as fruit trees, wheat and cotton.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
