With the advent of the intelligent electric rice cooker, the intelligent bread maker also starts to enter the visual field. The main problems of the intelligent bread maker include how to put flour into the pan of the bread maker, how to remove shells of eggs and put the eggs into the pan, how to deliver nuts, butter and the like. Various solutions exist, such as adding a box for storing flour (called flour storage box for short) above the pan body of the bread machine, and sending the flour out of the flour storage box through a mechanical device and dropping the flour into the pan body below. For eggs, there are also various solutions. For example, the needle of the reference patent is used to prick into the egg shell to extract the egg liquid. The combined plastic box is used for feeding, and other known technologies, such as grooves on a cooking machine, are used for clamping the edge of the combined plastic box; a gap is formed on a rotating shaft 2p of the film tearing device, and a sealing film on the combined plastic box is inserted into the gap to tear the film; the rotating shaft 2p of the film tearing device is provided with a clamp for clamping the sealing film on the combined plastic box on the film tearing rotating shaft to tear the film, and the like. Since the film tearing apparatus itself is simple, those skilled in the art will appreciate that these well-known techniques, which are not relevant to the claims, will not be described in detail.
Fig. 2 is a further illustration of top feeding lid 2g and top feeding chamber 2q, i.e. the isolation of feeding opening 2k in fig. 1 is concentrated to feeding opening 2k and feeding channel 2 kd. The top feeding cover 2g and the top feeding cavity 2q can be used as the cover of the pot body 1.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a built-up plastic box 2m1, the built-up plastic box 2m1 comprising separate chambers 2m11, cooking materials 191/192/193 being contained in the different chambers, each chamber being sealed with a film 2m 12. The film tearing device 2p on the cooking machine gradually tears the film so that the cooking materials 191/192/193 fall out in sequence.
The combined plastic box is not suitable for the existence of powder, viscous and light weight, for example, flour cooking raw materials are easy to diffuse when fed, and pollute a cooking machine; the cooking raw materials such as butter, tomato sauce, chopped green onion and the like are easy to stick on the combined plastic box; some cooking materials, such as pepper, used in small quantities, are not easily stuck to the composite plastic box.
The cooking materials in the composite plastic box of the present invention are bundled by, for example, wrapping powdered cooking materials such as flour with edible wafer, and wrapping into block 192, or filling flour into capsule 193, or binding/pressing flour and yeast into block/large granule 194, which can prevent dust from spreading during feeding. Butter, edible oil, tomato sauce, eggs (shelling) and the like are wrapped by the capsule 191, so that the adhesion between the foods and the combined plastic box can be greatly reduced. The related patents of the invention are related to the bundled food processing. In addition, when the present invention is applied to a bread maker in fig. 1 or 4, eggs are also needed, and the treatment scheme of the present invention includes removing the shells of the eggs and then treating the eggs by a bundling method, or removing the shells of the eggs (vacuum) and then filling the eggs into separate chambers of a composite plastic box. Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a bundling process for eggs, i.e., a schematic diagram of encapsulating eggs, wherein the eggs 195, including egg white 1951 and egg yolk 1952, are encapsulated in capsules 1953.
Fig. 3 also shows a schematic diagram of the bundling process of complex bread, and some breads need to manually roll the kneaded dough into dough sheets, and then fold and shape the dough sheets (similar to the making method of Chinese steamed twisted rolls). Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a second cooking machine of the present invention, as compared to the first cooking machine. The difference between the two types of cooking machines comprises that the stirrer of the second type of cooking machine is arranged at the bottom of the pan body. As shown in FIG. 4, the bottom of the pot body is provided with a stirrer 6a or a knife 6b, and the rotating shaft 61b is vertical. A bottom leaking spray device 508 can be arranged at the bottom of the pan body 1, and has the functions of filtering water, discharging food residues or discharging cooked food and cleaning the pan body. The heating device 101 provides heating for the pan body.
Similar to fig. 1 and 2, the top feeding lid 2g comprises a top 21 and a side plate 22, and the top feeding chamber 2q comprises a top 21, a side plate 22 and a bottom partition 23. On the top feeding cover 2g or the top feeding cavity 2q, there are a feeding port 2k and a combined plastic box 2m1 and a rotating shaft 2p of a combined plastic box film tearing device. The feeding port 2k is provided with a movable clapboard 211, and/or a movable clapboard 231 is arranged on the bottom clapboard, or the movable clapboard is arranged in the middle of the blanking channel 2 kd.

Claims (10)
1. A cooking machine is characterized by comprising a pot body and a feeding device, wherein the feeding device can finally feed cooking raw materials into the pot body; the cooking material comprises a bundled cooking material which comprises encapsulating the cooking material, wrapping the cooking material with a wafer, forming the powdered cooking material into a block, forming the small powdered or granular cooking material into larger particles, or freezing the cooking material at a low temperature.

(1) wrapping powdered cooking materials with edible paper to obtain block, or making into capsule;
(2) binding/extruding flour and yeast into block/large granule;
(3) wrapping butter, edible oil, tomato sauce, and shelled egg with capsule;
(4) packaging the formed bread embryo into capsules to form bunched bread embryo blocks, and binding the bread embryo blocks by the capsules to be shape-preserved; alternatively, the shape of the bread embryo block is maintained by using techniques such as low temperature freezing and shape preserving.
3. The cooking machine of claim 1, wherein the pot has a stirrer or a stirring blade, the rotation shaft of the stirrer or the stirring blade is horizontal, and the movement of the stirrer or the stirring blade includes a movement of the whole body, a stretching of the vertical rod, a bending of the vertical rod, a rotation of the horizontal rod or a repetition or combination of the above movements to stir.

The cooking machine of claim 1, wherein the pan body includes a main body portion and a panel, the main body portion having an opening thereunder, the panel when closed forming a complete pan body with the main body portion, the panel being opened to allow the pan body floor to open and food to be delivered from the pan body.
5. The cooking machine of claim 1, including a top batch chamber disposed above the pan body, the top batch chamber including a top plate having a batch port for delivering cooking ingredients to the pan body, the top plate having a top movable partition for opening and closing the batch port.
6. The cooking machine of claim 5 wherein the lower portion of the top batch chamber further comprises side panels and a bottom partition, the top panel, the side panels and the bottom partition enclosing the top batch chamber; a bottom movable partition plate is arranged on the bottom partition plate of the top feeding cavity; the bottom movable partition can open or close the bottom partition.
7. The cooking machine of claim 5 wherein a modular plastic box feeder is located above the top plate and feeds through the feed port to the top feed cavity or through the feed port to the pan body.
8. Cooking machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the top feeding cavity is intended to be a lid of the cooking machine.
9. The cooking machine of claim 4 wherein said pan body panel has side panels on its sides for restraining food, said panel contacting said side panels during opening.
10. The cooking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pot body has a bottom-leaking spray device having functions of filtering water, discharging food waste or food to be cooked, and washing the pot body.
