本发明涉及湿巾生产领域,具体地说是一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺。
背景技术:
湿巾以非织造布、织物、无尘纸或其他原料为载体,纯化水为生产用水,适量添加防腐剂、杀菌剂等等辅料,对手、皮肤黏膜或物体表面具有清洁作用的产品,目前大多数湿巾通常采用无纺布作为湿巾基材,因为无纺布将纤维原料梳理呈单根纤维状态后通过气流或机械等手段成网,然后经过水刺、针刺或热轧等方式固结,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料,是一种具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,从而实现湿巾抑菌、亲肤等多效功能。
然而现有的湿巾在生产过程中存在如下缺陷:1、无纺布基材选取结构松散,在擦拭过程中出现无纺布散列、湿巾液滴漏的现象;2、生产过程中,湿巾液呈喷淋形式向无纺布喷射,对于单包湿巾内多层无纺布同时喷淋,由于多层无纺布厚度较大,因此喷淋均匀性差,导致位于中间的无纺布没有充分浸液,使得单包内的单片湿巾的湿巾液含量不一。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,提高湿巾基材的结构联结性能,有效实现精准均匀喷淋。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,湿巾由第一透气层、第二透气层以及置于第一透气层与第二透气层之间的网格层,具体步骤包括:
S1、生产无纺布:a、将天然木纤维、化学纤维混合形成纤维原料,将纤维原料进行开松混合并经过梳理机进行梳理成纤维网,将纤维网进行正反面水刺形成第一透气层;b、在制作第一透气层的同时,通过编织机进行编制网格层,网格层上设有多个均匀分布的中心孔,并将网格层水平附在第一透气层的上端面;c、按照步骤a步骤再制得一纤维网,该纤维网附在网格层的上端面并通过正反面水刺形成第二透气层,第一透气层与第二透气层在受到水刺过程的水流冲击而向中心孔内相互缠结抱合形成凸起部,从而形成无纺布,再进行烘干,成品卷取;
S2、无纺布送料切割:将步骤S1中制得的无纺布放置在承料架上并通过牵引机向前牵引,首先通过压辊压平,然后通过多个纵向等间距设置的切割片对无纺布短轴方向进行裁剪,使无纺布的宽度裁剪成规定的尺寸;
S3、无纺布折叠;裁剪后的多层无纺布经过折叠机折叠形成上下堆叠设置的多层湿巾基材,上下堆叠的多层湿巾基材共同向下一工序输送移动;
S4、湿巾液配料:按以下重量份数计选取湿巾液配料,去离子水80-90份,聚铵盐10-15份,乙二醇3-5份,精油0.2-0.5份,防腐剂0.05-0.1份,保湿剂0.2-0.5份,将配料搅拌混合均匀,形成湿巾液;
S5、无纺布浸液压液:多层湿巾基材经过专用的无纺布浸液装置实现浸液,无纺布浸液装置对多层湿巾基材通过吹气分层,使相邻湿巾基材之间保持间隙,无纺布浸液装置在多层湿巾基材的上侧及下侧均具有喷淋管,上下分布的喷淋管对多层湿巾基材实现上下对喷,喷淋管的延伸方向与湿巾基材的延伸方向垂直,经喷液后的多层湿巾基材共同向下一工序输送移动,并通过压辊将多余的湿巾液挤压掉;
S6、塑封包装:对已经进液的多层湿巾基材进行裁切形成多个湿巾单元,并对每个湿巾单元进行塑封包装。
进一步的,无纺布浸液装置包括浸液箱以及置于浸液箱内的多个喷淋管,多个喷淋管呈上下错位分布设置,且多层湿巾基材横向贯穿上下分布的喷淋管,从而实现对多层湿巾基材的上下对喷,浸液箱内还具有吹气分层组件,吹气分层组件将多层湿巾基材在浸液过程中吹气分层,从而实现均匀浸液;
吹气分层组件包括置于浸液箱内的多个支撑柱,多个支撑柱前后错位设置,每个支撑柱向着多层湿巾基材延伸有多个上下分布的吹气支撑管,吹气支撑管上具有多个吹气孔,多个吹气孔均匀分布在吹气支撑管的两侧位置,每个吹气支撑管嵌设在相邻的两湿巾基材之间,多个吹气支撑管可往复转动地设置在对应的支撑柱上,从而实现对多层湿巾基材的等间距分层。
进一步的,相邻两支撑柱呈顺时针方向、逆时针方向错位摆动。
进一步的,支撑柱上的多个吹气支撑管置于支撑柱的中部位置且吹气支撑管与支撑柱固定连接,浸液箱内具有容支撑柱竖向嵌入的两轴承座,两轴承座上下对应分布,且支撑柱置于轴承座的外圆周上套设有轴承,支撑柱的上侧端具有蜗杆段,浸液箱的外部具有驱动电机,驱动电机的驱动端上具有与蜗杆段相啮合传动的蜗轮。
进一步的,浸液箱内具有第一抽液泵以及第二抽液泵,第一抽液泵与置于上侧的喷淋管通过管路连接,第二抽液泵与置于下侧的喷淋管通过管路连接,从而实现将浸液箱内的湿巾液对多层湿巾基材的上下端形成上下对喷,且多余的湿巾液落至浸液箱内。
进一步的,第二抽液泵的抽液压力大于第一抽液泵的抽液压力。

1、本发明中采用特殊的方法制得的无纺布,第一透气层与第二透气层在受到水刺过程的水流冲击而向中心孔内相互缠结抱合形成凸起部,从而形成无纺布,提高无纺布(湿巾基材)的结构联结性能,避免湿巾在使用过程中出现结构疏散以及湿巾液滴漏的现象。
2、本发明的湿巾液配料中,选取的聚铵盐以及乙二醇,提高了湿巾的杀菌抑菌性,精油以及保湿剂的添加,提高了湿巾的亲肤性,从而提高了湿巾的整体使用性能。
3、本发明在对湿巾基材进行浸液的过程中,通过设置吹气分层组件,使吹气支撑管设置在相邻的湿巾基材之间,使湿巾基材之间保持一定的间距,再在上下喷淋管上下对喷的作用下,使得湿巾液快速穿过相邻湿巾基材之间的间隙而浸入湿巾基材内,吹气支撑管在水平摆动的过程中,既对湿巾基材起到抚平的作用,又快速将湿巾液渗入湿巾基材内,使多余的湿巾液向上或向下继续流动渗透,其次,吹气支撑管在水平摆动的过程中,又进行向侧边进行吹气,避免湿巾基材在受到湿巾液重力的作用而相互紧贴从而影响湿巾液的渗透效果。

具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
本实施例一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,如图1所示,湿巾由第一透气层1、第二透气层2以及置于第一透气层1与第二透气层2之间的网格层3,如图2所示,具体步骤包括:
S1、生产无纺布:a、将天然木纤维、化学纤维混合形成纤维原料,将纤维原料进行开松混合并经过梳理机进行梳理成纤维网,将纤维网进行正反面水刺形成第一透气层1;b、在制作第一透气层1的同时,通过编织机进行编制网格层,网格层3上设有多个均匀分布的中心孔4,并将网格层3水平附在第一透气层1的上端面;c、按照步骤a步骤再制得一纤维网,该纤维网附在网格层3的上端面并通过正反面水刺形成第二透气层2,第一透气层1与第二透气层2在受到水刺过程的水流冲击而向中心孔内相互缠结抱合形成凸起部5,从而形成无纺布,再进行烘干,成品卷取;
S2、无纺布送料切割:将步骤S1中制得的无纺布放置在承料架7上并通过牵引机向前牵引,首先通过压辊压平,然后通过多个纵向等间距设置的切割片对无纺布短轴方向进行裁剪,使无纺布的宽度裁剪成规定的尺寸;
S3、无纺布折叠;裁剪后的多层无纺布经过折叠机折叠形成上下堆叠设置的多层湿巾基材8,上下堆叠的多层湿巾基材8共同向下一工序输送移动;
S4、湿巾液配料:按以下重量份数计选取湿巾液配料,去离子水80-90份,聚铵盐10-15份,乙二醇3-5份,精油0.2-0.5份,防腐剂0.05-0.1份,保湿剂0.2-0.5份,将配料搅拌混合均匀,形成湿巾液;
S5、无纺布浸液压液:多层湿巾基材8经过专用的无纺布浸液装置9实现浸液,无纺布浸液装置9对多层湿巾基材8通过吹气分层,使相邻湿巾基材8之间保持间隙,无纺布浸液装置9在多层湿巾基材8的上侧及下侧均具有喷淋管91,上下分布的喷淋管91对多层湿巾基材8实现上下对喷,喷淋管91的延伸方向与湿巾基材8的延伸方向垂直,经喷液后的多层湿巾基材8共同向下一工序输送移动,并通过压辊将多余的湿巾液挤压掉;
S6、塑封包装:对已经进液的多层湿巾基材8进行裁切形成多个湿巾单元10,并对每个湿巾单元10进行塑封包装。
本发明中采用特殊的方法制得的无纺布,第一透气层1与第二透气层2在受到水刺过程的水流冲击而向中心孔4内相互缠结抱合形成凸起部5,从而形成无纺布,提高无纺布(湿巾基材)的结构联结性能,避免湿巾在使用过程中出现结构疏散以及湿巾液滴漏的现象。
本发明的湿巾液配料中,选取的聚铵盐以及乙二醇,提高了湿巾的杀菌抑菌性,精油以及保湿剂的添加,提高了湿巾的亲肤性,从而提高了湿巾的整体使用性能。
进一步的,如图3至图5所示,无纺布浸液装置9包括浸液箱91以及置于浸液箱91内的多个喷淋管92,多个喷淋管92呈上下错位分布设置,且多层湿巾基材8横向贯穿上下分布的喷淋管92,从而实现对多层湿巾基材8的上下对喷,浸液箱92内还具有吹气分层组件93,吹气分层组件93将多层湿巾基材8在浸液过程中吹气分层,从而实现均匀浸液;
吹气分层组件93包括置于浸液箱92内的多个支撑柱931,多个支撑柱931前后错位设置,每个支撑柱931向着多层湿巾基材8延伸有多个上下分布的吹气支撑管932,吹气支撑管932上具有多个吹气孔933,多个吹气孔933均匀分布在吹气支撑管932的两侧位置,每个吹气支撑管932嵌设在相邻的两湿巾基材8之间,多个吹气支撑管932可往复转动地设置在对应的支撑柱931上,从而实现对多层湿巾基材8的等间距分层。
进一步的,相邻两支撑柱931呈顺时针方向、逆时针方向错位摆动。
本发明在对湿巾基材8进行浸液的过程中,通过设置吹气分层组件93,使吹气支撑管932设置在相邻的湿巾基材8之间,使湿巾基材8之间保持一定的间距,再在上下喷淋管91上下对喷的作用下,使得湿巾液快速穿过相邻湿巾基材8之间的间隙而浸入湿巾基材8内,吹气支撑管932在水平摆动的过程中,既对湿巾基材8起到抚平的作用,又快速将湿巾液渗入湿巾基材8内,使多余的湿巾液向上或向下继续流动渗透,其次,吹气支撑管932在水平摆动的过程中,又进行向侧边进行吹气,避免湿巾基材8在受到湿巾液重力的作用而相互紧贴从而影响湿巾液的渗透效果。
进一步的,支撑柱931上的多个吹气支撑管932置于支撑柱931的中部位置且吹气支撑管932与支撑柱931固定连接,浸液箱92内具有容支撑柱931竖向嵌入的两轴承座934,两轴承座934上下对应分布,且支撑柱931置于轴承座934的外圆周上套设有轴承935,支撑柱931的上侧端具有蜗杆段936,浸液箱92的外部具有驱动电机938,驱动电机938的驱动端上具有与蜗杆段936相啮合传动的蜗轮937。
在本申请中,吹气支撑管932随着驱动电机938的正反转而实现水平方向摆动,驱动电机938驱动吹气支撑管932上的蜗杆段936与涡轮937啮合传动,使得传动更加平稳,保证对湿巾基材8的抚平效果,避免传动的不平稳而使湿巾基材8产生褶皱。
进一步的,浸液箱92内具有第一抽液泵以及第二抽液泵,第一抽液泵与置于上侧的喷淋管91通过管路连接,第二抽液泵与置于下侧的喷淋管91通过管路连接,从而实现将浸液箱92内的湿巾液对多层湿巾基材8的上下端形成上下对喷,且多余的湿巾液落至浸液箱92内。
进一步的,第二抽液泵的抽液压力大于第一抽液泵的抽液压力。
由于向上喷射的喷淋管91受到湿巾基材8的阻力,因此需要较大的抽液压力,从而便于向上喷射的湿巾液快速渗入湿巾基材8内。
进一步的,步骤S1中,正反面水刺是利用向下运动的水流以及向上运动的水流分别冲击纤维网的上下端面,使纤维网上的纤维原料相互缠结抱合。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。
Claims (7)
1.一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述湿巾由第一透气层、第二透气层以及置于第一透气层与第二透气层之间的网格层,具体步骤包括:
S1、生产无纺布:a、将天然木纤维、化学纤维混合形成纤维原料,将纤维原料进行开松混合并经过梳理机进行梳理成纤维网,将纤维网进行正反面水刺形成第一透气层;b、在制作第一透气层的同时,通过编织机进行编制网格层,所述网格层上设有多个均匀分布的中心孔,并将网格层水平附在第一透气层的上端面;c、按照步骤a步骤再制得一纤维网,该纤维网附在网格层的上端面并通过正反面水刺形成第二透气层,第一透气层与第二透气层在受到水刺过程的水流冲击而向中心孔内相互缠结抱合形成凸起部,从而形成无纺布,再进行烘干,成品卷取;
S2、无纺布送料切割:将步骤S1中制得的无纺布放置在承料架上并通过牵引机向前牵引,首先通过压辊压平,然后通过多个纵向等间距设置的切割片对无纺布短轴方向进行裁剪,使无纺布的宽度裁剪成规定的尺寸;
S3、无纺布折叠;裁剪后的多层无纺布经过折叠机折叠形成上下堆叠设置的多层湿巾基材,上下堆叠的多层湿巾基材共同向下一工序输送移动;
S4、湿巾液配料:按以下重量份数计选取湿巾液配料,去离子水80-90份,聚铵盐10-15份,乙二醇3-5份,精油0.2-0.5份,防腐剂0.05-0.1份,保湿剂0.2-0.5份,将配料搅拌混合均匀,形成湿巾液;
S5、无纺布浸液压液:多层湿巾基材经过专用的无纺布浸液装置实现浸液,所述无纺布浸液装置对多层湿巾基材通过吹气分层,使相邻湿巾基材之间保持间隙,所述无纺布浸液装置在多层湿巾基材的上侧及下侧均具有喷淋管,上下分布的喷淋管对多层湿巾基材实现上下对喷,所述喷淋管的延伸方向与湿巾基材的延伸方向垂直,经喷液后的多层湿巾基材共同向下一工序输送移动,并通过压辊将多余的湿巾液挤压掉;
S6、塑封包装:对已经进液的多层湿巾基材进行裁切形成多个湿巾单元,并对每个湿巾单元进行塑封包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述无纺布浸液装置包括浸液箱以及置于浸液箱内的多个喷淋管,所述多个喷淋管呈上下错位分布设置,且多层湿巾基材横向贯穿上下分布的喷淋管,从而实现对多层湿巾基材的上下对喷,所述浸液箱内还具有吹气分层组件,所述吹气分层组件将多层湿巾基材在浸液过程中吹气分层,从而实现均匀浸液;
所述吹气分层组件包括置于浸液箱内的多个支撑柱,所述多个支撑柱前后错位设置,每个所述支撑柱向着多层湿巾基材延伸有多个上下分布的吹气支撑管,所述吹气支撑管上具有多个吹气孔,所述多个吹气孔均匀分布在吹气支撑管的两侧位置,每个所述吹气支撑管嵌设在相邻的两湿巾基材之间,所述多个吹气支撑管可往复转动地设置在对应的支撑柱上,从而实现对多层湿巾基材的等间距分层。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,其特征在于,相邻所述两支撑柱呈顺时针方向、逆时针方向错位摆动。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述支撑柱上的多个吹气支撑管置于支撑柱的中部位置且吹气支撑管与支撑柱固定连接,所述浸液箱内具有容支撑柱竖向嵌入的两轴承座,所述两轴承座上下对应分布,且支撑柱置于轴承座的外圆周上套设有轴承,所述支撑柱的上侧端具有蜗杆段,所述浸液箱的外部具有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的驱动端上具有与蜗杆段相啮合传动的蜗轮。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任意一项所述一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述浸液箱内具有第一抽液泵以及第二抽液泵,所述第一抽液泵与置于上侧的喷淋管通过管路连接,所述第二抽液泵与置于下侧的喷淋管通过管路连接,从而实现将浸液箱内的湿巾液对多层湿巾基材的上下端形成上下对喷,且多余的湿巾液落至浸液箱内。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述第二抽液泵的抽液压力大于第一抽液泵的抽液压力。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种抑菌亲肤多效湿巾的生产工艺,其特征在于, 所述步骤S1中,所述正反面水刺是利用向下运动的水流以及向上运动的水流分别冲击纤维网的上下端面,使纤维网上的纤维原料相互缠结抱合。
